i do travels business i have bulk of fleets in ahmedabad i always do my car service in infinium toyota ahmedabad
my car no is G J 1 dy 6016 innova v my last service done at 93000km and done cluch plates bearings, and preesher plates work and they charge around 20000rs now my car km is 103000 again infinium toyota said that your cluch plates are finished you have to replace all cluch plate bearing and presher plate so when my car was at 93000km the infinium toyota not done service or parts work properly .again my car is at showroom and they tell me that sir your bill is 13000 rs approx i said that i alredy paid at 93000km service and done such all things . they refuse and says there are no guaranty warranty on any parts done by us .they tell that u have to done work here because in ahmedabad infinium toyota is monopoly showroom there is no another showroom in ahmedabad . so where should we go ? and showroom cheats the customer because customer have no option to go another showroom or service station because anathor showroom are also part of infinium toyota

    We have given our car etios (Dl 8c na 6064) in galaxy toyota (Bodyshop) at jhanghirpuri on 25.07.16. They told us that, for this minor case we will recieve our car back in 3 or 4 days. But we recieved my car today i. E 5.08.16 after concerning with gm of galaxy which means [12 days late]. And since last five years we have renewed insurance through galaxy only. We are regular customer of toyota, last year also we purchased another car from galaxy toyota only. Since last five days, galaxy conforming address only (Which is on recorded call)
    So in that case we are stop our payment by cheque for insurance renewal on 7.08.16. Next time we keep that in our mind this thing before purchasing any toyota car for having this type of attitude towards customer for having this type of dealership from most reputed company.

      We are using multiple models of toyota from last 15 year's and have great faith on brand. We have purchased fortuner having faith in toyota brand & highly satisfied till last week but now, we are completely disappointed during last week incident.

      In last week, we were going to our relative but my suv toyota fortuner car (Swift drizer) accident on the road while driving. This was very unfortunate moment form me and my family.

      We have contacted to your local dealer manager mr. Sandeep madaan at satyam toyota authorized service dealer at rohtak disst (Haryana) and left our suv there on same day to replace bumfer and other faulty part as they want but issue not resolve. After that we called and met so many times but every times they are not giving proper response and telling that the parts are not available. He intimate us that whenever the required part will be available but did not receive any call to fixed the issue. This process running last for 20 days but still the condition of my suv is same as the they of accident. Now a days, they are not receiving my phone as well

      We are completely unsatisfied with your process and behavior with customer. It will break our faith and relationship with toyota brand, due to such kind of bad behavior in that tough situation.

      It is my humble request to you, please consider as a critical case complaint. We are expecting positive feedback from the same.

      Hope, my car part replacement issue get resolve.

        I bought one Toyota Crysta 2.8zx AT 7 str, alloy wheel and pearl white in colour
        which I took from SAINI TOYOTA, NH-6, Howrah, West Bengal on 26th July 2016.
        On 1st August night I went out with new car in and around New Town, Kolkata and about 9 pm while I was driving the front right side wheel fall in a small pit whole of about 8" dia.
        Instantly I saw the tyre was absolutely flat and managed to change it with the reserve tyre and noticed the tyre rim distorted in particular area with visible crack.
        I dumped the car Saini Toyota showroom and request you to look into its sfety aspect and its replacement form your side .At the same time you have to assure me about its quality and safety. For last 6 years I am using Toyota Innova an d I have never faced this sort of horrible situation though this car is with ordinary tyre.

          Sir,
          As in running condition, in screen logo found yellow light with check engine system fault that stops car movement which restarts after 10 mins. This process continued.
          On taking this to service provider at galaxy toyata, b-243, okhala industrial area, phase -1, new delhi-110020, on 12/07/2016 with customer id no.:[protected], (Car registration no:- dl1cj8049, make 2010, corolla altis d 4d model, diesel) they not able to trace out the problem and returned with excuse. Again with the same problem, taking my car to galaxy on 18/07/2016, they took 3 days, but not able to sort out with 50 kms test drive.
          This problem continuing till date and the service provider not able to sort out this problem (The yellow warning light come in intermittent which stops my car in running condition which retarts after giving 10-15 mins cooling time).
          Kindly sort out this problem and proper guide at your end as early as possible.

            Hi I have given vehicle for bodyshop repair at chrompet I am an transport operator having 25 vehicles my cehucle meet into small accident in that front bumper, bonnet, grill got damaged in that there is no other damages I asked me Rajesh to change only headlight extra they gave quote rs 45000 initial and final bill came to rs 120000 but insurance approved rs 60000 only biz with out his knowledge the change turbo intercooler condensor radiator pannel exetra know the customer is bound to pay rs 65000 in this case why the he'll the customer has to PAY why they have not informed useless pls work for harsha I planned to book 5 Crysta with harsha but now I changed my plan and planning to book with lanson toyota they are far better then these ppl it's pure cheat they will squese ur blood be care full they change there parts all ready I warned them but repetedly they are doing this

              Complaint regarding airbags

              We are having inova cg04hn8858. We have contacted to your local dealer m/a akshya toyata at raipur, cg so many times but every times they are not giving proper response and telling that the parts are not available. After involving you they have called us for servicing but again they have no parts as air filter & coolen water during servicing of our said vehicle. They intimate us that whenever the required part will be available they will call me.

              This happened not the first time, every time we are facing same problem during servicing related parts availability.

