Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

I have received my packet through trackon courier, found that courier person first checked what is inside the packet. When they found that book is there in packet which is not valuable for them, so they delivered like this. This type of people keep take out the customer products & claim that company not packed the product.

Kindly take serious action against them..

My courier through trackon (Docket # [protected]) was supposed to reach kolkata and get delivered on 15th january however on the same day the kolkata team (Newtown area) returned the same without delivering me. I called to phone number [protected]several times but it was disconnetected by kolkata office. At last my call was picked and he spoke very rudely saying he has no time to talk. I need my courier to be delivered at the earliest by today without fail. Strict action needs to be taken on newtown area incharch for trackon (His phone number is [protected]).

I am from shirdi and my family sent my parcel by 6 the jan 2019. A very important document was sent by trackon courier because i wanted it as soon as possible and it has been 11 days there ia no reaponce no communication asout my consignment their contact numbers given on site also invalid number. The worst pathetic service i have everseen and i lost the chance of getting admission in my course because of trackon couirier servise.

I am working in hdfc bank in retail branch banking. We have assigned trackon courriar company for picking our couriars on daily basis. But from last one month the couriar boy named as "bhanwari" is not coming on daily basis. Last day we had to send some urgent couriars we called the couriar boy but the couriar boy came and behaved in very abusive way with staff and even with seniar management of branch and had fight with staff and refused to take courriar.
If this is the beahviar of representative of trackon with a preffered custmerclike hdfc bank. Then in which way they behave with normal custmers.
Please do the resolution otherwise i am going to sue the company at legal plattform.

Respected sir/madam,

I have sent a courier on 9th january, 2019 with a company in kalyan west dealing with courier services for trackon couriers pvt. Ltd. My courier consignment number is [protected].

The courier was despatched from (Kalyan west) & was suppossed to be delivered to b/302, sanskrit park, opp. Canossa school, mahakali caves road, andheri east, mumbai, maharashtra 400093.
Today is 15th january. And still my courier has not reached to the 2nd party it was suppossed to reach. When i enquired in kalyan west office. The gentleman told me that he desptached the courier & he is not able to trace the courier man.

When i called up at your mumbai office. All the numbers were permanenetly switched off & only 1 number was working to which no one feels to pick up the call. After trying for 2-3 hours, a lady picked the call & when i told her the entire incident, she told me to directly in the andheri midc number. Infact she spoken very harshly & rudely and said that she cannot do anything & given me non-working numbers. The 2 numbers which she has given me, out of that 1 number incoming call is not possible & 2nd number no one is picking up the call.

Even that previous lady is not picking up the call. And now nobody is answering my calls.

Can i get any reply & feedback on your services, staffs mis-management & rude behaviour & most importantly my courier status.

Res sir, i had complaint against not getting of my courier to your office and also on tweeter. The courier booked from puna to parbhani on 10 dec 2018. Till date its status at mumbai hub. Can u explain why my courier is not received to me till date? If i can't get response from your end i will compalint in consumar forum.

We got courier thourg TRACK ON COURIER, THE Docket no..[protected] .

CUSTOMER send courier on december month itself.

but, as of now we didn't receive the material .

Coimbatore office response is helpless.

In track on customer care no. is also not mentioned to contact.

I am reaching out to raise a concern and also request to return the consignment to sender's address.

The consignment number [protected] was sent from Lucknow to Delhi, however it wasn't delivered to the address. It has been returned to Lucknow again without any intimation.

I had called customer care and was told that the consignment would be returned to sender's address, but it hasn't reach yet.

Lalit kumar this person no manners to speak a customer very very rudely behaviour for delivery time and order booked time he ask (Mai kya kru _abuse word ambala se pucho pocha k nhi thara parcel packet dena ho dedo nhi to ase tesi krwao dusre courier wale pa) all customer abset thats a big problem in this men.. Plz solve this complaint. And jo bhi packet ya parcel hota hai el do din chod kar order book krta hai jis karn hme apne parcel dusre courier ko dene padte hai..

I booked my courier from chandigarh to delhi in 4th jan 2019, but till date that is 7th jan and for that i called your punjabi bagh branch about it cause azad pur office gave me the num but your guys were dam rude and told me that i will get my delivery on 8th or 9th of jan, you people are soooooo slow to deliver, you people need 5 to 6 days to deliver, its a shame on you people, my docket num is [protected], i have not seen such a lazy courier company, thank god i hv not booked from mumbai to delhi else you people need 1 month to deliver the courier, pls provide your guys some automobiles not cycles to deliver the shipments, your guys says jisko complaint karni hai kar lo, its cause of that he knew you people are insufficient to take action

1. First helpline doesn't work; out of 10 attempts 01 call gets connected.

2. My pan card lying with courier hub at delhi from last one week not yet delivered. Notwithstanding numerous complaints no joy.

I am surprised how income tax dept has selected track courier for delivering important document. This company has so many complaints of non delivery/ delay in delivery.

My consignment id is [protected]. It has reached Saltlake hub, Kolkata on 28th Dec and after that there is no further update on the site. I am staying in Saltlake and yet it is not delivered. No point contacting their contact numbers(all out of order). Mail them and they direct you back to calling numbers. Horrible service!!

It reached the eluru hub on 15th of december, 2018 and today its 03rd of jan, 2019.
Does it take so long to reach the end user who is in the same city.
Very poor service. And the phone numbers you provide never picks up the call.
Such poor staff and unprofessional way of talking.
Please do something about it.

The receiver not accepting the delivery please confirm the same. It is an important documents, ie insurance details
So provide immediate solution.
My claim is pending because of this problem.

It reached the howrah hub on 27th of december, 2018 and today its 1st of jan, 2019.
Does it take so long to reach the end user who is in the same city.

Kolkata apo hub-[protected]. Please try calling on this number and check if someone is picking up the call or not.
If no one is going to pick up the call then theres no point of providing the number.

Against booking docket number [protected] courier company rajkot and ahmedabad representative declined to deliver the material when i request for you send me the material on paid basis any available resources.

Is this a behave like a company or all employee working like a unprofessional.
