Nsdl dispatched my pan card through via trackon courier private limited on 6/8/22 and package arrived at my hometown on 9/8/22 still not delivered yet i called several times sent email and tweeted in twitter handle but no response from customer care service

My consignment is in the same city as me according to their tracking service. It has been 3 days since it arrived in their hub still it is not out for delivery. Whenever i try to call the customer service numbers, all of their lines are busy. It seems like their customer service representatives don't want to pickup the call. Really bad service. Due to this experience i will probably never order from the website that i ordered this from. I have sent a complaint to the sender company as well regarding this.

The Trackon courier is not delivering my pancard my AWB, :[protected], their contact numbers shown on their website is just ringing and nobody is picking up the calls, the status is showing as out for delivery

My Oder no 18223076 not delivered my adress

Despite providing correct address, this courier company still managed to deliver my pan card to wrong address and some other person has also taken it as shown by AWB status.I request you to kindly look into this matter as I am concerned that my pan card might get misused as an identity proof and also I can get my pan card back

This is to inform that I had courier from Khatima, Uttarakhand on 04.08.2022 ( ID No. [protected]). Reached Kalyan on 07.08.2022 as per tracker. Yet my parcel not received. Today on 11.08.2022 when called to Trackon on customer Mobile No. [protected], they said your address does not comes under our jurisdiction, secondly they said we called you but cld not get you so returned back the parcel.

It is regret to say that such way of response really made me upset alongwith my sisters. with so much expectations my sisters have send me the Rakhis which could be reached in time and vain. I also would to say when it does not comes in his area then why he has excepted the parcel. we can not suggest anyone in future about ur courier service as I am very unhappy/disappointed with your service.

You are requested to take necessary action against the nominated staff, otherwise I will take the issue to higher authority.

Treat this urgent and waiting for your reply within 2/3 days.

I had booked express courier on 8Aug 22from Jagatpura Jaipur with tracking number [protected]. I was committed that in express service it will be delivered by tomorrow 09 August and in normal, it will take time. Still it was not delivered, and the purpose of my courier defeated as I had sent Rakhi in this.

Awb#[protected]. Status out for delivery from 20th July 2022 till now not yet delivered. Called customercare many times always busy. Called Malleswaram hub also busy. Filed written complient on 10th aug on their portal complient no. T2340703. After that got a message saying out for delivery but not yet delivered till date 11 aug 2022.

I had shipped food items from trackon couriers from jogbani Bihar to Pune Maharashtra and I was told that the order will be delivered within 4 days but it has been more than 12 days and there is no update in the order. The delivery guy had updated that he try to contact but there is no call or evidence that he has visited the residence. I've been trying to call more than 70 80 times in the local customer service as well as the Pune head office as well as the jogbani head office, this is the worst courier service that have ever received there is no update regarding where is the parcel, the head office wear in Pune I have been in contact with Mr Rahul sakat, who is head of incharge in Pune, but he just gives promising that it will be delivered to day tomorrow but it's been more than 3 days since I have been trying to contact him but there is still no update of where the parcel is. The items in the partial are food and it is not to be kept in the parcel for more than 5 days so if and when I will receive the parcel the parcel will be in the damage condition and still they are not even trying to deliver it.

This is a fraud courier and don't use it this types of activities should be strictly monitor and action should be taken against the company and as well as a delivery partners and the manager.

The customer service is very rude and have no update or idea of what is happening.

I am Shreya. I had posted a package from Delhi to Hisar (Guru Jambheshwar University) on 01.08.2022. According to tracking, it reached the destination on 02.08.2022. But, the package was delivered on 10.08.2022. I don't get that if the package reached the destination on 02.08, what took it too long to deliver the package for 8 days.

My trackon courier [protected] is stuck to Dehra gopipur Distt Kangra. This courier is not delivered to my address.Also delivery agent is not co-operate with me. I request to resolve my problem in stipulated time. My actual address is OM PRAKASH Vill- Bhaterh, P.O - Bilaspur, Teh- Haripur, District - Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.

Its been a month and I still haven't received the pan card yet.

On 5/8/2022- I checked status on tracon website, it was showing
arrived on 20/7/22- it is arrived in nearest destination. so i contacted customer care and raised complaint and i got complaint no. Also i visited Trackon office, but office staff not provided proper information and behavior of staff is not polite.

On 8/8/2022 - I received a message from Trackon saying your courier has been delivered with a signature. I still haven't received my Pan Card courier from Trackon.

This is total harassment of the customer. Â Deliver my courier as soon as possible.

I had been given an application for pancard.It was told that it will be delivered within 2 weeks.When I checked the status of application it says that it had been couriered with a tracking number. When I checked the site of the courier partner with the tracking number it says that the customer is out of station and it had been returned to Mumbai. They have not contacted me for its delivery. Without contacting me they had returned my pancard.

This delivery person has asked additional delivery charges to delivery the pan card original document and told us to comply to them if we don't pay we must pick up our parcel. Have asked his senior number to cross check the charges.. he refused to provide the details. He snatched the pan card cover and went.

Tracking status says the item (PAN card) was delivered on 5.8.2022. But I have not received it yet. No delivery agent so far has called or came by. I've tried all avenues of complaint. Submitted a complaint form on their site only to get SMS reply 'Item delivered on 5.8.2022'. Customer care numbers keep ringing forever.
