Dear sir/madam,
I am very sorry to inform u that my fortuner is facing many issues firstly, within one year leather of both the front seats got worn out they replaced one seat and refused too replace the other one
Secondly after near about two years the plastic parts went dull and rust came, all color started fading and the company den painted all those parts it feels like we are using a second hand car
Thirdly all doors and roof started viberating after 2.5 years like it's an accidental car though the company tried fixing this problem but the sound wouldn't stop coming i feel as it is a accidental car.
From last 6 months one of the air bag area has got pressed while there is crack in stearing where there is air bag
I have been going to ur service centre complaining about the vehicle since a very long time but they have been delaying and today they said they can't do anything and told me that i can do what ever i want i have been ur loyal costumer and was planning to buy a new fortuner but i seriously won't ever buy toyota and tell others in my circle never to buy it. Today i feel like i m driving a bus rather then a suv. I'm a in great stress i[censored] can't solve my problem then i forcible i will have to ask consumer court for help which i don't want. I m sure u will do something regarding it and contact me as soon a as possible my phone no is [protected]

    Dear sir/ ms,

    Since moving to india from england i have been a toyota fan, my brother too in punjab owns a fortuner.

    (1) i wanted to buy toyota touring sport to upgrade from my innova.
    In june, my bank hdfc contacted grace toyota, saket, district centre, new delhi, 110017 and they sent manoj kumar over to my house. I said i will look around to see which dealer gives me a good price and service. He said he will give me best price. After some thoughtful pause manoj said he would give me a discount of rs. 35000. (I learnt later this was the discount offer for the month).

    (2) on 24th june, manoj kumar sent me the invoice. (Please see attachment).

    (3) manoj kumar brought the order form and told me the on-road price would be rs.2, 337, 940.00 and after discount it will be rs. 2, 302, 017.00. I signed the order form (Please see attachment. My signatures are a little faded). He asked me when the money would be paid up, i said my wife will transfer money from england and i wasn't in a great hurry as i had another car.

    (4) after queries from manoj kumar asking when the money would be transferred, the amount of rs. 1, 305, 243.00 was transferred on the 29th of june to toyota. (Please see attachment for bank statement). Rs. 1, 000, 000.00 was borrowed from hdfc, vasant kunj branch, manager mr. Lalit bist.

    (5) if i remember correctly manoj kumar said my car wasn't quite ready and i think he delivered it on the 30th of june.

    (6) casually looking up the morning papers the next day i read suv prices were slashed after the new regimen of gst from 1st of july.

    (6) i am an internationally recognised visual artist (Please google ranbir kaleka), i have also shown at japan's famous mori art museum of contemporary art, only mentioning it as its home of toyota. I spend my time focussing on making art in my studio and hardly spend time speculating and searching about prices etc.

    (7) i began checking older news on google regarding suv's getting cheaper from the 1st of july. It was in all the papers that prices would come down for bigger cars but increase for smaller cars.

    (8) i called up manoj kumar to ask why he hadn't informed me. He said he didn't know suvs were going to get cheaper. (I found out it was also known to those who were not car dealers).

    (9) when i questioned him further, he simply replied, "i didn't force you to buy".

    Of course he didn't force me to buy, toyota was just unethical in keeping crucial knowledge favourable to the client.

    (10) i called my bank manager mr. Bist from whom i borrowed rs 1, 000, 000.00 if he knew about suvs getting cheaper. He said he didn't and replied after talking to his contact manoj kumar to say that manoj told him i would have lost only maximum rs. 5 k to 8 k, if any at all.

    (11) i asked for fresh quotes for toyota touring sport from delhi dealers including grace. The manager said manoj wasn't sending him the quote, so he got it from their showroom in gurgaon quoting delhi registration price. The quoted price of rs. 2, 283, 599 is with added insurance amount of rs. 90, 203. I did my own insurance so the correct on road price is: 2, 283, 599.00 minus 90, 203.00 = rs 2, 193, 396.00

    (12) i paid rs. 2, 302, 017.00 and suffered a loss of rs. 108, 621.00

    (13) i have also attached quote from galaxy toyota delhi which is even lesser although only slightly at rs. 2, 192, 249.00, with this quote loss is a touch more at rs. 109, 768.00

    (14) the few times i have sat in my toyota touring sport, i am distressed as i feel cheated by toyota and am thinking of selling it at the first opportunity. You have lost a loyal customer.

