From June 2015 I have been giving complaint regarding my Toshiba refrigerator. Model GR-H7OUT Sr No: 000268. Was not working. Once the engineer came and checked and informed that the timer was not working properly and he had serviced and I should not have problems. But I requested him to change the part He charged me Rs 850/- (for which no receipt was issued) and promised that if need be he will immediately change the part the next time I called him. The next day I had problem so I called him on +91 [protected]. From that day onwards he has been lying to me by saying that he ordered the part and it is with the courier, he is collecting the same and come to my residence to replace the same. This story is being told to me from 18th July 2015. I repent now why I had purchased Toshiba when I had other options.

    I have purchase LED TV in 10/1014 from Bangalore and from 18/7/15 no picture is coming in the TV, Lodge complaint service engineer visited on 20/7/15 and inform to me as follow, 1 Board is to changed for which he says that it may take 2/3 days 2 If with the board it is not ready than he has to change Display card for which he inform that it may take 10to 15 days since it has to come from noida . If i have to remain out of TV for 15 days than TOSHIBA asking me to be out of touch from all updates and news and what is happening in india, and by this you are depriving my fundamental rights and no body can do like this .if TOSHIBA dies than i have right to lodge complaints for protecting my fundamental right . my request if you really require this much time than you provide substitute TV and take your own time .       Cost 45 THOUSAND INR
      Features claimed by conpany: android, playstore, youtube, mirror screening, media player

      But neither youtube running, nor any android applucation running, nor media player is working.
      Even mirror screening is not working properly.
      Its just a ordinary TV

      Im very disappoint. I complaints many times and they told me that they are preparing software for my TV . What a joke.
      They think that customer is fool.
      I m very much disappoint with this.
      Now Im going to consumer court and will claim for 100000/-
      And also will give a advrtising notice in news paper showing bad qualities of Toshiba products.

