We bought a Toshiba LCD 32inc a 7 months ago...we are getting a serious problen in this it completely dead and not working we already filled a complaint and the people came from the services center and too our lcd with them and they gave us our LCD after 2 months ..when he bring our product to us we start it and hardly it was on a 5 min. and after that its dead again

we talk to customer care 100 times and they just reply we'll send our people to you soon and no one come to us

Now My Last Step will be Consumer Court

    Dear sir,

    I have bought a LED TV model no:19HV10ZE from vasanth&co 1,new agraharam,palani road,dindigul-1 for rupees 9000 on[protected] bill no: [protected]. it was stopped woking on[protected] and i call the customer care and service center they had taken that tv and said that they will replace the tv and give it to me but till date[protected] i have often contact the customercare and service center there is no response from vasanth&co and also from the service center VIJAY ELECTRONICS 21/1 LGB COMPOUND,AMC ROAD,DINDIGUL, i have often called them no response and if they attend the call they ask me to go for court and take legal action. VASANTH&CO ITS SALES SERVICE AND CUSTOMERCARE IS ANOT REPONDING TO ME PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THE ISSUE.

      Hi,

      I bought a laptop outside India and it was used by my parents to speak to us. Recently there was problem with the keyboard took it to the nearest Toshiba dealer they said the keyboard has to be replaced as there is a fault with the keyboard and it is covered under the international warranty, the estimated time to get it fixed was 4 weeks as they had to wait till they receive a new keyboard from the European warehouse.
      It’s been two months now i still have not heard anything from Toshiba. Is there any chance you can help me on this. Please find the call reference number given by Toshiba India.

      The Toshiba officials have not responded yet or have done anything to resolve this, they have recently send an email mentioning that they expect the keyboard to arrive on 25th October, they have promised me 25th but i still don’t think they will deliver the laptop to me. Could you please suggest or help to resolve this issue.

        i like to inform you that i have a issue in extanded warranty registration.i purchased my extanded warranty on[protected].then i got your extanded warranty pack at 6-9-2012.and i sent you invoice.then on[protected].i got a rply from u that your extanded warrnty has been registred.but now i need to repair my leptop so i need to use the warranty but noe CCE said we have no info. about your extanded warranty so we cant give you service under warranty.when i again mailed at [protected]@toshiba-india.com about this issue they dont even rply.i urgantly need to use warranty but toshiba is not responding.Please solve this issue as soon as posible.otherwise i will have to go to court to file a case against toshiba corporation.thx

              This is to notify you all to beware before purchasing Toshiba Laptop.
              I’ve purchased Toshiba satellite laptop from Flipkart.com. All though the product is good but after sales service is pathetic.

              I’ve purchased the Laptop extend warranty, which needs an online registration. The online registration failed as there are various flaws in the online process

              1) You can not process your extended warranty if your original warranty is not registered on the website (Toshiba India)
              2) They will ask you to send the SCAN copy of your invoice and once you send they will keep you wait for long time(in my case almost 1.5 months)
              3) If you ask them for updated on call centre (toll free number) they will return with the common answer (Sorry Sir our system is not working)

              Such a pathetic service. Don’t try to save 3-4 thousands.. Instead buy Dell / HP machines.
              Toshiba is pathetic.

              I am chasing the on call support from past 1.5 months and there is answer from Toshiba support (Its in process) WTF I already paid for extended warranty almost 4.5k for 2 years and my original warranty is now expired. This crap brand is harassing me and just earning money through extend warranty.

              Toshiba Satellite — Laptop warranty

              LAPTOP KEY BOARD MANUFACTURING DEFECT NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY AND NOT AT ALL REPLACED. POOREST FORM OF CUSTOMER CARE FROM HCL TRIVANDRUM AND KOCHI UNITS. GOING FOR CONSUMER COURT TO GET LEGAL ASSISTANCE.
              Hard to have good customer service if the product doesn't match what they sell. I bought a Satellite L305-S5955 on 7-4-09 from Best Buy with Vista. Within four months, the hard drive crashed. Replaced under warranty. Second hard drive crashed one month AFTER warranty (right on cue). That was replaced by a friend.
              Make a long story short, two MORE went in the last four months. Even with an upgrade to Windows 7. Sorry, when taxes come in, I will get a imitation drive, but another computer that is NOT Toshiba. NEVER AGAIN. Even if they GAVE ME one, I might use it for an ironing board.

