Dear Sir, ​​Service center always help me lot and get repair the fault but substandard quality of the vehicle always give fault again and again . Even Mr Asit service manager always taken my complaint and got repair but why Toyota is not giving reply on delivery of defective vehicle to me . Since last two years i have been harassed by Toyota but no one even called me to understand the root cause of the defective vehicle . Once only India West region service manager called me and said that concern area service manager will call me but i am still waiting ti listen company verdict on the failure of the vehicle . ​Please go thru my complaints and tell me did i buy this vehicle to visit your service centers for regular defects . ​1. With in 3 months of purchase main seal of engine oil was got leaked and vehicle got repaired after 10 days. Repair DOC NO GSJ1306326 dated 16 Aug-2013​ 2. Fault again reported but not resolved related to break doc no GSJ13-10305 dated 16 Sep 2014 ​ 3. Break noise complaint made by me every time since purchase but no solution given because company was waiting to get spent more time . So that they can demand money from the customer for faulty break pad provided in the vehicle. Now they charged me for the same than why Toyota did replaced when I complaint first time.It was repaired on 12 Oct 2014 and charges was taken from for the same vide doc no GSJ14-12613​ 4. Self starter were fail one and half month back on the road . Fault was not acceptable at all to me because as per service center one nut of the whole assy. was came out fault . DOC NO GSJ14-11321​ 5. End sub assy & Boot Rack Steering replaced on 21 Oct 2014 . doc no GSJ14-12999​​ 6. On 15 Nov AC gone defective, in which one part was replaced on 17 nov. ref doc no GSJ14/-14248​ 7. Again one more defect is found since repaired last time on 17 Nov, that ABS is not working . I know you will not do any thing but my duty is to inform you . ​ 8. Again Air conditioner stopped working on 15 May2015 which was repaired on 29 May-15 . Still there is no solution of out side air comes inside the vehicle, in which service center repaired all parts like condenser, evaporator and cooling coil of sealed system . but result is zero .​ 9. Now again break noise again started as it was reported earlier and same is communicated the service center.​​I am being harassed by Toyota Motor by not replacing my vehicle not even talk to me any time about the solution .​​ Thanks & Regards​Pradeep Jindal[protected]​

    This afternoon at about 1 pm I was nearly hit by a rash car driver vehicle number MH 43 M 9393 in Seawoods. He also came on the wrong side while enter in the road near to the NMMC new building in CBD BELAPUR. Which I witnessed I also had taken the same road to reach to Seawoods as I was driving from CBD. He was after entering the lane has been driving rash without indicators and trying to overtake me by continously honking. And after I was hit he didn't have the courtesy to even stop the car and apologies to me. And when I was following him too he was even then driving rash without indicators and honking continously at the vehicles ahead of him. I would really want that his driver's licence be confiscated for 4 years

        Toyota company has cheated in my car service I send my car to galaxy Toyota moti nagar workshop for service there my car got damaged and they 6 days for repairing my car, i said nw oay Me the taxi which i used in days u keep my car and compensate in my service bill as u have made my car accidental and and decrease its resale value

          Rc not yet received after a month

          Cheater. I bought Toyota Camry (Dl 10 CE 5300) from Toyota u trust, moti nagar, delhi. They are big time liers. They can't stick to their words. After booking of the car, the car was delivered after 15 days, that too after many follow ups from our side. Car has many issues and 'u trust' isn't solving it. I took delivery of car at 9 in the night and on the words that any issue which will come up they will solve it the next...

          It is over a week that my supervisor is facing this problem. Restore the service immediately without further delay. Even my company service provider is also unable to rectify this problem. I am able to others without any problem to others.

            My vehicle is lying at Budha Toyota patna, which is having issue of clutch from begining, however it is not being replaced by the dealer.
            My car regn no is BR1PE 6413.
            Initially when I sent the vehicle they said plesae continue we will attend in due course, however no they are making diffewrent excuses.

                sent my double cab hilux in for a service
                never receive not one courtesy call about the progress
                i kno that they dont run a carwash but my vehicle was returned worse than it went in.
                there was grease on the sidesteps and thescuff panel on the drivers side
                phoned the service manager to make him aware of the problem
                he said he will phone me to collect the vehicle and clean it up
                no response the next day
                looks like complaints fall on deaf ears
                i will never deal with McCarty toyota mobeni again
                service is pathetic