        I have bought Toshiba Cricket Series LED last year which was having 3 years warranty, from last one month it is not working properly as screen of the same get automatically blank form some time. I have made many complaints for the same vide complaint numbers (TIPILSR6G0020869, TIPLSR7G0023376 &TIPLSR7G0028298. Every time their service engineer visit and change one or another part even knowing the fact that the fault is in the panel, but as per them they can not change the panel till the time the problem don't occurs in front of them. One of the engineer Mr. Rajesh told me to make a video when the problem occur which I did but after that he refuse to accept the same by saying that company will not believe on this video. As per him they need to send the video to company which was clicked from their phone only to get the panel replaced. Today the same engineer visited our place and replaced the mother board of the LED after that when he left the place the same problem occurred again then we called him on his contact number to come and prepare the video but he refused to do so and told us to make another complaint at customer care.           I want to bring your attention towards the very poor quality of TOSHIBA TV. I purchased Toshiba TV 5.5 months back in Faridabad. Initially it was working good, but now the picture as well as the sound both were not coming. Its very surprising that such a prestigious brand TV stop working in 5.5 months.             sir, i have toshiba lcd product perched on 10/11/2012 with scheme of 3 years warranty.now the problem i ma facing is that on lcd screen there is some of marking is there which is i am not able to see the clear picture. i have launch the complaint on call center and engineer was visited at my home and he had checked and he told me that we have to replaced panel assy. it will take 4to 5 days. i told OK after 15 days i have called on service center. they told me that panel was not available with the company. and we have to replaced full tv set i said ok. but they asking me to paid Rs 5000/ my question is that if my lcd in warranty period why Toshiba asking me for Rs 5000. Request you to please look in to the matter. Hope Toshiba help me in this matter. i am not goinfg to pay Rs 5000. my request you to please consider this all in under warranty.               Dear Sir / Madam, I wish to bring to your notice certain issues that I have been facing with my Toshiba TV. I shall present the entire case to you and request you to redress the issue at the earliest. I had purchased Toshiba LED TV (39inches) from Vijay Sales, Near Tip Top Plaza, Thane (W) on 19-Dec-2013 (photocopy of receipt attached) (Model No.:- 39P2305ZE, Unique Serial No.:- D44X15H01492C1). I had specifically chosen a model which had provision for connecting to Set-Top box, DVD player and external speaker; all at the same time. The said model had several connection points at its rear from where the 3 devices could be connected simultaneously as we desired. The TV worked well for more than a year. However, since May, 2015 a black horizontal line started appearing at the centre of the screen which obstructed our viewing. A complaint was registered with Toshiba after which company technicians inspected the TV and told us that the TV would have to be replaced and the same would be done free of cost since it was within warranty period. They replaced the faulty Television set with a new set (Model No.:- 40L2400ZE Unique Serial No.:- F116D4J00178V1) on 5-Jun-15. However, the new set which was provided to us did not have provision for simultaneous plugging in of several devices as mentioned above. The installation happened when I wasn't at home. On returning home from office, I noticed the same and reported it to Toshiba people the very next day. I requested them to provide me with an identical model as replacement since simultaneous connecting of multiple devices to the TV was one of my major criteria at the time of purchase. However, the service persons from Toshiba flatly refused to provide me with an identical set. In fact, they replied quite rudely saying that come what may I shall not get the desired set as replacement. I have been trying to get this issue addressed by getting in touch with persons from Toshiba. The most shocking part is that the over the past 2 - 3 days, even the new set that I received as replacement has been suffering from the same fault that the earlier set had – appearance of black horizontal line. Hence, I have decided to write this letter to you. Given the good reputation that Toshiba enjoys in India, it is really unfortunate that I had to go through the experiences that I mentioned above. I request you to address my issue at the earliest and provide me with a TV set which is NON-FAULTY and has provision for connecting multiple devices to it since that was a major driver for my purchase. I am also taken aback with the kind of rude behavior that I faced from Toshiba service personnel. In addition, I have spoken numerous times to several customer support employees. However, their behaviour has ranged from being unhelpful to rude to lying about certain things. The last time I spoke to an executive, I was made to hold the telephone for about 10-15 minutes and made to speak to 3 different people (Mr. Anurag, Mr. Manish and lastly Mr. Deependra Singh, who claimed to be an Area Sales Manager). A Service Request Number was generated (TIPLSRG=6G0056137). However, there has been no redressal of my query. PS: Please find attached scanned copies of the following: 1. Original TV Receipt 2.                 We have been constantly following up with Toshiba Customer Care for last three months for Fridge Repair Model No GRH62UTA, they say parts are not available. Toshiba is such a reputed company how can we get such a reply that they are not having parts. This is the worst behaviour of Toshiba Customer Care towards their Customers. We are facing so much trouble as our Fridge is down for past so many months. This is the height of irresponsibility & carelessness of Toshiba towards their Customers.

                      we purchased Toshiba LED TV MODEL 32P2400 Toshiba cricket TV on the 10th of this month online from flipkart with an assurance from the concerned authorities that it shall be installed /given a demo within 48 hours but we regret to inform that despite having called the company people umteen times they have not botherd to come and install it.The tv has been delivered to yogpala no 42 1st floor 4th cross 1st main road lake city kodichikanahalli bomanahalli bangalore in the name of mr ullal rao.. we once again regret having purchased the Tv from Toshiba since today is the sixth day after having delivered the TV NOBODY HAS bothered to come and install it. Is this the kind of service that we are entitled to from the co.

