My consignment arrived in pune 3 days ago, no one has tried to deliver it. The phone nos. ([protected]/26/27) are not reachable. I found one other no. ([protected]) but this person doesn't answer his phone he leaves the phone ringing for the first couple of times, then blocks your mobile number. Moreover, their website has a complaint section which doesn't work.

This has been a very frustrating experience for me. If i do not receive the package today i will look into filing a complaint in consumer court.

Parcel with tracking number AWB [protected] reached the mahboobnagar branch office of trackon couriers on 6th September. I was not notified about this. After I tacked the parcel and called the courier service they told that our location is out of their service area. In fact I stay at Svs medical college and we get plenty of parcels everyday from various couriers. I agreed to collect the parcel personally and asked of the store was open on Sunday and he said yes but I called many times he did not pick up. When I called again on Monday he picked up the 4th time and was very rude and in spite of me telling that I'm a doctor he did not have the courtesy to give minimum respect. I want to lodge a complaint against that person so that the next one would not face a similar issue.

While tracking my parcel under tracking number [protected] i called the number provided on the tracking page [protected] and the call was answered by a very very rude and unprofessional person named mr prabhakar. I asked him the status of the delivery of my parcel and he asked my name and delivery address and started laughing without any reason. I then asked for the courier boys number to which he stated "number nahi milega" and said " mujhe sab pata hai delivery kab aur kahan honi hai and said courier boy the phone kharab hai isliye number nahi milega. I asked him how will teh courier boy attempt deliveries without a phone. He said main trackon the malik hoon aur yahan aisa hi hota hai. He also said jahan complaint karni hai karlo.

My package is used to be deliver at mumbai, mumbai andheri branch receives package on 24.08.2018. They didn't redpond to it, even they do not call on phone no. Written on package. Such a bad behaviour after 3 days they send parcel to another branch.. From where it was send back to delhi headoffice, and now the parcel is in delhi for 20 days..
If you dont want to deliver your parcels, if you cant handel it then stop your company
At least don't do such kind of responces

The phone no. Of party is written on packet with written "call the party"... Even than you did not call to person

My courier was showing 'out for delivery' since yesterday. For this i hadn't received any communication. Today when i called they took my complaint but post that they say that my area in hyderabad in serviceable. This is ridiculous that while taking the courier from ranchi they didn't have any knowledge of that. Numbers not reachable. Heights of irresponsible behavior.

On speaking to the point of contact, she tells me to travel for another 6-7 kms to take the courier. I am really pissed of this behavior. Kindly resolve the same asap

It is highly re grating to you that my consignment has not been delivered at destination address. It was booked from vyara-surat dated16/08/2018 to hyderabad but still my consignment not delivered and your customer care, surat hub, hyderabad hub even delhi office customer care representative are not giving proper response regarding our courier.
Some times they say our consignment has been delivered and some time they say my consignment are return from hyderabad to surat. Message are not cleared from your trackon representative.

So you are requested to please delivered my consignment to destination address and we dont want to return this.

Trackon couriers is big courier but now in days we are facing much problems because my documents missing. Your organisation any candidate not listen my problems. We are last five days round and contact your office but they behave our candidate very rude. My documents book on date 07/08/2018 from mumbai docket no [protected]. Please check this problem and resolve.

Please refer the attached docket no [protected] still which is not delivered even after no of reminders.

This not only with this document other three consignment are also pending with them since booked from 23rd/24th/25th August. We have made official complaint through their booking point but no response.

I want to complain about delivery of my courier my friend send me courier to Fatehabad dist Haryana but they return it without inform me they didn’t call me to tell me that my courier is in Fatehabad or they didn’t deliver it to my house even is this a way i call them yesterday to ask them that is there any courier on my name there but they said there is nothing with this name

We m/s amar industries, butibori, nagpur 441122, had send parcel to microflow instruments, ballabhgarh doc. No. [protected] dated 25-08-18 and another parcel doc. No. [protected] dated 27-08-18. We had send them rota meter glass tubes costing 7080/- and 13098/- respectively.But the party found the damaged material around 12 glass tubes out of 20 glass tubes. So i kindly request you to compensate the cost of the material as it is very high to bear us.

Since 2 days are courier is lying in the office and they are not delivering it. When we call it that talk very badly, that to with the lady that don't have any sense how to talk. If they are so much flying on seven sky, let them know that they are not the only courier company. They dont delhiver parcels on time and when cross questioned, talk very rudely. Its gole market office, rudrapur, 263153. Just first teach them mannerisms to talk with a lady!

I shipped to packages through trackon from chandigarh to jaipur and panipat.
Both of my package, they didnt deliver. For jaipur package, the updated the status ad delivered but c'nee have not received the package. I called and try to reach trackon service, they said that package is delivered, when i asked about the delivery proof, no one is providing and proof of delivery, it has been more than a week. Pathetic service.

For panipat package: they rto the package without delivery attempt or calling the c'nee saying that they do not provide the service on given pincode, first of all, why did they book the package if the pincode is not serviceable, 2nd they should have called the c'nee to pickup the package by himself as i provided the contact no. On package, they didnt do that either. 3rd, rto package is not returned yet and it has been more than 10 days and package is lying at delhi hub from past 10days and chandigarh to delhi shipments only take 1 day to deliver.

Its really disappointing dealing with services of Trackon Courier.
We send rakhi in courier no [protected] on 18/8, which was supposed to be reached by 22/8.
But Till now 04/9, shipment not delivered to our address, Nor any person contacted us for any delay or problem while delivering.
The status shown today ADDRESS NOT FOUND.

The Address is in well known Area in Solan near mall road, There are many couriers who deliver that areas in daily basis. But Trackon courier Neither tried to contact or call us Nor tried once to deliver the packet and didn't move the parcel from 19/8 to 28/8 for 10 days.
Pl check, Even after 2 weeks, still parcel not delivered.
The company must pay for this bad service as they not only delay a parcel but also hurts someone emotions.

My sister booked a courier from up till date we did not rcvd .When we r trying to track its showing delivered on 31 aug 18.When we tried to contact customer care number is switch of every time.

We have couriered the parcel from 305-926/1, naiwala, karol bagh, new delhi-110005 to challenger sweepers pvt ltd, dynamic logistics portside,
Sabha had a warehouse, survey no 79/1 dighi alandi road, pune 411015, maharashtra via prime trackon courier (Tracking no. 9005810) on 29.08.2018 and on[protected] courier company (Branch office) has denied to deliver the courier at given address citing reason that place of delivery is out of service from trackon courier, so collect the parcel from branch of courier company and total distance between our delivery address and branch address is 15 km. Therefor i request to you please take the action against courier company why take the parcel when delivery address is out of service of company and they do only for courier amount not considering urgency of parcel. My client has lost his time and money to collect the parcel only because of negligence of courier man of trackon company.

docket no [protected] is not receive in faridabad and nor show any update from last 3-4 days.
Also not show that this docket book for where and nor show when will be reach.
How can give this type service by trackon courier. Or why you give dealership that person who are not updated that all things.

Is that company policy there are no update full day about shipment.

I hv booked a material on 10 July from Solan, Hp to Dehradun, Uk.

But after more than a month I still not received it neither hv any call from
Trackon regarding any issue (delivery/delayed about booking) for communication.

Still I hv not received till 29 August 2018.

Really a disgusting service experience.
