I bought ur company 32"lED ps10ze .bill no 675 date 20/8/11
but 12/9/2011 morning ur led not on .i complaint ur customer care .my complaint id number[protected] .ur engginner told me ur LED any audio video card is dead .and told me within 5days my problem is solve but now 28days my problem is as it is no sulotion.if my problem not solve within 2days .i case ur company.and i am not service my LED PLEASE CHANGE MY LED I[censored] NOT ACTION MY COMPLAINT WITHIN 2 DAYS SORRY FOR SAY THAT I AM GOING TO CONSUMER COURT

    My laptop Toshiba L650 had a problem with its motherboard before two months and i gave it to the customer care and they have done nothing in last two months.i am fed up with Toshiba and would like to suggest that please don't go for it. it has the problem and in terms of service it is worst.
    please don't make the mistake which i made in purchasing Toshiba, instead it go for any brand at least it would provide a good service.

    Sir I have a Toshiba laptop which model number is satellite c640
    serial number is 4A136792W
    Case Id is 102011-6..

    I purchased Toshiba laptop in October 2010.And it's create many time same problem of motherboard.and i show my laptop in service center 10 time .they took approx 6 month in repairing.when i face again same problem in November 2011 they said that your warranty is finish .but actually i used my laptop only six month till now this in same condition no response from Toshiba why Toshiba make these type of laptop...
    i suggest to every one don't purchase this company product .service is worst out of world.
    suggest me what can i do against Toshiba company in consumer court.
    can anyone tell me consumer court process against company

      I purchased laptop from CROMA on 26/01/2011 vide no[protected]. Serial no is 6 A6048902. when it went wrong I complained; on complaining I was told that it is already registered with them by another name and in another city. However I was given complain no[protected] and laptop was taken for repair by Allied Digital Services C/o. Digicomp Complete Solution Ltd., Sakinaka, Mumbai. Tele 42292194 and millind mob: [protected] on 6/9/2011.
      Since then whenever I inquire for status I am told that part has not come. I am told to inquire at tollfree [protected]. time and again I have inquired with no results and stereo answer. I have asked for higher authority contact name and no. they denied & said they can't. I have asked them please give me in writting that part is not forth coming. That also they refused. Please help me to get my laptop back in running condition.

        I purchased TOSHIBA refrigerator from M/s Vijay Sales, Janak Puri vide sale invoice no. 73-DJK08-0SIAO40, whose code no. is GRM53UDSX, item name TOSHIBA REF. GRM53UD Silky grey on 6th Aug' 10. During the warranty period it started malfunctioning from May 2011. I registered many complaints with the Service centre managed by M/s Instant Care situated at J-4/ 19 A Rajouri Garden, N. Delhi- 27. Lastly after many assurances the refrigerator could not be set right. Accordingly, M/s Instant Care assured me that they will carry this refrigerator at their service centre and in lieu of that the service centre provided me a Stand By refrigerator. But this fridge was of no use except a box. After 15 days they returned my original refrigerator and assured me to get it replaced the earliest possible in the month of Aug'2011. It is a matter of regret that I could not get a positive response except the assurances.
        It is further unfortunate that Regional Manager gives me the reply for my calls that shortly the approval will come for the replacement. I have an SMS record for this conversation with the Regional Manager.
        I may be helped out of this agony at the earliest possible.

          Lap Top I purchased from Toshiba has faulty battery & corrupt window 7 software. I received case ID no[protected] from them on 3 Sept 2011. Warantee expiring on 22 Sept 2011. I have given this ID to Toshiba Center Green Dust at Netaji Subhash Place Delhi. But still service center is is not replacing the battery despite several calls to them. They are telling they don't know when to replace battery & When battery will be available. This is a very disgusting reply by Green Dust staff. This is a very sorry state of affairs in dealing with Toshiba service for warranted commitment. How will I advise any body to buy Toshiba products when I am facing so much problems in getting my lap top repaired under warranty period. Am I left with contacting the authorities up your ladder?
          I have contacted Toshiba service Support on their Toll free no but there is no redress of my complaint so far. It seems that Toshiba works with daring non compliance in Indian environment and committing breach of business commitment & ethics on daily basis.
          Could your good office advise the unrelenting and dodging Toshiba India to replace the battery & software immediately?

