This material showing at lucknow since 16th october, still it is undelivered. And no phone is picknig even i tried 100 times.

Material reached t p nagar lko on 16 oct gone to trackon hub on 18 again back to t p nagar on 18 after that no information about my parcle

Also called your customer care no. Bu not attended.

It is happening 3rd or 4th time to me. Very unfortunate and very irresponsible services given by u people.

After losing my package booked from lucknow to gurgaon on 10 october, trackon company has given me the worst customer experience. I have been calling every day to ask what is the status and have been told that the package is lost.
As of today, no one is even answering on the toll-free number.
I have warned my friends and relatives of this fraud company that no one should ever use.

But i would not give up unless you give back the refund of the valuables inside the lost courier that your company has carelessly lost.

I don't understand if you are not eligible to deliver a product than why you open this delivery company. Its just worst they don't know how to deliver. Even when i call him he said his delivery boy don't have mobile. I don't understand if he don't have mobile how he deliver a product. My prime track no.9162578, delivery address auraiya to durg. From vivek to vijendra jotshi. Pin code 491001.in consignment have a medicine of my father it's urjent.. Bt he don't delivered till now. I given product 07/10/2018 & today is 20/10/2018. My parcel isn't delivered yet. Courier no. - [protected]. I parceled it on 13th october, 2018 from aligarh to kota. They said it would be delivered till 16th oct. First it went to delhi airport hub & then directed to kompally, hyderabad. I didn't know why they redirected it to kompally. So, i called them (Both kota hub & aligarh hub) on 18th oct to ask, they said it was mistracked, it has reached kota & is out for delivery & will be delivered by today for sure. I checked website again & my courier status was updated & was out for delivery on 12:55pm, 18th oct, 2018. Today is 19th oct, parcel isn't still delivered, it is still showing out for delivery & none of their numbers is being answered.

A very urgent letter sent through trackon courier track no [protected] on 15 october 18 from chandigarh to panchkula, has not yet been delivered by trackon courier till date. The letter is very urgent kindly deliver it to panchkula address immediately. You are requested to take necessary action against defaulters.in case of difficulty in delivery kindly contact me on mobile number [protected].

I have couriered documents from mumbai to bangalore and due to the unavailability of receiver phone no. The parcel couldn't able to reach to sender and it had been sent back and the issue is when i called customer care they informed me it is already dispatched from bangalore and also when i enquired about the same to mumbai office they haven't received it, they played a blame game on each other and it has been 9 days and till i have not received my documents, and when reached out to the tracking office from where i have sent the actual courier at gandhi nagar, gk marg lower parel:400013 branch the people were so rude to me and even the manager suresh and attendee satindhar didn't responded properly, the days are passing and i have not received my documents yet please help. And also the customer care crew i. E. Swati she couldn't able to provide appropriate information kindly train the customer care employee they don't understand the question at first place

I have a parcel, which got in "navi mumbai" on 16th of oct, 2018.
As i live in "airoli", i have give them a call at 1:40 pm on 17th oct, 2018. And the person who picked up the call, told he doesn't have it. You are advised to call the "juhi nagar" office.
I did the same, called the at 1:48 pm on 17th oct, 2018. Very first thing that happened, a lady picked up the call and she was speaking in marathi. What i think only those who are permanent residents or are staying in maharashtra from bit long are able to understand marathi.
So my first complaint is, national language should be used that is hindi instead of marathi.

Second issue is she haven't attended me well. Her attitude was very wrong which is not bearable.

Reference my courier tracker no [protected] was delivered by West Patel nager delivery man to unknown person and close the call. After follow up with them there will be no satisfactory reply only ask to we will check the parcel.

A consignment no. [protected] has not been delivered at address kanjhawala road, pooth kalan, maharaja complex, patanjali store near brahm shakti hospital. It has been sent by jaspreet singh to madhav setia on 9/10/2018 or 8/10/2018.
It contains very important medicines of a patient. Kindly send this parcel to the above mentioned address as soon as possible.

Please track my order. Its been second time my courier has been misplaced. I want an immediate action or else will start complaining against you guys on twitter. Its been high time neighter you guys pic the call or answer about the couriers.

The product was hand over to this courier service on 7th of October in Mumbai and the destination was Odisha. It was assured by the courier company that it will be delivered by 10 of October, however it is 16 of October and the product is still undelivered. No proper communication or response is given by the courier service provider. Tried reaching the company but no relevant answer from them. Worst service provider

I have ordered clothes from safe shop on 17th of september they despatch order by trackon courier but till this day i haven't received any order. If in case of any issue of address they should call me for details but they didn't. Can you please solve my issue as soon as possible.

I order 7 stationary items from statmo.in site order no#19044 on 9 oct 2018. I have sent one box weighing 2.6 kgs to mr amit kumar royat howrah on 6th oct. The parcel was delivered empty. Valuable content - 1 shirt, 3 women ethinic garments, 1 purse worth rs 6300 was missing.
The person delivered at howrah has acknowledges that the parcel during delivery was not having any weight & empty.

Pod number [protected] from gurgaon to surat on 3rd october 2018 not yet delivered and no status has been updated on site. I want to know where my parcel is.. Is trackon upto stealing things now. Customer care has failed to provide the support. Such an unprofessional behaviour.in case of any issue the company should have informed me so that corrective action cam be taken.

This is the worst courier company. The company official of shrirampur branch west bengal has used abusive languages while i was complaining against late delivery and the lies they had said about the delivery. The official no. Of shrirampur hub is always switched off and the other no. Provided by the head official uses bad language and rough behaviour for us. They need to be strictly penalised for this kind of service and yes that officials no. Is [protected]. This company don't even know how to talk to people and there service is extremely poor. I requested them to deliver my package on 11th september as they received my parcel on the morning on the same day and they said they ll surely do by the evening and while complaining in the evening the offical had a very bad behaviour towards me and this was not the first time previous 2 incidents were also the same.. Please tell them to learn humanity first.