    (15) the advice box on this page asks for a desirable resolution:
    Make good my loss or buy back the suv from me, return the entire sum i paid for the car.

    Want to add: My studio assistant bought a projector for me before the 1st of July. He was clearly told by the dealer, the price of projectors will go up but would come down for printers. Dealers of various goods knew of at least the possible impact on prices.
    How can I believe Toyota GM and his representative not knowing that prices of SUVs will come down on 19th of June when I paid them the amount!
    Is this utter incompetence or a deceitful silence?
    Hi,
    I am using Innova crysta and found very high cabin and engine noise when the RPM attains 3000. Also there is high air cutting noise . I had taken the vehicle to dealer and later to Toyota customer head, as usual their response is these are normal sounds.
    To my surprise to update navigation Nanditoyota is charging 140000.00

      I had purchased toyota liva from field motor pvt ltd, cuttack, odisha on 12.08.2013. I have run 50, 000 k. M by dt - 20.05.2017. During this km i am doing all periodical service at dealer point. When i have done 50, 000 km service. At the time of service i had registrar complain some noise from back wheel. His service adviser mr. Sudhir promise me that to solve the problem but till now he has not solve the problem. When i call him on his no - [protected] he told me again you registrar complain on - [protected]. After that nobody can take responds at dealer point to solve my problem. All the service staff of dealer point are seating to linting money not solve the problem.in this matter take quick action to solve my problem.

      According to my complain Dealer point customer relation manager Jyostna Madam contact me regarding my problem with assistance Mr. Golakha Babu. They both listen my problem and advice me to send Eitos Liva to dealer point to check the vehicle and solve the problem. After that I take my vehicle on Dt 18.07.2017. first Mr. Golakha & Mr. Sudhir trail the vehicle with me, then rampup vehicle in the work shop and told me that your shockabsorber will be leakage and it will be change with his bush kit which cost is around Rs.[protected]/- also they are said that we have no stock of spares when its come we will call up the vehicle and rectify the problem. After that they call on 21.07.2017 & I send the vehicle immediately, After change the spares when they trail vehicle same noise come out, then they call me on Dt- 22.07.2017 evening 7.00 P.M and said that your silencer have problem it will be change. Then I reply that to stand the vehicle and solve my problem but till today My vehicle is stand at their workshop and they have not rectified problem, Today morning Mr. Golakha Call me we will try to solve your problem . My question is that If silencer have the problem why they change shockabsorber with ancillary parts and charging me around Rs. 9000/- . It is not justify way to received the money from customer pocket. They have no proper mechanic to rectify the problem and detained the vehicle last 4 days . Who will bear the shockabsorber with ancillary parts cost which was fitted in my vehicle.
      Please take prompt action to rectify my problem

        My car is not being serviced by your dealers in pune (Dsk toyota bavdhan) for last 2-3 months. Every time i get an appointment it is cancelled by the dealer closer to the date. Reason being lack of man-power or centre closed. This is most pathetic and careless experience i have ever had.

        My car is just one year old and i still remember the commitments made at the time of buying the car. All were fake. They did not even support while renewing insurance policy.

        I have my own maruti car too using for many years and their service is always top class. I really regret moving second time from maruti to toyota... I will be spreading this feedback on social media and everywhere in the city so please don't get tricked into buying toyota ever again from dsk. If you don't manpower stop selling cars with fake promises.

