One of our customer had placed an order on our company website: "www.perfectbody.in" had been dispatch from bhiwandi branch with tracking id : [protected] and which schedule to be delivered in hyderabad but still not delivered and your executive spoken to the customer and telling him that come and take your order by yourself and behaves rude with him. No one is picking up a phone on their respective branches.

My parcel with tracking no [protected] not delivered it was shipped on[protected] but still not delivered. Tracking status is not showing any update. All phone nos mentioned on site are wrong. No one is responding over emails or over phone. This is a valuable parcel is lost. Trackon should bear this cost and refund this value. Unless we have no other option left to go to consumer court....

I got a call to come and receive my product from your office but i was out of town so i didn't get a chance they said product will return to source within 2 days. But in tracking deatils it was mentioned that product was delivered with signature. I didn't receive my product and even lost my money....

It's been one month my courior still not reached. The branch of sector 4 -7 gurgaon railway road. Also misbehave while I was asking for the courior. And also used the abuse language. Worst service I have seen. I'm also going to resister a complain for trackon and especially for that branch....

Firstly i had couriered the packet on 23th and it was received on 29th november. I had sent the parcel in green cover (Attached image) and the parcel was received in brown courier. Seems the courier was tempered by some one. It consisted 9 items (5 lipstick, 2 kajal, 1 night cream and 1 spray) out of which only 2 items (Cream and spray) were received. (Pics attached). Also the cream is upside down (Seems someone has opened the box also)....

I have submitted courier to motihari to send it at gurgaon from trackon couriers services on 09th november 2018 and today is 29th november 2018.

My courier number [protected] is not being delivered and not being returned, and the courier boys are refusing to return it back, on that courier i have one gold chain and, kesar 10gm so i need you to refund my courier or i have to go to court because i have all the proofs so please give me any good response, so that i don't have to take any inaapropriate action....

The outlets in lko are closed

They too dont have any clue

I received my courier shipment today 26-11-18 at 16:25 hours.
The courier cartoon box was completely open and torn and it was clearly evident that it was deliberately opened to search and look for the inside materials. I am a dentist and had ordered surgical sterile pouches. The pouches are packed in a box. The material boxes inside were also opened with clear seals broken to look inside. I have spoke with courier person when he come for delivery he is asking to pay some amount we refuse to pay and they refuse to deliver.

In front of senior he is not accept that he was asking for money.
