Please note that I have given my Toyota Fortuner (Reg No. AP31CU9485) for routine servicing and attending some minor complaints at Leela Krishna Toyota Service Centre at Visakhapatnam. The vehicle was given on 17 June 2016 at 1800LT. Had to wait for two hours for consulting a Service Assistant. Self was informed that the vehicle will be ready only on 18th evening. On 18th at 1903 LT self received a call saying that the vehicle is ready but since it was too late I had asked them to take delivery on 19th and SA confirmed that Sunday is a working Day. I reached the service station with my 7 year old son on 19th at 11.30 AM and found almost deserted Service Centre except for two watchmen, two workers and one SA. the vehicle was told to be ready but to my dismay I found that the vehicle was not even washed and most complaints were not attended to. the wheel caps of the vehicle still had mud and dirt and the SA claimed that the vehicle is ready. The bill was a good amount without attending to all complaints. After complaining for several times, self had to take the vehicle to washing station and got the vehicle only cleaned with cloth and no washing was done. The centre was not accepting card payments even though it was displayed everywhere cards are accepted. finally with great disappointment and heavy heart self took the vehicle out at 1500LT with a delay of about 4 hrs, even though the SA (Mr. Chenna Kesava Swamy Code No. 1200551) claimed that the vehicle was ready. It was a total poor show from Leela Krishna Toyota and I have lost belief in the Service provided. Kidly look into the matter and give good customer support rather that employing any one who walks in.

    They are telling us bumfer guard & other loos nut bolt checkig is not our duty during servicing.he advise me it should be done by outside mechanic in the market. The service incharge was want to saticefy by orgument to us not by work .Work and conduct was un sattisfactory.Our vehicle serviced by Rajendra toyta.Gorakhpur on dated 18/06/2016.       I am rani francis booked an innova crysta top end model on[protected] with booking amount of rs.1, 00, 000.00. With lanson toyata, koimbedu at chenna, the amount was debited to my s/b account.

      I am not yet allotted the vehicle. I was informed that some production problem is there in the factory. They are not sure about the date of delivery. Kindly let me know how long it will take to deliver the vehicle for my use. My email id is [protected]@ymail.com

        My car has been in your premises since 16th june 2016

        It was finally available for delivery on 13th june 2016, when my driver came to pick up the car, we discovered that the wiper is not operational. I was advised that there is some part that is damaged and requires to be changed. When we handed over the car the wiper was operational

        I hold madhubhan toyota responsible for the damage to the wiper when the car is in your (Care, custody and control) and i want madhubhan toyota to indemnity me.

        The damaged part (As i understand) is not available in your store and you need to place order for it. From 13th june 2016 till date the part has not been order. I treat this as gross negligence on your part and i hereby expect madhubhan toyota to indemnity me rs 10, 000 per day (Cost i have to incur to rent a car)

        Should i not receive a written response i shall launch a fir with the police.

            I, Santhosh, would like to intimate you my grievance about the intolerant service offered to me at the Enchakkal service cent headed by Mr.Sarath ST. Today dated July 4, I reached the spot at 2:10, 10 min tarry and they made me wait for complete 3.5 hours till 5:30 without even offering me a tea or coffee.Moreover there isn't a single restaurant for refreshment.As a customer your hopeless service frustrated me tremendously. Apart from all these, the thing that engrossed me into mere vexation was my car was not even washed.On the other hand, the people who came after me had their car washed.Your guy boys put forward a slip for me so that I could take my car any day next week to get it washed.For your kind information, I am a business man engaged in a busy schedule.I drive my car (Innova, KL 01 BP 1800)by myself without drivers and has just covered 17700kms in past 2.5 years. In fact I have recommended toyota to my friends and 4 of them bought cars from your company.How dare they ask me to bring the car????
            This is truly annoying and disgusting.In fact they would have came my home and picked my car for wash.I plead to the head of toyota to have a thorough rummage of the kind of horrible service you offer to the highly esteemed customer.Soliciting your favourable response.

              Dear sir/madam

              Our vehicle innova bearing registration no. Cg04h4455 was sent to akshay toyota, raipur on 21.05.2016, we have approved the estimate invoice on 24.05.2016.

