The package has been sent on 22 of december and there is no # clue about the package nor your # employees are interested to do their work nor does the so called tracking system of yours sucks to core... Its showing that the consignment or track number does not exist... God help with sick people if that respective package doesn't arrive at january 5 i'll have to suffer 3lacks if ever that happens i'll spend extra 3 lacks to # sue this company

I was sent a parcel on 10th of december with tracking number [protected], up till today i have not received it yet, can't even track it in your site. Up till today, nothing has shown. I tried calling your branch offices, no one seems to be able to care enough to find the whereabouts of my courier. I'm sick and tired of this disappointment. Why can't i be able to track my courier and why hasn't it been sent to me up till now

Whosoever it may concern.
I sent my order from jalandhar to surat via trackon on 18th december with consignment number [protected].
My consignment reached to delhi head office on the same day and reached to ahmedabad on 19th december. Since it should reach to gujarat it came back to delhi head office on 21st december. And stilll it is showing that my product is in delhi.

It is really very important to reach to the reciever on time.

Kindly pls help me out as soon as possible.

What kind of service is that.in my parcel there is eatable items, which are supposed to be expired by today or tomorrow. When i booked my courier that person told me that i will receive my courier by monday evening or tuesday morning but both days are gone. Even i didn't receive a call from you guys, and your customer service numbers are wrong which are mentioned in your website. I will not spare you guys, if i don't receive my parcel by today. I will file a complaint against you for wrong commitment. You guys will learn how to do service,

Ordered a book from arihant store online in april and received a mail on april 16 that the book has been shipped but never received it.

The above said courir was booked on 11/12/2018 from new delhi and it reached trackon courier etah office on 13/12/2018, but etah office has not delivered this courier till 22/12/2018. It should delivered to me urgently. It has me a lot of inconvenience and discomfort, so i should be compensated by the defaulter as per rules.

Yesterday courier sent from delhi to mumbai via docket no-[protected]. We are unable to track this document and displays as no data found. This is our urgent requirement but due to non availability of we are helpless for our needs.
At least courier number should be updated immediately after receipt of parcel. The cost to be beared by us too huge due to this courier. Requesting to please look at the earliest and deliver the courier at address given to you.

On 3 Dec my parcel sent from dehradun to jamshedpur. Today I track my parcel it's shows delivered but I didn't get it. Where is my parcel. How much you are careless. Don't know your company deliver my parcel which one without giving any information to reciever. Your service is totally worst. They working is too late with wrong delivery. I don't I need my parcel. It's important for me.

I couriered a consignment on 10/12/2018 from new delhi to maharashtra nagothane, at that time i asked the trackon courier employee that in how many days it will reach the destination and it was told to me that it will reach by 14/12/2018. But till date it had not reached and now they called me and said that address you provided is no service zone for us, (This thing was not told to me when i couriered that time it was told that yes we deliver there). I have faced a lot of problem due to this.

Hi, i hv sent a courier on dated 11Dec 2018 from Shimla to west guru Anand Nagar Delhi. But product damaged in transportation . There is the laptop battery of Hcl me laptop model 1024 L, approximate cost of battery is 5000 but it mishandled by trackon courier person. So please take it on high priority and provide me the new battery or provide the claim of 5000 to me, so i can purchase the battery. Its totally the mishandling of courier persons because i have sealed and taped the product with proper tape and wrapper.

Dear sir,

Please refer to the tracking number[protected] of the trackon courier company. The parcel reached sitamarhi on 12th dec as per records but till today this has not been delivered to the recipient. Upon calling the service boy, they make silly excuses but never deliver the parcel.

This has happened with the bank cheques too. I have never received any cheque that was returned by the hdfc bank sitamarhi branch through this trackon courier.

This service provider is making a joke out us. Please take a strict action against them.

My two wheeler insurance policy from Bajaj General insurance co. ltd., despatched with AWB [protected] dated 29/11/2018, reported as delivered on 01/12/2018 on my complaint with token no.T346632. But still I am not in receipt of the same. I have taken up with Madurai branch delivery office at Simmakkal and they reported that they have not received the cover with said AWB number and many times there will not be any body to pick the mobile [protected].

My document has been sent on 12 Dec 2018 from Kolkata southern Avenue branch to Navi Mumbai Kharghar.

Online its showing delivered on 14th Dec 2018 at approximately 3.20 pm. But the parcel is still not received by the original receiver. I have proof of my saying as courier delivery person or even daily servants could not enter the delivery address without signing register. I have copy of register. Something very illegal and unethical practices going on. Lots of similar complaint.

The document contained birth day card, time money lost as well as mental and emotional harrassment.

We have logged the complaint with Trackon Customer Care - [protected] on 3rd December 2018 Trackon Complaint No. T338924, but even after multiple follow-ups still they don’t have any update regarding the consignment.

We request you to please look into this matter on highest priority.
