This is to inform you that we had purchased Toshiba ref GRM53UD sil gry on[protected] from Vijay Sales Pitampura, Delhi and our refrigerator was not cooling perfectly since an year. When we informed the latter about it they forwarded the responsibility towards the company and when the company was asked firstly, it did not respond to our calls 5 to 6 times, then a senior executive received our call and sent its worker. The worker informed us that the material inside it was in excess and we must empty it for 24 hours. As we were told, we did the same and limited the quantity for further days but the problem was not resolved. Again, our calls were ignored for many days and the same worker was sent and he informed that the refrigerator is very close to the walls from two sides and hence we must maintain some distance of it from the walls and he also charged for his suggestions every time. Again, we did the same but the problem was still not resolved.For around three months our calls were ignored and if received, then delayed. The same worker was again sent and he told us that it required gas and as per his suggestions we did the same again the very next day and our problem is not resolved yet. When we complained again then a senior executive promised us to send a senior engineer to consult the issue and a week is passed but no one has arrived. Since our first complain, an year has been passed but our problem has not been resolved till yet.. They are wasting our time and money as well and are not even responding to us and harassing us as even in 46 *C we had to live without even ice in our house and our refrigerator is not even working 30% of its original potential.

    I had launched a repair complaint with Toshiba on 30th May. My new Led TV was not getting on. Engineer bisited my house and told some part need to be replaced and it would take 4-5 days to get the part from the company. It has been around 15 days and whenever I call them they say it would take 2-3 days more.

      i ordered a toshiba 32hv10 from tradus and it was installed in last saturday on 28/4/12 and today 1/5/12 at 12nun there is suddenly smoke comes from it and now it dont work. i want full refund of my money at any cost. i paid them 15990rs. my order num is 2503540 from tradus. help me out.

        My toshiba laptop had gone done dead.

        om 12/03/2013 i HAD submitted laptop to Toshiba authorised service centre,high school junction,
        kollam-691013,kerala
        Tel no;[protected],mob:[protected].
        They had given temporary calls sheet no:406.
        When enquired abt its progress they were very arrogant and gave reply that customer mob: is with them and when system is ok will inform.
        Again after 2 weeks when enquired they gave the same reply and was told if i want i can take back my system
        Then till date i have not rcvd any intimation fm them.

        Toshiba — poor customer handling

        i bought the M200 n was really very excited but my joy was short lived as the laptop started developing problems.its very slow ,doesnt capture wifi,openning of windows during surfing the net is a nightmare.took it back to were i bought it but the dealer just re installed the soft ware n told me it was good to go,but to na avail the machine is stiil tooo dam slow ,readly attacked by virus they installed karspersky n now things are even worse.i dont know what to do anymore.

        Slow processing

        Speed of processing / booting and shut down is very much slow .

        No Demo installation and not fixed to wall

        I have purchased Toshiba LED TV on 28 March. And ticket has raised on 29 march. No one came to my house to do demo installation and to fix the TV to wall. I have called more than 10 times but i didn't get proper response.

          I purchased Toshiba laptop aug 2012.My laptop serial No.-3C359851Q,and my laptop model no.-C850-P5010. I have many Problem of every months in my Laptop.Not for solving my problem day after day tell a lie , your problem solved this day by day , But not solve my problem LCD & KEYBORD,Before 18 days i complained the customer care and my complain no.[protected]. Not solved my problem.Sir i humble request plz solve my problem .this is my last way to solve my problem .

