Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

This is a complaint against trackon courier lonavala office. These people did not deliver my PAN card and asked me to come and collect the courier from their Lonavala office. After talking to customer care, they ensured me that it will get delivered in 2 days time. After which the lonavala courier immediately updated in the system that the courier is delivered on 21st October 2021 which I immediately reported to customer care to which the executive agreed about the fake update and asked the guy to send the POD with signature to which the lonavala office didnot respond for a few days. I called him from another number and the guy gave me a story that the courier is in Kamshet office, and will be delivered asap. Again after several followups again a new story that Kamshet courier office is closed because the person taking care of this office is not well and the lonavala guy will come and deliver the courier. Again after a few days the guy told me that the courier has been sent to Pimpri office to be returned to NSDL which will later come by speed post. Now neither Pimpri office nor the Lonavala office has any details about my courier. I would kindly request you to consider my request .

Inka har bar ka kaam hai parcel return kar dete hai bina contact kiye sirf ek din mai he.. or contact ke naam par missed call marte hai jiski ek bhi ring ni ati just call logo mai aa jata hai.. agr khud se track krte hai to bolte hai shop se aakr le jao humare pass itna time nhi hai.. bhot harass kiya hua hai inhone yahake logo ko sbke important documents ko har bar return kr dete hai or fir bolte hai hum bhi print niklke de dete hai hume de Dena pese hum nikal dege please iske khilaf strict action liya jaye

Tracking status says that my PAN card has been delivered on 20.09.2022. but I didn't receive it. I registered a complaint on the website but I got the same message that my PAN card is delivered. I called on the customer care number and they gave me the contact number of the branch but when I called, the call just kept ringing

I have received messages and on 10th June 2022 I received the last message from Trackon Couriers that vide AWB[protected] my PAN has been dispatched but till today i.e. 20.09.2022 the same has not been delivered.

My Courier not Delivered at Right Destination. on Site its showing Delivered at wrong destination and no one taking responsibility for the same. who had delivered and who has received the courier there is no information is showing on track on site

Sir my document not received my address . Delivery boy fake signature show received receipt . received date delivery boy 24 /8/2022 but 24 date in my father admit hospital Delhi GB pant and my all family in hospital.

Bill no:[protected] my courier is showing out for delivery. My shipping date was 3 September from 9 days it is showing out for delivery if it is then send me phone no of delivery guy on [protected]@gmail.com...And this is not expected from a company which is in business for 17 years.

With reference to subject matter, I would like to inform you that pan card no.JCGPK9850P a/c Kritika Kaura was dispatched through Track on courier vide airway bill no,[protected] on 03.09.2022. I visited the courier office at Bilaspur H.P on 10 sep and found that it was received by them on 07.09.2022 but it is very surprising that from 7 sep to 10 sep nobody even bothered to call me despite that my contact no was mentioned on the packet. The pan card holder is my daughter & she is flying abroad on 13.09.2002 & she required to carry that pan card with her. Luckily I visited the courier office today i.e on Saturday & got that card otherwise next day was Sunday & we have to leave on Monday for her flight which is on Tuesday. Due to negligence of track on courier service provider my daughter could have missed the flight if she had not received the pan card.
The service providers have a very very bad track record & I want to inform you that there were a bunch of Pan cards lying with him. He is in a practice where he keeps the parcels with him for a few days & then returns them back without even calling the customers to whom the parcel was to be delivered.
I request to please take some initiative to stop the services of Track on couriers.

Nsdl dispatched my pan card through via trackon courier private limited on 18/8/22 and package arrived at my nearest hub on 25/8/22 still not delivered yet i called several times but no response from customer care service. Now it is saying R.T.O. DUE TO ADDRESS NOT FOUND/IN-COMPLET/REQUIRE PHONE NO without any communication.

My parcel with tracking number [protected] reached Delhi on 02 Sept 2022 but is still not delivered to the destination. I have been following up with the courier person continuously and he assured delivery on Monday morning i.e. 05.09.2022. My Parcel is very urgent.

Worst courier service in India, not sure how they’re allowed to function. My PAN card arrived at the destination on aug 14, was on hold till September when I filed a complained and the address wasn’t found and it was returned. The same address where my passport was delivered, aadhar was delivered by different couriers but trackon wasn’t able to find the address.

Worst company ever. Use them at your own peril.

My New PAN Card Sent by NSDL but the Status on Trackon showing as R.T.O Due to No Service, Please tell me what it means. When I will get my PAN Card?...

[protected]. My tracking no.. courier delivered to some other address and person. Please track and deliver to mentioned address. Contact also mentioned on it, why the person is connected and delivered to correct address

Applied for PAN Card which was sent with tracking id[protected] by Trackon Courier. Now the status is - Delivered with Signature, But actually, I didn't receive any courier, call or message at all. Raised a complain on Trackon official site, and it says to be solved within 72 hours. One week has already passed, but they don't bother to respond. Wrost Service!!...

Experienced poorest service ever by trackon local branch, they denied to deliver my shipment by saying that it's not my service area..also not ready to deliver physically when I wanted collect that self from brach directly. I had made complaint already on his tollfree number but still they can't resolve. My shipment number is: AWB[protected]
