I purchased a Toshiba laptop on 17th of November. I am facing below problems with the laptop. 1) From the day one this laptop hangs and do not respond many times. Right now I am doing very light work on this machine. But it hangs all the time. 2) The laptop has very slow performance 3) It provides only 1-2 hours of Battery backup. 4) Laptop heat up problem. I registered my complaint on 20th of November on Toshiba Support Centre at "[protected]@toshiba-india.com". This is the only email id provided by Toshiba on his website.I registered my complaint within the 4 days of my purchase.When I did not get any reply from them, I called the Toll Free number and again registered my complaint. Toshiba local engineer visited my house and found the all above issues and he gives me a job card (mentioned all my issues.) I emailed to the Toshiba Support Center ([protected]@toshiba-india.com) and asked them for full refund. It is now almost 7 days, they are not replying to my complaint. Please give your kind attention to my complaint and guide me through the procedure.       1. I have purchased 55" RW1 TV on 25-May2013 and TV is installed on 28th May 2013. 2. TV started getting small horizontal lines on screen from May-2013 inwards. Lines will be only noticed if we view TV from closer. 3. Assumed that problem might be with DISH connection and ignored. 4. Played Blue ray disk on June 13th, lines are clearly visible on screen and identified the problem is with TV and registered a complaint on June 14th. 5. Raised service request SR6F0024370 on June 14th, exactly after 1year 17 days of TV installation 6. Technician visited the house and told us that Panel is defective and it should be replaced. 7. I have requested Service support to consider my case and replace TV Panel under warranty even though Warranty is 1 year and I have complained after 1 year 17 days. 8. I have wrote a mail to [protected]@toshiba-india.com and they replied that they are considering my case. 9. Finally I got a reply from Toshiba service centre on 13-Nov and they told us they cannot replace panel since TV is out of warranty at the time of compliant. I have purchased TV for RS 1, 50, 000, which is a huge money for an average Indian consumer. How Toshiba TV can last only for One year?. Is life time of Toshiba TV is only one year ?. Premature LED Panel failure is Manufacturing defect. How can Toshiba escape from its responsibility since Complaint is not registered with in warranty period, even though it is delayed only by 17 days. Why Toshiba is selling poor quality and defective TV panels to Indian consumers ? Ravinder [protected]

        dear sir, i am ajay kumar. i have purchase toshiba led tv 32pt200ze last may 2014 but 13 october 2014 its display have problem. i have launch the complain in service centre at 14th october 2014. it's complain number SRXF0026095. At 21th october 2014 service center confirm the part of your led tv is not our stock. then you wll have total refund of this led tv but 11/11/2014 not get any resolution of toshiba customer care side. please give me resolution as soon as. my registered mobile number is [protected].

          Dear All I Has purchased a LED TV 32” from Sowndarya Digital Mall in Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) Before 1 year Now its LED Screen is Not working Now I called to their customer service centre so many times of their representative came and seen the TV and said the Screen is damaged and it needs to replace, Since that time I followed up for the same but they are saying, We will Order it from Bangalore and it will take 10 Days, In between When I called They extended the time limit till 15 days again. After that nobody responded for the complaint given by me, So I moved to Consumer court and now I am sending a Court Notice, Will see what the result is coming.             Dear sir,
            I have purchased lt toshiba c50 - a i0110t on 14 / 11 / 2013 but the product was giving problems right from the time that i purchased it. Key pad had already been changed but problems persist. After checking, one engineer of kolkata service centre told that laptop is defective it should be sent to factory and replace it. I could not use my laptop. Please arrange to replace it.

            B) more than three to four (3 to 4) times lodged complaint for some keys and touch pad are not working but it was beyond my imagination that i have to face such type of problems about world famous toshiba company.
            1. First time service engineer examine the problems and assure to change the key pad but not changed.
            2. Second time lodged complaint, service engineer had changed the key pad.
            3. Again same problems arise and i have been known that it is defective set, it should be sent to factory for change.

            1) model no :satellite c 50 - a i0110t

            2) machine no :pscf6g - 01700k


            3) complain no : again complaint ? Treat email as complaint.

            I could not use my favorite laptop / toshiba. Please do needful arrange to change this defective laptop.

            C) today i. E 16 / 09 / 2014 again i try to lodge complaint for not working key pad of toshiba laptop serial no - 6d079424q but failed due to technical error at your central complaint lodging center (As per your official said)

            D) please change my laptop because i am not use this laptop from very beginning day of purchase i. E 14 / 11 / 2013. Several times i have lodged complaint and use your technical assistant but no result yet to come. This is very unfortunate that you have not taken it seriously not only that you have not taken care also to solve the problem. It is enough. It is requested to you please change my defective laptop.
            E) i have purchased laptop on 14 / 11 / 2013 and it is one year warranty which is valid but toshiba india company answered by email that it is out of warranty. How it is possible? They avoid to replace the defective laptop.
            I request your honour you should take care and solve this problem to replace defective laptop as early as possible.