                I have problem in my tohiba laptop power port.
                Its been 2 months I have lodged the complaint in Toshiba Customer care.
                Complaint #[protected]

                Technician have already visited twice, still no result as everytime they said that the parts are not available.
                Then they confirmed that the parts have been arrived and from last 3 weeks promising to provide the service today, next day etc.
                But, no one came and contacted us.
                We are calling them almost everyday.

                Still 60 days, no repair and I am harrased with the quality of the service they are providing.

                  I have purchased aToshiba Net-book NB510 A1110 from Euro-Tech Communications (Nehru Place, Delhi),
                  invoice no 2274 on 22-Sep-2012.

                  The Show-room person has installed the required software’s by connecting the charger.
                  I came back at home and try to open the Netbook by pressing the power button and only power light is working no screen.

                  Being Sunday on 23-Sep-2012 I visited the show-room today 24-Sep-2012 and Asked for replacement of faulty Net-pad.

                  Very sad that they have forwarded me to their service centre and asked me to wait for couple of days instead of provideing a fresh Net Pad as I have paid for a new one.

                  Please provide me a solution.

                    A toshiba 32" TV has been ordered through online - i..e shopclues.com and the vendor name is Naveen Electrotech Private limited, Delhi. - The packing received was in very horrible condition. I am chasing the Toshiba customer care, Shopclues customore care since two days, however in vain.

                    The TV received is defective and it is not working. Looking forward for a support, will keep you updated.

                    It looks like none of these service providers are trust worthy. The provide a second class service.

                      this is sandeep.i bought toshiba laptop before 1 year dated on[protected].
                      there are some base cover problem in my laptop.i have registerd complaint two
                      times,but case is closed without any information.first i registered complain on 10th sep.case id of 10th sep is[protected].that time my laptop was in warranty.after two days i called to ur customer care ,they told me that case is closed and they also told me that ur laptop warranty is over.so tell me what should i do???

                        I had purchased Toshiba Television on dt: 21/07/2011 from vijay sales Mira road. Order no.16-MR[protected] DT: 21/07/2011.

                        My television set is not working from 12/8/12. I had already give complaint to Toshiba service centre. my complaint no:[protected] on dt:12/08/12. They had given warranty periods of 3years. One part is not working, so they told us will replace the part. But till yet they had not change the part and telling reason that part is not getting.

                        I told them if you are not getting the part so replace it in new tv . But till date they had not solve my problem.

                        So please help me for this matter.

                          I pruchased Toshiba Laptop on 19/08/2012 from Sales India Pvt. Ltd. Chandkheda. While purchasing i asked many times that will i get windows geniune version? Sales person everytime said yes you will yes you will. But when today i am facing little problem while opening MS Office, powerpoint and other things its asking me the product key. What the hell is this a way to sell your product by giving miscommitement? This is the way you Toshiba guys sell your product. I paid 35K plus for this windows geniune version and what i got! What is it? Why the hell you people do all this? Why to miscommite?

                          This is not done! I am not satisfied and will never ever pruchase anything of Toshiba or will never ever suggest anyone to buy also. Effect i will now never purchase anything from even Sales India.

                            Hi, i have purchased Toshiba TV on 03/06/2012 from one of the Dealer, it's Toshiba LED 24PS10-24", they have offered me 3 years of warranty.
                            after working for a month i got some issue with Brightness on 29-Jul-2012, I have logged case with Toshiba call center ( Case ID :[protected], the engineer came to site after a week time and told me there is an issue with board and it needs to replace and it will take 7 days to receive part, I agreed .. after 7 days there was no response from them and i called call center again, they said they have not received part and they will call back ( as always fake commitment from call center lady )... after 2 3 days i called again and they are at the same stage , infect they don't know if party is already delivered from there technical center or not ..... i tried chasing them everyday for the status .. .. 1 day they told looks like part will take time to reach so we will replace your TV .. i thought that's good and agreed ,,, again no response for 2 3 days .. i called them again asked for status ..... They said we have received part and we will be sending engineer to replace part ....... that guy came next day and tried replacing .... same issue .... He said looks like main board is ok, there is issue with LED panel .... Let me ask call center to replace TV ...... i had no option other than waiting .....