              Since then we have not received any feedback regarding the same. We have made several follow ups and called mr. Dey @ [protected]. Who never bothers to pick our calls. Today after 11 days ms. Priya pandey called and says that we need your consent again as we have not been able to arrange the spare parts till date.

              This is the worst kind of customer service that we have ever expected from toyota. Its advisable that akshay toyota must not maintain such a department of customer relations when they never understand the destination of customer relations.

              We are facing problem in our daily commuting but even as a courtesy of maintaining customer relations no one from akshay toyota had bothered to inform us the status in last 11 days.

              Please arrange for to repair our vehicle in urgent basis by today evening or else provide us a alternative vehicle to solve our tremendous problem of commuting in urgent basis.

              Please revert us in urgent with proper solutions and a gesture of proper customer service.

                I faced very bad experience while delivery of new innova crista from dealer m/s. Narmada cars (P) ltd., gidc, makarpura, vadodara-390001, phone :[protected] & email : [protected]@narmadatoyota.com. I intimated by dealer through mail for the payment of crysta on 30/6/16 and i transred payment according to their mail. Then i invited me to take delivery of new crysta on 31/5/16 and myself went to showroom to take delivery. When i met manager of sales mr. Savinder singh (Cell no. [protected]) and asked him to give break-up of my transfer amount then he gave me break up of that car value in which i was disagree to take insurance and accessories from dealer because it was costlier then out side. I also asked him to give justification of handling charges of rs.5, 000/- but he told me take justification from toyota india. Then immediately mr. Savinder singh shout me and tortured that if you not take insurance and accessories from us we will not give delivery on 31/5/16 today and blackmail me to explained that tomorrow 1st june inwards you have to pay more 1%service tax. I was helpless and sited in showroom for more than 2 hours which feel me insulted as a buyer. Myself complaint thrice to toyota customer care but they just listen but not resolved matter. We must write to government of india that you should punish car company and dealer narmada cars (Pvt.) ltd. A toyota delear under the monopolies and restrictive trade practices act, 1969 and repair my losses with interest from dealer.

                  Dear Toyota senior management members,
                  I am Mohamed Zaki, writing this official complaint to express of my totally disappointment with dealing with Toyota maintenance for my car Toyota corolla model 2008 South Africa, since years I am suffering with this model which were provided to the clients with a manufacturing mistake in the gearbox, which was supposed to be replaced by new car (all countries in the whole replaced by new car for the deffectef Toyota modle 2008 except Egypt ) as it is not the clients' problem to deal with a deffected car has such an error affect the safety of their clients. But unfortunately nobody care from Toyota Egypt nor Toyota International to secure their reputation.
                  THE PROBLEM IS IN THE GEARBOX
                  We took it to Toyota New Cairo maintenance Center
                  and complained but engineers their told us that this model
                  is made in south Africa and we need to change some spare parties in the Gearbox and will work perfectly. But after fixing the spare parts the car started again to behave in a weird way as it will go to natural (N) in the middle of the road .
                  Again we went to New Cairo maintenance center and we were told that the software of the gearbox need to be restarted again. After repairing it has been repeated for 3 times.
                  After almost 2 years, Today 31.05.2016 the problem repeated again. But the new Cairo maintenance center refused to fix the regular problem as it is not a gearbox to take their responsibility off.
                  I am writting to complain to Toyota International as this is not we were promised (Toyota is safe to drive ????!!!)
                  I am asking the support of whom may concern about the Toyota reputation to solve my problem.

                      I gave my corolla for servicing to sharayu toyota, pune on sat, 7th may morning. After reaching home i realized that i had left my cell charger inside the car. I immediately called up the clerk who attended to me and told him to take it out and keep it safe. I got delivery of my car 3 days later (On tue, 10th may). I found that the charger was missing and also the cover of the small compartment above the lighter was damaged.

                      They had replaced several parts and charged me more than rs 16, 000 – over that, the kind of careless handling that i could see was not acceptable to me. The cleaning done was sloppy. Also, the rumbling noise that i had reported to the clerk is still there even after the servicing.

                      I had given a written complaint to the lady at the reception immediately (On tuesday) – i was promised that someone senior would call me the next day. I didn’t get any call that day and when i called them, someone informed that the clerk was on leave and he would call me a day later.