Sub: Technical Problem in charging Dear Sir/ Ma’am, I am a proud owner of Toshiba laptop (Sr. No. YC040748Q). I bought the laptop on August 14, 2014. Then due to technical problem in motherboard I had to make efforts to convince the company representatives to replace the same. The new laptop was delivered to me on October 1, 2013. The laptop is in warranty period. But for the past few days I have not been experiencing a problem in charging. After the battery gets charged 99 % the yellow indicator starts blinking. The yellow indicator does not change into white colour. I have a reason to worry the laptop has got a serious malfunction. I have talked to the customer care representatives TWICE (on 23.9.2014 and 20.09.2014) but the problem has not been solved. I followed the instructions given by the representatives on toll free. I think that the problem needs to be solved through a personal visit the technical representative of the company. Toshiba has always remained front runner in customer satisfaction. I wish the same in my case. I request you to look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest. Thank you. RAKESH PATEL

                  I purchased Toshiba LED TV- 24PS10ZEIN October 2012 with a 3 years warranty. While watching movie using pen drive on USB port it trips to TV mode. About a month back, in response to a similar complaint, the company replaced the mother board. For the past one week, it has started tripping again. The company might keep replacing the mother board within the warranty period. What will happen after expiry of warranty.                     Hi All, This is to inform you that I had bought a toshiba laptop on the month of april 2014. About 11 days ago I logged a complaint(SR8F0055096) regarding my laptops screen, webcam & microphone. Everyday I call the service centre they tells me after two days engineer will come .same thing happens everytime.The worst thing is 3 days ago they told me engineer has left for my home still today my issue has not been addressed.Even the customer care yesterday told me that the consult department will call.But they did not. Under the circumstances can you please look into the issue & resolve as it has been 12 days I was not able to work on my laptop.Its urgent.This service is earning very poor reputations for your company.The service centre number +[protected].Please help me.                         To Higher authority of TOSHIBA, Sir/Madam This is to bring to your notice that I started my communication about my complain regarding my Toshiba laptop ( Model No : PSKACG-03400W) from 19th August 2014 at [protected]@toshiba-india.com. Through several communication I realized that nothing seems to be resolved then I register my complain at Toshiba-india.com. On 26th August I got reply from [protected]@toshiba-india.com and then again I informed there my whole concern. My problem is: the expiry of the warranty of my laptop was 16/08/2014 and I was going outstation from 8/8/14 to 18/8/14. My adapter had heating issue and so I registered complain with complain id: SR8F0010253 for its' replacement and also asked for normal service of the laptop. On 7/8/14 the service engineer (Mr. Rajeev, mob no. [protected]/ [protected]) came and changed my adapter and was about to leave. Then I asked him what about the normal service that I mentioned in my complain. Then unwillingly he opened my laptop and again fixed it within a minute. When I asked what happened, why he did not check properly he replied that he had done his job and things are fine. I was not able to verify and he left. Next day I had to leave and while in train when I opened my laptop few of the keys of my laptop were not working and the corner of the laptop had some gap which creating sound while moving the laptop. Then I found the backside parts are not fixed properly and so my laptop is in imbalanced state. These whole things happened due to the uneven fixing and ignorance of the engineer. When I came back I complained Toshiba for this improper service and every time they assured me that they will resolve my issues as I agreed to pay for the parts. For all this to be done properly I constantly send mails to [protected]@toshiba-india.com and contacted the authorised lady in that mail Miss Rachna Joshi, Landline:+[protected], but no one tried to handle my matter seriously. In between I found that the adapter that Toshiba provided me on 7/08/14 is not working from 1st September 2014. Now I am totally helpless and not able to use my laptop at all. I constantly called them whether Toshiba will resolve my issue or I should try to fix my problem own. They assured me every time that my problem will be resolved as an urgent case. But it is 5/09/2014 today and now they have stopped replying to my mails and also stopped picking my phone. This is not expected from a company like Toshiba. I was supposed to contact Mr. Pawan (mob [protected]) and Miss Rachna Joshi and both are not responding. I request any higher authority of TOSHIBA, to answer for this poor service and to answer for this mental harassment that I have suffered from these many days because of them. It seems I am at fault choosing Toshiba as my laptop. I would never suggest anyone to go for Toshiba in my life, but I can not allow anyone to behave like this if I am not at fault.                           Sir/Mam I want to lodge a complaint regarding the poor customer service provided. I lodged a complaint regarding a technical glitche of not working of led tv purchased whose model number is 24PS10ZE purchased from pathankot punjab where I work as a court manager . Complaint number is- 7F0050591. And its almost now 15 days. After lodging of complaint engineer visited from the pathankot in punjab service centre and told me that there is a fault in the board where hdmi ports and other ports get connected so we have to order it after 3-4 days board came they said the company had send the wrong board again board is ordered after 3-4 days again board came it again doesnt worked then they said a software has to be uploaded we have to take the tv to service centre and then has to upload the program. Aftet I that I called the service centre people they said software is not getting uploaded and again new board has to be ordered and after that almost a week had passes on no board from the head office came neither there is any communication by the service centre people. I have to call every time but from last 3-4 days they are not picking up my call.. I want to ask the authorities tat is this the way your company deal with customers and for a small complaint like this 15-20 days it took for a company like of yours to resolve. I am almost done and fedup of the response given to me by the service centre people. After doing every bit of it I am writing this mail. After this I will be takin this matter to the higher authorities or will take the matter to the differnt consumer forums and social media. Hoping a quick response