            Sir,
            I have brought a Toshiba Laptop this year on the 15th of April. I was shocked when my laptop started malfunctioning within a few months from buying. My computer went damn slow and half of the soft wares were not working. On sending it to the service station, I was told that the Mother Board and the Hard Drive, both were not working and I got them replaced. On bringing back the laptop for about 1 month later from the service station, I found my machine getting hanged every now and then, especially when the charge went beneath 80%. And now a new problem has cropped up. My computer is not detecting any external device like pen drive and external mouse. I am seriously sick and tired of it all. I had availed a bank loan for buying this laptop and I am totally disgusted to find such bad service and poor quality from a company like Toshiba. I want to get the laptop replaced by a new one as soon as possible. This is the limit of it. Please do try to solve my problem Sir. I am a student and it is not possible for me to buy new laptop all over again.

                I purchased Toshiba laptop ang got 3 year extendd warranty. But 1 year after purchase my warranty is still not updated and I am being treated like a tennis ball by both dealer and customer care center. Laptop is not booting and my nearest service center is 70km away. I am surprised by this shameless attitude of Toshiba. I will advise everyone not to expect any customer service from Toshiba.

                  There is problem in your product i made complaint in your service centre on 05/05/2011, but there is no solution . Its to hot out there my freezer is not rectrified every day i am drinking hot water throwing all eatable such as milk vegetables fruits and many more. This totally harresment to a customer who belief in your product now i am fed up of your service .
                  LAST YEAR there was same problem it took them three month to rectrify.

                    I am Nicy d/o Issac Paulraj, I have bought toshiba satellite L640 laptop(serial no 6A158200W) for 41,000Rs on oct 2nd 2010 at Coimbatore. after a week, as soon as i started using it hard disc got corrupted and changed on 9th nov 2010 within warranty. followed by it, when i started to work, hard disc and motherboard got corrupted and changed on march month of 2011. now april month again problem arises in battery(does not withstand even for an hour, and shows symbol for replacing the battery). within 7-8 months from purchase many parts of laptop was changed.
                    As within the warranty period i have serviced laptop for free and some amount for software installation. but if this same situation occur even after warranty period, do i want to spend my money to change hard disc or mother board or battery? I have got Laptop for for huge amount Rs41,000 so i request toshiba company to make a note of this complaint and if i get problem with my laptop after warranty period, see that Toshiba company do good to me(change of laptop or free service). from the date of purchase I could not work with my laptop properly and went to service centre for many times. so after warranty period consider this complaint and take necessary action if needed.

                      I purchased a brand new Toshiba laptop model no c650 for INR 29000 fm ZOOM COMPUTERS Chembur. Within 15 days the laptop stopped working. I got the formatting done again for the same for inr 500. Again within 7 days the laptop stop working. Again I got it formated and got anti virus program loaded. I had to pay additional 1450 for the service. wihin a month my laptop conked off. I had to pay again for formatting.The laptop itself is DEFECTIVE. I WANT FULL REIMBURSEMENT OF MY MONEY FROM TOSHIBA ALONGWITH ALL THE EXPENSES I HAVE BORNE.

                        I have purchased the laptop from Reliance Digital, Chennai on December 28th 2010. Within a month of purchase the hard disc had to be replaced and the same was done by the Toshiba service center on 15th February 2011.
                        Within a week the laptop again has a problem and the service center has reported a problem with the Hardware.

                        The laptop is hardly used by me. Within a month of purchase the laptop has come up with major defects. A defective product has been sold to me and I request for action taken against all concerned and replace the defective product sold to me with a good quality laptop

                        Please help

                          You are right Mr. Anand. Me too had a bad experience with Toshiba Jodhpur Service Center. It dosen't look like a service center of company rather it gives the impress of old kind of mobile repair shop. No decorum of a service center (No signboard of Toshiba Service Center or not even a logo of company) I met two person there (one of them is Mr. AMIT) when I visit there to repair my laptop which is in warranty. I returned back without get it repaired.

                          These people have no manner how to talk with customers. They talked in very cheep and roughly manner.

