Vary bad service as consignent is very important for every one,
The congiment has booked on 19/8/2018 from patna and it has reached to kolkata but after a week rakhee has not reccievd to me. Given contact no. Is switched off, nothing is updated. They are making fool. After visited office in saltlake kolkata, the employee is unknown of consignment and they have no any clearifiction.

Very bad sevice, careless pepole. Why tracon is working, kindly close your service if you cant provide better.

My sister namely smt neelam has booked an envelope of rakhi from ghaziabad to allahabad on 20.08.2018 booking no. Is [protected]. But it has not been delivered at 12.25 hrs on 26.08.2018. I kunvar bahadur has contacted with mr. Surya prakash at allahabad on phone about my booked item but he has not responded properly and created a nusense on phone. Please look into matter and send a feedback on my email [protected]@yahoo.in

The item i have delivered has not delivered on time and there is no response from track on courier pvt ltd. They are not responding to my calls and also not giving appropriate timmings. This is the worst service. And if action will not taken. Then surely i will take this case on high terms. And i will complaint regarding to it on every social sites to make this service down cause of non delivering of my item on time and non responsing to customer care office and the city offices

Very disappointing that i am not been able to send rakhee to my brother in khetri nagar though i had sent my parcel on 19/8/2018. I think its worst courier service in india. I will let it know to every one via media. I'll make sure no one in my contacts uses such poor courier service. We've been able to contact since soo long but still no solution to the problem.. Vide pod number [protected] & [protected]. Now they are saying we are not able to deliver the same to khetri nagar. They are returning back to jaipur. Im very disappointing. No use of rakhee send by trackon servive. The reprensative start absuing to us, they told us after 5 days we are not able to deliver the parcel to the destination place.in trackon website 333504 area is in service area but they are denining not in our service area. Very worst service

Parcel was dispatched from patna on 18th aug 2018 with id — [protected] and i can see from tracking number that it had reached bangalore on 20th still till date it is not yet delivered.
Whenever i contact customer care either they are busy or if i am able to reach then they will say today morning or tomorrow morning courier will get delivered.
Today when i went to trackon courier whitefield hub office they said they don't have parcel and in there internal website they can see parcel is with domlur office, after asking so many times finally they gave number of domulr office, spoke to lady and she told your parcel is out fo delivery and gave courier guy number, courier guy name is leo, i called leo and was told he does not have parcel as he only deliver parcel in specific area and my area does not come under him and he actually does not have my parcel, he called me back and said domlur people called them back and enquired whether he took parcel or not.

This is a clear negligence of parcel from trackon domlur and whitefield team, additionally external website shows some different information and there internal website shows different information.

How bad service is from trackoncourier.com it's soo bad it's from the patient that i deliver bt till now it is not deliver never go through track on services choose another better services. It's a 10 days now my food supplement is not delivered. What the hell the service is resolve my problem. Even the courier services not pick my call also so bad service plz deliver my courier tomorrow. Any ways i complaint this courier service form consume forum.

Rakhi is being send for chetak motors, jamshedpur from hisar on 18 august... Still not delivered.. And the most irritating thing is they are not picking the call. At least u should pick up the call and tell us what's the reason behind it or what's the status of the parcel. Rakhi has no value after the festival, just hoping that u will understand, that it's not a normal parcel as it is for rakhi that comes once in a year and many emotions are being attached to rakhi. Hoping that u will make it deliver by tommorow any how...

All are showing in there respective area since 21/ august/ 2018 still those are not getting delivered.

All are rakhi and i have were expected to be delivered latest by today.

Tried every possible number displayed on there website but all are showing invalid.

Mr. Rajesh of track on courier whitefield, bangalore branch spoke very rudely and callously when asked about a courier which had not reached me after 8 days. The online tracking clearly showed that the courier had been delivered to the whitefield depot on 23 aug, 2018.

