I had received a parcel without from address from trackon, i have returned the parcel still the status shows shipments delivered with signature. I do not want to be in any kind of trouble.
Please update correct phone number on website, half of the time its not working.
If possible kindly track the from address & let me know.
It could be a fraudsters please track their address for betterment of both o[censored]s....

My order booked as madecine on 24 sep18. Tracking no. [protected] and received on 27sep 18 in visakhapatnam.
Not delivered items till today at 1630.
The branch directly says when contact items deliver on 01oct18. I want to sumit this complained due to harassment of people. Now my family directly approach to delivered center by hire a taxi paying 500 rupees....

We send a parcel to kakinada, Andhra Pradesh through trackon couriers on 13-9-18 with tracking no.[protected]. we tracking the number and it is dispached to kakinada hub on 22-9-18. But till today the parcel was not dispatched to the customer....

We have not any person to deliver there your percel in your area. Doc no. [protected] booked on 24 sep from ahemadabad to hyderabad by air to be delivered on urgent basis but till date it has not reached hyd. Since it is medicines i want to collect the goods from your main hub at secunderabad but unfortunately the goods has not reached there also.
It is matter of great concern and irresponsiblity.
When we book the goods by air it means it is urgent but still u dont take care of it. Why??...

I order a book online from delhi on 20/09/2018, it reached at my city on 22/09/2018. But i did't courier till 26/09. I asked their office then they said they did't have enough staff for home delivery. I have to come and pic my courier. I asked what's meaning of home delivery then he used abusive language and say come and take otherwise we return it to seller....

I sent my headphones for a warranty replacement from indore to mumbai on 14th of september. Today is 25th and they have still not delivered it. The headphones were of rs990 value and the courier charges were rs50. Either get my courier delivered or provide me a complete refund. My parcel was given to trackon on 15th september. However they dispatched it on 17th september. Since 17th, it's showing in delhi. No one picks call in delhi branch. When i tried complaining in chandigarh branch they told me to call customer care.

Till now neither trackon deliver this parcel to consignee nor back to me. After repeated complaint on 19th september they showed consignmnt rto n back to kolkata. I am also from kolkata but till 23rd september 2018 i have not got my parcel back. Upon on this trackon local agent mr. Sukanta debnath continuously misguided...

I had sent an urgent courier vide awb number [protected] dated 16.08.2018 from ludhiana to kolkata with the commitment that it would reach latest by 19th aug. But it reached the destination on 21st aug. Causing my disqualification from my empanelment, leading to loss of 3 lacs to me.

My client akruti techniques had booked my courier from hyderabad (T. S.) by trackoncourier by air on 22 september 2018 in afternoon time. Which has to deliver within 2 days and if someone is booking by air so it means they need the thing on urgent basis but i can't track my courier by there tracking system and they are showing consignment number not found....

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. Parcel booked from delhi to bangalore peenya on 15th of sept but not yet received the parcel (21-sept-2018).
Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but even after following up every time not getting any positive responce from peeny office.
I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately.
