Just is to inform you that i purchased etios car (hr29ak0402) in month august 2015 and i am facing "door strip problem" in "rear doors" from month october 2015 since last year, for which i already register complaints many times in customer care and also inform 36 toyota team for the same issue. toyota team replaced my door strips 4 times till date in the presence of tkm also that came from bangalore on 13-june-2016 but there is no permanent...

I got my car serviced on 10-09-16. and on the same day I made complaint about service, washing, and raised points about car covering after washing. Attendent of my car tells me that there are charges of lubrication of door's hings and battery waxing while the same were shown free on papers. apart from that they made me a call saying that they are calling from centralized service centre on 22-09-16 and assured me of sorting out all the problems...

My car horn does not work in center steering position .
when contacted authorised service center they told that spirel cable has developed some problems and need replacement.
cost of part asked from me is inr 14500/..
on web i have found that toyota has recalled many cars for free replacement of this cable as its a common problem with many.
Kindly suggest what to do....

My car toyota fortuner gj12cp0811, on 18/09/2016 was serviced at gandhidham serviced station. I forgot to take my cellphone before handing over the car to your representative. I bought Innova Crysta 2 months back & already u have three of my Bridgestone Turanza Tyres burst & air pockets developed in it. Thus seems to be a very common issue with the new Innova Crysta as informed by Technician at the official service centre. As Innova has a huge fan base Toyota should look into this serious matter Nas resolve it as soon as possible with Bridgestone & replace the tyres with good one's ....

Ever since the car was purchased I had tyre issue right from my first service. All my services has been done only at Toyotas delar in the above mentioned address. Company said 3year or 1lakh km warnty but i have some problems in gear bos of car than i reach to company sarvice station to solve this problem my car drive only 30000km means it under warnty and this problem is manufacturing default but company worker said its not under warnty and charged me 51000thousand of bill

After 600 kms i have sent my new innova crysta for it 1st service at local toyota dealership. They have scratched the car due to irresponsible serviced by unskilled staff .After showing the scratches they take the car in paint shop to get it repainted . Such a hopeless toyota dealership.
