[protected] my trackin no of trackon courier. Send consignment from kolkata to hoogly tribeni on 8th september 2018.
Till now neither trackon deliver this parcel to consignee nor back to me. After repeated complaint on 19th september they showed consignmnt rto n back to kolkata. I am also from kolkata but till 23rd september 2018 i have not got my parcel back. Upon on this trackon local agent mr. Sukanta debnath continuously misguided me and making false n fake promises since 18th sep. Now every day he is giving fake assurance tht today i will get my parcel back. But that today has not come since last 3 days.[protected] his mobile no. Continuously he is doin fake promises. N from today evening he stopped receiving my call.
3 days before he given [protected] this no as trackon customer care executive no. But person is nothing but a more fraud person like him who is continuously misguided me till today 10pm. Just feeling too much cheated and exhausted dealing such fraud agents. My parcel is too much costly and dont knw how trackon allow such cheater and fraud and fake agents to deal with such costly issues. Feeling really helpless and dont knw how to get my parcels back from such dishonest agents.

I had sent an urgent courier vide awb number [protected] dated 16.08.2018 from ludhiana to kolkata with the commitment that it would reach latest by 19th aug. But it reached the destination on 21st aug. Causing my disqualification from my empanelment, leading to loss of 3 lacs to me.
It all happened due to the negligence of the courier company.
Even after the delay, i constantly followed the ludhiana concerned trackon team[protected]., but they never bothered about my query. Rather they adopted a casual approach to this loss.

I request your good self to compensate for the loss on immediate basis and to recover the same from guilty officials to set an example.

All other documentary proofs could be submitted on need basis.

My client akruti techniques had booked my courier from hyderabad (T. S.) by trackoncourier by air on 22 september 2018 in afternoon time. Which has to deliver within 2 days and if someone is booking by air so it means they need the thing on urgent basis but i can't track my courier by there tracking system and they are showing consignment number not found.

One small parcel despatched from thane docket no.: [protected]. Till now we have not received the materials till now. No update news in your website. Not showing correct contact person no in your website. Called your concern person and they not reply any positive answer. Every times all nos. Are switch off.

This reason we have suffer big problem. Please request your please send information your concern person, we are suffering from your responsibility.

Please look into the matter on urgent basis.

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. Parcel booked from delhi to bangalore peenya on 15th of sept but not yet received the parcel (21-sept-2018).
Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but even after following up every time not getting any positive responce from peeny office.
I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately.

We are book to one cosiment jaipur to imphal dt.10.09.2018 but the company are not delivery to my consiment to dt.20.09.2018 so we filed case consumer court to trackon v v bad services my consiment no. Are [protected]

Tracking number - 91158 i have been tracking the product it's at d office. A fellow called me asking come and collect it i said i cannot so he said i will come in evening. Next day he didn't receive my calls and in evening he received my call when i asked him for explanation he said cannot deliver to your area and said i will return your consignment!! Pathetic service! It's been 6 days and still not delivered!

This is one the worst courier i have ever seen. It just pathetic. They don have any idea about when the delivery will be done and what is the status of consignment. Also their customer care people (Bangalore and Mumbai too) don know how to talk with the customers and they look completely frustrated and irritated.
I think a quick action is required on this courier.

My consignment no is [protected] this was to be deliverind on 4 sep 2018 is still undelivered. Raised complaint regarding the same but they have no answer for it they are still checking. Tried for the first time but got such a bad experience.

I have my parcel coming from delhi to bangalore. The shipment was made on 7th of september. On 11th of september it showed out for delivery and its 17th of september today but i have not received the parcel nor there is any update about it.
Moreover even after lodging a complain there is no response from their end.
Their service is pathetic with no sense of responsibility.
I have called innumerable times but they do not give any substantial information.

This is to inform you that my parcel was coming from the ludhiana, and the date was 27/08/18 and the very next day it reaches delhi hub that means on 28/08/18, but afrer that tere is still no update and i have made a complaint regardibg this with the head office of trackon but seriously they are helpless. I have paid for that parcel please try to solve this as early as possible because those shoes were to costly for me. My tracking number is [protected].

Urgent letter was booked with Trackon courier at Sirsa on 06/09/18 with number [protected], but till date it has not been received at Ranchi. It is urgently required. Pley do needful. What is the use of courier, if the letters are not received within timeframe. It is ridiculous on the part of courier company. Pl take proper action.

On 7 July 2018, i sent 1 package containing clothes and purse to Sricity, Andhra Pradesh and it's been more than 2 months now but the package has not reached it's destination. I complained approx 20 times to the concerned Vendor but he never responded with valid reasoning. He is such a irresponsible guy and i never expected such things from Trackon atleast. Worst service ever. From day 1 i was not even able to track my package as if it was pre planned by Trackon to steal my things. Such a cheat you guys are.

You contact numbers provided on websites sucks. it never goes through. i tried no. of times.

Please note that consignment number 330242 containing letter from doctor to support a medical claim of Rs. 13500 was sent from chapra to Gurgaon. The Trackon courier services said they have delivered it on 11 sept, Genpact mailroom staff has denied it. I asked Trackon courier to provide proof of deliver, they don't have it. It means they didn't deliver the parcel. My due date for submitting claim is 14 th SEP.
I have approached Paramjeetji in Trackon couriers main branch, he was unable to provide my parcel. Please help.

I have forwarded one courier 13555857 on dated 4th of sep’18 from trackon jalandhar office.

The courier was dispatched on same date but didn’t deliver on due date & i was unable to track it till 7th of sep’18.

I tried calling several times to their executives on[protected]Jalandhar office) but didn’t get any positive response from your representative.

Several times he told me that the courier is received at bathinda hub & will be dispatched soon or else you can collect from our bathinda branch.

Antipode to this your bathinda representatives are corroborating that the courier was not received.

On 8th of sep’18 i left bathinda as my scheduled visit was amritsar & asked thier representative to sent the parcel back to jalandhar from where it was dispatched.

Their jalandhar executive (Miss rubi) is not picking my calls & this guy[protected]Jalandhar office) is confirming that the courier is dispatched to delhi.

Unable to understand the courier was at rajpura hub few days back then why it was dispatched to delhi?

This guy[protected]Jalandhar office) is misleading the customers every day & which is really very frustrating & onerous for me.

Please handle this case personally & take this on higher priority & respond post haste.

Very very bad service.

The service is very poor. The parcel was booked on 6th sep from ambala to kim, surat. I called the customer care on 11th then they told it will reach to me by 12th and now when i called today (13th sept), they are saying that the parcel has been returned as there is no service to kim.
If there is no service to kim then how could they even accept the parcel, the should inform the consignee or consigner at prior only. And also when i called them on 12th sep they should inform me that there is no service so that i could have picked it from surat hub itself. And moreover there was no kind of intimation to me nor the consigner and they returned the parcel.

I have a tracking no [protected] which booked on the name of Manager Canada bank pachna sheikhpura, when I track today on 9.30pm then it show it will already arrived sheikhpura on 07/09/2018 but yet not received by us and when talk with local courier no provided in tracking no then he said what happened if I have not delivered it to u I will see
