Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

I send a courier containing rakhi and goods to my brother on 1st august 2022. I tried to track my courier by tracking ID, but it showed invalid number. After continuous follow up on 16th aug. my courier was return saying it had been return from Manipur. I raise a complaint in customer care ut its of no use they said it will not happen again, but 1st time in my life i missed a Rakhi because of these people. they keep on lying that we change the trackling number, parcel is in transit etc etc.

Myself dr anuj yadav i ordered some medication from holy evolution pharma Chandigarh, the sender used trackon courier service to send medication to delhi with tracking number [protected], Their delivery guy didn't delivered the courier but marked it successfully delivered, the trackon executive in delhi initially accepted their guys fault and told me that my package would be delivered but now they r not responding, it was a prepaid courier, i have been mentally harrased by these guys kindly take very strict action against them for such fraud ..

I have not recieved my parcel. Its showing delivered on the site but I haven't got it. The customer care is pathetic. The owner of the local station is pathetic mr. Shaitan singh. He is a very rude person. He is just not willing to resolve my issue.

Can you please tell me where is mu courier … courier not recieved yet.. very bad service … in application show recieved with signature but not recieved yet please confirm where is my courier

The Trackon consignment number [protected] had reached Pune on 11 August but still undelivered at Pune. It is being shuffled between Pune Hub and Pimpri branch for last 6 days without being delivered.

My courier still not delivered after complaint try to understand the issue. It is very important to get my courier delivered to delivery addres. Pls Do it as soon as possible

What rubbish you peoples are doing with your customer. My courier was last received by your SRIPERUMBUDUR HUB, Chennai on 10/08/2022 (11:52 a.m) which is nearest hub of delivery location. But my courier is still stucked there and not delivered yet ( 16/08/2022) and no moment tracked of my courier. If you peoples still believe in your services then try to deliver my courier as soon as possible.
You also should have to improve your customer services and a better management.

My pan card was dispatched on july 16, 2022 but it has not been delivered yet. When i tried to track my delivery status, the trackon courier website showed same location from 19 july and ther is no update . When i tried to file a complaint, the trackon courier site was not reachable and the other way which was to reach the customer care support was also unresponsive

Our courier has not been delivered yet. But the delivery man has mentioned on the website that he has delivered the parcel with signature. This is just not done . We want our delivery status as soon as possible.

My PAN card's status is showing out for delivery since 1st August but still it is not being delivered by the courier company..Neither they are picking up any calls. My tacking id is[protected].

Nsdl dispatched my pan card through via trackon courier private limited on 6/8/22 and package arrived at my hometown on 9/8/22 still not delivered yet i called several times sent email and tweeted in twitter handle but no response from customer care service

your tracking shows that courier has been delievered but the customer has not received the courier

My consignment is in the same city as me according to their tracking service. It has been 3 days since it arrived in their hub still it is not out for delivery. Whenever i try to call the customer service numbers, all of their lines are busy. It seems like their customer service representatives don't want to pickup the call. Really bad service. Due to this experience i will probably never order from the website that i ordered this from. I have sent a complaint to the sender company as well regarding this.

The Trackon courier is not delivering my pancard my AWB, :[protected], their contact numbers shown on their website is just ringing and nobody is picking up the calls, the status is showing as out for delivery

My Oder no 18223076 not delivered my adress

Despite providing correct address, this courier company still managed to deliver my pan card to wrong address and some other person has also taken it as shown by AWB status.I request you to kindly look into this matter as I am concerned that my pan card might get misused as an identity proof and also I can get my pan card back

This is to inform that I had courier from Khatima, Uttarakhand on 04.08.2022 ( ID No. [protected]). Reached Kalyan on 07.08.2022 as per tracker. Yet my parcel not received. Today on 11.08.2022 when called to Trackon on customer Mobile No. [protected], they said your address does not comes under our jurisdiction, secondly they said we called you but cld not get you so returned back the parcel.

It is regret to say that such way of response really made me upset alongwith my sisters. with so much expectations my sisters have send me the Rakhis which could be reached in time and vain. I also would to say when it does not comes in his area then why he has excepted the parcel. we can not suggest anyone in future about ur courier service as I am very unhappy/disappointed with your service.

You are requested to take necessary action against the nominated staff, otherwise I will take the issue to higher authority.

Treat this urgent and waiting for your reply within 2/3 days.
