I would like to highlight that trackon gurgaon branch has most pathetic service

2 of my parcel were received in gurgaon hub on 31st oct n 2nd november respectively but none delivered to my client..

Even after regular follow up on mobile no -+[protected]. No one responded and even after sending my driver to personally collect them
They denied to give parcel saying they don’t have workers..

Now simply i want refund on the actual cost of the product as those were diwali items

I had booked a parcel through one Koshur bazaar which deliver through Trackon courier. Although, I paid extra for on time delivery by prime/express service at Pune, I got a call today from [protected] to collect it myself from Mangalwar peth office, Pune else it will be delivered on Monday ie 12, Nov 18. I had booked the parcel on Nov 5, 2018. Agony is that they have switched off their phones as I am trying to get it myself. My Koshur bazaar consignment and Trackon no are 3310 and 9403236

I have to receive a courier and itz kinda emergency. I have called the customer care and they told that the courier is in the senders place only and itz been 5days. N now m calling again but they are not responding. They told me that they have filled a complaint for it but till now their is no response or progress. Such a waste of money. I would recommend no one to use trackon courier. They only know to fool people fraud courier service. By using postal it would have been 1000 times better option than this. No customer is happy with u service you people only know how to lie and misuse us. I will never ever use nor i will recommend some1 to use it.

Worst service ever.. I courier from kurukshetra to kolkata with track num [protected] on 31st october 2018 for diwali.. Today is 6 nov.. Till date courier is not delivered.. Even kurukshetra trackon employees behave so weird.. And cut the phone without listening us and then blocked the number.. Courier has cloths and sweets... I have never seen this type of worst. Service.. Highly disappointed

This is regarding my shipment in dharamshala (Hp)... My courier has reached the station on 31 oct and today is5nov but still the product is not delivered... Have made multiple calls since morning and was told that they don't have delivery boy so asked us to pick up the parcel from the office itself... After telling them that it's not possible they told that they will make the delivery by even now they haven't done so and have updated their consignment details as delivered with signature... Highly disappointed... Won't ever trust this courier service again

But has reached agartala.. The branch says that it's at the right address... Even if i'm at fault then i'm just asking for the signature and no. Who received it.
I'm a regular customer and ship 5 packets daily on an avg. I won't be able to do my business with this kind of services. It was booked on 16 oct and today 5th nov.. I have been coordinating with my branch owner but he cudnt do anything.... It's a request atleast provide me with details where is it so that i can send for reship at right address... The branch of agartala is so ignorant and does not feel like helping doesn't not pick calls... Is this the way a courier service should work! I need a help urgently.. It consists of 6 phonecovers and il be at a high loss if the packet gets mis placed pls help me 😭

It was shipped since 26th october. Till now i didnt get my product. No one is receiving my call. Neither helping me out despite of calling in their customer care and doing a complaint against them. When will i get my parcel i really dont know or whether i will receive it or not that also o dont know.

My courier was booked from trackon courier service on[protected], and it arrived at my location on[protected], next day i called them to gave me my parcel they told me to come and collect it, i refused and told them that they are supposed to deliver the parcel at door-step that's why it's called 'home delivery' and they hanged up the call. On 31of october a service provider from trackon courier service named 'mr. Nikku singh rajput' called me the about my parcel. He told me that my location is some sort of odd type so their service would take some time and asked for another three days and promised to deliver it by saturday, 3rd of november i. E yesterday, and when i called him yesterday about my package, he told me that "aapka package to return ho gya hai aur yha aa gya hai delhi waps" which i don't know why. Then i argued a lot to him and he again promised me to deliver it by monday 5th of november and also that he is sending it through prime service, but when i called him again for asking the tracking id of the prime shipment, he just rudely replied that "milna hoga to monday ko mil jayega wrna holiday (Deepawali) ke baad milega",. Now i don't need my parcel anymore, 15 days are lot of time i had wasted. I need my money back.

We have made courier of important items on 31.10.18 for delhi vide [protected]. It was assured that it will reach on 01.11.18 and for that they charged rs 900/- but tracking of today shows it lying in vasant kunj delhi from 01.11.18. It was to reach latest by 02.11.18 but not. On local contact they also not responding well and gave a non functional number of delhi as [protected]. After paying high amount we are not receiving assured service which is a bad practice for your company.
Please look into it for urgent delivery.

Hello friends today i would like to share my personal experience about trackon couriers pvt ltd.

Recently i have sent a diwali decoration items to my client who is in bombay. And cost of decoration items is of rs 10, 000 have paid charges of shipping which is very high. And when i went to courier service centre then they said to me they shipped into 2 to 3 days only.

Actually they had taken 6 days for delivering my product and parcel reaches in very bad condition. Some of my decoration items were also missing which was of rs 3000 approximately and packaging was completely damaged and news papers were kept into the box to make it heavy.