The courier had a rakhi, which will have no value after the occasion. But mr rajesh not only spoke rudely and insensitively on the phone but also mentioned - 'courier people are delivering 50 courier a day; now it is 200... So much volume' and 'you are wasting my time'

Such people don't deserve to be in customer service dept. Or in businesses that are of a service nature

My courier reached visakhapatnam branch (Dondaparthy) on 14/08/2018 but not yet delivered until today i. E. 25/08/18 delay by 11 days. When i reach people over phone lady present over there is very careless and rude to answer saying no manpower to deliver we cant deliver until new manpower recruited she dont want to deliver my courier after so much of discussion atlast i assigned my people to collect my parcel now. I said i will lodge a compliant they were like do whatever you want to do. Website complaint option is disabled and customer care is not responding at all.

Rakhi is being sended to siliguri from kota (Rajasthan) and it reached siliguri on 16th itself and still had not been delivered... I want to ask what is the reason behind this...

Y u ppl take some many orders when u cudnt deliver them on time.. This is wat how you ppl work and u say we send things on time... Y ur team doesn't gives priority to customers...
Am calling they are not picking the fones

I booked trackon courier for delivery of rakhi on 17th august to secunderabad and bangalore from ropar, punjab. There is no updating of tracking information from last 2 days for bangalore consignment, from 23rd august tracking shows 'out for delivery'. When trying for 50 times the mobile no of concerned authority at bangalore hbr layout hub, he is giving vague excuses that it is not possible to deliver at the given address, they were not at all polite in their words.
Customer care is also not able to track and reach to the concerned person and ask them to deliver at the earliest. When i booked the consignment from ropar, here they said it will hardly take 5-6 days to reach to the destination. I regret using 'track on courier' and suggest you all to not trust this poor service provider.

Dear team, i have sent a courier on date 14.08.2018 from ludhiana to jabalpur via airway bill no [protected]. The said courier is not delivered till date i. E. 25.08.2018. Even after 11 days trackon is failed to deliver the courier and even it is not updated online.

This is pathetic and can be called as waste of our time and money and people are not even answering the calls.

In my view you should do brain storming and can take decision to close this firm as you trackon is not capable of serving and delivering couriers on time.

It's in Bangalore (Mdiwala) hub from 24 th August, buy they are not delivering it.

That courier has Rakhi inside it.

I sent a courier through trackon "prime track" services (Tracking no: 9122028) from noida to pune.
After 3 days, the website tracking system is showing that this courier has been "signed and delivered" but it still hasn't reached the destination. This is illegal. They are telling lies on the website tracking system by claiming that the recipient "signed" the courier reciept. I challenge them to show me the signature.

Apart from this also,
The "complaints" link on track-on website is a dummy link, you can observe that from the tooltip also. The link will point to the already opened page. So, basically they have disabled the complaints section. This is ridiculous.

All the customer care numbers are either switched off or automated answering machine cuts off abruptly.

Is this is bogus company?

There is literally no way of contacting them or complain about them.
They are spreading so much lies as mentioned and they are not even afraid of doing this.

My sister has couriered me rakhi through trackon courier on 13th august 2018 with docat no: [protected] from palanpur, gujarat to marutikunj, gurgaon, haryana.
The trackon company has not even tried to deliver but returned back saying that address not found. The complete address with pin code and nearest landmark was mentioned on envelop but they have not tried to deliver even they hold my courier at badshahpur-gurgaon office for three to four day and returned without tried once. If they book any courier they are bound to deliver because it was rakhi and very special to me.

I couriered a envelope from (Saharanpur[protected] on 18aug to udhna (Surat[protected] trackon id ([protected]). But there is no status update after delhi airport. When contact to courier again he says at that pincode no trackon service available. Where is my courier? My courier will be delivered or not? My contact no. [protected]

I ordered a consignment from delhi and the shipment was sent through trackon courier, tracking no. [protected]. The consignment was for 20 pieces of apparels, but when i received the package and opened it, i found that 2 pieces were missing. On contacting the sender, i was informed that they had send all the 20 piecesbut i received only 18. On checking the cardboard box, i found that the side was tampered and trackon tape was used to fix it.

It is very unethical for a courier company to do such kind of business. It's a shame that companies like trackon get away with such incidents. I will never use their services ever in my life and will discourage people from doing so.
