My car up 78 cr 5900 had shown some problem after that i went to toyota service center ruma kanpur.
They told me your car's injector number 1&3 is damaged and charged 73000 rs and i paid they take 5 days time to change them.
After 5 days they called me and said that your car injector is changed and car have no problem and handover me my car but at same day car had shown same problem and the next day i went again the service center. They told me again your injector number 3 is damaged and told me that you have to pay it again but i told them it's your fault, you had changed my injector earlier.
After 2 days they told me your injector number 2 is damage.
I am suspected that they given me the wrong information.
I want you to solve my problem.

    I am writing this complaint after going through a long pain, i tried a lot to get my problem solved with the dealer level but unfortunately they did not address the issue with the result i had to raise the issue to this level and hope that my problem will get resolved. I purchased this vehicle number TN09BV1327 on 09th Dec 2013, when the car was delivered there was a manufacturing defect, a dent on the back side of the car, this was raised to the concerned sales manager Mr Karthick, they did not pay attention to the complaint with the result I started using the car with the defect due to the exigency of my work. As per your company policy first three services are provided free of cost. I did not use the car mileage wise too much as my office is very close by and did not give for first service for 7, 8 months, however first service was provided on dt: 06th Nov 2014, and no charges were charged after that when i went for the second service they refuse to entertain the free service and charged me full labor charges and everything against my wish. During floods in Chennai the water came from the bottom holes of the car and when i raised this to the dealer they did not agree to rectify the problem without paying money. Again when i went for third service i was charged for that also and no relief given even when i was holding the free service card from the booklet. This is really not expected from Toyota Company, which is known for quality of the vehicle and customer satisfaction . I am giving the details of the dealer also. M/s Lanson Toyota, Lanson Motors, 34 Poonamale, Koyembedu, Chennai - 600 107. I am really disappointed not because i was charged the money but because of the brand name (Toyota) .       Dear Sir/Madam

      I purchased an Innova Crysta (VX-7S), E No. 2GDA017719, Ch No. MBJGB8EM[protected], R No. PB13AT 8880 from Sangrur, Punjab, India on[protected]. The above mentioned car is giving the problem of alignment (car is pulling on left hand side at unacceptable limit) and braking system (car jerks in stead of smooth brakes) from the purchasing date. I visited to Toyota service station Sangrur 4 times, every time problem has been resolved temporarily, after 2 or 3 days the alignment and braking system start giving the same problem. So please resolve the problem permanently or replace the car.

        Dear sir
        This to inform you that i had given my car Corolla Altis PB 10 FK 2800 to Globe Toyota Jugiana Ludhiana (PUNJAB )for servicing and to replace the front wind shield on 7th dec 2016 at 11 am. I was told to collect it on 9th dec 2016. Bt today on 11 th dec 2016 when i visited to collect my car i saw that the service was done but the Front Wind Shield was not replaced nd my car is without any protection nd there is no plastic sheet on front it will destroy my car interior. The main issue is that Front Grill which was fine before i will deliver my car to service advicer has been broken by them now. Mr Tepinder singh is headin dis issue bt he is getting rude n is misbehaving with me. Earlier also when i was about to register my claim in hdfc ergo insurance company there a senior was stopping me from giving the car to Gobe Toyota which means the other customers are suffering from dis showroom.
        I would like you to take an action against them as soon as possible nd replace my Front Gill as soon.I wish ur company should resolve dis issue as soon as possible

The problem inccured in this car is clate palte and some denting and painting of front and back bumper. This car comes under add on policy of ICICI LOMBARD also

          Sir I need this vehicle get ready as soon as possible . they are expanding date since last 10 days.

          if this service is so poor how customer can expect the vehicle in time?

            I am the owner of toyota vios car. came to service my car at 40, 000 mileage. the guy who attend to me gave me list of what should be done for 40, 000 mileage. my car start to service and i sat to watch what is done. i noticed no alignment is done on my car. when i approach the guy and ask him why no alignment is done he told me that i didn't want the alignment done. now what is the point of servicing a car when no alignment is done. he keep on insisting that i told him i do not want alignment done. all these while when i sent my car for service i don't watch them service it. today i did
            i encounter once when i came to toyota service center in sg ara penang. they charge me for car wash and vacuum. when they hand me the car i notice there is stil tissue on the floor mat. i asked the guy who hand over my vechile to me he only realised my car is not washed and vacuum.
            this is very bad. you have been charged the service but it is NOT DONE AT ALL.
            COME ON TOYOTA COMPANY I THINK YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS!!!