I contact coustmer care but they didn’t hear me. Constantly saying that it's not our fault. This is my bad experience with trackon. I don't recommend it. After paying high amt of shipping there no guarantee that ur product vll reach safely to your clients.

Material was booked on 27th oct from greater noida.
Destination was baghola, palwal but still material not received and status showing online is out for delivery from last two days. Please check and confirm as the material is very urgent to us.

I have sent a courier dated on 25.10.2018 from jaipur to navi mumbai however still status is showing not deleivered. Last status is received in sanbada hub mumbai on dated 26.10.2018

I have extra paid for the courier so that it can reach by monday. They told me they would try to reach it by monday evening or tuesday morning. Now they are telling that it would reach by tomorrow morning that is on wednesday. This is pathetic. How your service can be so irresponsible.
Either deliver it by tonight 11 pm or refund my extra paid money.

Consignment no 9252763 is not delivered to me yet. The person who is named mr. Manohar bedi misbehaved with us on the telephone when i enquired about the courier. He asked to returm the courier to the place of dispatch. Very poor and disgusting service by trackon. Kindly tell me the status of my couier as it contains very important documents. I will go to consumer court and never use this trackon service

Consignment no is [protected]. Packet handed over on 25 oct to raghu bhosale at vrindavan society thane maharashtra 400601to de delivered in hyderabad. Still undelivered. Not getting any phone numbers. Get remarks like :"this telephone number is temporarily disconnected. Worst service ever. This is happening very often. Please do something before trackon closes down

An aircourier from pune booked on[protected].
But till this time[protected] hrs) was not delivered.

On checking the tracking, the material was lying at kilpauk hub (Man no. Bn[protected]. Arul in that centre, replied that the delivery jurisdiction is not in his area. (Wrong route). Hence i have to return it main hub today and you will get delivery tomorrow and gave a number [protected] and put off the phone.
That number is also ringing and nobody is picking.

I sent a courier, docket no.[protected] date 08.10.2018 to jaswantgarh, rajasthan. It was an very important official papers, but till today it is not delivered on mentioned address.
Around 4-5 days after sending the courier we came to know that the courier is returned to noida hub, sector - 49. Then i informed to mr. Suresh (Mobile no. # [protected]) about the same and requested to return the courier to my office address i. E. The supreme industries limited, phase-2, noida. Even he ensured that on the very same day it will be handed over in my office by the courier boy. It was not done.

When i cross checked next day that courier is not received then he replied that we have again sent it to the mentioned address and now it is in jaipur. And to be delivered till 27th oct'18. But till today it is neither delivered to courier address nor return to our office.

During the follow up for tracking the courier we have not received and positive response from any trackon member. "they said i will get back to you in 5 mins but no response received".

You are requested to look in to the matter and arrange our important papers either at postal address or return to our office address.

Dear team

The trackon courier whose office is in tau devi lal complex panipat is not deliver courier on time. They have recieved a courier on 20 oct. 2018. Whose pod no. Is [protected]. 4 days have passed this courier is very important for us to reach on time. But till date we have not received the courier. Sometimes we have to go to trackon office to collect the courier. We have told several times to them about it. But they do not take any action on it. We call many times on their customer care no. But the call was not picked. I hope you will take a suitable action for it. And make your customer satisfied.

I sent a courier containing apples from shimla hp to bhopal mp on 11/10/18 which was reached to bhopal trackon courier office on 17/10/18 but nearly 1 week has been elapsed and they even didn't try once to deliver my courier to the delivering address which is only 5 km distant from the courier office in the city. On enquiring from shimla courier office they gave me a bhopal office number which was not picked by anyone after continuously tried so many times in last 3 days. Neither any action has been taken nor my courier has been delivered till date. Since my courier had apples which would have been already rotten in so much time. So i beared double loss and who will be responsible for that loss. Will anyone give me compensation for that?? What is the solution of my problem? Is there any committee or any authority who will take action against them? Kindly submit my complaint and informed me as soon as possible.

My parcel isn't delivered yet. Courier no. - [[protected]]. I parceled it on 5th september, 2018 from baloda bazar, raipur (chattisgarh) to kodla, gulbaraga (Karnataka). They said it would be delivered till 7th sept. First it went to Mumbai (SFC) & then Bangalore to gulbaraga, Karnataka. They didn't call to customer & return the parcel without informing to Mumbai. So, i called them (Both Gulbaraga & baloda bazar) on 12th sept to ask, they said the service is not available there, it has reached Mumbai to Baroda hub. at this time i called theme so many time but no is no attend. fue time latter i called baloda bazar hub they said delivery return in baloda within 2-3 days, but my paicel is suffering between Mumbai & Baroda hub continually at till date. I checked website again & my courier status was updated between Mumbai & Baroda. Today is 22nd oct, parcel isn't still delivered & return, it is still showing out for delivery & none of their numbers is being answered.
