24/9/2016 the car was insured withunited india ins co through budha tyota. Gaya. Premium charges
Was more than market rate

Urvoyor surveyed the loss and estimate was prepared and approved by ins.co
The car was repaired by 17/10/16, but it was not delvered till the date they
Receive payment. From 17/10/16 everyday we were contacting the co, for
Delievry of car but it was denied. Today it has been delivered after we
Paid about 5700/- cash to them, in addition to claim amount received by them
Question is-1. Why our case was kept capitive till receiving insurance amount
2. When car was repaired as per estimate passed by surveyor, why charge from us.
3. When they are charging 1000/- extra with premium, why 9 days delay in delivery.
4. Our car is not fully repaired, one side denting paint is left over

    I have booked a new Innova Crysta from Amana Toyota dealership in Kannur-Kerala state on 19th October 2016 by paying an initial booking amount of Rs.2Lakhs.

    The sales executive said he will provide the delivery date soon. And the next day he called me up and said that there was 1 car available which had been previously booked by another customer and since that customer haven't paid the initial amount of the car, he could allot that car to me provided all my loan formalities are completed .I applied for loan through Toyota Financial Services on Friday 21st October and by Saturday 1:00pm I got confirmation about the approval of loan. Now I called up the dealership asking to deliver my car as I have fulfilled all the formalities, but then they replied that the car which they intended to deliver to me was already been delivered to that "previous" customer whom they referred earlier And they would inform me by Monday (24th October 2016) the status of delivery for my car.

    Upon calling the dealership on Monday, they said that there was no car available and it might take a month until my car arrives. I really did not expect this from such a prestigious brand like Toyota! I was very upset and felt cheated by the dealership who promised immediate delivery of my car once I fulfil their formalities and hence I decided to head towards other Toyota dealer in Kerala, that is Nippon Toyota. When I called them up they refused to accept my booking as I didn't belong to their "Territory". I tried calling up a few other dealerships in my neighbouring state Karnataka (United Toyota, Nandi Toyota) - All of them replied the same that they cannot sell cars to the customers who doesn't belong to their "Territory".

    WHY CANT A CUSTOMER LIKE ME HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE A DEALER OF MY CHOICE? I'M NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THE DEALER IN MY "TERRITORY" BECAUSE OF THE REASONS I MENTIONED ABOVE.I HAVE TOTALLY LOST TRUST IN THEM! BUT STILL I'M FORCED TO CHOOSE THAT DEALER ITSELF TO BUY THE CAR OF MY DREAMS!

    The dealers are enjoying the monopoly given to them and taking customers like me for granted!

    I chose to go with Toyota for 2 main reasons: (1) Customer Service Quality & (2) Reliability.
    Sadly the reason no.1 is not there anymore.

    I sincerely request Toyota Kirloskar Motors to help me out by allowing me to get the car delivered from a dealership of my choice. A dealership that is trustworthy.

      I have toyota innova car 2013, i have paid for full insurance with add on package mean bumper to bumper from iffco tokio, i have an minor accident with tree.my car damage from left upper roof, side front back door, front bumper, bonat, windshield, supervisor says that they change all the damage parts, but only uper back pillar replace, they do so bad denting painting

        Sir,
        Myself amit kumar singh...using toyota etios liva_ GD model since march 2015... Registration number HR26CN4705...till date car run 30000km...

        At the time of service at 20000 km... My car is fully go through your quality checks... But in this service my car alignment and wheel balancing done with charges. But with in 2000 km my car steering worked at some angle for straight drive...how's is this possible...if all quality checks are completed...

        Then I again visit your service centre MGF Toyota centre gurgaon for this problem...they again rectified the same with again charges... Trial done on road including average test with your senior supervisor...

        Then after 300 km I noticed that my car front tyre outer edge getting wear out... Then I again visited same centre...then again same process done with tyre rotation and on road teSt with ok report...this activity done on 27000 km...and also they again check all the conditions...