              I own an innova with registration number KL07CC1151. I purchased the vehicle 2 years back and found few months back that at about 100km speed the steering wheel vibrates at unacceptable limit. I had infirmed toyota service center at nippon toyota nettur about this issue in October called 2016 at 20000km service. I was told that this could not be checked by them due to inability to drive at that speed. After my drive to bangalore and back to kochi early November I called up the toll free number and I was told that I would be contacted soon. Even after more than a week no information from Toyota. Appreciated if this could be resolved soon as it is a manufacturing defect.

              Toyota Nettur checked and confirmed that unwarranted vibration do exist. They do not know why. Now they want do experiments to see if the problem gets resolved in due course. For these experiments they want me to pay which a I refused. As the problem has occurred in the warranty period I 2amt Toyota to mitigate the problems immediately at no cost to me.

              Toyota Nettur checked it and confirmed that unwarented vibration of steering wheel do exist. They have no idea why. Now they want to conduct various experiments to see if the problem gets resolved and they want me to pay for them which I have refused as the vibration has occurred during warranty period and is obviously due to some manufacturing error.
              Please confirm that problem will be mitigated immediately to my satisfaction without any cost to me.

                My Fortuner MH01 BG 2937 was given for servicing at Shinrai's service outlet in Mumbai and I was surprised by the charges they levied. They charged me Rs 15, 000 which will last for 10, 000 kms. This is very unusual for a Toyoto car.

                There was nothing given to me in writing and very difficult to believe the service departments observation on the car and the cost incurred.

                There is no transparency in the charges and there are no standard charges that are applicable. On enquiring about the services, I have not got proper guidance from the dealer.

                  Sir i have an innova bearing reg. Or 02 ba 2331. I serviced my innova for 1, 60, 000 kms on this sunday. I have given complaints for leakage of coolant and my head light malfunction. They told me they checked all and given the vehicle to me and a make a bill of 13, 000.in which they include coolant and headlight bulb. But on monday when i started my innova and i came to my office in the middle of the road all coolant drained out. And when i call the service head they are telling what we will do. You can check my service details all my service have been done in toyota. I have never given my innova outside for repairing. Please give me suggestion now what i will do.

                    Hello this is kamal kumar singh staying in delhi i have a toyota liva car bought from delhi motinagar's showroom n i've taken extended warranty (Protection plan) also from there but on 11th of november 2016 i was going lucknow by same car. My car had breakdown then i go toyota workshop in lucknow they are saying the engine needs work and that warranty is not applicable in lucknow workshop bcoz that warranty has been done by the showroom that is valid in their workshop only not in any other toyota workshop. Now just i wanted to know how it's possible when i'm purchasing toyota product so that is toyota not the specified showroom' s product so this is my humble request to toyota just do my help and fixed up my problem asap and please tell your people repair my car asap bcoz i have to go back delhi.

                    Till now I am not able to get firm date when I will get the vehicle.

                    At the time of taking vehicle they have promised to deliver vehicle within 2-3 days.

                    I am sorry to say that the Behavior of staff is totally unprofessional.

                      I WAS an owner of a Toyota Innova and 2 weeks ago, my Innova was stolen. It was parked right infront of my house and when I complain to the police, I get to know that stealing Innova is common. When I google about it, I get to see many complaints related to Innova's being stolen across the country. I am sure Toyota also knows about it. Why has not Toyota warned its customers about the lack of safety measures in Innova ? Why have Toyota not implemented any safety mechanisms in Innova?

                        My car got an accidental hit at the gate of my house and for the same I left my car in Lanson Toyota Pallikaranai on 12.10.2016 by 2.30pm. After 2 days I have been informed that Insurance is approved for certain parts and certain parts are not approved yet. I had a conversation with the insurance personnel as adviced by Toyota representative and got approved for the same for which was not approved. In the mean time i had received the call from service centre saying that your car is ready for delivery on 20.10.2016. Then i explained to the toyota representative about my conversation had with the insurance people and he told that if that is the case then the vehicle will be delivered 27th only. After that I have been asked to take my finished car on 27.10.2016 which is a day before Diwali. I was reached the service centre by 2pm. All my relatives were waiting on the railway station for me for iam supposed to pick them up for the occassion. In such a critic situation, I got shocked for i came to know around 8pm that the insurance people not given any clearance and got disapproved for certain parts (without any intimation on both sides). and iam forced very seriously to pay the difference amount of Rs 8031/- instead of Rs.1000/- to take my car back to home.

                        I have been a valid customer with Toyota for more than 4 years and holding 2 Etios vehicle and there were no such issues so far with them. And now, once approved the claim how can i been deceived without any intimation and how will i expect a good rapport with Toyota people in future. What went wrong among Toyota and insurance people, I wonder? there been a lack of communication which worsely affected my routine. I need immediate concern upon this issue along with return of difference amount i paid. And requesting to take action on appropriate person for such irresponsible act.

