It has reached domlur, Bangalore branch on 7 July. But still not delivered to me. I'm staying very close. Nobody is picking Trackon domlur landline number. I was given a person 'pandith' mobile number. He is not at all bothered to listen. Please deliver the courier as soon as possible.

Mene 7.7 2022 Turbhe se is faltu services se courior Kiya. Destination me 09.06.2022 sangamner ko mila hub me. Lekin aaj 14.07.2022 hai abhi tak address pe nhi gaya. Online jo number Diya hai hub ka uss ne job resign kar ke 5 year hua hai. Abhi tak company ko pata nhi. Uska number provide kr rahe hai. Mera destination address City me hai sabse bada college hai. Phir b nhi gaya. Turbhe valo ko call kiya aise lagta hai mere upkar ke liye baithe hai. Subah call back krne vala tha dopehar hui abhi tak nhi aaya.

Trackon status on my AWB no says that my pan card has been dispatched on 8/6/2022. Its been a month and I still havent received the pan card yet.
I called the office multiple times, no one is answering the calls. The customer care service is not responding. There wasnt any information regarding the status also. I haven been waiting for the pan card since a month. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible since it is a matter of high urgency.

NSDL has contacted me asking for the PAN number. After few days, trackon has contacted me to collect the pan card at their office but I refused to collect it since it is too far from my house and i personally think it is the responsibility of the delivery agency to do the same. After 20days from the complaint, they have delivered it. But I personally was'nt satisfied with the delivery service. PAN card is a matter of urgency and importance, they shouldnt be taking this much time for the delivery. If there was any issues, they should be reciprocating it to the customer and has to take the accountability for it (basic work ethics).

I called Mr Megharaj from Ballary Trackon courier services due to delivery enquiry but without asking any consignment details he started using very roude & rough language like is is there Appa Amma are there are not for that consignment. Kindly advise him some professional language how to talk with customer when they call .

I were to recieve my PAN card through courier for which I recieved an SMS on 22nd June 2022. Trackon couriers were assigned for the job and the expected time of delivery was in around 2 or 3 days. However it took 10 days for the courier to arrive on 2nd July and the delivery man charged Rs. 30 Without any receipts. When asked for receipt he informed there will be no receipt for this charge and said we had to physically go to the Tambaram post hub to collect the courier for no charge to be levied.
Additionally I would like to condemn the IT department of the government for giving the courier job to such unreputed, poor service couriers companies.

My Pan card came 3 months before at my nearest Trakon office once they called and asked me to collect from their office as i was out of city I requested them to deliver at my home. But they didn't . I complained then they again called to collect the same from there office, and refused to deliver. To close the complain they marked that consignment delivered on 13 may, I complained then they again reopen and once again show delivered on 31st may. I called several times and asked for DRS but they did not provide and do nothing.

I want to complain about delivery of my courier my previous company send me courier to Madurai dist Kulamangalam -625017 but they return it without inform me they didn’t call me to tell me that my courier is in Kulamangalam or they didn’t deliver it to my house even is this a way i call them last month to till date not answering to ask them that is there any courier on my name there but they said returned the courier.