        Now when I came from my home with my family in night time from merrut to gurgaon...my gear and clutch stops working ...I park the car on petrol pump in delhi and took the cab for my home...

        Just next day I visited same service centre with my car...they told me that your clutch plates get wear out and clutch spring get damage...and it will be highly chargeable 14500 for part cost and plus Labour charge extra...

        Now I am totally surprised that howz is this possible that clutch plates get we ar out within next 1500 km...is it the quality of TOYOTA????????

        My car go through your on road quality checks. 3 Times after 20000 km service...25000 km... 27000km...but no-one has found and clear that such type of issue...

        If this is the way of TOYOTA working...then In future I will never suggest anybody to take Toyota products...

        Please look into this matter seriously and reply...

          I have submitted my car toyotainnova for 80000 service a call comes from company that ur tapit cover cracks I told 36 Toyota person tapit cover cracks after accident or it is the product mistake, my car got accident 3yr before they changed my tapir cover due to negligence in insurance checking and changing that part even from three years I got changed my chasis even they not registered my chases no, and now after they changed tapit cover car vibrates like tractor and in bad condition and now they said the default is due to injector and u have to bear it when I send my car for service no vibration nothing now they want to hatch money now I go to consumer court also pls clear my issues I am very old cystomer of toyota

            I deposited my car on 15 Sept. 2016 against claim for a minor accident causing damage of side mirror, right side doors and bumper etc. Mr. Subhash, body shop manager at 36 Toyota had been given my case . As I had contacted Mr. Ankur body shop manager and Mr. Teetu, Team leader there for the same previously since I knew him during the service of my car a month back. Unfortunately I have been misguided for the repair of my car by the concerned staff. There was some issue related to the approval of my car for insurance which took almost a week. This is to apprise you that none of the members responsibly informed me pertaining to the status of my car. However I have to ask every now and then about the condition of my car .Mr. Subhash a highly irresponsible, unprofessional and ill mannered not knowing how to deal with clients especially females. Mr.Teetu has been behaving as if he has no concern with the case just obliging me for the reason best known to him. With a heavy heart I have to write that till date 5/10/2016 I have no clue about the status of my car despite repeated attempts to inquire. They assured me that in 6-8 days of insurance approval my car would be handed over to me . During my service of car I had asked Mr. Teetu few issues to be resolved related to the function of my car as well as washing . Regrettably the complaint was not taken seriously and later on I was assured by Mr. Teetu that he will see to the matter and do the needful but nothing happened. on 15 Sept 2016 I told about the same issue to Mr. Subhash but he took it casually and ignored the matter I have to constantly remind him about the problem . I have been getting troubled for quiet a while . surprisingly I got a text message for giving 10/10 for the poor service done by the team. Since 21 days I have been suffering for the unperturbed attitude of the 36 Toyota Faridabad concerned staff. I strongly recommend a strict action against the concerned employees for harassing a female client and being ruthless and unprofessional so that in future no customer has to suffer the way I have to.and provide compensation for the same .If my case is not taken up properly i will be forced to knock the doors of consumer court.

              My Etios Liva car is lying since one month for repair in Toyota service centre, Jamshedpur, TATA. I am a doctor at nearby town Chakradharpur and now having difficulty without any vehicle for such a prolonged period. The service centre people are telling come after one week, spare parts have not reached using, etc.etc.Kindly look into the matter. I feel being harassed by the service centre which is creating a negative impact on me and my friends. Kindly take steps for an early solution.Thanks.

                My toyota etios car no-as01az5836 repaired in borah toyata, dibrugarh on 24/07/2016. They requested me advance of rs.1000/- which i paid on 12/07/2016 vide reference no iti5904488 a/c no [protected] sbi dib university. For the job done they raised tax invoice no. Tax16-02330 for rs. 3529.00. Although i paid the full amount complete the job, but they did not deduct nor returned me advance amount rs.1000/- from my bill. Then i talked to mr. Porikhit of borah toyata and he ensured me that they would pay me through net banking. But till date, they have not returned me rs.1000/-.
                Hope, henceforth, you will be strict enough for such dealers so that customer would not be harassed any way.

