Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

We m/s amar industries, butibori, nagpur 441122, had send parcel to microflow instruments, ballabhgarh doc. No. [protected] dated 25-08-18 and another parcel doc. No. [protected] dated 27-08-18. We had send them rota meter glass tubes costing 7080/- and 13098/- respectively.But the party found the damaged material around 12 glass tubes out of 20 glass tubes. So i kindly request you to compensate the cost of the material as it is very high to bear us.

Since 2 days are courier is lying in the office and they are not delivering it. When we call it that talk very badly, that to with the lady that don't have any sense how to talk. If they are so much flying on seven sky, let them know that they are not the only courier company. They dont delhiver parcels on time and when cross questioned, talk very rudely. Its gole market office, rudrapur, 263153. Just first teach them mannerisms to talk with a lady!

I shipped to packages through trackon from chandigarh to jaipur and panipat.
Both of my package, they didnt deliver. For jaipur package, the updated the status ad delivered but c'nee have not received the package. I called and try to reach trackon service, they said that package is delivered, when i asked about the delivery proof, no one is providing and proof of delivery, it has been more than a week. Pathetic service.

For panipat package: they rto the package without delivery attempt or calling the c'nee saying that they do not provide the service on given pincode, first of all, why did they book the package if the pincode is not serviceable, 2nd they should have called the c'nee to pickup the package by himself as i provided the contact no. On package, they didnt do that either. 3rd, rto package is not returned yet and it has been more than 10 days and package is lying at delhi hub from past 10days and chandigarh to delhi shipments only take 1 day to deliver.

Just pathetic

Its really disappointing dealing with services of Trackon Courier.
We send rakhi in courier no [protected] on 18/8, which was supposed to be reached by 22/8.
But Till now 04/9, shipment not delivered to our address, Nor any person contacted us for any delay or problem while delivering.
The status shown today ADDRESS NOT FOUND.

The Address is in well known Area in Solan near mall road, There are many couriers who deliver that areas in daily basis. But Trackon courier Neither tried to contact or call us Nor tried once to deliver the packet and didn't move the parcel from 19/8 to 28/8 for 10 days.
Pl check, Even after 2 weeks, still parcel not delivered.
The company must pay for this bad service as they not only delay a parcel but also hurts someone emotions.

My sister booked a courier from up till date we did not rcvd .When we r trying to track its showing delivered on 31 aug 18.When we tried to contact customer care number is switch of every time.

We have couriered the parcel from 305-926/1, naiwala, karol bagh, new delhi-110005 to challenger sweepers pvt ltd, dynamic logistics portside,
Sabha had a warehouse, survey no 79/1 dighi alandi road, pune 411015, maharashtra via prime trackon courier (Tracking no. 9005810) on 29.08.2018 and on[protected] courier company (Branch office) has denied to deliver the courier at given address citing reason that place of delivery is out of service from trackon courier, so collect the parcel from branch of courier company and total distance between our delivery address and branch address is 15 km. Therefor i request to you please take the action against courier company why take the parcel when delivery address is out of service of company and they do only for courier amount not considering urgency of parcel. My client has lost his time and money to collect the parcel only because of negligence of courier man of trackon company.

Dear sir/mam,
docket no [protected] is not receive in faridabad and nor show any update from last 3-4 days.
Also not show that this docket book for where and nor show when will be reach.
How can give this type service by trackon courier. Or why you give dealership that person who are not updated that all things.

So poor and cheap service.

Is that company policy there are no update full day about shipment.

I hv booked a material on 10 July from Solan, Hp to Dehradun, Uk.

But after more than a month I still not received it neither hv any call from
Trackon regarding any issue (delivery/delayed about booking) for communication.

Still I hv not received till 29 August 2018.

Really a disgusting service experience.

Article booked on 20/8/18 from Pune to Solapur by Trackon couriers not received until now 28/8/18. Very important documents containing envelope not delivered, disgusting frustrated, calling every day making fasle promises help.very irresponsible, regretting . HELP.