          Sir, i have given my car for jumper change and tyre problem. Water was dropping from ac pipe inside the car. They did free washing. After 2 days i came to know that rod of front bonet stand was missing and the water was still dropping. I typical smell was coming in my car. I called them to take my car back. Now, to my surprise they called me and said that my ac filter was missing and ac coil was damage. Secondly they asked me if i wanted car clean for smell they claimed rs. 10000 to 15000 for all work done. I talked to service person and after a huge discussion he said that for my satisfaction they will give me free ac filter and ac coil to be done. But car wash from inside will be charged. I said no problem pl. Send my car back. After a day water dropping started. When i called them they rudely gave me answer. So i complaint by mail. Then mr. Wag hella called me asking for my problem and shouted on me that your fault and we will do nothing go where ever you want to go. He said his team was right and i was wrong. He explained me that the water dropping was bcoz of ac filter but when i asked that u have given me new ac filter why the water is dropping now. No answer to that question.

          This clearly shows that the team management is supporting their staff and are very rude with the customer. They are trying to frightened me on phone.

          For your knowledge my ac was working superb and there was no issue in the car. When my car jumped on road this water started dropping and my jumpers were damaged. That is why i visited company showroom. My biggest mistake.

          I will solve my problem outside the company service station but very much dissatisfied with the behaviour of company policies and persons in naroda toyota service station.

          In future i will never suggest either i will ask not to take toyota car in any circumstance. If this the last company in india then also. It's better to ride a bike then sitting in a car of a company which is not for people but for it's own staff.

            My name is jidesh. Etios gd car with register no kl04ak3724 under my ownership was given at aservice centre of nippon toyota, near nettor, kochi, on the date 10/07/2017. The car had inside water leakage. It was the second time the car was given for service here in the five months from it was brought. This dealer try tomake befool customers who are not ready to spend extra money in the showroom for the accessories. The dealer is trying to make excuses there by connecting the warranty. Because of such service centres, our trust in the brand toyota is fading. Also my loss during these days should also be taken to consideration. Hence, i request you to solve the problems of my car, by considering them under warranty. And also plaese ensure that the same complaint should not be repeat in future.

              I had an appointment for the service of pb23q 7550 liva at ludhiana, jugiana
              At 11 o'clock, the car was at the gate of showroom. 11.05 am.
              Due to the jaam car could not enter 5 minutes more in the compound,
              The representative took 15 minutes to attend the car, at 12 o clock, we were informed that the car can be delivered at 4 o'clock. Even the job was service only
              We used to send the car for 50 kilometer distance, even then we face the problem like this.
              This is the first time i got this problem.
              We take the car out without any job work. It's really a shame for globe toyota ludhiana.

                I have given my innova for service with complain of clutch. They serviced and chenge full set of clutch. When we took vhecle after service the clutch function was not proper and finally after 30 days approx 3000 after running again clutch got problem and when complain they said we can't give guyrenty. Finally when we got checked out side found the clutch was not chenge. I am customer from 2007 of toyota. We never expect these kind of wrong full practice even toyota does.

                    Vehicle registration no CH 01 BL 2799. Owner: Amit Mittal. I had given my vehicle to the body shop for work on 18.06.17. Till date no work has started on my vehicle despite of repeated follow ups. Without a vehicle I'm suffering a lot on the work and personal front. I humbly request you to give immediate attention to my vehicle and have it ready at the earliest. I have been a customer of Toyota for the past 10 years and this sort of customer service is not expected from a company like yours.

                      I have a two month old Toyota Camry Hybrid. This went through a puddle and then stopped at an intersection to Toyota Madhuban dealership at Kurla W.
                      The dealer refused to repair until the insurance firm authorised opening the vehicle for repair. I have asked Toyota 1, why I need insurance when the 2-month old car is still under warranty 2, I need a relief vehicle since the dealership us unable to tell me when I will get the car back, 3, to clarify whether I need to trade down to a cheaper Toyota because this premium car has not been able to withstand a puddle before the monsoon has even started in Mumbai !

                        They have used antirust coating of RS 500 and instead of tafflon used RS 150 wax for tafllon low quality product are not expected from reputed firm lyk toyota

                            Regarding my claim number mot[protected]Innova car claim), where the policy was from iciclombard and your tie up policy, my car met with an accident, i brought my car at your authorized workshop, they produce the claim to icici lombard, here there are few suspected things
                            1. When the estimate was produced 136000/- how the survey was attended a non licences surveyor by any trilok kumawat.
                            2. He allowed my 27268/-, where as my bill was 62152/-, then why i pay the difference amount, when i got the policy coverage.
                            3. Why the deduct the salvage.