                  Dear Sir / Madam I bought Etios liva gd from galaxy Toyota in Nov 2012. Since then the car is getting insured from Galaxy Toyota insurance only. Current insurance policy is from iffco tokio (policy no TIT/[protected]. Unfortunately there was an accident few days ago & the car was bought to Galaxy Toyota Azadpur workshop on 17- Apr-2015. On 24-April 2015, I got a message that my car is ready to be delivered but insurance company has rejected the claim. I was really surprised to know that because Toyota insurance always claimed that insurance will be hassle free if it is done through Galaxy Toyota. After this the mental torture from Toyota insurance started. Since morning I was calling galaxy Toyota insurance representatives (phone no [protected]). At starting they told me that they are checking the details of policy & will call back in 5 to 10 minutes but nobody called. After 45 minutes I called again & Toyota representative told that server is not working. This story continued for 2 hours. After that they stopped picking up my phonecalls. When I called from landline representatives told me they were on lunch so did not picked up the call (2.30 hours of lunch). When I specifically inquired about the Manager (Mr Vivek) they told me he has not came back from lunch & asked me to send my mobile no & call back will be arranged but nobody called. I waited till 3.30pm when I called again nobody picked my phone. By that time I decided to visit ( taking half day leave) Toyota Insurance Moti Nagar office. When I reached the office I came to know that Mr Vivek is not in the office since morning & other representatives cannot do anything as I got NCB 25%which should be 20% & my policy is not valid due to this mistake. He agreed that it is fault of Toyota insurance representative (as I was renewing the policies from them only from last 3 years) who made this policy. To my utter surprise even after accepting the fault he said nothing can be done & it is only Mr Vivek who is authorized to take any decision. I took his mob no but it was not reachable. I felt it was humongous task to reach Mr Vivek. It was told that possibly he would be in office on 25 Apr 2015. On 25th i called Mr Vivek but some-one named Mr. Nitin picked up the call. Nitin told me that Mr vivek is busy & he would arrange a call back from Mr Vivek. There was no call back after that from Mr Vivek. When i called again Nitin told me that Mr Vivek is busy & this matter can take few weeks & until than Car cannot be released from workshop. If i want to release my car i have to bear all expenses. I was helpless as i was in urgent need of my car. They did it to mentally harass me by keeping pending the issue & the helpless person will pay all the expenses at the end. I paid all the expenses & brought my car back home. After that i request correction in my policy from Iffco Tokio, the fees wasINR 666. The Bill for repair is 15, 000 (approx). Till now I haven’t got any call from MR Vivek or his representatives. They even don’t bother to reply on mails. This is clear case of mental harassment. I have to pay for the fault of Galaxy Toyota insurance representative. They even don’t bother to reply back. I request you to take strong action against them so that it can be a lesson to them.                     Dear Sir / Madam, It is brought your kind notice that my vehicle no. TN69 AL 6079 bought from Aanmalise Toyota Vide cash bill invoice no.[protected] dt. 15.07.2014. After taking delivery from your showroom hardly run 7000 KM totally. It is noticed that right side rear tyre got bulged automatically without having any hit by stone or something else surely and it occurs within 4 months. Immediately it is informed to concern branch manager of Thirunelveli and till then any proper response not received from them, even though the tyre is under warranty. After making repeated request to the concern manager, where I have produced my car at their showroom. The service engineer came to inspect the tyre after two days. Now I was told by concerned service engineer that, “Not able to replace”, which is not accepted and it is under warranty period. Kindly ensure that good year tyre is withstand for 4 months / 7000 KM run or that tyre is a manufacturing defect (without quality inspection). If the Good Year tyre is a less quality, why your recommended that tyre to be used for your product. We are sorry to say your costumer dealing is very poor. I highly disappointed with your customer satisfaction. Please look in this matter and resolved this problem with replacement of new tyre at your end.                       Hello Sir/Madam, I have seen your program several times and have seen the results, with hope I am presenting my serious problem. I bought my Etios LIva PB 31 J, 3856 on Feb. 27, 2012 (Bluish Silver) Pioneer Toyota, Chandigadh and got problem of front seats, specially Driving Seat. Initially i thought there may be some problem in my back but gradually this problem increased and left a permanent pain in my back, just because of faulty seat only. Regarding this problem i met to the service staff several times, but they refuse to accept this problem. Than on Jan 1, 2013 i shifted to Bathinda (Punjab) and several time met to the Radiant Toyota but found same result of refusal to accept the problem. i used the another strategy to complaint to the Toyota complaint cell by mail lat [protected]@toyota-kirloskar.co.in. (two times)Than after I got few calls regarding this and was given the assurance of solving the problem soon. But ultimately got quibbling in spite of solution. I have tried several ways of filling form, Cushion etc. and tried to buy new modeled seats of Liva which are comfortable. Even old liva's seats discomfort been explained by the some the one junk dealer in the Buraial Market in Chandigarh, he ( junk dealer, Jaggi [protected]) told me that we have changed some seats in the near past either with new modeled or Swift. Seats are not comfortable as I sit in car, start to feel more backache. I spent my hard earned money just because of Brand Name and got totally dissatisfaction. Its Suspension is so worst even i raised the problem of Shockers initially and company refuse this too, but after some time became ready to change and changed later on. After three years of misleading and quibble warranty has over and they got a chance to say. I want my seats to be replaced with new seats with your efforts... i know Peharedar have guts to do so.                         Purchased a new Toyota Etios on 7 Feb 2015. On pick up of the car. heard noises from the gearbox. reported it to the dealer the next morning, and was advised to take it to my closest dealership. my closest dealership could not assist me, and since then i have been pushed from pillar to post by Toyota Mobeni in trying to get this sorted out. I have requested the car be replaced, as it was a new purchase, or the deal been cancelled. Toyota Mobeni has refused, and have provided the most pathetic service ever.