                      Today he called me – to tell me that the cover was already damaged when i gave the car for servicing! Also, about the missing charger his justification was that he had asked me if i had left any valuables inside and i had replied no. This is true. But i had called him within half an hour to tell him about the charger. If he had searched and didn't find it, why didn't he call me back and inform me? Giving me this lame justification after 3 days in totally unacceptable to me!

                      I paid good money for servicing. I am not even questioning the necessity of changing so many parts – i understand that this is a regular revenue stream for you and unsuspecting customers like me have no choice but to go with the technician’s recommendation to change some parts. But having paid good money, i expect the toyota personnel to show respect to customers and not treat them with the callousness that i saw this time.

                      I expect someone senior in your pro to get in touch with me. So far only low level clerks have spoken to me on this topic. If this is the way that you treat your customers, then i have nothing else to add!

                        Dear Sir,

                        This is to bring in your kind notice that on 20th November 2015, i have given my Innova to Sunny Toyota, Chinhut, Lucknow for routine servicing and after 3-4 days after servicing noticed some white smoking issue in my car. Same day i have logged the complaint as mentioned above. One of your engineer visited the car at site & after initial diagnosis he found that there is no engine oil in tank and he told me that we have take the car at service center. After some days service engineer informed me that your car engine has been seized. How it can be possible that within 7 days after servicing the engine can be seized.? Has it is not properly checked all things and servicing not properly? And your service engineer has given me estimate approx Rs.1.5 lacs.

                        Since last 5-6 months the car is at your service center and no one taking care of it. Due to this i am facing a lots of problem due to unavailability of my car. This is not fault, its your and only yours, i am not in position to pay this amount anymore for nothing.

                        So kindly look into this matter and resolve the concern raised as soon as possible and give my car in good condition without any issue.

                          Vehicle is under warranty as well as under insurance but dealer is in Ludhiana i.e chadda super motors fail to replace the parts i.e front bumper and rear light since three months because of toyata's internal matter change of dealership which is no concern with the customer. Whereas insurance company ready to pay the cashless claim but dealer is not agreed. I fail to understand that i have brought a Japanese brand or other c class brand. It was my worse experience with toyata.

                            Yesterday, Surprisingly, We have received the SMS from your Dealer Grand Toyota at Meerut that your Car has been serviced & please collect your Car & your Invoice amount is 0. Thank you for patronizing Grand Toyota. We have not sent any Car in last 8-10 Months to the service centre for any maintenance or repair. How come they issued our Job Card when we have not sent any Car at service Centre.

                            We are doubting that some fraudulent activities are being done at your dealer end. You are requested to take this matter seriously as take necessary action.

                                I have given my Innova for replacing Clutch plate (@ Cotton Green center) and it got replaced but later their was some vibration i can feel, hence again i gave back to check as to why this is happening.
                                your service center checked and reported vehicle is ok no issue found still i was not satisfied and i can feel that vibration so this continue for 3-4 times and these guys repeatedly told its ok.
                                So i went to other service center (Reay Road) and they realized that vibration is due to some issue with flywheel.
                                Later without my permission cotton green guys took my car from Reay road center and called me to sort that issue.

                                My concern is why that center was unable to find that issue inspite of giving my car to them 4 times how can we trust you guys and god forbids if something happens who will be responsible for that.

                                I want that thing to be changed and i am not going to bear that cost this is pure case of negligence, if this would have been identified in 2/3rd round of test i would have paid for it.

                                I had a chat with manager of that center his offer is No Labour charges+10% discount+some interior freebie, which i am not interested what i am more concern about main problem

                                i have written mail no reply from toyota yet and called several times not solved my problem yet

                                for running service, i place my issue is my car was sllipping when i press break.
                                i place this complain last 1month, but my issue not solved, so please help me what can i do.
                                Worst service, worst manpower, worst technicians. Can't even diagnose problem in their own manufactured car. Expert in wasting time even for simple issues. A good car for retired/ jobless people who may pass hours in seeing their appreciation bell and other stupid acts.
                                Toyota has recruited worst class of employees to deal with their best class of cars.
                                This may be the best answer to know why Toyota lags behind in India, if they understand.
