Had purchased an toyota certified innova vehicle KA-03-MN-6435 from nandi toyota bommanhalli Bangalore utrust showroom on 28th march 2014 but even till date 05 june 2014 the vehicle's ownership has still not been transferred to my name, it's highly unethical & unprofessional especially from a brand like toyota & its associates, inspite of regular followups & reminders thethe executives started to avoid calls & answered vaugely, it seems better to have purchased from an road side dealer

    Booked a fortuner but haven't got the car q

    Dear Sir, We were purchased a Toyota Corolla Altis D-4DHL Diesel Car on October 2010 from your Authorized Dealer M/s Nippon Motor Corporation Pvt. Ltd; M.C.Road, Nattakom P.O; Kottayam 686 013, Kerala State. Its Engine No is 1ND1145016, Chasis No. is MBJ53NEE[protected] & Reg. No. is KL-05-AB-7300. For the past three and half years we were done all periodical services in correct time on the above said dealer’s service point. Now the car was run 60000 kilometers. In this period, two times, car/engine was stopped in running time. The first incident was on one year back. At that time – approximate one month – car was on your custody. Now the problem was again raised and car is at Nippon Motor Corporation. The service person said that the Engine control unit was damaged. If rectify that problem, the full payment will tolerate by the customer. The said that total cost approximate Rs:54000/- How did a genuine customer tolerate this? This is not our problem. We are 100% trusted in Toyota. We were also used a Innova from your side (KL-05-Z-1200) and now booked a new Innova from this same Dealer. The first Innova run 2 lakhs kilometers, without any complaint! So we request you to please clear the complaint of our car without any cost. Best Regards Sajimon T.S.       I would like to inform you that I bought my car, Toyota Etios one and a half years ago from a showroom located in Kanpur and after that I came to know about what a piece of it is.My first problem arose after 6 months when I experienced damages on the lower body of my car then I came to knew that Toyota had made a mistake and not covered the lower body of the car by a plate of metal then they changed it free of cost.After 1 year, This car start facing problem with starting n engine knocking and Now in just one and a half year The car clutch is gone. Your legal service showrooms doesn't even treat properly, I filed a complaint about the experiences which I had faced before but nobody cares.The spare parts of the car is too expensive I mean, If a car goes for service it will cost around more then 5k+ every time.What about your company policies and ethics this is a serious issue. I would like to raise some important points here: 1) If the company knew that this car had too many problems during manufacturing why they fooled so many customers. 2) Please take a lesson from the General Motors who recently has announced a new recall of more than 1.3m vehicles due to an electronic power steering threat which "could increase the risk of a crash". If they can realised it so early. How much time Toyota will take to realised their mistake For Etios. Now I want to know that how the company is going to take action against my complaint. I want the full compensation for this pain which is caused by your car. It already consumed too much of my money and my precious time and energy. At the end, I would like to say that please take my complaint seriously and do something regarding my problem and please do not fool anybody like this. Now I am awaiting a response from your side.         I was told by the Toyota dealers to get my rental agreement registered to get my new car registered. This was told to me when my bank payment was transferred and I was about to make the final payment.
        This led to unnecessary hustle as I had to intimate the owner and pay 4000 to the lawyer to get my rental agreement registered.

        The major problem starts when I go to the registration office in the time assigned to me.( I had to literally roam for 8 hours in my office time to get this appointment fixed).I was made to wait from 4-6pm, and I was the last person in line at 6:02 in the office(Pune-Mega centre) and the government official refuses to stamp our document as the time has crossed 6.
        There were system slowdown many a times when I was waiting in the queque which led to this situation. My question to the government- Can't you fix your system before making people stand in line? Can't you make your government employees work 5 minutues extra to serve your customers?

