Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

Hi I have regular work with Trackon and have a tie up with them in Kolkata for regular dispatch of goods, I cl for all my goods via Trackon and get all my goods delivered via Trackon with a monthly wt of atleast 80 90 kgs ...but Iam terribly dissapointed with the service. One parcel of mine which reached Kolkata on Saturday the 6th of October package no.[protected] but got delivered to me yesterday and that also I had to go pick it from the hub 30 mins away from my house. Which is ridiculous as I shouldnt be paying for the service if I havto do this . On top of that Ur staff never picks the phone and they are highly rude and incompetent. The second package which I sent to Noida [protected] reached Noida on the 4th of October and they didn't deliver it until today 9th October and when my client kept calling them they didn't answer the phone and when they did everytime they said they hey would deliver it that day or the next day maximum. After that when she recieved the package it was torn and in a horrible condition and my goods inside were damaged for which she has sent me the pictures which I can send u. It was handled horribly .why should my package be torn and damaged . I haven't faced this with any other courier .and who will pay for the loss?? The service is horrible with Trackon and I can't keep having my clients complain like this and keep incurring loss everytime due to the horrible work ethic of Trackon and their severe incompetence

I have to received a courier from delhi it is couriered on 04-oct-18 to bangalore. Today 9-oct but not received. Since 3days it is in bangalore only. I called to madiwala office number ([protected]) one lady spoke to me. She was spoken very irresponsible to me which is not good. She said dont ask any details am disconnecting the call & disconnected the call. She did not said any details. Please take a action on her and ready to make a case on your company and on her also.

Please do the needful am waiting for your response.

My consignment num is-[protected] we has booked this 7 oct-2018 but untill it's not delivered. And its delivered time is 24 hours to 48 hours last. We are not paying paper. We are paying money. Why untill consingment untill not delivered. Some people send emergency document but your courier company take to much time.
Delivered my consignment asap. It's very urgent documents.

This is an urgent courier which needed to be delivered today itself and while booking we were assured security and timely delivery...

This is really not acceptable as some parcels are too urgent n that is why we are charged higher amounts... Plz look into this matter and revert asap...

Sir, no male is present at home and courier boy whose no is [protected] is denying to reach the given address and behaving rudely. U r requested to take necessary action against him. When i said i want to talk to your senior he just replied i m the owner. It is my request to you first u tell him to behave properly and people does courier for comfort. Immediately talk to her and resolve my issues.

Hi trakon my sel[censored]ddalok.in coochbehar. West bengal. My courier in move chandigarh to coochbehar. Consiment are start on 29/09/18. And reached in coochbehar. 04/10/18. My consignment number is [protected]. After 4days reached to coochbehar till i am not getting my consignment. It is very poor sarvice as a courier service. I am not happy for this. This is very good consignment for my end. But you are focused about this how to important for customers end. It's really shameful.

It's being around 8 days to get my courier which was sent within 50 km around.. Why you guys don't give any value to the customer... The most important thing to be there for a courier service is on time delivery... You are the worst in this!! Never use this in my life !

This is to bring to your kind notice that i had booked a small packet through your courier no [protected] dt 28.09.18 from your new sanganer office (Inchargemr mukesh soni mob no [protected]) in name of ms bhavana solanki bhopal. The following packet was handed over by your courier staff today after continuous follow up from your jaipur office & me. The worst part was the staff of bhopal office refused to deliver the same at address provided on the packet & asked her to collect from your m p nagar office she reached there then they asked her to collect from other office she was moved here & there & finally handed over the packet after long waiting. Thats was not all your lady staff misbehaved with her badly. (Mob no[protected]).
I have been continuously using trackon services in my daily business from many years but i very much hurt today with this unexpected incidence.
I request you to kindly look in this matter & take necessary action against the staff. Looking forward for positive reply from your end.

The above mentioned courier was booked on trackoncourier in disha computer bhopal to jabalpur on 28 th september 2018 but today is 5 oct 2018 but the consignment was not delivered till date. When i called today then in first 6-7 try no one put up the phone after next trial one person put-up the phone when i told him about that then he talk to me roughly and highly objectionable language.
Please friend tell to other that don't sent your precious goods via trackoncourier your goods may be lost too.

I am very disappointed with your service.
My father has send me the courier from your courier service on 29-sep-2018, i havent recieved yet. I need that courier urgently. When i tracked the courier and contact at that courier point, they are saying we dont deliver there. Package has been reached on 1-oct-2018, they didnt inform us on that day. When i contact them then they are telling me that we dont deliver there. The employee also talk rudely with me. What kind of service you are providing to your customers? I need that package by today urgently.

My client booked an envelope from delhi on friday 28th sep 2018. With a promise of delivery on monday. Did not get delivery on monday but got it on thursday around 3pm that too with vigorous followup.
Hopeless services. The delivery boy went to other address and put it in somebody unknown persons post box.
On vigorous followup every hours aybe worked for me.

Office staff kept promising that they'll check and revert but they never called.

Even their website complaint button seems to be deactivated. No email address available.

Even their tracking system is still not updated.

It seems they do not have proper system

This is to reference of item i have lost from complete parcel... I, madhvi from panipat send 3 item in single parcel from panipat to naina aggarwal, korba, chattisgarh with the reference / tracking no. Dated on 4 sept, [protected] from trackon, panipat... Total parcel weight is 5 kg and receiver receive the total weight of parcel is 2.6 kg approx. So pls solve asap.

I have send my original doccument through your courier service to jaipur from pune (Magarpatta) on 18th sep 2018. But it got return back to pune didn't reached to the destination.

I have contacted to head office, that person vishal (Magarpatta trackon person his contact no. Is [protected], [protected]) whom i have given my courier to send it to destination. But this person is not giving my courier back from back 15 days. Neither he is taking any responsibility of it. Even i have mailed to pune head office but didn't get any reply.

Some one send me courier from jaipur
Then courier boy don't call me and not come my home, then he call me and told me i'm come your home i don't get you and your phone is not connected so you collect your courier from my office then i return it. He call me that time it's language is so ruud and cheap. So sir i hope you attend my problem and i hop you take some action against bhilwara trackon courier onwer.

I booked two bags of curior from srinagar to banglore dated 25September 2018 by Air transport.
It’s unfortunate that till date haven’t received neither concern is giving me any clearification in this regard.
It was supposed to reach here on 28th of september 2018.

I haven't received a courier which was supposed to be delivered days ago.
On tracking it down I see that AWB is not updated and the courier has reached Bangalore on 29th. Upon calling Madiwala office there is no one answering the call.
Can I get someone contact me about this?

This is such a pathetic service provider, i wish it could go into severe losses and close down.. Even when the prime service was opted, the shipment didn't reach on time, m still waiting.. I have never seen such a pathetic service in my life. Also the phones are never answered, i repeat, never.. Neither the complaint section on the website works. Worst service provider it is... The urgent things are not delivered on time.. I want a compensation now.. I have been waiting since long
