Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

My courier number [protected] is not being delivered and not being returned, and the courier boys are refusing to return it back, on that courier i have one gold chain and, kesar 10gm so i need you to refund my courier or i have to go to court because i have all the proofs so please give me any good response, so that i don't have to take any inaapropriate action.

It reached lko 3 days ago
But no contact for the delivery
The numbers online are either wrong or switched off
The outlets in lko are closed
Dont even know if my courier is there in lko or not
The services are too bad
I even contacted chandigarh office
They too dont have any clue
I contacted delhi where the courier is sent
They took my name nd tracking no
But still no response

I received my courier shipment today 26-11-18 at 16:25 hours.
The courier cartoon box was completely open and torn and it was clearly evident that it was deliberately opened to search and look for the inside materials. I am a dentist and had ordered surgical sterile pouches. The pouches are packed in a box. The material boxes inside were also opened with clear seals broken to look inside. The pouches were hanging outside.
The box was clearly taped from outside to disguise the theft activity.

When i asked the delivary man, he did not say anything. I received the parcel and wrote on the receipt sheet the condition of delivery.

I have spoke with courier person when he come for delivery he is asking to pay some amount we refuse to pay and they refuse to deliver.

In front of senior he is not accept that he was asking for money.

Today is 24-nov till i am not getting any response from courier company.
Even in their site complain option is not working.

I booked a packet under tracking no : [protected] on 19th nov
Its been 4 days and i did not get my packet... It had important cancer medicines
On your portal its showing a phone no of gurgaon whom i am contacting form last 2 days and he is unable to track the packet
Yesterday i went to his so called office and got to know that delivery boy have lost the packet

There is no office. Packets are lying in a mobile shop. The owner of the mobile shop says that i have no responsibility of these packets
This is the value your company is giving to the customer...
I tried to complain on your website but the link for complaining is also not working
That means you don't care about the customer nor you want them to put their complain to you

I am sorry to say that it was worst experience of my life to send parcel through you. I booked a parcel for delhi on friday[protected]Doct. No.[protected]) and expected delivery was max.[protected] but with your neglegenc it is not delivered yet. I tried a lot to get it delivered but no bdy responded positively except saying will deliver, it's delivered nothing but lie's. If the order is cancelled because of you, then you have to pay for it, as the parcel contains saffron worth rs 290000 (Original bill and eway is inside the parcel). I will see you in consumer court soon.

Above mentioned reference courier was shipped on 23rd oct-2018 but till now not received the courier and after 31-oct-2018 there is no status update.
Also tried to contact on multiple number which is provided in there site but none of the number picked up.

There is no option to submit online complaints on their site.
Sent multiple mail but no use... Not sure this poor company is existing or not... Also visited the local agency that has also been closed down...

I have submitted courier to apex couriers (Daliganj, lucknow) to send it at ghaziabad from trackon couriers services on 13th november 2018 and today is 22nd november 2018.
Still it is not delivered.
I tried to lodge complaint on their customer support but they didn't lodge the complaint.
Then i contacted they apex couriers they didn't helped, only give surety that it will be delivered.
Not courier service is not answering the call.
Now i am feeling helpless and i fear my valuable couriers might let lost.

The worst courier company i came across.
I suggest never try this company to send couriers.

Sir My Parcel is in your Gurgaon Hub office from 5 November 2018. I am waiting for my parcel, but they are not delivering my product. Before this parcel they have return my parcel without calling me, even they didn't come to my place.
Every customer is distressed about your Currier service. Please solve this Problem.

A courier dispatch on 19 nov 2018 from chandigarh to ludhiana but we dont get yet . If we called trackon Ludhiana hub office then did not give any response .Our last courier they give after one week. We always faced this type of problems. Next Time we dont use trackon service for any type of courier.

On tracking the product is showing to have reached the allahabad centre on 14th november and has still not been delivered to me at my address. Nor has anyone called regarding delivery. After having called two times i have still not received the package. I don't think the people are serious about solving the problem of the customer. This shows lack of interest in their work and sheer unprofessionalism.

I have send the courier throught trackon on 12th november but still it is not delievered, dock no. = [protected]. When i contacted there respective branch they told me that courier can't be delivered due to no service area.and said they have sent it back to the sender . Even though I contacted to sender but he still didn't received it back ., they cant response me properly and cut my phone during conversation. It is really disgusting attitude from trackon workforce . They also told me that if courier is missing they are not responsbile for it. Plz do the needful and take strict action against them.

Registered complaint on customer care as well to get drs details but they even can't tell to whom they have delivered the shipment.

Shipment contains the items that can be useless if not delivered on time.

This is one of the poorest service from trackon.

I would recommend to never use trackon.

A courier was sent to me from delhi to guwahati on 13-11-19. The status of the courier have shown delievered as on 16-11-19 but i have still not received my consignment in which i have my educational documents. After tracking my consignment i have come to know that my consignment was delivered in janakpuri which is wrong address. It was meant to be delivered to guwahati and the address was provided properly still these mishandling happened. The website of the company does not provide any provision for complains. I have already inquired in a nearby branch but they are not interested in solving my problem and i have also called the branch from where my consignment was sent but they were clueless. I have also called on this no. [protected] which is their call center no. But they are not receiving my calls. All my educational documents were there. I have a job interview on december for which i need by educational documents. Kindly treat my case with urgency.

This is vignesh from jai International Mumbai our l docket number is [protected] vasai to tata Motors Ltd pune 411039.but now he said no service at tata Motors Ltd, now our material is not received and saying payment will not returnable, and workers communications is very bad, so I need my material tomorrow with payment, if not I will take legal action at consumer court, payment is not issue but our company payment is hold on that company.so pls do need full, or I will give legal complaint through our company jai International vasai

Sent a courier from aurangabad to kothrud on 13/11/2018. The status is updated only till 14/11/2018 13:24 which says that the courier is in kothrud. Today is 16/11/2018 and yet there is no update on the courier neither it has been delivered.
No contact numbers available on internet are alive.
The number provided on tollfree [protected] has no time to answer the call.
How should anybody track and contact customer care.
Pathetic courier service

I have sent school books for my niece from Lucknow to Pune on 5th Nov but for some reason it has been dispatched on 10th nov by the Trackon service and when I checked its status today (15th nov) it shows not updated. I have contacted 10 diff no of trackon but all of them says 'the number is busy'. My niece's school is gonna re open on 18th nov. Pls update the status on the website.

My parcel was shipped from srinagar(garhwal) on tuesday (13/11/2018) - and was to be delivered to rishikesh by yesterday (14/11/2018). It is very very urgent. but when i call the service agency they were said your parcel will be reached in dehradun. That parcel is too urgent to receive today .This is very bad that i have paid for it and i am not getting my parcel. i never would recommend this courier service anymore

It was a dress shipped from meerut to sushant lok 1 gurgaon. I haven't received the shipment and the customer service for trackon courier is horrible. I have spoken to them 100 times and i am getting nowhere on this just issue just going round in circles. The tracking/shipment/docket no is [protected]. Can someone please look in to this at the earliest. I have called the delhi and gurgaon branch and also the specific delivery boy but got no help at all. They claim that the package is delivered nd signed for but i haven't got it and i can assure its not my signature. This company turned out to be fraud it seems. Please help me.

A parcel was to be received by from mumbai to howrah west bengal.
It's been nearly 15 days. I haven't received the parcel.
On calling they are saying the parcel is in the office. And will be delivered today but the today never comes plz helo me out immediately.