              You are requested to kindly take the matter on priority and do the needful.

Now automatically stains have been raised after doing many request no solution was done thirty six tyota.                         Myself Salim Kumar owner of an Innova 2010 model. I am doing all services thru your Showroom only.
                        I have changed all of my innova's shock absorber on[protected] of 170, 000km service.
                        I did service on 180, 000km last March and there was no complaints
                        Today I sent my Innova for 190, 000km service and the mechanic informed me that the front right side shock completely damaged and rear left shocks partially damaged
                        I am always using genuine parts from your showroom, if I am using external parties shock absorber it will last for at least 25, 000kml
                        Today, because of my emergency I have told your mechanic to change the front right shock absorber and the have charged an amount of Rs. 4, 500/-
                        If it is because of rash driving, it should affect all the four, but it is only for one and most affected on the right one.
                        I am expecting a clarification from your end and reimbursement of the amount I paid today

                          Dear sir,
                          we have sent the above said vehicle to your service centre several time with complaint an abnormal sound in its engine. but the said fault in engine thereof has not be removed by your service centre. more over, it has been informed by your foreman of your service-centre that the air & ac filter of the engine and certain plates of the vehicle are requiring replacement which is not available in your workshop. as a result the vehicle is returned with the fault unresmoved.
                          under the said circumstance, there is a deficiency in service on part of your company and in future it any accidental event occurs due to the said fault, your company shell be fully responsible there to.
                          it is there for requested to remove the said fault of engine offer calling the vehicle in your workshop again.

                            I just want to say that my car got accidnt bfore a month ago and i went to the showroom for repairing and and i got the reply by the showroom that we are not having the spares and we dont know that when will be the spares available my in car insurance is from iffco tokyo my insurance policy is add on policy which is going to get expire in august and again and again i m calling in showroom i m not getting a perfect responce and now finally i meed you help please help me as much as you can because the showroom is completely irresponsible for his service incase i told them to the insurance person to pay to the third party i will get repaired my car from outside of the showroom even though they are not ready so what should i do and where should i go i m completely helpless now. when they use to sell the car they say we are with you for the complete service 24*7 buy now they are even not there to respond the call the insurance fees was around 62000/- but there is no use of insurance. so please sir i request you to just help me and tell the showroom to get repair my car as soon as possible my car registration no is cg04 hx4470 sudesh dharmani contact no.                               I bought innova 2.5v in 2010 from harsha tayota hyderabad hightech city rd. Since last one month horn is not working. I send my vehical to the same service center. Thet told that it is under airbag and it will cost rs 15k to repair and the parys are out of stock.
                              Later i came to know that it is a manufacturing / designing problem. Toyota called back so many vechcals to rectify the issue.
                              Why the same service is not applicable in my case.

                                    My name is C. Jijy. I bought Innova in December2012. The vehicle was fine until 40, 000 kms service. But I encountered a tight steering wheel after I took delivery of my vehicle from Annamalais Toyota, Tirunelveli. I went to the showroom for more than four times, but they did not clear the niggle and suggested to change the tyres instead. So I spent more than Rs.16000/- to change all the tyres. It was ok for the time being and again the same problem and an extra wobbling of steering wheel above the speed of 80 kms started after I took the vehicle after 50, 000 kms service. Again the same thing repeated, I am about 100 kms away from Tirunelveli at Nagercoil and I was made to travel for more than 5 times to show the vehicle just to say that the tyre may be the problem. I against spend a few thousands to change two of the front tyres, mind just after 10, 000 kms, but to my vain the problem still persists. I doubt that the steering box may have some problem, but the service personnel’s are not revealing the same. I am fed up with this. I am great brand ambassador of your Innova vehicle and more than 20 customer and close friends have purchased the vehicle after my suggestion. But now Annamalais customer service is not upto the mark. I may wait till 10.07.2016 and if my problem is not solved I am sure to go for Consumer redressal forum to raise my concern.                                       Please note that I have given my Toyota Fortuner (Reg No. AP31CU9485) for routine servicing and attending some minor complaints at Leela Krishna Toyota Service Centre at Visakhapatnam. The vehicle was given on 17 June 2016 at 1800LT. Had to wait for two hours for consulting a Service Assistant. Self was informed that the vehicle will be ready only on 18th evening. On 18th at 1903 LT self received a call saying that the vehicle is ready but since it was too late I had asked them to take delivery on 19th and SA confirmed that Sunday is a working Day. I reached the service station with my 7 year old son on 19th at 11.30 AM and found almost deserted Service Centre except for two watchmen, two workers and one SA. the vehicle was told to be ready but to my dismay I found that the vehicle was not even washed and most complaints were not attended to. the wheel caps of the vehicle still had mud and dirt and the SA claimed that the vehicle is ready. The bill was a good amount without attending to all complaints. After complaining for several times, self had to take the vehicle to washing station and got the vehicle only cleaned with cloth and no washing was done. The centre was not accepting card payments even though it was displayed everywhere cards are accepted. finally with great disappointment and heavy heart self took the vehicle out at 1500LT with a delay of about 4 hrs, even though the SA (Mr. Chenna Kesava Swamy Code No. 1200551) claimed that the vehicle was ready. It was a total poor show from Leela Krishna Toyota and I have lost belief in the Service provided. Kidly look into the matter and give good customer support rather that employing any one who walks in.
