Complaint marked as Resolved NSDL has contacted me asking for the PAN number. After few days, trackon has contacted me to collect the pan card at their office but I refused to collect it since it is too far from my house and i personally think it is the responsibility of the delivery agency to do the same. After 20days from the complaint, they have delivered it.
But I personally was'nt satisfied with the delivery service. PAN card is a matter of urgency and importance, they shouldnt be taking this much time for the delivery. If there was any issues, they should be reciprocating it to the customer and has to take the accountability for it (basic work ethics).
Trackon Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