          Dear Sir/Madam Dear Sir/Madam This is in reference to a Second Hand Car (Car No - DL6CJ 3015) which we bought in August'13 from Toyota Trust - Moti Nagar, New Delhi. Its been more than 6 months now and we have not received the RC transferred to my Father In Law name "Mr Yash Paul Maini". We have been told that the original owner is on bed rest but have been told since then that next 7-10 days we will get the same but almost 6 months have passed now. We never expected such pathetic post sales service from a brand like Toyota Trust. We doubt that this car is stolen car and that is the reason they are not able to give us the documents. Since then it is parked at Grand Toyota, Meerut and the deale is now asking around 52 k as parking charge. As this was a Total loss case. Though either dealer or Insurance company should bare the so called charge. This is really shameful on toyota's Part and I am feeling mentally harassed.                 Poor quality of seats in toyota etios

                  I (chetan shah) had sent my car for a service at lakozy toyota, Malad (w) twice in a last week for the same problem which they didn't short out. The problem was fixing the screws(bolts) only which i get it done from outside. It was making too noisy which didn't short out twice by lakozy Toyota Malad(w) service centre.I had sent my driver over there but they used bad approch to my driver. My car is still over there and my car no. is MH02 BD 7920 I m totally unsatisfied with work done by them. I had paid full payment.                       I brought a car (Chevy Optra 2005 Model) from u -trust near electronic city (Bomanalli), I have been told by u-trust that car is in perfect condition and they have personally verified for all mechanical parts. I was quite happy to buy the car from a well known brand. I was going to Hyderabad from Bangalore with my family, we were 150 Kms far from hyderabad and suddenly I noticed that temperature meter gone on H and car got heated suddenly. I did wait for 1 hour and refilled the coolant, but after some time car got completely break down and even it was not getting started. I was with my wife and 3 year old kid and got stuck on highway where I hardly could see trucks and buses passing us. that was worst moment as I was unable to get any immediate help. finally some of my friends came from hyderabad on Innova and pulled my car to hyderabad then I had checked with showroom (Orange Motors), I got SHOCKED to see the estimate, it was 70+ K. 70K is a huge amount for one month old car and that too after complete check by u-trust experts. I checked for alternate options as 70-80K is huge amount and I cant afford that huge amount. New Mars motors is well known in hyderabad and I given my car there for repair, paid 32000 for repair apart from this changed the ECM as well for 18K. Total 50K paid, I contacted with u-trust as well but they just made excuses and nothing got done. Just imagine the situation, dead car on highway without any help and moreover 50K paid for just one month old car.. I would never ever recommend u-trust to anyone, If you dont want to waste your time and hard earned money, DO NOT GO TO U-TRUST. they should be renamed DONT-TRUST.

AC not functioned properly for the past one month in our innovo car .When reported they changed AC Air filter firstly but the problem not sorted out.Next time after our reporting they changed gas and some parts and charged Rs.9000/-.Still the problem exists in our car and affects our travelling everytime .Having somuch man power and mechinery power how can they not able to findout the problem. we purchased the car 41/2 years back this is the first time the dealer makes harms to the consumer like us.The car is under smile scheme .This is also the first time they charged the above huge amount.                           I had sent my car for service to one of your service centers on June 12th, 2013. After few days, one of the tyre got punctured and that is when we realized that one of the tyres have been changed by your company. The other tyres on the car are in good condition except one that is worn out. I wonder how. We have tried contacting the center multiple times and have been informed that they are researching on the issue. I wonder how long does the research take????                             I would like to express my disbelief and discontent towards the most premium and well recognized SUV in the country, Toyota Fortuner.

                            I have been driving a Toyota Fortuner with regn no. UP16AL 5293 for the last 12 months and have done 9100 kilometers till date. Last week during a local journey in Delhi city one of the tyres of this macho SUV (front tyre on navigator side, DUNLOP made in Japan) burst while parking at almost zero speed of the vehicle. This has come to me as a shock because I thought I had bought a SUV which was being sold as the best off roader with the capability to conquer all type of roads, mountain terrains, hills, etc.

                            I went to Toyota authorized dealer M/s Espirit Toyota in Noida and asked them to log a complaint for a sub standard tyre provided to me with this premium SUV by Toyota. After 3 days, the dealership team has coldly informed me that they can’t do anything in this regard as the Toyota Quality policy does not cover such incidents. The cost of replacement is Rs 23, 500 for a similar DUNLOP brand tyre.