                          Dear Sir I have purchased your Innova model top to second on october 2014 for Sunny Toyota Kanpur. As per running of vehicle from the fist day. The vehicle is bubling but know body can find out actual problem of the vehicle. After the two month one tyre of the left side damaged & I have to complaint Sunny toyota has revered GoodYear tyres & GoodYear company has been denied complaint of the tyres. As per Dear Opinion that the tyre has moved without the year. I have afforet it & purchased new company tyre after that the bubling problem is not fint out after the three circle of vehicle. After the three service I have comeback to next day vehicle to sunny toyota Rooma Center & they find out that all the three tyre of GoodYear is the reason of bubling because they are uneven & they claimed to GoodYear Company but the company is not satisfied as per Sunny Toyota report. In this case I am suffering much diffculties becuase I have out of work in out of city & our work has been suffered due to your & GoodYear company misunderstanding. I clearly explain to my trust is favour of Toyota company I do not know any GoodYear are other tyre company. I have purchasemy vehicle Toyota company so I know the toyota company so we are not responsible to claim anyone. Kindly pick our vehicle & change the tyre sales the whole tyre otherwise we have to force to go the legal action. Kindly reply with in a week for other futher action.                             I have purchased Toyota etios VX vehicle No. AP O7 AZ 9696 in 2011 march 7th in the first batch after sometime your dealer phoned me/us and temporally rectified the manufacturing defect of ground clearance by SPACERS they told it is a temporally correction asked us to come back when they receive the permanent kits they have promised me to replace the kit free of cost until now I have not received any communication from your dealer now the temporarily correction result in damage to the shockabsorbers now they are telling the kits are there to rectify the ground clearance to the cost of Rs. 3500/- it is a manufacture defect so I request you to instruct the Guntur Toyota dealer to replace the kit free of coast.

                              Sir,
                              My KL 10, 7799 Innova car tyres was damaged @ 15000km. It was goodyear tyre.

                              Iused to service my car regularly from amana toyota malappuram dt. kerala.The cable of tyre came out @ 15000km.

                              I have replaced 3 tyres @ my own expence as the dealer didnt reacted appropriately and accordingly on my repeated

                              complaints directly and thro phone. The complaint is not rectified till date even after 1 year .

                              I humly request you to do the needful.

                                  Dear sir we are from Chennai, we bought TOYOTA ETIOS car 14 Month Breafre, we add service regularly in Harsh TOYOTA in Crompet Service Center we add 45days Before 70000KM service ok that time oil down & not put new oil then clean car then give us deliver the car after just 500Miter Run the car engine off because of no oil then we inform to service center they take car to service center, that time we ask to the manager we need new engine but they say me & promise to us we make good as amble engine all so we give the letter in future any problem we take care but we ask to them we need new engine then they promise we take care of 2 time service with out payment ( 80000 KM & 90000 Km ) but today we take car to service for 80000 Km service but they ask us payment this is cheat with costumer, we comliant to sels manager & service manager but don't care costumer, then we pay 4600 INR what we will do kindly suport to us our car Number ; TN09BT 3117 owner name, M.Udiya Kumar have a nice Day Thanks & Regards Udiya Kumar [protected] & [protected]

                                      The steering wheel is worn out at 48000kms the vechicle is brought in 2013 Feb and since every time at service we keep informing them in NANDHI TOYOTO outer ring road banaswadi no body is cared, as the vechicle is done 60000kms now it looks very ugly, and all my friends are also feeling the way innova parts is being manufactured with out a supervision and lakhs and lakhs of vechicle is playing on road. we request your good self to replace the same or we may take a strict action asap.
