Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

Mr. Rajesh of track on courier whitefield, bangalore branch spoke very rudely and callously when asked about a courier which had not reached me after 8 days. The online tracking clearly showed that the courier had been delivered to the whitefield depot on 23 aug, 2018.

The courier had a rakhi, which will have no value after the occasion. But mr rajesh not only spoke rudely and insensitively on the phone but also mentioned - 'courier people are delivering 50 courier a day; now it is 200... So much volume' and 'you are wasting my time'

Such people don't deserve to be in customer service dept. Or in businesses that are of a service nature

My courier reached visakhapatnam branch (Dondaparthy) on 14/08/2018 but not yet delivered until today i. E. 25/08/18 delay by 11 days. When i reach people over phone lady present over there is very careless and rude to answer saying no manpower to deliver we cant deliver until new manpower recruited she dont want to deliver my courier after so much of discussion atlast i assigned my people to collect my parcel now. I said i will lodge a compliant they were like do whatever you want to do. Website complaint option is disabled and customer care is not responding at all.

Rakhi is being sended to siliguri from kota (Rajasthan) and it reached siliguri on 16th itself and still had not been delivered... I want to ask what is the reason behind this...

Y u ppl take some many orders when u cudnt deliver them on time.. This is wat how you ppl work and u say we send things on time... Y ur team doesn't gives priority to customers...

I booked trackon courier for delivery of rakhi on 17th august to secunderabad and bangalore from ropar, punjab. There is no updating of tracking information from last 2 days for bangalore consignment, from 23rd august tracking shows 'out for delivery'. When trying for 50 times the mobile no of concerned authority at bangalore hbr layout hub, he is giving vague excuses that it is not possible to deliver at the given address, they were not at all polite in their words.
Customer care is also not able to track and reach to the concerned person and ask them to deliver at the earliest. When i booked the consignment from ropar, here they said it will hardly take 5-6 days to reach to the destination. I regret using 'track on courier' and suggest you all to not trust this poor service provider.

Dear team, i have sent a courier on date 14.08.2018 from ludhiana to jabalpur via airway bill no [protected]. The said courier is not delivered till date i. E. 25.08.2018. Even after 11 days trackon is failed to deliver the courier and even it is not updated online.

This is pathetic and can be called as waste of our time and money and people are not even answering the calls.

In my view you should do brain storming and can take decision to close this firm as you trackon is not capable of serving and delivering couriers on time.

My order is not received till now..It was supposed to delivered to me by 24 the August.

It's in Bangalore (Mdiwala) hub from 24 th August, buy they are not delivering it.

That courier has Rakhi inside it.

I sent a courier through trackon "prime track" services (Tracking no: 9122028) from noida to pune.
After 3 days, the website tracking system is showing that this courier has been "signed and delivered" but it still hasn't reached the destination. This is illegal. They are telling lies on the website tracking system by claiming that the recipient "signed" the courier reciept. I challenge them to show me the signature.

Apart from this also,
The "complaints" link on track-on website is a dummy link, you can observe that from the tooltip also. The link will point to the already opened page. So, basically they have disabled the complaints section. This is ridiculous.

All the customer care numbers are either switched off or automated answering machine cuts off abruptly.

Is this is bogus company?

There is literally no way of contacting them or complain about them.
They are spreading so much lies as mentioned and they are not even afraid of doing this.

My sister has couriered me rakhi through trackon courier on 13th august 2018 with docat no: [protected] from palanpur, gujarat to marutikunj, gurgaon, haryana.
The trackon company has not even tried to deliver but returned back saying that address not found. The complete address with pin code and nearest landmark was mentioned on envelop but they have not tried to deliver even they hold my courier at badshahpur-gurgaon office for three to four day and returned without tried once. If they book any courier they are bound to deliver because it was rakhi and very special to me.