                        We purchased a Toshiba LED TV Model number 32PU200ZE on against the Invoice number SN-1265 in the name of Sachin Bajaj on[protected] from Prakash Trading Company- Address - G-16, Vardhman Complex, Near Shakti Nagar Railway under bridge, Gulabi Bagh red light in the cost of 25000/- Rs. and we had received 3 year warranty for this LED TV. On 22nd April it stopped working, screen is blank. We raised a complaint on customer care with the reference number SR0G0042074 in the name of Dipti Bajaj - [protected] . engineer visit done from Toshiba, they took photographs and promised us with the replacement of old LED TV with new one because they do not have the part which should be replaced in default LED TV. We called customer care ([protected]) they told us to wait as they do not have approval to replace it. After one month problem was not sorted out by Toshiba and I called on service center of Toshiba – Mr. Ravi [protected] and he told me that they have not received any approval to replace this LED yet. So I called on customer care Toshiba On 21st May and had a word with Mr. Manav who is RSM (Regional Sales Manager) with Mr. Sanju who is a team leader in customer care, they asked me to give money of 9000 Rs/- to replace the default LED with new one (Model number – 32L5400ZE) however the Defaulty LED is under warranty, so I refused them for additional money. After heavy discussion they promised me to wait till Tuesday 26th May and they will get it replaced. On 26th May I called on customer care, they advised me to wait till 6pm in evening, I called them at 6:15 PM and customer care executive was saying that Sanju’s shift is over so please call in the morning to clear your issue. I am fed up with this kind of customer service provided by Toshiba which is so called a big brand. They can’t even think for customer and they promise for good customer service, I think they should have to learn it from Samsung for good customer service. They gave me mentally harassment so I want them to get punished for this. They have to replace this LED without any cost and they also have to compensate for this issue caused to us. I have all the Call recordings for this issue and I can show these as a proof against Toshiba in Consumer court also.

                          I have parches thosiba led tv parches date on 26 jan 2014 TV Module -24P2305ZE Price-15, 495.00 exact working 1 year 2 month (6 March 2015 ) i have call query complaints in customer support tv should work no-response. After few day some service executive come he checked the Tv panel problem. U r tv warranty expired the panel cost Rs.11000.00. The customer service very very worst the service executive asking to me u have parches new TV. Pls don’t parches Thousiba products. It’s my humble request to u all.

                            I have purchased Toshiba LED TV 39 inch Model 39P2305ZE on 11th May, 2014 from NAVEEN ELECTOTECH PVT.LTD. Model town, Invoice No 2014-15/2371, However to my surprise I observe black spot on the picture screen with in 10 months from the purchase and lodged a complaint with the Toshiba service center and the Technician visited on 10th Mar, 2015 and advise that the complete PANNEL will be changed with in a weeks time but it has been almost 11 day elapsed and still no action has been taken, I have call up that Technician ( Mr Abhey ) many time but he has not provided me any solution and given me a new complaint center number [protected], I have called up on that number on 11th Mar, 2015 and Mr Ravi attended the call and told me that the pannel will be changed with in 2 to 3 days and again on 13th Mar when a call the same number Mr Ravi has told the company do not have the pannel for Model 39P2305ZE and the company will provide us a new higher model of 40 inch TV with extra cost of 5000 to 13000 which I refused as why should we bear the cost if the company don’t have the panel, than he told that he has forwarded my request with a waiver for the extra cost to be bear by the company. I request you to please look into the matter and provide me with a solution on urgent basis or I will register a complaint in the consumer forum.

                                Dear sir/mam, I atul kuamr walia purchased my Toshiba I 5 satelite series on 23rd march 2012 after 15 days it is showing so many problems so i request to the company thatreplace my laptop but they denied after that my laptop harddisk changed by service centre in every 10 to 15 days it was dumped and then the service persons replace thje harddisk or laptop the problems going my laptop maxiumlly it is been with service centre then they offered me 6 months extra warranty exept replacement then i incrised my laptop warranty and problem going on the company is not listing our problem i want to know what should i do . plaese help us. atul walia [protected]

                                I have a similar problem with my laptop. Infact we purchased 2 Toshiba laptops in 2014 and the problem of blue dump errors started within 1 week. They have done a similar process and are now following up with the company for replacement. But there has been no solution. Please let me know if you have been contacted by anyone for a solution.

