I had booked a parcel worth rs 1500 from nagrota bagwan kangra himachal pradesh to first cry.com warehouse no 19, gate 53/1 village kuruli, chakan, pune maharashtra. My shipment awb no. [protected], shipped on 2nd nov 2018 from mumbai bhiwandi, but today is 10th nov and still didn't delivered the shipment. Showing delivering by noida hub from last 4 days, also noida hub team not picking any call from last 4 days. That parcel should delivered at mahle behr company greater noida. That parcel is too urgent to receive in 4 days but today is 9th day....

My courier is damaged and my items like kaju pista cakes are misplaced my daughters pencil box n colour box us damaged all the other things like walnut raw sweets chuare are in open position with mixed with lots of dust this kind of service u r providing to ur customers it is better to shut down ur courier service and the courier is not sent on time #...

Never use this degraded courier company. First of all there customer care number is never received and they will answer once in twenty attempted calls and after that they will simply ignore the call and never answer the call, due to this courier service I got very delayed document and they simply refused to deliver the package at my door step they said they don't have men so come and collect it when I went there that office was closed for...

My consignment was shipped on 27th october 2018 and it has to arrive at trainee hostel-1. It arrived at bokaro branch on 3rd of november. On 5th i made a call to bokaro branch for delivery and it was promised that it will be delivered the same day. On 6th i made 3 calls and again they promised but didn't deliver. Today is 9th and still, i don't when i will get my product. This is the worst service i have ever experienced by such a good courier...

I would like to highlight that trackon gurgaon branch has most pathetic service

2 of my parcel were received in gurgaon hub on 31st oct n 2nd november respectively but none delivered to my client..

Even after regular follow up on mobile no -+[protected]. No one responded and even after sending my driver to personally collect them
They denied to give parcel saying they don’t have...

I had booked a parcel through one Koshur bazaar which deliver through Trackon courier. Although, I paid extra for on time delivery by prime/express service at Pune, I got a call today from [protected] to collect it myself from Mangalwar peth office, Pune else it will be delivered on Monday ie 12, Nov 18. I had booked the parcel on Nov 5, 2018. Agony is that they have switched off their phones as I am trying to get it myself. My Koshur bazaar...

I have to receive a courier and itz kinda emergency. I have called the customer care and they told that the courier is in the senders place only and itz been 5days. N now m calling again but they are not responding. They told me that they have filled a complaint for it but till now their is no response or progress. Such a waste of money. I would recommend no one to use trackon courier. They only know to fool people fraud courier service....

Worst service ever.. I courier from kurukshetra to kolkata with track num [protected] on 31st october 2018 for diwali.. Today is 6 nov.. Till date courier is not delivered.. Even kurukshetra trackon employees behave so weird.. And cut the phone without listening us and then blocked the number.. Courier has cloths and sweets... I have never seen this type of worst.