                              Sir/madam,
                              I am the owner of toyota etios vxd bought from globe toyota dealership at janjheri, sangrur on july 2016. From the very first service i am facing continous problems after each and every service i had visited there. Such as poor hospitality, no refreshments at all, having noise from dashboard, noise from the doors from my car etc. There was not even a single experience that i had not to re-visit the dealership from my home which is nearly 50 kms away from my home. This time when i got my vehicle serviced at 30000 kms yesterday on 24 june 2017 i had a problem with my front brake pads. Some sort of creeky noise started coming out of front right side brake pads. So i had to leave my vehicle in a village on my way back home as it was 10:30 pm. So i humbly request you to either get these car mechanics trained or arrange some better staff so that i can also feel that i am a proud owner of a toyota vehicle. My car no. Is pb19n7363.

                              My car no PB-10-EZ-1559 went to globe toyota, jugiana, gt road, ludhiana for an accidental repair. they had placed used, repaired or second hand body parts in my car. the issue is with senior officers of the agency but nothing done so far.

                                Dated 24/6/2017 i have given my car for service at mgf toyota gurgaon haryana during service mgf toyota working people has broken back camera and broken central looking system after requesting again and again mgf toyota not response and said that electrical mechanic is not available in mgf toyota they are not responding and when we asked for complaint they are giving misleading statement.

                                They says mechanic will come after 15 days then they say that your car will be repair after 15 days i request to intervene in this matter and need response for such big mistake done by a reputed and best company for cars in india for best service provider company for customers and inform you mgf toyota gurgaon

                                This is not supposed to a response from toyota but your dealer is very careless mgf toyota and then i have contacted mr rana and all service members but response is zero then request you to sotought in this matter. I am senior citizen babu lal sharma was treated badly at mgf toyota people and i am using toyota cars from 20 years. This car is as new this driven only 15000 km.

                                I have faith in toyota cars and company but now i not happy with this kind of behavior. So i request you to please intervene to resolve a senior citizen problem.

                                Early action will highly appreciable.

                                Hi, I am Subhash, my vehicle number UP80 DT 9492, I visited MGF body shop in Gurgaon.
                                I was treated very rudely and the advisor Banty and the main supervisor were rude to me.
                                I asked him to match the paint but he replied to me that he will not be able to match the paint exactly. Regarding this he was very rude to me, he even told me to take vehicle somewhere else where they can match the paint.
                                So conclusion is that they were not cooperative.
                                DT 9492, I visited MGF body shop in Gurgaon.
                                I was treated very rudely and the advisor Banty and the main supervisor were rude to me.
                                I asked him to match the paint but he replied to me that he will not be able to match the paint exactly. Regarding this he was very rude to me, he even told me to take vehicle somewhere else where they can match the paint.
                                So conclusion is that they were not cooperative.

This infighting is causing serous loss to your reputation since your company official are neither able to resolve problem of dealer nor being able to appoint another one. We are facing big problem since chandra is agent in near by city o[censored]daipur also. I am big fan of toyota vehicle having innova & corolla vehicles. From decade we are your loyal customer but now seriously contemplating to shift from toyota brand. Please look in to matter

                                    Sir i have given my car with grace toyota nagpur (Maharashtra). My car is with them since a month and no body is giving me a clear idea about was is the main problem and not even responding to my calls, (Mr nikhil-[protected] and rahul-[protected]). I was told to contact them but no responce. I have even left messages with the receptionist but no responce kindly look into the matter.
                                    Toyota customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Horrible and pathetic service

                                      It has been more than 3 days since i have launched a complaint with toyota. Still no response. I would get better service from a roadside vendor. I feel like i am being scammed by toyota. I am not able to use my car for more than 2 months due issues in the car and on top of it toyota dealers in pune are not giving any appointment for servicing. Toyota should shut down the business in india if they can't provide service. Shamefull!!!...