                                We need to get together and spread the word so that the brand image of the company is impacted an no one puchases a Toshiba Laptop.

                                  I bought a Toshiba 32 inch LED in August 2013. Within a year and a month of service the LED panel of this TV went broke. I was seeing very high contrast in the darker sections of images. I called Toshiba on October 5 2014, the servicemen arrived the next day and confirmed of a faulty panel that needs to be replaced. 20 days later a gentleman called me and told that since the model I have, has been discontinued they wouldn't’t be able to fix it. (I mean how early would you phase out your product?) Anyways he offered either a smart TV in replacement or full refund of the invoice amount. I opted for the later as the offered smart tv was HD Ready and my current TV is Full HD. The date was 29th October. They told me that I have to wait for 20-25 days to get the refund cheque. Till this date (8th of November) it is almost 40 days and after my repeated calls (4) every week I am just getting fake assurances and new dates. Now what should others learn from this episode so they also not face the mental agony I have to go through: 1) Do not buy Toshiba LED as their panels are of cheap built quality and built to withstand only a year. 2) Toshiba repair services: this is a pack of hovering monkeys that do not know how to deal with customers. Totally unprofessional behavior. 3) Toshiba: They do not have proper process in cases like mine and with the quality they are delivering such cases must fairly large. I have to call each time to ask the level of progress they have made and they are prepared with a new date in the coming week to make a fool out of me. 4) Consumer Forum: Unfortunately I will have to go this route now. I’m planning to send them a legal notice now since its already more than 2 months from the day of my complaint and 40 days from the day of their acceptance of refund. FOLKS DO NOT I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY THIS CALLED TOSIHBA LED.

                                    I purchased a Toshiba laptop on 17th of November. I am facing below problems with the laptop. 1) From the day one this laptop hangs and do not respond many times. Right now I am doing very light work on this machine. But it hangs all the time. 2) The laptop has very slow performance 3) It provides only 1-2 hours of Battery backup. 4) Laptop heat up problem. I registered my complaint on 20th of November on Toshiba Support Centre at "[protected]@toshiba-india.com". This is the only email id provided by Toshiba on his website.I registered my complaint within the 4 days of my purchase.When I did not get any reply from them, I called the Toll Free number and again registered my complaint. Toshiba local engineer visited my house and found the all above issues and he gives me a job card (mentioned all my issues.) I emailed to the Toshiba Support Center ([protected]@toshiba-india.com) and asked them for full refund. It is now almost 7 days, they are not replying to my complaint.                                         1. I have purchased 55" RW1 TV on 25-May2013 and TV is installed on 28th May 2013. 2. TV started getting small horizontal lines on screen from May-2013 inwards. Lines will be only noticed if we view TV from closer. 3. Assumed that problem might be with DISH connection and ignored. 4. Played Blue ray disk on June 13th, lines are clearly visible on screen and identified the problem is with TV and registered a complaint on June 14th. 5. Raised service request SR6F0024370 on June 14th, exactly after 1year 17 days of TV installation 6. Technician visited the house and told us that Panel is defective and it should be replaced. 7. I have requested Service support to consider my case and replace TV Panel under warranty even though Warranty is 1 year and I have complained after 1 year 17 days. 8. I have wrote a mail to [protected]@toshiba-india.com and they replied that they are considering my case. 9. Finally I got a reply from Toshiba service centre on 13-Nov and they told us they cannot replace panel since TV is out of warranty at the time of compliant. I have purchased TV for RS 1, 50, 000, which is a huge money for an average Indian consumer. How Toshiba TV can last only for One year?. Is life time of Toshiba TV is only one year ?. Premature LED Panel failure is Manufacturing defect. How can Toshiba escape from its responsibility since Complaint is not registered with in warranty period, even though it is delayed only by 17 days. Why Toshiba is selling poor quality and defective TV panels to Indian consumers ? Ravinder [protected]