                            Dear Mr.Manav, I am Alok customer of your toshiba laptop for last 4 years.In the month of dec 2013 i purchase a laptop from toshiba and system was working good but today morning it's not working now screen is blank and i booked a complaint in customer care and engineer also came in my home his name is Gulzar.He don't know how to talk a customer when he came he said your screen will not be change because your laptop is not in accidental warranty but my laptop is neither broken or fall so how it is possible i told them you can check the laptop in any way to find out what is the reason why screen not working but he did not not listen anything and misbehaving in front of my wife also.He don't know how to talk in front of a girl.I want that you should take a action for these kind of people and also change the screen of my laptop I am not wrong and not a fool person if laptop will fall down it should be some damage in outer screen as well as body part also got some scratches but nothing is happened.This is a internal problem for your product and your people is blaming for this to me

I booked this complaint to toshiba but they people doing misbehave to me and also wasting my time.Please do needful for this.I have lot's of mail from toshiba reginol manager mr manav dham but he is also not giving any proper solution.I just want to know if hard disk can change why screen not

                                Hi My Name is Praneeth Kumar I have taken new Toshiba Satellite Pro serial number ZD161395S in Kuwait, The Problem is I don't no why my laptop gets switch off or restart and some times the mouse pad doesn't work at that movement I have to restart and also I see some problem on my display may be the problem with pixels.                                   I have been facing a major problem with my laptop and i have given my laptop to service centers twice and more than 15 days for repairing the same issue, but there is no help and even reply from toshiba's RSM. Please read these mails: Dear Mr. Neeraj, I have mailed you about 3-4 times and there is no reply from your end? I still have not received my laptop and your customer service team says they stillhave issues with the laptop and they are not able to resolve the same, will you be kind enough to arrange replacement now? It has been more than 10 days your guys are trying to resolve issues and giving false commitments. Kindly respond, Swapnil Dear mr. Your service people did not have knowledge about your own product and I had to resolve it, on top of that my work got harped for a week, apart from that all my data was lost due to faulty hard drive.After almost 20 days now same problem has occurred (case no: sr7f0046508), I raised a complaint with your guys yesterday and he said that I will get a call from Toshiba by morning, but again your guys fooled me and I called up just now to ask about the issue, your guy has promised a call from your end by today..I want replacement of my laptop, as there is same problem raised again and again, I lost my data and presentation that I was working since last 6 days, I have lost my business worth lakhs of rupees because i am not able to present my data to client.Will Toshiba bare my loss?I can't afford to loose my data every 20 days, I hope I can expect some help from you at least, I have been using Toshiba laptops since past 7-8 years, but never faced such issues, I have lost my trust in you will never buy a Toshiba product ever.                                     HI, I bought Toshiba laptop 1 and half year back.I bought at a price of 22k. In the first week it broke down from base.They replaced it but my experience with service center was not good. Absolutely low quality as compare HP and Dell. Now after 1 and half year it battery is almost dead just giving me backup of just 40mins.Now I do not know when it stops working and I have searched for new Toshiba battery prices they are highest priced in market 4k to 5k. Another most important factor their warranty extension is very high 3500 for 1 year almost double than any other top brands. Never ever buy Toshiba Products. When you use them you do not feel good.                                       sir, i am working in Indian Navy. during my visit to russia, i have purchased toshiba led model 40tl963r full hd 3d smart tv from russia sl. no. c47l42l0200k1 in 21 nov 13. i reached india in 07 jan 14. after reaching i started my tv but only green power on light is comming ON and light back light is in screen. but no any other function is happening. i continously trying to get interact with the customer service support at ponda and bangalore. however the reply is this tv is not having any warranty.as i have purchased from russia it is not covered. but while i purchase, i asked the shop keeper, he said two years warranty. thatswhy i purchased. now i don't know what todo with the product. as the toshiba is a wonderful domestic products company and leading innovation has failed and i am simply knocking here and there. please help to repair/ replacement as i didn't watch the tv even a second.

                                        after one week web cam had complaint.then after several times had complaint .6 or 7 times all opened for service.i bought this laptop from logtec.when i asked them to replace.they didnt. i want a new one as replacement.i bought in november end.now 7 months passed.and now also noot working.please do the needful

                                        till now my laptop complaint has not been solved.almost 7 times opened the laptop for complaint.please replace a new laptop .i have to complain against logtec also from where i have bought my laptop.they didnt even say a nice word when i said about my laptop.we have only sales.you go to toshiba company, they said.so please do the needful immediately