                        Please find below mistakes for your improvement;
                        1. Incomplete finishing on body works (not cleaned).
                        2. Delayed in getting clearnce with the insurance people being a passionate customer
                        3. Lack of communication and providing wrong information
                        4. Delay in getting approval for repairing damage
                        5. Not informed about payment (Surprising)
                        6. Role of toyota is very poor with insurance persons.

                        Expecting immediate and justified reply soon.

                          I have shown my Toyota etios 2012 to authorised workshop in Partapur, Meerut.
                          It was showing problem of "Starting Late", the mechanics there ask me to open half engine of the car, they changed all 4 pistons of the car, gaskit, clutch, estimating Rs. 80, 000.
                          now they are saying that the same problem is continued, Common Rail has to changed, costing Rs. 50, 000 more
                          If the problem was due to common rail, why do they priorly make fool of me and spent Rs. 80, 000.
                          this is a big burgling the are doing,

                            today i had given my toyota etios petrol car GJ06 EQ-368 to NArmada toyota, makarpura, vadodara. because of clutch problem and service advisor told to replace the clutch plate. i had recently last year replaced my clutch plate in 2015 at @ 71000 km. and today its @ 74000 km, is it the toyota is giving such a clutch plate that gets damages in 4000 km. than i have to purchase dozen numbers of clutch plates for future running my car for @ more 50000 km. service advisor was trying to explain that the clutch plates may get damaged and has to replaced @ 3000 km also. is it really the Q- qulaity parts given by Toyota. is it possible that i have driven my car for first 70000 km. and after that clutch plate gets damaged which is understandable and the replaced new clutch plate gets damaged in next 4000 km. while the driving person is same and the driving pattern is same for the total 74000 km. this is absolutely rediculous and very difficult to accept.
                            also i had a very bad experience in last 2 services i had done with narmada toyota. the car is never been checked for final inspection at time of delivery. and when we receive our vehicle and moving back to our home we get to know that the cleaning has been not done on dash board, steering wheel etc. even though last time my battery got totally off on the after i received my car. and i have to take my car with help of some external battery and it took almost my 2 and half hours. and additionaly got harrased. such things are not acceptable and presumed from toyota company.
                            waiting for the hope so favaourable reply and also waiting if you can give the clutch plates in bulk so that i can purchase it at low rates. as i m retaining my car for next 2 years .

                              Please note that with Gods grace we are all safe and alive

                              Could not ever imagine that my Fortuner lost the studs while running smoothly on NH 48

                              It happened yesterday while coming back to mumbai from my short diwali vacation trip to dahanu

                              How could this ever happen

                              I have never heard or seen this in my entire driving life of 22 years that the studs are gone

                              I have attached the pics

                              Half the day was fine and my family was coming back to mumbai
                              from dahanu

                              We drove almost 20 kms. Smooth road from Dahanu Reliance Power Plant to NH 48, then from there we crossed the Charoti toll plaza another 20 kms.

                              After that about 6 to 7 kms. The car was cruising normally at 90 to 100 k/hr on this very smooth highway road with no bumps nor any pits and suddenly out of nowhere, the car started wobbling with lot of noise from left hand rear side, we stopped the car at a distance of approx. 100 meters

                              I thought that the tyre may be punctured, but it was looking all very normal with full Air pressure

                              So i checked around the wheel and to my surprise there was no lock bolts on the wheel

                              I found them around 100 meters back all of them

                              To fasten them i had to lift the car by jack

                              But to my shock, there was no stud available on which i could fasten the bolts

                              I talked to the central helpline, where the call got connected after waiting almost 20 minutes, then he asked me all kind of questions for confirmation etc. That took away another 20 minutes and finally after another 20 minutes of explanation of my location they gave me a reference # X[protected] and informed that the towing service will call within half n hour

                              All this one hour i am standing nowhere to go in the middle of forest area with my family and in shock

                              After almost 50 minutes i get a call from towing guys, who inform that it will take 2 to 3 hours to reach our location since they will be coming from Vapi (Gujarat)

                              I got very upset and cancelled the towing service and contacted Meena Dhabolkar from Lakozy Malad who informed that nearest to my location was their service center in Vasai

                              So i contacted Vasai Lakozy and they immediately helped me with 2 to 3 towing services contacts, these guys were very helpful and after almost 2 hours the car reached at around 6 in the evening to vasai lakozy

                              All the guys there were also shocked to see this and appreciated the fact that we were all there unharmed

                              I would request Toyota to take this matter very very seriously as this is something which can cost lives

                                So i contacted Vasai Lakozy and they immediately helped me with 2 to 3 towing services contacts, these guys were very helpful and after almost 2 hours the car reached at around 6 in the evening to vasai lakozy

                                All the guys there were also shocked to see this and appreciated the fact that we were all there unharmed

                                I would request Toyota to take this matter very very seriously as this is something which can cost lives

                                  Hi team,

                                  I have sent my toyota etios liva (ka51 me 0670) to uttam toyota noida on 20 october 2016 for regular servicing of the vehicle. at that time my car was working fine from all the aspects. i received my car back post servicing on 20 october 2016's evening.