                          Mr. AMIT told to me "बोल देना कम्पनी के कस्टमर केयर को कि हम कम्पनी के बाप के नौकर नहीं है" such a Bad Manner.

                            I would like to introduce my self Raja from chennai. I have brought TOSHIBA satelitte L510 Laptop in chennai on 25th Sep 2009.Problem Abstract:- When I switched on laptop, immediately within 2 to 5 seconds its going to power off mode. by the end of 13 month the problem occurs i mean warranty not covered..........!!! I handover ed immediately to service center and customer support center as well......the great .....! After 2 months I got confirmation the problem is in chipset which is in mother board so now I need to replace the entire mother board.(Around 18000 INR).I have to pay and for this no warranty I dont know if it will not happen again after replacement .Toshiba will not provide any offers for exchange as well as for their Great Brand TOSHIBA International Manufacturer Hardware too.

                            My query # If its a problem with the H/w have problem is the manufacture fault(TOSHIBA). how i will responsible for this for the replacement of entire mother board. Then what is the meaning for the international Brand TOSHIBA ? to become h/w failure once the warranty expired...! its one kind good businesses I hope for cheating the customer with the Brand name."TOSHIBA INTERNATIONAL BRAND"

                            So its my humble request to all its true " Not to buy Toshiba laptop .......Because no one have given the proper reason for the H/W failure and very worst service support as well as with customer support....".I have the reasons that I have to call them back and need to get the status of my laptop problem and now I came to know that we have to get warranty for each individual part of Entire laptop. I would like to inform them pls try to learn what is the meaning for the Customer support center and service support center how to make a follow up based on the problem issues from customer " Thanks a lot now my laptop is in dustbin I thanks once again for the TOSHIBA " The International Make " within 14 months i have wasted just 40,000 INR to full by waste in my dustbin .Is a good experience !!!

                              THIS IS TO COMPLAINT AGAINST MR. ULLAS FROM NASHIK REGION HE TOLD ME MY MACHINE WILL GET REPAIRED WITHIN FEW DAYS AND NOW 10 DAYS HAVE PASSED THERE IS NOT PROPER ENGINEER FROM TOSHIBA 1/2 ENGINEERS CAME AND THEY BY MISTAKE CUTTED THE PCB WIRES AND NOW TELLING THAT THE RAT HAS EATEN THIS WIRES AND YOU HAVE TO PAY THE CHARGES FOR PCB WHICH IS GOT SHORT CIRCUITED DUE TO RAT. MY MACHINE IS UNDER COMPRESSIVE AMC FOR 2 YEARS. NOW PLEASE LET ME KNOW THAT IS THIS THE WAY TO ATTEND AND TREAT THE CUSTOMERS? IS ANY ONE WHO CAN TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS FRAUD TREATMENT?

                                Pls. be informed that I have a complaint in my TOSHIBA REFERIGERATOR, which was escalated to you by your authorised service centre in Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh); Mr. Ajay Arora.



                                Some marks have developed in Freezer door just within 3-4 months after purchase of above Refrigerator . Earlier I was under impression that these marks have developed due to handling, but after throughly analysing the problem & after having it discussed in details with the service centre, it is revealed that marks developed by its own just in normal usage & not because of any mishandling.



                                As these marks are giving very ugly look & after purchasing such as reputed bland, TOSHIBA known for its quality, I am very disturbed because of this.



                                Kindly advise further action in this regards. An immediate action in this regards will be appreciated.

                                I fully agree with these comments and add few more that we bought toshiba refrigerator GU model a glass model in 2011 and within 2 months its shelves got broken at their own and no cooling with in 2 months and no body in Pakistan traced the problem even yet no one in Toshiba company came seriously and traced any problem in that problematic refrigerator. Then winter season came and refrigerator starts working and now again in Feb 2012 that gone out of order and everything spoiled inside it and I complained to their head office in Japan but no one paid any attention to my request. I request in the world that if any one knnows the Toshiba Refrigerator completely then I will pay them and get this out of my home or repair and also request the main head company not to manufacture Toshiba Refrigerator as you donot know the manufacutring clearly.

