Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

My parcel was shipped from SURAT to HYDERABAD by Trackon Courier on 14th August via docket number [protected]. It is 23rd August and no parcel delivery. Their customer care numbers are either non existent, not answering or continuously busy. On their official website, the submit complaint window is disabled and no update on the status of my parcel.
Please ask trackon courier to deliver my parcel immediately else l will be forced to initiate legal proceedings against them in the consumer court.

Please close your company if you can't response to any call or mails. Track on is only creating problem to its client by providing goods so delay. My goods has not delivered yet. Worst service provider in the world you are. This is the first time i was using this service.
On 20th aug i parceled my product from vadodara to mumbai and it hardly takes 2 days for normal delivery in any other courier services but in trackon its been 3 days and the goods haven't delivered neither they are attending my call or responding to mails nor i can track it online. My tracking number is [protected]. Call has never been answered by trackon. Tracking details are not updated. Will never use your service again and never suggest anyone to use this service... Worst experience ever.

Slip no. [protected], I have sent courier on 9 aug18 bti to mohali.But not reached due to office shifted.first of all office is not shifted, then Courier returns to ambala and then bathinda. But i have not received yet. I have visit so many times in bathinda Trackon office at hospital bazaar but they said we have not received. We dont know where is courier. I need the document which i sent. When we call ambala trackon office then they said courier is sent to bathinda office. Plz do the needful

Courier was booked on 13th aug 2018 from jaipur to kolkata but has not been delievered yet.. The contact numbers are not reachable and the courier had been lying in kolkata r. O. Since 16th aug.. There is no proper response from executives.. This is not at all expected from a courier company.. If this is the kind of service you are providing, we will have to stop booking commercial couriers with trackon

I did courier to Hyderabad on 8th Aug 2018 docket no. [protected] and till date it's not received. I called on customer care daily they say it will be delivered today but it never gets delivered. Also online nothing is updated.
It's my 3rd experience with trackon and same issue. I don't want to raise the complain to consumer forum but if it happens not to be delivered I have to as its my clients package.

Document [protected] returned back to Jaipur from B5/18 GF, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi 110063.
Mr Tikkam from Jaipur office confirmed that parcel will be received on 21.8.17 but nil response inspite of 100 Calls on various no's.Pl resolve the issue.

Trackon emplyee dugesh chaudhury ([protected]) has received order of prime but he has sent it through speed post, knowing that its urgent item but still he was continioisly lying me for which i have suffer a lot, due to non delivery of item on time i have to face problem with an interview and also he is misbehaving with his custumer very rudely.
Request you to take strick action against him as this kind of emplyees are the reason for bringing negative good will to the orgainstion

The Said Document not delivered as yet, i.e.20-8-18, whenever your tracking status showing deterrent time to time .
what is reason? Reply immediately .

Packet is lying in noida office since 13.08.18 but yet not delivered. Worst service ever seen. Even noida office not responding properly.

- the shipment contains my transcripts of college degree sent by the professor from bhopal on 9th august from trackon courier which was supposed to be delivered by 12th august. Once it was not received, i have tried reaching trackon courier and none of their numbers given on the website is working.
Pathetic customer service.

Even my professor is also trying to reach from bhopal. Those documents are very important for my studies. Need those urgently.

I want to tell you that your service is stupid and pathetic.

My courier has reached it's destination hub on 14th august and today is 18th august and still i didn't received my courier.

Am trying to connect them since 14th but no had picked up. They disconnect my phone.
Finally when they received my call today they inform me that they don't provide delivery to my address.

Why didn't they let me know all these. I am waiting for last 4 days.

And the girl who picked up says it's not our job to inform..

Your service is stupid

My goods has been delivered from delhi to dhanbad (Sindri) on 12/08/2018 but yet not received. Even no call has been received by the customer care service also, despite many calls all calls are disconnected by them. My goods has reached to ranchi on 14/08/2018 at 14:50 hrs but still not reached to dhanbad. Kindly let me know that how much time will be taken by trackon to deliver goods from ranchi to dhanbad (Sindri). Goods has been booked from the name of anandi prasad.

I made a courier on 11 aug 2018 from chandigarh sector 44 office of trackon, which was very very important to be delivered on 14 aug 2018, so i had chosen their prime service, they assured me that the courier will be delivered by 13 aug, on the same address which was pre confirmed by them,. But on 13 aug they did not even tried to call the receiver of the courier, and only massege on their track website was, that the address is out of reach, and your courier is returned to delhi, because of their carelessness i faced so much problem. Because of that courier i lost near 20000 rup, because the document inside the courier was so much important, india's worst courier company is trackon. I am going to make a legal case against them soon. My order id is 9174250

17.07.2018 on hyderabad insurance institute of india couried a demand draft to my address & it delivered to chennai tambaram hub office 21.07.2018. They didnt fullfill tgeir promises. From till now i didn't receive dat courier from them. And now they are telling they might missed it. I hope that u serious notice of this complaint. Pls do me a needful thing. Pod no is [protected]

We have booked parcel for greater noida with docket no [protected] dated[protected] at nehru place (Delhi) branch to mr. Krishna [protected]. Same has been reached at greater noida hub on[protected] but still same has not been deliveerd to client place. When we have tried to call concerned person of trackon greater noida praveen mob: [protected] instead of paying opology for delay delivery.. He is challenging that nothing would be done.

You are requested to take adequte steps as this belongs to one most reputed food chain (A prime customer for us) material in parcel worth rs.5000.00

Hello, i sent critical documents to karvy computershare, hyderabad - 32 on 24 july 2018 through trackon from pune awb number [protected] which is shown as delivered on 26 july 2018 with receiver company stamp as per the update from trackon. When asked for pod, i was mailed pod with the stamp on some different awb number and not mine. I have been calling their customer care number since 10 days on this. Their is no update or deadline given to solve this. Everytime i call, i have to explain the same thing to a new customer care executive since they do not know any such complaint i made on call and they simply say it has been delivered and your request for pod is done so complaint is closed.. They do not give written or sms confirmation or the complaint. How stupid is this when the receiver has not received it, pod given is wrong and they say it is resolved. The critical documents were sent with a deadline to reach karvy and i am left with only frustration and passed deadline to send documents. I want justice, either find my courier and deliver it or give me right pod or return my 85 rupees charged for sending 10 gram weight of documents.

My friend sent a courier on 8th August from Delhi paying 280 rupees for speedy delivery.
Tracking no [protected]. Saturday the parcel was at Vasai node.the packet contains expensive plants. This morning I.e 13th August parcel received at Thane Naupada. When contacted the branch the operator replied rudely that the packet will be delivered tomorrow. When questioned her about courier being prompt service she said do what you want. We shall deliver only tomorrow or you come and collect the same. Then why do we pay Rd.280 ?
Some time later spoke to a person supposedly senior manager. He informs that one day they deliver in kolshet area and the other day its vasant vihar.
Government says plant trees. And this is the attitude of the courier people.
If the plant is dead by the time the courier is delivered. Trackon is liable for the loss and also mental harassment.
The concerned people please take note of the same.