                  I was going out of station that day so gone to toyota co. for the satisfaction that my car is completely ok. & than they said car having spark problem & tell that its lights can any time be off or it lost the complete circut with battery than. (when i reached there was no problem in my car)
                  Note-they also said that they not having the parts of it & tell that they will transport the parts from another city it will take almost 4 days & now they made the bill of rs. 23000 (this thing happening with me 2nd time) 1st time the made the bill of rs. 44000

                    I had given my innova (Car number hr51an2211), dated 19/august/2016 for service at toyota 36 faridabad showroom. Car is in name of gp gandhi. Everyday showroom manager told us that there is problem in car and they will repair it. Showroom manager said that lot of spare parts (Like engine belt etc) needs to be changed. They keep on increasing the bill everyday till 23/august/2016 by stating that they will make the car in new condition and going forward their would not be any problem with the car. Total invoice was raised for rs. 60200 and we have paid the amount. We got the car back and they had mentioned that the car is in very good condition now.

                    However, after a month i. E. On 23/sep/2016 car got stopped on delhi highway. We were continuously calling on their (Toyota 36 faridabad showroom) contact number. But they were not picking up the calls. Then we have hired the crane in 3000 rs and take that car again back to the toyota 36 faridabad showroom.

                    Then showroom manager has mentioned that their is problem with water pump (Leakage in water pump), engine belt etc and charges are rs. 15000. Next day they said charges arers. 20000. Further next day they said charges are rs. 25000. So as happened earlier at the time of service, again they keep on increasing the charges day by day. Toyota manager told us that the water pump got leaked due to problem in engine belt. Could you please tell how come their would be problem in engine belt within a month of change itself. When they have already changed the spare parts earier or either they have used old product or not changed either. Now the car is with them.

                    Could you please reply what kind of service is this and why the amount has been charged in excess. How can the expenses keep on increasing everyday and that too with poor service. They are not picking up calls. We are facing lot of difficulties due to this.

                      I am a toyota customer for 8 years however when in last 1 months i realized that toyota india is completely a different comp than toyota global. My question to mr shekar viswanathan (Ceo toyota india) is do you ever read to tqm or aware of the term "quality".
                      It is been 1 month, my car is with dsk toyota. The dashboard and cd player is damaged by the service center however there is no resolution provided to me so far. I am not even sure whether the car is even father damaged. During last 1 month i have registered at least 20 complaint, called up toyota customer care for 30 times, every time they promised me that someone sr from toyota will call me and will help me to resolve the issue, so far i have not received any call from them or any resolution. After being a loyal customer of toyota for 8 years where i spent at least 5 lacs rs just for service of the car, i never expect such response from toyota.

                        Just is to inform you that i purchased etios car (hr29ak0402) in month august 2015 and i am facing "door strip problem" in "rear doors" from month october 2015 since last year, for which i already register complaints many times in customer care and also inform 36 toyota team for the same issue. toyota team replaced my door strips 4 times till date in the presence of tkm also that came from bangalore on 13-june-2016 but there is no permanent solution provided by toyota despite many reminders, only corrective actions has been done but all in vain. i am not sure what jokes your team is playing here. now again i am facing the same issue with "rear doors".

                        This is the last time i am requesting you that look into this matter seriously else i need to adopt legal ways to get it mended.

                          I got my car serviced on 10-09-16. and on the same day I made complaint about service, washing, and raised points about car covering after washing. Attendent of my car tells me that there are charges of lubrication of door's hings and battery waxing while the same were shown free on papers. apart from that they made me a call saying that they are calling from centralized service centre on 22-09-16 and assured me of sorting out all the problems by the dealer.but still no call is made to me. it seems that they are paying no hindrance.