                                  Next day i came to know that my ac is not working, i called up at uttam toyota and from there one executive visited my place to check the issue. he reported that the ac's gas has been leaked.

                                  Even in the evening my car got stopped on the road and has to call someone for towing it till my house. however it started in the mid way.

                                  On 22 october, the car was again taken to the service center, where after doing the checkup they reported the leakage in the ac coil. they also asked me to bear the cost of rs 10, 000 for repairing the ac coil.

                                  I had sent my car for service in perfect shape and condition (including ac). damage to the ac coil has happened while servicing, so why should i be liable for it and paying for it.

                                  This is not the first time, i had bad experience with uttam toyota. there has always been issues with the servicing standards of the center. but this time it has crossed all the limits making me raise the grievance.

                                  I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and i will be compensated for my damages and inconvenience.

                                    My carnobr ow9444. Toyota liva got accident and car was submitted with your gaya office on
                                    24/9/2016 the car was insured withunited india ins co through budha tyota. Gaya. Premium charges
                                    Was more than market rate

                                    Urvoyor surveyed the loss and estimate was prepared and approved by ins.co
                                    The car was repaired by 17/10/16, but it was not delvered till the date they
                                    Receive payment. From 17/10/16 everyday we were contacting the co, for
                                    Delievry of car but it was denied. Today it has been delivered after we
                                    Paid about 5700/- cash to them, in addition to claim amount received by them
                                    Question is-1. Why our case was kept capitive till receiving insurance amount
                                    2. When car was repaired as per estimate passed by surveyor, why charge from us.
                                    3. When they are charging 1000/- extra with premium, why 9 days delay in delivery.
                                    4. Our car is not fully repaired, one side denting paint is left over

                                      I have booked a new Innova Crysta from Amana Toyota dealership in Kannur-Kerala state on 19th October 2016 by paying an initial booking amount of Rs.2Lakhs.

                                      The sales executive said he will provide the delivery date soon. And the next day he called me up and said that there was 1 car available which had been previously booked by another customer and since that customer haven't paid the initial amount of the car, he could allot that car to me provided all my loan formalities are completed .I applied for loan through Toyota Financial Services on Friday 21st October and by Saturday 1:00pm I got confirmation about the approval of loan. Now I called up the dealership asking to deliver my car as I have fulfilled all the formalities, but then they replied that the car which they intended to deliver to me was already been delivered to that "previous" customer whom they referred earlier And they would inform me by Monday (24th October 2016) the status of delivery for my car.

                                      Upon calling the dealership on Monday, they said that there was no car available and it might take a month until my car arrives. I really did not expect this from such a prestigious brand like Toyota! I was very upset and felt cheated by the dealership who promised immediate delivery of my car once I fulfil their formalities and hence I decided to head towards other Toyota dealer in Kerala, that is Nippon Toyota. When I called them up they refused to accept my booking as I didn't belong to their "Territory". I tried calling up a few other dealerships in my neighbouring state Karnataka (United Toyota, Nandi Toyota) - All of them replied the same that they cannot sell cars to the customers who doesn't belong to their "Territory".

                                      WHY CANT A CUSTOMER LIKE ME HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE A DEALER OF MY CHOICE? I'M NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THE DEALER IN MY "TERRITORY" BECAUSE OF THE REASONS I MENTIONED ABOVE.I HAVE TOTALLY LOST TRUST IN THEM! BUT STILL I'M FORCED TO CHOOSE THAT DEALER ITSELF TO BUY THE CAR OF MY DREAMS!

                                      The dealers are enjoying the monopoly given to them and taking customers like me for granted!

                                      I chose to go with Toyota for 2 main reasons: (1) Customer Service Quality & (2) Reliability.
                                      Sadly the reason no.1 is not there anymore.

                                      I sincerely request Toyota Kirloskar Motors to help me out by allowing me to get the car delivered from a dealership of my choice. A dealership that is trustworthy.

                                        I have toyota innova car 2013, i have paid for full insurance with add on package mean bumper to bumper from iffco tokio, i have an minor accident with tree.my car damage from left upper roof, side front back door, front bumper, bonat, windshield, supervisor says that they change all the damage parts, but only uper back pillar replace, they do so bad denting painting