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I had purchased a TOSHIBA Canvio 500 GB External Hard Disk from Computech and Printech Solutions (email:[protected]@computechprintech.com Phone:[protected])on 08/08/2010. The drive failed to be detected by Windows in September 2012. The drive was then submitted to the retailer and was collected after two weeks. The drive worked fine untill January 2013 when it failed permanently. Then it was taken to Rashi Peripherals Kolkata for warranty services. During the telephonic converstaions with Rashi Peripherals after submission of the drive, they informed me that same material was being returned to them by their Head Office. Upon further inquiry, they confirmed me about repairs done to my hard drive. However, on reaching their office for collecting my hard drive, they showed me some cracks on the hard disk which I had never seen on my hard drive. They blamed me for opening the hard drive which I have never done to my drive which is well under warranty. Also, I never knew how to open such hard disks. They constantly pressurized me to take back my hard drive to which I rejected. On further argument, they started abusing me saying that I had submitted a broken hard drive to them.
            Let me clarify that during the past two and a half years o[censored]se, I have well maintained my hard drive, keeping it in a proper casing. But Rashi Peripherals have caused physical damages to my hard drive.
            On emailing Rashi Head Office and TOSHIBA, I received a communication informing me that the hard drive is not an original one. I contacted the retailer from which I had purchased the same I was shows their original purchase bill.
            On informing Rashi about the same, they claimed that the internal hard disk is illegal.
            I JUST CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW THE DRIVE IS CLAIMED AS "ILLEGAL". CLEARLY, I AM CHEATED BY RASHI PERIPHERALS. I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS REGARDING MY PURCHASE AND ALL THE COPIES OF MY EMAIL COMMUNICATION WITH THEM.

            I was harassed mentally and economically as the hard drive is pricey. Also, Rashi Kolkata staffs abused me blaming me for submitting "illegal" hard drive. They told me that they have proofs that the drive was opened, showing some cracks and they mailed me a picture of the hard drive. Also, they showed me the hard drive in their office. I have never seen such pathetic condition of my hard drive, with sticker removed, seal broken and cover cracked etc.
            Over email, Rashi Staff Mr. Abhijit Dey ([protected]@rptechindia.com) blamed me for the entire incident, which has incurred monetary loss to me.

            I want a proper replacement of my damaged hard drive. Also I want an investigation by TOSHIBA about what exactly caused damage to my hard drive. Finally, I want the Kolkata Rashi Peripheras to apologise for their misbehavior.
            TO CROWN ALL, I WANT A REPLACEMENT FOR MY HARD DRIVE AS THE DRIVE IS UNDER WARRANTY AND THEIR WAS NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE NOR ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY DONE TO MY HARD DRIVE FROM MY SIDE, AND ITS ENTIRELY RASHI PERIPHERAL'S FAULT.

              We have called at service centre on 9th Feb 2013, as the machine was not working properly. Its rinsing and draining operation were not operating. They told us that machine will be serviced within 10 days. But today on 23 Feb 2013, its been almost 15 days and our complaint has not been responded till now. everyday we call them they say that machine part has yet to come from bangalore.

              PLEASE HELP US

                Sir,
                I bought a Toshiba laptop on 21st July,2012, serial no.3C119824Q. It started giving trouble after 3 months by way of snapping sound/sensation felt during opening of the screen flap. After few days I noticed right hinge was behaving abnormally and it used to move up and down during opening the flap compared to the other hinge and the plastic sheet near on/off switch on right top corner of the laptop started giving way, while opening the flap, realizing that something was wrong with the product I contacted Toshiba Costumer Care toll free number. After few days a service personnel visited my laptop and informed me that some screw was missing and he took one screw from inside the machine and fitted in the hinge area and everything was fine. He visited my site in first week of November 2012.
                After 4 days of this so called repair, the same problem resurfaced again after contacting toll free no. this time another service personnel came and informed us that the socket of the screw is broken and it might have been broken because of forceful tightening of the screw. He took some photographs of the default area and informed us that he will be sending these photographs and details of the problem to the concerned department service department and return with the corrective measure since them there has not been any information or communication concerning my problem and no corrective action was taken on repeated complain at toll free no. Every time they promised that action will be taken soon. Finally I had to write an e-mail to Toshiba care. From their side they informed us that as it was a physical fault so we will have to pay upon which we agreed but till now they are just informing us that it will be a paid job but they did nothing. After waiting for few weeks or so.When once again I Enquired I was astonished to learn that my case has been closed. I again requested them to register my complaint and get my machine repaired but nothing was done even then.Finally I made a last complain on 12/2/13, complain no.[protected] but this time also they are sleeping as before. I finally reminded them of my problem on 14 Feb. and was informed that it will be a paid service, I requested them that i have heard this from their side umpteen times that this will be a paid service, but when the repair will be done?. This time the operator told me that I have to carry the laptop to the service center; when i asked why?, he had no reply. I am waiting since then, I do not know why are they doing like this and I request you to save me from the harassment, mental agony and I also request you to see to the fact that how come a laptop can not withstand the normal human use for which it was made even for three months. There has not been any harsh operation/injury or impact to the laptop by me and the damage is in all probability was due to manufacturing defect.