                                  I HAVE PURCHASED THE ABOVE SATELLITE A 505 NOTEBOOK SERIAL NUMBER 5A596375Q ON JUNE 30, 2010 FROM A BEST BUY STORE IN MANHATTAN, NEW YORK.
                                  WITHIN LAST THAN THREE MONTHS TIME THE LAPTOP ONE MORNING DID NOT START, IT WAS DEAD.
                                  THE LAPTOP IS WITH THE TOSHIBA AUTHORISED DEALER - ASHTECH INFOTECH PVT LTD - G7 LAXMI WOLLEN MILLS ESTATE, SHAKTI MILLS LANE, NEAR MAHALAXMI STATION, MUMBAI 400011, UNDER JOB NO. TB - 223 DATED SEPTEMBER 30, 2010 BUT ITS NOT DELIVERED TILL DATE.
                                  PREVIOUSLY IN THE YEAR 2007 I HAD PURCHASED A TOSHIBA SATELLITE A 305 - S6857 , MODEL NO. PSAGOU - 2701V, SERIAL NO. 68128795Q WHICH ALSO HAS STOPPED WORKING.
                                  TOSHIBA IS A REPUTED NAME BUT IT HAS GREATLY DISAPPOINTED ME. PLEASE ARRANGE FOR A REPLACEMENT WITH A FRESH PIECE FOR THE PURCHASE DONE IN THE YEAR 2010. THIS BEING UNDER WARRANTY HAD STOPPED WORKING WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF PURCHASE, AND ITS LYING FOR REPAIRS WITH THE AUTHORISED DEALER FOR ANOTHER THREE MONTHS.

                                    i've purchased a l675 series laptop at USA. in the month of august !0 and it has an international warranty for a year. the computer dvd drive is having a problem and the pics r not coming properly!!!!! i've been trying to contact every no available in delhi buti t'd of no use!! particularly i've tried toll free no's ([protected]/[protected]) and after intial wlcom msg no one atTend s the line. THE LAPTOPS's serial no(7a448563k and the pg no is psk3au-ooq014)and the registrtion no is 20warr4reg. will u plz tell sumone to contact me on my mobile no!([protected]). i'm sorry to tell u if i do not get any response even after this email i shall be forced to go to consumer court!!! thanx!!!

                                      I bought a laptop Toshiba Satellite L640 X4310 (Serial number 6A162319W) on 25th Sep 2010. Barely after using 15 days the hard disk crashed. I logged a complaint with RT Outsourcing Services Limited, the official service center for Toshiba with complaint number[protected] on 14th Oct 2010 citing the problems. Now its been more than 2 weeks and yet they haven't delivered my laptop. Also my hard disk was containing a recovery partition of the OS(Operating system) so that the OS can be recovered at any point of time. Now that my hard disk got crashed they are stating that the new hard disk will not contain the recovery partition and I will have to arrange for the OS of my own. It was clearly mentioned that the product comes bundled with the OS and as the fault is with inferior quality of hardware being sold they should provide the recovery partition in the new hard disk as well. I would like to get my money back for this product or be compensated with original windows 64 bit OS and driver CD.

                                      When iam trying to make a recovery cd its giving error.I tried twice but its showing error .Please help me
                                      These computers companies are all non-sense...go & file a case in the consumer forum...I also suffered in similar manner like you last year when I purchased an HP laptop...it was showing blue screen error from the second day of purchase...the service centre experts took 1 month to detect whether it was a hardware or software issue...I put the claim for replacement of laptop or money back...they said we will fix the issue of your laptop but can't replace it...then I filed a complaint in the local district consumer forum...within 1 week of filing the complaint the company replaced my old laptop with a new one...then I withdrew the case from the forum...these companies need the iron hand of law so that they can't cheat & exploit the customers...
                                      Oh oh oh!if it is to do with HHD(s) then for sure i would say hard drives really makes me get so pissed off at times.They just crash any time and what really hurts is when you have crucial data on the hard drive.So when it crashes then the data is also lost.Well on the other hand i would like to say it is very important to always make regular backups and this can be online or on anyother backup device but i prefer using online backup because it is were i feel that my files are secure.Am currently using an online backup solution named Safecopy backup for all the backups i need.This has helped me from spending tons of money.
