It's really serious concern about your bad service. I am your old customer but this time i really harassed by your service my parcels [protected] are still missing from 10 nov from delhi to baltana 140604 and my receive address is naveen sehgal royal furniture scf 7 furniture market baltana 140604 opp guru nanak sweets zirakpur and i did not get any support by your team. I am facing same problem 2nd time with in 14 days. Last time my parcel receive by unknown person in bathinda. This time my my parcel first reached bathinda and now showing delhi hub. I need to know about my missing parcel asap. Your delhi person rajinder did not pick my call. I trust your service but this time i badly harassed by your service. I need figure this out asap other wise i would take action against this. I hope trackon will maintain our relation ship and resolve this soon.

My doc no - [protected] not received till time. Our client send the courier dt 06.11.2018. Its too urgent docs. Yesterday,
I have already discuss with your ludhiana team. Now discuss again but ludhiana hub mumber mb no - [protected]-61 are close and not pick the landline[protected]. Its bad experience with trackon. Pls do the needful action and deliver the courier immediately.

The parcel was shipped from chandigarh on monday (12/11/2018) - and was to be delivered to delhi by yesterday (13/11/2018). It is very very urgent. I need to make a submission today itself. Please deliver it as soon as possible. Customer care numbers are not active. No one is picking up the calls. Even on persistent requests, the delivery is being delayed. Please look into the matter and get the parcel delivered very soon.

This is by far the most disgusting courier service i've ever encountered. They employ the most low key villagers and gavaars who have zero talking sense and behaviour. Just got a call from the female executive of theirs who told me how my courier is going to go back if the guard doesn't take it. They won't deliver to my home because the society is too big and it takes time to deliver. Didn't ask me if i need it or not just told me that she ll return it if the guard doesn't take it. I've paid 5000 rs for that courier and these low key villagers ll just send it back because it's not their job to deliver it at my home because it takes time. Track on courier baddi - [protected]

Sham on trackon i hate this type service and talk to other people for not send any parcel through trackon. This is my first time responce from trackon. i am sent one packet through trackon courier pod no [protected] dated 06/11/2018 yamunanagar to chandigarh but still not received and your agent from chandigarh ([protected]) talking very bad and say that i am not responsible for that, i am mark mail our HO for you termination of contract of our Bank/

I am not getting any status update on awb [protected]. It is lying with bhopal r. O since 2nd november and they have still not delivered the parcel. Even i have called several times and i am not getting any response... What is going on. Can someone give me a complaint number where i can register my complain. Ihave called on bhopal r. O and they are creating nusaince. This is very bad that i have paid for it and i am not getting my parcel

Your delivery person mr harish called me for courier delivery with very rude and unprofessional behavior. He has denied to deliver on mentioned address and force me to come his office to collect the courier. On 10/11/2018 i received a call from mr. Satinder and shared all land mark detail on his mobile no but today he is on leave and harish refused me for delivery and also refused me to coordinate with satinder regarding address. He also threat me if you will not come i will send back your courier to origin address.

I had booked a parcel worth rs 1500 from nagrota bagwan kangra himachal pradesh to first cry.com warehouse no 19, gate 53/1 village kuruli, chakan, pune maharashtra. However the said parcel is lying at chakan since 2/11/2018 and not deliver ed. I have contacted trackon customer service at delhi, chandigarh and chakan. But they are not helping. I have even requested the chakan guy to return parcel to origin if you cannot deliver it. However everything has fallen into deaf ears. This is my email to them.

Can you please tell me what should i do if you are not delivering a product even if it has reached bhopal 10 days ago? It was supposed to be someone's b'day gift and you people don't care about keeping a customer care helpline! I can't even contact someone not you people believe in informing customers that you aren't able to deliver. If you people can bring a product from delhi to bhopal then what's the problem in delivering within same city, even if it's bit far. You guys expect the delivery location to be next door. Many courier services have delivered a lot of times before at my pincode except you.
At least get the basic marketing concept of customer care. Highly disappointed!!!

Dear trackon,
My shipment awb no. [protected], shipped on 2nd nov 2018 from mumbai bhiwandi, but today is 10th nov and still didn't delivered the shipment. Showing delivering by noida hub from last 4 days, also noida hub team not picking any call from last 4 days. That parcel should delivered at mahle behr company greater noida. That parcel is too urgent to receive in 4 days but today is 9th day.

My courier is damaged and my items like kaju pista cakes are misplaced my daughters pencil box n colour box us damaged all the other things like walnut raw sweets chuare are in open position with mixed with lots of dust this kind of service u r providing to ur customers it is better to shut down ur courier service and the courier is not sent on time #

Pls. note that Track on courier has feeded status of their docket No. [protected] dt: 29.10.18 as out for delivery on 06.11.18 but till now date material has not delivered by them nor they had respond over their contact no.
Pls. immediate arrange to deliver the same to Arisht Spinning Mills. Baddi and ask them to take the call first. Because we are your customer and want service quickly.

Never use this degraded courier company. First of all there customer care number is never received and they will answer once in twenty attempted calls and after that they will simply ignore the call and never answer the call, due to this courier service I got very delayed document and they simply refused to deliver the package at my door step they said they don't have men so come and collect it when I went there that office was closed for two hours they made me wait.pathetic service and never would recommend this courier service .

I had sent a courier on 1st Nov 2018 from Chandigarh to Gurugram but till date it has not been delivered. The POD number is : [protected].
Really fed up with Trackon Courier as there is no response from the customer care and people are just enjoying holidays. It seems that all the employees have taken mass leave and not bothered to deliver.
If I had sent a person on foot he would also have reached in 3 to 4 days.Really a very sorry state of affairs sorry I sent through Trackon Courier

My consignment was shipped on 27th october 2018 and it has to arrive at trainee hostel-1. It arrived at bokaro branch on 3rd of november. On 5th i made a call to bokaro branch for delivery and it was promised that it will be delivered the same day. On 6th i made 3 calls and again they promised but didn't deliver. Today is 9th and still, i don't when i will get my product. This is the worst service i have ever experienced by such a good courier company. Track id= [protected]