                -THE SAID NOTEBOOK WAS PURCHASED FROM BEST BUY – USA .
                -THIS MODEL IS UNDER WARRANTRY FOR BIOS PASSWORD PROBLEM TILL DEC. 2010 AS PER YOUR DOCUMENT ID 98082632 / DATED 02/11/09.
                -THE SAID NOTEBOOK HAD A BIOS PROBLEM IN MARCH 2009. IT WAS HANDED OVER TO HCL SERVICE CENTER VADODARA AFTER GENERATING CASE ID FROM TOSHIBA INDIA. AFTER DELAY OF APP. 30 DAYS THEY HAVE ONLY SHORT THE BIOS & HANDED OVER THE NOTEBOOK TO ME ON 3-APRIL -2009.
                -AGAIN SAME PROBLEM OF BIOS PASSWORD HAS OCCURRED & CASE ID TIPL:OL 073009/100 WAS GENERATED AND NOTE BOOK WAS HANDED OVER TO HCL SERVICE CENTER AT AHMEDABAD IN JULY 2009. AGAIN ONLY BIOS WAS SHORTENED & NOTEBOOK WAS RETURNED AFTER ONE MONTH WIDE JOB SHEET NO. [protected].
                -TO MY SURPRICE AGAIN SAME PROBLEM HAS OCCURRED IN DEC. 2009. CASE ID TIPL:OL: 122209/9 WAS GENERATED ON 22-DEC. 2009. ON THE SAME DAY I CONTECTED SERVICE CENTER OF HCL AT AHMEDABAD.
                -THEY SAID THAT DEMAND FOR PCB WILL BE SENT AND WE WILL CONTECT YOU ONCE THE PCB IS RECEIVED.
                -TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING.
                -I AM REPEATEDLY SENDING E-MAIL TO YOUR SERVICE DEPT. / TALKING TO YOUR CALL CENTER BUT NO SATISFACTORY ANSWER HAS BEEN GIVEN. I AM TOSSED BETWEEN SERVICE CENTER & CALL CENTER. NO BODY IS TAKING ANY ACTION. THIS IS NOW MORE THAN 50 DAYS & I AM SURPRIZED WHY NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.

                I purchased Toshiba laptop in October 2010.And it's create many time same problem of motherboard.and i show my laptop in service center 10 time .they took approx 6 month in repairing.when i again same problem in November 2011 they said that your warranty is finish .but actually i used my laptop only six month till now this in same condition no response from Toshiba why Toshiba make these type of laptop...
                i suggest to every one don't purchase this company product .service is worst out of world.
                suggest me what can i do against Toshiba company.
                can anyone tell me consumer court process against company

                    I have unfortunately purchased your LED 32 PT200 TV, a total waste of my hard earned money because it has a pathetic clarity (Burnt skin, hazy picture, ghost effect) in fact worse than our old age tube TV. On top of that when complaint about it, the Technicians say you will have to upgrade the software, which they did, but no resolution and reason given you will have get HD set top box, then the 2nd Visit, upgraded software, still the same issue said will send or Sr Technician, 3rd time Sr Technician, confused and said i will check in the company and they will take the TV and see what is the problem if there is a technical issue then it will be replaced, however he says doesn't look like there is a technical issue but in vain he couldn't even do the picture setting to make it clear if there wasn't a technical issue. Also all the visit above of the technicians, were reminded by me that they have a visit at my place. Now some Sr Technician called and started arguing stating if you comparing a Normal Set Top with HD movie then you will not get the same clarity, which i guess even a blind person would know. However when there is a normal Set Top Box connected to an HD TV, there is a slight pix elation and not Burnt skin, hazy picture, ghost effect. Well they have any way closed my case ID L:[protected] without resolving it and i have not signed any of your visit document stating it has been. I know nothing is going to happen about this issue because Toshiba has got my money in their pocket. Well to make sure i will never ever recommend any one to buy Toshiba products as the after sale was pathetically awesome experience and the TV is much higher than that. have no choice but will have to bare till its working.

