I received a delivery of documents from my office within a torn envelope. This is a high case of irresponsibility and i ask a clarification for this misconduct. Sir this is the third time such an incident occurred. The delivery boy never informs the delivery and disposes the parcel in a damaged condition to any random neighbor.

I had sent a packet of confidential docs from karnal to ahmedabad on 5/12/18 via pod no [protected] but till date this packet is still undelivered. What kind of service do they provide???. The contact numbers they have provided for ahmedabad hub are all busy since long. I am unable to connect with them. On staurday, 8/12/18, i had made to several calls to talk to them. They also don't allow us to make complaints online on their website.

Contact numbers are not updated on the official site. Tracking has not been updated. The delivery time is far away from the average delivery time which is offered by blue dart and other competitors.

One of our customer had placed an order on our company website: "www.perfectbody.in" had been dispatch from bhiwandi branch with tracking id : [protected] and which schedule to be delivered in hyderabad but still not delivered and your executive spoken to the customer and telling him that come and take your order by yourself and behaves rude with him. No one is picking up a phone on their respective branches.

Please look forward into it as soon as possible.

My parcel with tracking no [protected] not delivered it was shipped on[protected] but still not delivered. Tracking status is not showing any update. All phone nos mentioned on site are wrong. No one is responding over emails or over phone. This is a valuable parcel is lost. Trackon should bear this cost and refund this value. Unless we have no other option left to go to consumer court.

Parcel was dispatched to bhubaneswar on 28.11.2018 at 09:24 am. but has not yet reached berhampur destination. Delivery is taking a lot of time and this tracking number is not update. Tracking id - [protected]

Firstly i had couriered the packet on 23th and it was received on 29th november. I had sent the parcel in green cover (Attached image) and the parcel was received in brown courier. Seems the courier was tempered by some one. It consisted 9 items (5 lipstick, 2 kajal, 1 night cream and 1 spray) out of which only 2 items (Cream and spray) were received. (Pics attached). Also the cream is upside down (Seems someone has opened the box also). The products are stolen.

I have submitted courier to motihari to send it at gurgaon from trackon couriers services on 09th november 2018 and today is 29th november 2018.
