Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

My courier was marked (in their tracking site) as delivered even though I had not received it. After waiting for a couple of days, I reached out to the merchant and eventually reached the TrackOn courier support.
1. They shared a photo of a paper which marked my courier as delivered and a 'delivery signature' which had my first name initial and last name (misspelt) written on it. [Whatsapp conversation on numbers:[protected],[protected]]
2. Upon telling them that this wasn't my signature, they gave me the contact numbers of their Domlur (Bangalore) office - there were 2 numbers. One landline, one mobile [Link: https://goo.gl/maps/2p1amYXyDJLfc6XG7, Phone numbers:[protected],[protected]]
3. I had called both the numbers repeatedly and they have been disconnecting my call or haven't been picking up the call.

I had applied for pan card on pan card on 18 oct. It was sent to my hone address through trackon courier. This was sent from govt of india on 27 oct is not yet delivered to me. Track on courier are refusing to deliver to my home address. I am worried if they have lost the pan card also. sasaram trackon icharge misbehave and told that he will not deliver...

The awb tracking shows that the consignment has been delivered but it hasn't. It has been a long time since I ordered but I still have not received my order. Please look into the matter and do the needful

The pan card was dispatched by NSDL on 12th of October 2022
and the consignment was arrived in my state. Still it has not reached to my home. It has been more than 17 days since the item have not reached.
still my consignment is undelivered. I am also going to file a complaint to Chief income tax commissioner.

and when i searched my update in Trackon Couriers Pvt.Ltd they have updated in their system that (it"s been delivered)

I handed over a box of sweets to be delivered in South Delhi and which was supposed to be delivered before Diwali.

The parcel was handed over 20th October and the promised delivery was 22nd October 2022. Until today i.e. 24th October the parcel is still not delivered. The online tracking is showing same destination for last couple of days. No one is answering any calls and there is not other way to communicate. The complaint tab on their web portal is also not working which means they don't want to listen to any complaint or inconvenience to customers.

The entire objective of sending the package early has lost as having that Diwali sweets on Diwali day is not achieved.

The company should stop giving false promises and excuses if they are not equipped to bite more than they can chew. When the international deliveries i.e. US or Canda are happening in 3/4 days why can't this company deliver a parcel in Delhi even in those many days.

They should refund the entire amount charged for services.

Consigment no[protected] not yet delivered (PAN card). It has arrrived at destination on 15th Oct lying idle there for more than a week now. Tried lodging a complainton their website, no response. Tried calling customer care at Mumbai no response. Pl help

My Consignment number is - [protected], Form last 5 days the item is reached to destination hub but till now i haven't received my items.

Nsdl dispatched my pan card via trackon courier private limited on 30-sep-2022 and the package arrived at Dehradun on 3-oct-2022, delivery was prepared for Mhow city on 04-oct-2022 and still, they have not been delivered to my location, its 18-oct-2022 now.
So, I kindly request you to deliver my courier to my location as fast as much as possible because I need it urgently.

Pan card has still not been delivered to me. Consignment number is[protected]. The pan card was dispatched by NSDL on 10th of October and the consignment arrived in my state on 13th of October. Still it has not reached to my district. Though the distance between Patna and Bhagalpur is just 243 kilometres and it takes only 6 hours to travel . It has been more than 4 days since the item reached patna, still my consignment is undelivered. I am also going to file a complaint to Chief income tax commissioner of Bihar .

I recieved message that my pan card was sent with trackon i can track it but in am unable to track it it says AWB I'd is not valid but this is the I'd which I received in message

My courier with consignment no[protected] is still not delivered. It shows as delivered with signature when I track consignment in trackon courier website.

This is happening for the second time that the courier is not delivered and it shows as delivered in the trackon website.

Please look into the matter and try to sort out the issue as soon as possible.

I have purchased goods from dev craft of jaipur he give me tracking receipt of trackon showing he send goods thru that courier company but we dont get on seeing in net about status it show it delivered in other city this is false and mislead work done by vendor and in doing this persons of trackon courier jaipur branch is also involved pls be aware help me in this issue

I have applied for PAN Corrections online to NSDL site for which Pan card was generated & dispatched on 04.10.2022. Current status of delivery is showing as Out for delivery from 06.10.2022 but still not delivered. Tried calling customer care service but no response from customer care office. They even don’t bother to call back or reply to messages.
Worst ever service. Why such courier is selected by Govt authorities. It seems that they are misusing the documents by forging the documents.

I have been alotted trackon awb number but it is showing invalid when i enter it on trackon website.

I have sent a courior to delhi with consignment no[protected] and it is showing that the courier is delivered but the person whom i have send this courier hasn't received it yet i have contacted to the customer service but my issue is unresolved and it was so important courior and it has gone were i don't know.

Nsdl dispatched my pan card through via trackon courier private limited on 27/9/22 and package arrived at my nearest hub on 29/9/22 still not delivered yet i called several times but no response from customer care service. Now it is saying R.T.O. DUE TO consignee not receviced phone without any communication.

Nsdl dispatched my pan card via trackon courier private limited on 28-sep-2022 and the package arrived at Indore on 30-sep-2022, delivery was prepared for Mhow city on 01-oct-2022 and still, they have not been delivered to my location, and Now, they on 7-oct-2022, showing that R.T.O Due to no service available.
So, I kindly request you to deliver my courier to my location as fast as much as possible because I need it urgently.

My name is mohit and I have dispatched some packaging material which was around 22kg. It was so urgent so I ask to deliver the material fast by air from a company AMIGO SOLUTION they sent it by Trackon. They charged me rs. 125. I was dispatched my material on[protected] from Delhi and it was delivered on[protected] in Aurangabad. Now my customer in Aurangabad asking to trackon, why his material came so late, So they were telling The material is coming by surface. Trackon is not going to hand over material without paying air charges although material received too late and came by surface. I have consigment copy as proof clearly mentioned mode of delivery by air and coming by surface.
Facing so much problem please hand over the material and charged surface rate. Thats all what I want as your loyal customer didnt expect a service like that from trackon.