                      I had bought a Toshiba Laptop (Sl # - 7B423587W) in the month of October 2011 and the laptop had a warranty period of 1 year. In the month of June 2012 the hard disk was corrupted. I gave the laptop for service in the month of June and got the laptop back back in the month of July. It took them a month to repair to laptop. Again in the month of August the laptop's mother board got corrupted and I had given it to the service center on 11th August, 2012. They informed me that the issue was fixed and I collected the laptop on 15th September , 2012. When I got the laptop home, I realized that the issue wasn't resolved and informed the customer care about it the same day. Since the service was closed (15th being a Saturday), I gave the laptop for service again on the 17th of September. Since then I have been waiting for the laptop and haven't received it yet. I have sent them emails but have not received any reponse yet.

                      The complaint number is[protected]. I had bought the laptop as a gift for my brother so that he could use it in his business. Since we didn't have the laptop for almost 6 months in the last 1.5 years my brother was not able to show the presentations and designs effectively due to which he has lost business of almost 2 lakh's. We were even forced to buy a desktop which has costed us close to 45,000.

                      Request you to look into this and help me out.

                        We purchased a Toshiba refrigerator for Rs.40,000/- on 30th November 2011. After sometime 2-3 scratches appeared on the inside lining of body of the refrigerator which got widened later on. The complaints in this context were made at customer care Toshiba on 29th November 2011, the Engineer visited and took the photographs of the Refrigerator. Later after repeated telephonic complaints Mr. Manav responded and conveyed that they cannot replace the refrigerator, but refund after deducting 25% can be done. But we don't want any refund, we want our refrigerator to be replaced.

                          i have bought a Toshiba 32" LCD TV(HB-10) from Great Eastern Trading Co ,kolkata on 06/02/2012, but after only 5-6 month the set (model no - hb 10) had a screen problem.thereafter i complaint to service center and after continuous follow up i had got a new tv set (model no 32pb1e) ON 10/10/12 for i had to spent INR-1910 EXTRA to the same showroom. Aftrer one and half month again the new set turn into a faulty one.this time the set had got panel problem there after i again contact to service center (complain ref #[protected] dated 17th nov-12))but this time my demand is to take my money back because my faith on this company has been already demolished after facing 2 problems in two different TV sets within a spam of only 46 days..the complain ref #[protected] is still pending. and i am unable to watch TV even after spenting INR-017400.PLS HELP.

                            Hi ,

                            I had bought a Toshiba LED PB200 in the month of November and it stopped working after 3 days of purchase . As per the warranty procedure I than called the customer service of Toshiba and logged a compliant on 23rd November 2012 for the same. And the Compliant Number is 112112/414. Which was than acknowledged by one of your representative from Gurgaon and there contact number is [protected]. The representative walked in after 2 days for the complaint date and he said that there is a problem in the LED and they need to replace the part . And this will be done in 3 to 5 working days .
                            I’m sorry to tell you that the issue is still not fixed and Toshiba Rep.. did not turned up there after , we keep calling the customer service and the service center and every time we are informed that the part is still not arrived and will take another 2 to 3 days it’s been 15 days form 23rd November and the part is still not replaced.

                            Request you to please look into this matter As soon as possible with the update. You can contact me on [protected].