I couriered a envelope from (Saharanpur[protected] on 18aug to udhna (Surat[protected] trackon id ([protected]). But there is no status update after delhi airport. When contact to courier again he says at that pincode no trackon service available. Where is my courier? My courier will be delivered or not? My contact no. [protected]

I ordered a consignment from delhi and the shipment was sent through trackon courier, tracking no. [protected]. The consignment was for 20 pieces of apparels, but when i received the package and opened it, i found that 2 pieces were missing. On contacting the sender, i was informed that they had send all the 20 piecesbut i received only 18. On checking the cardboard box, i found that the side was tampered and trackon tape was used to fix it.

It is very unethical for a courier company to do such kind of business. It's a shame that companies like trackon get away with such incidents. I will never use their services ever in my life and will discourage people from doing so.

Im just fade up of tracon service of gwalior.. They alws delay my parcel.. When im track n find that parcl alrdy reched 5 days before bt they didnt delver... They alws given excuse.
Today my parcel arrived at gwalior bt wont delver i need tht for rakhi spl bt they say ll delevr it on monday.

I said. It ll no worth for me that after rakhi. Thn u pick up ur self.

My parents has send parcel items from solapur to bangalore in track on courier on 14/08/2018. In bangalore it reached on 16/08/2018 and later it is transfered to madiwala hub on 19/08/2018. As on today 24/08/2018 also the parcel is not delivered. when we called to customer([protected] ) care number, no one will lift the call. As per the records the madiwala track on courier has listed the phone numbers [protected] and [protected]. Landline will not connect the call always. Mobile number either always engage or disconnect the call. Even i have sent message to the cell number on this.

we have paid 280 Rs as courier changes it is equivalent to the travel from solapur to bangalore train charges.

Description of incident : - we had couriered rakhee from mumbai by trackon couriers on 18th aug and it reached bangalore on 21st aug. They were suppose to deliver it by 22nd aug. But the rakhee is still not delivered. On checking with them their managers were very rude and was not taking any responsibilities. Request you to please resolve this issue and get the courier delivered urgently.

Trakon couriers have collected two packets from our office have delivered only one they have misplace one packet worth of rs 18, 000 now we are continuously following up with trakon couriers and have talked to the director of trakon couriers mr. Yogendra kumar dabas on his mobile [protected] but he was talking to me very rudely and not ready to give the compensation, i am really fedup with this courier company and really wanting to file a legal complaint against it.

I had sent a courier on 16th august from lucknow to gurgaon but till date it has not been received. Packet was having very important documents of official use. Online tracking is also not showing any update. It is showing as tracking id "not found".

This is to inform you that we had booked the consignment on 16.08.2018 from dehradun to haldwani, docket no. [protected]. Consignment reached at your haldwani office on 18.08.2018. But from that day your courier service provider not delivered the packet to our dealer n. P. Electricals, tikonia road, haldwani.

Our dealer regular call him from 18.08.2018 for delivering the consignment but every time he told him that today i will deliver your consignment positively but still not delivered.

Please look into this matter. I will deduct your payment in next bill because i have huge loss due to not deliver the consignment on timely. And i will discontinue your service.

You executive mr. Rameshwar doesn't know how to talk to with their customer.

We have couriered consignment from our agro life science corporation - kathua to kamla nagar delhi on dated 20.08.18 docket number - [protected]

After doing so many follow up mr. Rameshwarm - [protected] at the end confirm me that the consignment has delivered on 23.08.18 evening positively but when today morning dated 24.08.18 at 10.00 am when i called him that courier is not delivered yet so his behavior is very rude he asked me to call after 12. Pm and said company will not working according to the customer. His voice much loud and he cuts the phone while am talking to him

Is this the way to talk with your customer??

I booked parcel for urgent delivery on dated 16/08/18 and assured me will delivered with in two day as ... but passed 7 days till not deliver parcal ... customer care not reply and answer propery ...my experiance is bad...
ONE OF THE WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER SEEN

Hi,

My courier came to akrudi on 20 and when i reached them.they told.me that it will be delivered to you by Thursday i.e 23 and in the evening at 6.30 pm when i called them.to get an update he told me to call back him.in 15 min, i called him approx after half an hr around 7 to 7.15 pm.he switched off his phone and i dropped msg also he is not respomding. I urgently needed that courier but your service is worst.
Please help me to get my courier.