                            My car horn does not work in center steering position .
                            when contacted authorised service center they told that spirel cable has developed some problems and need replacement.
                            cost of part asked from me is inr 14500/..
                            on web i have found that toyota has recalled many cars for free replacement of this cable as its a common problem with many.
                            Kindly suggest what to do.

                              My car toyota fortuner gj12cp0811, on 18/09/2016 was serviced at gandhidham serviced station. I forgot to take my cellphone before handing over the car to your representative. As i was out, on yesterday i found that my phone is not there in the car. It's being stolen or kept by someone at service station only.
                              Please look in to it and help me out this thing as it is really very disappointed to know that it has been stolen by your representative during service only.

                                This is to bring into your notice that Galaxy Toyota okhala New Delhi service centres are the most pathetic cheaters, i am having Toyota innova HR51 AK 4545 on 10 September on 9th September i took a appointment for my vehicle, as there is indication for t belt replacement i had been asked that it would cost me around 3500/- with labour .
                                On 10th September i visited galaxy Toyota workshop When I reached workshop I have Been given a quote by MR Eshu SINGH for 14148/-
                                I ask the advisor what's the issue behind this, he told me it for another belt that u have to got replace and service I told him I just had my service few month back and the mileage was just 4000km after the previous service. Job card made by him contain these things
                                1.Timing belt
                                2. Service
                                3. V belt
                                4. Surface refinement & protection
                                5. Internal panel protection
                                After service and replacement of parts he bring me with a new quote for Rs 12600/- he told me we have skipped some of works that why we are charging less amount (Misleading and no transparency)
                                I called up several times at customer care but i have not find any one how can resolve my problem on 22nd September i got a call from Mr Eshu Singh who was the service advisor he asked to get my car to Toyota workshop and get remove the belts and they will fit the old belts and refund the belt charges and labour charges, i live in Mathura it is not easy for me to move Delhi for car service every time.

                                  Due to some starter issue my car dint start and it has been pulled to the service center on 17th September where the service center has committed to deliver my car on 20th September . I followed up since 20th and on 22nd they are saying that the car will be delivered in the month of October due to unavailability of parts. As the vehicle is being used for commercial purpose which is generating revenue through which my loan is being paid off, it is difficult on my part to bear the delay which ultimately building pressure on me.Please help!!!                                     I, Nithin Joseph, the owner of the corolla, altis which was bought on Nov 23th, 2015 from Amana, Toyoto, in kannur, Kerla, India. After a month, the car was purchased onwards an alert message was showing saying "oil low". I consulted the in the showroom and they filled the oil and told that they will talk to the toyoto company.But there was no action from the Amana dealers. Later also the alert message contuined to show . Now the altis is in the Amana service centre in kannur.
                                    I am a reputed P.W.D Contractor and I handle lot of cars of differnt companies .I have verna, I 20, baleno, nissan, creta, honda city. but i never faced such a bad treating from them. I was so attarcted to toyoto company and bought coralla altis for my wedding.Many people asked for the opion about the car to buy. But I am sad to inform that, altis was an dissappointement for me .so i could not give a good opinon about the car. Many times I had to stop my journey in the middle because of this"low oill" issue.
                                    I cannot contiue with this problematic car .You have to take back the car and give a new one. or else i file a case in the court .
                                    I, believe that you will see through this problem and take a action soon as possible.

                                      I have purchased new toyota innova crysta after two day I noticed some noise from engine side and steering vibration when i am applying break. I have failed complaint about this concern to toyota. There is no action and updates from toyota. After one week dealership people called for repair they learned repair one week on my car. They could not rectify the complaint. They said that toyota technical team will attend your vehicle. Till now there is no action . Very poor quality service and its a very bad experience. I am going for legal proceedings. Its a ridiculous

I inform to innovo service center toll free number. threre is given to Thrissur service center number.i call that number :[protected] .but not responding