                              Dear Sir,
                              I had purchased a Toshiba television on 25th October, 2011 and was given a 3 year warranty. It went into disorder in this October and a complain was made by on 5th October,2012. the complain id no is[protected]. Their was no response for one and a half months. When an executive arrived for repairing he had brought a faulty part. Since then I haven't received any response from them in spite of repetitive complaints.
                              I request you to look into the matter and help me out with this.

                                I HAVE PURCHASE NEW TOSHIBA MAKE 32"LED TV PX200ZE. 2 DAYS BEFORE BOOKED IN CUSTOMER CARE. THE SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE ARE INFORMED ME WE WILL COME TODAY INSTILLATION WORK.BUT NO BUDDY WILL NOT COME. SO I HAVE FEEL INITIAL TIME NOT RESPONSE. THE PURCHASE NEW TV RETURN BACK TO THE SHOP.                                   I purchased a Toshiba 32" LCD TV (Model : 32PB2ZE, Invoice number 1083/2012-13) from Triad Microsystems, Palayam, Trivandrum (http://www.tvpm.in/Trivandrum/Palayam/Panjapura/Triad-Microsystems) on 18/8/2012.
                                  They said they would deliver the wall mount and the extended warranty at my house. I contacted them around 6-7 times and everytime they promised that they would deliver this the very next day. Now it has been 3 months since the purchase and still they have not delivered the wall mount and extended warranty.
                                  This is really pathetic service by a world renowed company! The local dealers are making a joke out of the brand name of Toshiba!
                                  Toshiba folks, pls take some action if you want to remain in bussiness in smaller towns as well.
                                  Such a pity that a well renowned company is behaving like this!! It happens only in India!

                                    never think about THINKING LED FROM TOSHIBA


                                    I have purchase a LED TV from Better Deals Electronics ,Toshiba Deal , GIL Mall,sector-38a, Noida on 31/03/2012.This September2012 i had logged a complaint as my remote was not working(complain no.[protected]. An executive from their service center came and check and told me that the remote was ok the problem was with a part in the TV. I request for a change as the LED is still in warranty.After that i had call the service center number of times(no.[protected]/6) but every time i was told that the part has not reach from Mumbai.I also called up the service head-Deepak ([protected]) number of times but he also had the same excuse and now he does not take my calls.If such unprofessional people are there in the service center they should close down the same.
                                    Atlast i decided to talk to the dealer from where i brought the LED but he also sounded very unhelpful but is not taking any responsibility neither has done any thing it is more than 2 month a LED in warranty had not been attended.Seeing this poor service ,I am very disappointed and don't know what to do .Pls help.
                                    once again i contacted the customer care there i had a talk with gayatri last week and she assured me that with in a day or so i can call and she will talk to the service center .I called after a week today on 14 nov and had a talk with anu, pradeep and saurabh and request them to make me talk to gayati but i had to hold for a long time and then all the three time i was disconnected ,she never can on the line.
                                    how insensitive? IS IT THE JAPANESE CULTURE, I AM NOT SO SURE

                                      Hello,

                                      I own a toshiba external 1 TB hard disk, which was bought two years back and it doesn't cover warranty period any more. Now it is not in working condition, when i tried calling customer care they gave me a number where i can sought it out. but the number was only for the people to claim the warranty. But when i called back the customer care they told they dont have any other option. Now i have to spend more than the amount that of hard disk to recover hard disk.

                                      toshiba external hard disk — not getting warranty

                                      i have purcahased an external hard disk dtd 7/06/2011(sl no:41TDCDLAT MC3 ECA) and is not working properaly after one year .i approch the thosiba service centre calicut but they took the serial no and said that this product is not in their list .this product is online purchased through e-bay. the product has three year warranty. what i do.

                                      LED TV DISPLAY NOT WORK PROPERLY

                                      I PURCHASED LED TV MODEL NO-29 P 2305 FROM RAJULA CITY, SUVIDHA DILLER. COMPLAIN LOGED TO DILLER AGO 5 DAYS BUT MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVE. PLEASE ARRANGE TO RESOLVE MY COMPLAIN AS EARLY AS SOON IN FAVOUR OF YOUR COMPNY CREDIT AND ME.