                            again i have waited for 2 3 days .. no response from their side .. i call that lady in call center and asked for his boss's no ... she gave me that manager's mobile ... damm .. that guy was always busy ....i tried calling him for 2 hours . his phone was engaged ... Luckily after 2 days i was able to contact him .. i discussed my issue with him ... as always he replied Let me check from my side and will get back to you ......

                            that manager has also gave me fake message that he will come back .... .. after again 2 days i tried calling him .. and his phone was busy .. i tried calling for 15 to 20 time , well i don't have only work to call these guys every day and keep listening .. person is busy on other call ...... then.. i sent him SMS boss i will complain to Consumer if you will not get back and tried calling him .. Luckily i got connected .... and asked him the status ......

                            now new story .. that manager told me we don't have this model available ... also we don't have parts for this product ... and i want to process for refund your money ...........

                            well after purchasing product with 3 Years of warranty is it ok to get refund ?? if they are already aware that this product is EOSL why there are selling it with 3 Years of warranty ?????? .. what will happen to customer after 3 Years if he will get issue with TV ? he will only have option to through this TV and buy New one ..............

                            if they don't have this brand they should offer me another brand of TV ( without paying extra, this is not my fault at all ) and that product should not be EOSL and should have 3 Years of warranty ........ also they should always update status to customer on time ...

                            ( my TV was purchased from Vashi , Kohinoor Dealer ) and i am doing follow up with Toshiba service center.

                              Hello All,

                              Toshiba is the worst when it comes to quality of product as well as service. I bought a TV from Toshiba because it was cheap but within 6 months the display stopped working so we called customer care and they come and take some major part without even giving a slip of paper that they have picked up something from our TV. After that it has been hell calling them every day and they do not even return calls and keep telling they will replace the tv in 10 working days. They do not even care to acknowledge that they have told "10 days" already more than 30 times.

                              NEVER EVER BUY ANY TOSHIBA PRODUCTS.

                                I am facing great problem as no one is resolving my complained.
                                My LCD tv is been getting blue line on screen , it is in warranty period. as it was TV panel problem Toshiba at first instance told they will replace TV as they have no part for my old TV.

                                I cant understand why Toshiba is manufacturing & marketing there TV set in India when they cant give services to Customer.

                                Hope you will consider my complain & resolved it this month.

                                  This refer to TV Model no.: LCD40PB10 purchased from Kohinoor Televideo Pvt. Ltd., Thane (W)-400610 on 25/05/2012, unfortunately TV got burned due to Tube Problem on 17th August 2012 and we filled a complaint on 18th August 2012 at Toshiba customer care as well as the shop from where we purchased the TV (Kohinoor Televideo Pvt. Ltd., Thane ).

                                  However we would like to bring your knowledge that, i have not received any reply from customer care and we are entertained very badly from Shop executive by giving falls promises. Now they are promising like, they have mailed to their mail deal at Delhi and they are waiting for their reply as well parts from them. Finally we are suffering due to non availability of TV from last 10 days. Here with i request you to get back replacement of new TV nor their immediate action though your consumer court.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I am serving in the Navy and have bought a LCD TV Toshiba make from Vizag. I have hardly used it and it has become defective. A complaint was registered by me on 21 Jul and was attended after 10 days. One of the parts(prob motherboard) was replaced and the service dept intimated that the new board received is also defective and is waiting replacement. Its more than 1 month and the service/product quality is ver poor. Request necessary action on the company.My complaint ID IS[protected] DATED 21 JUL.

                                        I have purchased toshiba laptop (sr no - 9b086603q) 8 months ago (17-dec-2011) from eurotech communications, nehru place, new delhi. Key board of my laptop stopped working on 8th august 2012. I called up service center to register the service request but they denied to register the request and said that they don't have any record of my laptop. Next day morning (9th aug 2012) I called up the toshiba service center (no [protected]) again and this time they registered my complaint(complaint no[protected]. In the call I mentioned that I see the problem with the keyboard. An engineer mr balwant singh visited my place on 10th aug 2012 and put the remark as "service is pending and key board dimanded". Engineer said it may take maximum up to 5 days to resolve your laptop problem. I made several calls to customer care and have written emails to "[protected]@toshiba-india.Com" after 15th aug 2012 but the responses I got from call centers are "sir, another we need 1-2 days as the part is coming from chennai" and I have got no reply to email. In my today's call(19th aug 2012) I have been told that the parts will be reached by end of august.
                                        I request you to look in to the matter. Also please provide me the exact date by when thiss will be resolved?