On the occasion of raksha bandhan[protected], i sent a rakhi with sweets on[protected] at morning via trackon courier to my sister from lucknow to new delhi (Rohini paradise apartment sector-18).
Mr. Shankar malhotra, trackon courier staff, ajad nagar mandi, new delhi, who are too careless employee and have no knowledge how can talk with customer, his language are too rudely for customer. He said to my sister that she would go in ajad nagar trackon courier office he reached there at 12 o'clock, but he had not there and shop also closed and never pick up the phone again after 12 o'clock when my sister and other call him.
Mr. Raghuvendra pratap singh, employee on t. P. Nagar, shaheed path, lucknow, who promised me that your parcel easily send on time i. E.in 24 hours, if you give me 300 rs. Only but he put 220 rs on his pocket and give me only 80 rs. Receipt. Tthis courier would be sent on 24 hours certainly, but it sent after 5 days, then my sweets (Price 1000/- rs.) are fully ruin, tasteless, and wasted. B
I recommended not to send any thing anywhere fro trackon courier

My parcel was send to Bangalore on 18/8/2018 the consignment had rakhi in it. the services of this courier company is so poor. the telephone numbers they had provided is useless. this is the by far the worst experience . plus, the email id they provided also of no use as no one from their replied. the consignment number is [protected]

My self sharoz nagori, my parcel courier no. - [protected], i had send it by trackon courier on 20th aug 2018, and trackon promise to deliver the consignment by monday that is 22nd aug 2018, now m calling customer care they said ur parcel was miss placed by us, we are in search of your parcel, parcel contain a valuable gift, its much expensive. Plzz doo the needful.

Consignment no. [protected] has not been delivered as there was no service there out according to you people but courier service is there. The courier includes the important documents, neither the sender receives the courier nor the receiver. This type of service you people provide to your customers? Neither your customer care receives the phone. How you people are running your business?

Hi Team,

This is to bring into your notice that My Father (Pashupati Nath Prasad) had sent one courier parcel (CONSIGNMENT NUMBER : [protected]) from TRACKON Couriers Pvt. Ltd. Siwan Center, Bihar (Mobile number : [protected]) on 13th August, 2018 to Bangalore.

Today, It is 27th August, 2018. But even after 14 days, the courier didn't reach to me.

When I contacted the Courier Services in Siwan, Bihar, They told like It was already moved to Bangalore, and also status is OUT FOR DELIVERY in courier Hub Center, WhiteField, Bangalore.

The concerned person Mobile Number is +91-[protected], but it is always busy even if we try dialing 24*7.

Can you please help me in getting my Courier as soon as possible and also please do register a complaint against TRACKON Courier for getting this delay in delivery.

Please look into this issue on urgent basis as the parcel contains important medicines for treatment.

The above mentioned address is the destination address where the parcel was supposed to be reached.

The website is showing the courier is out of delivery on 25th August and several time of call your customer care didn't take the call on that date. On Monday i.e. today 27th August they have taken my call and given the no of delivery boy. When I call him. He was sounded very beardly. Who has given my no. Why you are calling me I will deliver after 2 to 3 days. And complian to whom you want. It's seriously not professional behaviour and some one send the courier if not deliver in time be polite and give the actual reson for delay. Hope some one will take it and do the needful.

I bring into your attention that, i had send my consignment through your courier service from one of your station from nangal to etah on last sunday i. E 19/aug/2018. My courier consignment is having some important things to be deliver prior its due date o[censored]sage.

But currently i am checking from last 5 days i. E 23/aug/2018 my consignment doesn't move ahead from your aligarh station and your representative doesn't give any satisfactory reply when i tried to communicate.

Sir madam this is really very irritating and frustrating from your side regarding customer service satisfaction.

Please help us to resolve the issue and please try to deliver my consignment asap. Its highly important.
