The Parcel have been couriered to banglore on 28th July but still not delivered, tried many times to connect with customer care number but all number busy, if you can't provide services please close you're business

My Trackon AWB no. is[protected] the delivery boy asked me to collect pan card from a place which is around 400m from my home as he said he could not deliver it at my address, after an argument he said he will deliver the card but i will have to pay him 50 rupees for delivery So i denied to take that card .

My Pan card shipment with AWB[protected]is not delivered from last 3 weeks. in spite of continuous follow-ups

My PAN card consignment is showing as Delivered with Signature, where was they have not delivered it in reality. The not even called, contacted us.PAN being an important document can be mis-used and Trackon courier is handling it irresponsibly. Can we give police complaint on them? PAN card was dispatched by NSDL from Mumbai on 22/06/2022 08:36 through Trackon couriers.
It had reached chennai hub on 24/06/2022 09:31.
Then it reached Tirunelveli hub on 25/06/2022 16:56.

It's been one and half month since the pan card reached tirunelveli hub. Still they didn't deliver it to me but the tracking status shows that from Tirunelveli the pan card was out for delivery on 25/07/2022 14:01 and was delivered on 25/07/2022 14:09 .

According to the tracking status the pan card was out for delivery on 25-july 2:01 pm and delivered on 25-july 2:09 pm within 10 minutes from tirunelveli to tenkasi.

The contact number in their site is not working and i can't contact them.

Please check the issue and deliver my pan card

I had applied for my pan application, the verification was completely done, but the courier service has not yet delivered the PAN Card. When I spoke to one of the employee there, she said there’s no guarantee if the pan will be delivered or not, secondly when I’m checking the status it says item delivered with signature. Let me tell you very closely and strictly, that I am myself an employee of NSDL, so if you do this fraud with the employee only then what you might be doing with common innocent citizens.
I’ve already raised a dispute to the concerned person from my side you guys will soon get a confirmation for each and everything, it will not be good if I bring an employee of NSDL is not receiving the PAN Card on time.

It is more than 7 days the trackon website is showing that my pan card is delivered but it has not so. When I try to contact their customer care I don't receive any response. One no always shows is wrong and other is 24 hrs busy

It has been more than 7 days the website is showing that I have they have delivered my pan card but it is not so. I have tried to contact trackon services many times but i didn't received any response. This is my trackon awb[protected].

Track on awb no[protected] has not been delivered yet to me where as it is showing status as delivered on date 2nd August, 2022 at 2:40 PM.

I've applied Pan Card and it is dispatched by NDSL on 18-Jul-2022 by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected]. And when I checked the status on trackon website it shows that "DELIVERED WITH SIGNATURE" on 25/07/2022 15:14, please do the needful.

ON 22ND JUNE 2022 my PAN CARD sent through Trackon courier by NSDL.
When I try to track my parcel with tracking ID TRACKON AWB[protected] shared by NSDL, it shows courier alredy delivered with signature at my home address. However in actual I have not received any courier til date 29 July 2022 from TRACON.
Please do the needful and sent my courier asap.

Tracking shows, courier reached Chennai Kilpauk hub on 20/07/22 but till today it has not been delivered.
Tried to contact trackon guindy and kilpauk office, not possible.
Why NSDL use this type o[censored]seless courier, instead they should have sent through Govt.owned speed post.

This to notify that delivery guy named Mr Abhishek Choudhary (+91-[protected]) from trackon courier services has been asking us to collect our PAN Card from different locations/offices. When I asked him as to why can't he deliver confidential document like PAN Card at home address, he started giving vague answers. when I told him I would raise a complaint againt non-delivery, he said if NSDL calls up then only I will deliver at your home address. He threatened me to send back the document to NSDL. This is really pathetic service from Trackon. These guys are not at all concerned about customer satisafaction. They are totally unprofessional and rude guys. I would request you to take strict and prompt action against Mr Abhishek Choudhary.
When I called NSDL about delivery of the PAN card, they assured me that it has to be delivered to your home address. I would request you to register my complaint and do the needful to delivery my PAN card at home address. I would request NSDL to deliver critical items like PAN card through such unreliable courier services

Trackon couriers service denied to deliver my product to my address. Why they accept order. They said collect your courier to my Office or i will return back. In this way, they are making fool to customer. Why someone collect thier product from your Office. Due to this i face a lot of difficulty to find out the office of Trackon. Please consider my request so that another people will not face difficulty by using such a bad courier service. Also, not provided by company is not working.

Didn't deliver my pan card at my residence and are giving reason of not having service in my area. I don't live in rural area.
Please solve this problem as early as possible.

My PAN card is in the city more than a week now but the courier people are not delivering and I got a message from them to collect it from the office. When I asked them to deliver at the address, they are not responding appropriately and denying to deliver the PAN.

I send the Business Courier (Consign. No.[protected], by Trackon Courier office at Kotdwara (246149) on 19th July, 2022 for Baliya (UP). Courier was on hold at Varanasi office of Trackon, Since 22nd July to 25th July. a Complain was raised against delay on their registerd website ( Complain no. T2306326), against which we received call from their customer care and they told us that delay was due to improper address so we submitted the address on call and trackon asure us that courier will be deliverd by time, but instead of delivering on address they returned the courier claiming improper packaging/ damaged parcel.
Moreover their customer care service is very poor, i have been trying to call since two days but i m not getting my call connected on any of the phone nos.
i have sufferd the opportunity loss, due to dely.

The delivery agent who came to deliver the product from Trackon was misbehaving and was talking rudely to my family members. He tried to enter into the house forcefully.

I have booked a courier on 14th July and it has to be reach on 17th to its destination but till time it is not delivered and the Shirdi trackon people not responding. I am taking followup from last 4 days from him but he is saying 'Dekhta hu ... Aaj Sunday hai ... Mene followup nahi liya hai ... Bar bar call mat karo'.
