Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

Hi,

It has been about 2 weeks. I haven’t got any updates regarding my Pan Card status.
Whenever, I try to track the status - the acknowledgement number shows invalid.

I want to know an update.

My trackon order has been showing delivery manifest prepared for shantinagar since 18th July . Why has my courier not been delivered till now . I have important documents that I need urgently . Kindly send my courier fast

There was no call or message from the Trackon delivery team. Somehow I managed to find the delivery person Sachin number (+91 [protected]) and called him but I am surprised and really disappointed. He never made any call and never even bothered to contact my number and now he is asking to me to visit the delivery center and take the parcel otherwise it'll be sent back to the sender!
First thing is, what kind of courier service is this ! customer have to take the parcel from delivery center itself !!
Moreover Sachin ( delivery boy) is extremely rude and arrogant and big liar. He also said that he is going to sent it back if this is not picked from his place by today itself !!
First of all he must learn about manners and how to talk to customers !!
I am really disappointed and humiliated!
Please register a complaint against delivery boy and Meerut hub and take the action ASAP.

AWB NO. [protected] not delieverd

The IT/NSDL have sent me Trackon AWB number. My PAN Card was shipped on 15-Jul-2022 via Trackon. Today is 20-Jul-2022 and the AWB tracking status informs me that it is Out For Delivery since 18-Jul-2022. It has not been handed to me till now and there are no updates.
I am in a bad fix since a deal is getting jeopardised because of this delay.

My pan card dispatched with tracking ID[protected] on 02 July which reached at kota on 05 July and showing delevered on 07 july, but I have not received this, when I call to delivery boy Mr. Ramhet Nayak[protected] who asked me to collect from his emitra shop which is near by ramcharan circle. Otherwise he will return back the courier. Please late me know where is my pan card and when will I get this.

we had booked the consignment for vishakhapattnam from your ambala branch but it has not reched our buyer yet.

I have made consignment a booking on 15th june, 2022 . It was send for vishapattnam on 22nd june, 2022, thenafter no any updates for this consignment.

I could not track my pan card with my awb number.Please fix my issue.

It has reached domlur, Bangalore branch on 7 July. But still not delivered to me. I'm staying very close. Nobody is picking Trackon domlur landline number. I was given a person 'pandith' mobile number. He is not at all bothered to listen. Please deliver the courier as soon as possible.

I place couriers at[protected] Ahmedabad to Delhi, but still not received and too late. I paid 800/- rupees couriers charge as flight couriers.

Mene 7.7 2022 Turbhe se is faltu services se courior Kiya. Destination me 09.06.2022 sangamner ko mila hub me. Lekin aaj 14.07.2022 hai abhi tak address pe nhi gaya. Online jo number Diya hai hub ka uss ne job resign kar ke 5 year hua hai. Abhi tak company ko pata nhi. Uska number provide kr rahe hai. Mera destination address City me hai sabse bada college hai. Phir b nhi gaya. Turbhe valo ko call kiya aise lagta hai mere upkar ke liye baithe hai. Subah call back krne vala tha dopehar hui abhi tak nhi aaya.

Trackon status on my AWB no says that my pan card has been dispatched on 8/6/2022. Its been a month and I still havent received the pan card yet.
I called the office multiple times, no one is answering the calls. The customer care service is not responding. There wasnt any information regarding the status also. I haven been waiting for the pan card since a month. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible since it is a matter of high urgency.

I called Mr Megharaj from Ballary Trackon courier services due to delivery enquiry but without asking any consignment details he started using very roude & rough language like is is there Appa Amma are there are not for that consignment. Kindly advise him some professional language how to talk with customer when they call .

I have parcelled my laptop from indore to bangalore via trackon courier service but when i recieved my laptop in hand. it was damage from right corner completely, case is broken. sender had packed this pracel properly but due to external pressure during transportation it was broken

I have ordered apple watch and band from jalandhar caseloon and it was packed well, when i reciced the parcel it seems to be opend and recived only strap and tge watch was missing from box

Pan card not delivered for more than 10 days. Deliver urgently awb[protected]

My PAN Card has been not been delivered and tracking status shows out for delivery since 01/07/2022. I tried to contact with the customer support but they no response.
The package was at my city on 30/06/2022.

I were to recieve my PAN card through courier for which I recieved an SMS on 22nd June 2022. Trackon couriers were assigned for the job and the expected time of delivery was in around 2 or 3 days. However it took 10 days for the courier to arrive on 2nd July and the delivery man charged Rs. 30 Without any receipts. When asked for receipt he informed there will be no receipt for this charge and said we had to physically go to the Tambaram post hub to collect the courier for no charge to be levied.
Additionally I would like to condemn the IT department of the government for giving the courier job to such unreputed, poor service couriers companies.

The pan card got dispatched on 24th June, 2022 and it reached my nearest hub on June 29th, 2022. But it hasn't been delivered yet. The govt must not send the important documents via these kind of courier services which offer poor services