                            I would like to ask the Toyota Management team the following questions as a customer who has paid premium and waited for a few months to take delivery of this vehicle: -
                             -What is the quality control deployed at manufacturing stage that these cars pass that even the smallest stones on the roads can harm the tyre and to the extent that the tyre bursts?
                             -Who is responsible for the likely loss to life in case such an incident happens when a SUV (which is generally driven at high speeds by most users) tyre bursts?
                             -Why is Toyota not highlighting such facts to users that the tyres can’t withstand even the local stones on the roads and the drivers must drive slow down when they see stones on road?

                            I would like to hear from Toyota on the issues raised by you in a few days before I raise this issue in the consumer forum or in the media….Waiting very eagerly for your response.

                              I have purchased Toyota Innova from M/S Anamali Toyota, Coimbatore. Regn No: TN 38 AZ 8080. I have been regularly serving it & maintaining it well. Now it has run 40000/ KMs. During my service on 05/11/2013, I was told by the company service manager Mr.Rajasekaran, Mobile NO:[protected], that a LIFE SAVING DEVICE (air bag) is not functional in my car. Which is most important for the additional money I have invested in my car. He claims that a spiral cable in the car has got disconnected, hence it is not operational. It can happen at any time. As per the terms of company, the life saving device should not fail until it is operated at any time during any mishap. While I explained this to him (being a responsible person representing Anaamalais Toyota), he circastically commented, that " EVEN IT YOU WEAR A HELMET IT could end up fatal". If this be the truth with AIR BAG also in Toyota Innova car, What is the necessity to charge me more and claim its superiority in Market. Is the company using inferior quality or Annamalai Toyota is not having Trained mechanic. I NEED THE DEVICE SHOULD BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY AT YOUR COST. I have left my car with M/S Anamali Toyota, Coimbatore on 05/11/2013. Till today I have not heard any response from M/S Anamali Toyota, Coimbatore. I had spent 12.5 lakhs on this car. Is this the response I get from the dealer for Toyota, i.e M/S Anamalis Toyota, Coimbatore. Who will compensate me the loss, mental agony and the time spent upon the issue. Kindly give me a solution.                                 Unprofessional Behavior & Sold Faulty Car

                                I would like to inform you all about the Unethical Selling from the Sales Team o[censored]Trust.

                                I bought a Honda Civic 2006 Model Barring Number KA 51 M 8006 for 5 Lacs in Bangalore, Bommanahalli. They have sold the car stating the car been checked thourghly & in Excellent Condition.

                                dear Sir/Madam, we purchased ETIOS/TOYOTA ETIOS VD (M)/1364 which chassis No.: MBJB4ZBTX00061082 and Engine No.: IND1331598, Fuel type: DIESEL, Invoice No: RSM/JPR/2013-14/10/ET-439/781 Dated 24.10.2013 Our Complain is regarding features with this model, at the time when we were viewing the differences in various models. Now we received the vehicle without Audio Control Steering feature for which we paid more than base model. we are completely disappointed with this reputed company, and its look like a fraud. we filed our complain also to customer care of company on 28/10/2013. their sales person just told us differences between VD and VDSP Model in only extra air bag and they told all features are same in both models, but when we take delivery from their office, i offered to my elder uncle first drive of the vehicle as usual in our indian culture, till that time i didn't saw nothing interior of the car. but when i got chance to drive the vehicle, there was no Audio control in steering, immediately called to the sales person, they told me to come their office on next day. Now they are saying that the feature you want comes only in VDSP, then i straightly told them why they didn't cleared this at the time of booking. there was just a few difference in price between VD and VDSP i.e. INR 40, 000.00 only. I told them that why they did't clear this at the time of booking as i could pay more 40000.00. Now it is more than 48 hrs. after filing the complain, they are only saying that they have only one answer and that is sorry. I am very disappointed, because due to lack of knowledge of their sales person, I am suffering the problem, which i don't deserve. Even I offered them now 40000.00 more to get the top end model, but it seems that they are are not taking seriously this. hope you will understand my issue. I dont have any proof regarding this matter, except that sales person agree and admit her mistake verbally only. On Purchase I ordered them VD and they issued VD model. on papers they are on strong side. if you require any other documents please let me know, i will provide all the documents. and if there is an option of call history then i would be on stronger side. Please help
