- the shipment contains my transcripts of college degree sent by the professor from bhopal on 9th august from trackon courier which was supposed to be delivered by 12th august. Once it was not received, i have tried reaching trackon courier and none of their numbers given on the website is working.
Pathetic customer service.

Even my professor is also trying to reach from bhopal. Those documents are very important for my studies. Need those urgently.

I want to tell you that your service is stupid and pathetic.

My courier has reached it's destination hub on 14th august and today is 18th august and still i didn't received my courier.

Am trying to connect them since 14th but no had picked up. They disconnect my phone.
Finally when they received my call today they inform me that they don't provide delivery to my address.

Why didn't they let me know all these. I am waiting for last 4 days.

And the girl who picked up says it's not our job to inform..

Your service is stupid

My goods has been delivered from delhi to dhanbad (Sindri) on 12/08/2018 but yet not received. Even no call has been received by the customer care service also, despite many calls all calls are disconnected by them. My goods has reached to ranchi on 14/08/2018 at 14:50 hrs but still not reached to dhanbad. Kindly let me know that how much time will be taken by trackon to deliver goods from ranchi to dhanbad (Sindri). Goods has been booked from the name of anandi prasad.

I made a courier on 11 aug 2018 from chandigarh sector 44 office of trackon, which was very very important to be delivered on 14 aug 2018, so i had chosen their prime service, they assured me that the courier will be delivered by 13 aug, on the same address which was pre confirmed by them,. But on 13 aug they did not even tried to call the receiver of the courier, and only massege on their track website was, that the address is out of reach, and your courier is returned to delhi, because of their carelessness i faced so much problem. Because of that courier i lost near 20000 rup, because the document inside the courier was so much important, india's worst courier company is trackon. I am going to make a legal case against them soon. My order id is 9174250

17.07.2018 on hyderabad insurance institute of india couried a demand draft to my address & it delivered to chennai tambaram hub office 21.07.2018. They didnt fullfill tgeir promises. From till now i didn't receive dat courier from them. And now they are telling they might missed it. I hope that u serious notice of this complaint. Pls do me a needful thing. Pod no is [protected]

We have booked parcel for greater noida with docket no [protected] dated[protected] at nehru place (Delhi) branch to mr. Krishna [protected]. Same has been reached at greater noida hub on[protected] but still same has not been deliveerd to client place. When we have tried to call concerned person of trackon greater noida praveen mob: [protected] instead of paying opology for delay delivery.. He is challenging that nothing would be done.

You are requested to take adequte steps as this belongs to one most reputed food chain (A prime customer for us) material in parcel worth rs.5000.00

Hello, i sent critical documents to karvy computershare, hyderabad - 32 on 24 july 2018 through trackon from pune awb number [protected] which is shown as delivered on 26 july 2018 with receiver company stamp as per the update from trackon. When asked for pod, i was mailed pod with the stamp on some different awb number and not mine. I have been calling their customer care number since 10 days on this. Their is no update or deadline given to solve this. Everytime i call, i have to explain the same thing to a new customer care executive since they do not know any such complaint i made on call and they simply say it has been delivered and your request for pod is done so complaint is closed.. They do not give written or sms confirmation or the complaint. How stupid is this when the receiver has not received it, pod given is wrong and they say it is resolved. The critical documents were sent with a deadline to reach karvy and i am left with only frustration and passed deadline to send documents. I want justice, either find my courier and deliver it or give me right pod or return my 85 rupees charged for sending 10 gram weight of documents.

My friend sent a courier on 8th August from Delhi paying 280 rupees for speedy delivery.
Tracking no [protected]. Saturday the parcel was at Vasai node.the packet contains expensive plants. This morning I.e 13th August parcel received at Thane Naupada. When contacted the branch the operator replied rudely that the packet will be delivered tomorrow. When questioned her about courier being prompt service she said do what you want. We shall deliver only tomorrow or you come and collect the same. Then why do we pay Rd.280 ?
Some time later spoke to a person supposedly senior manager. He informs that one day they deliver in kolshet area and the other day its vasant vihar.
Government says plant trees. And this is the attitude of the courier people.
If the plant is dead by the time the courier is delivered. Trackon is liable for the loss and also mental harassment.
The concerned people please take note of the same.

I have sent many conference certificate via Trackon courier (on 16/07/2018)and it has not reached the destination even after 1 month. No response when i tried to contact their customer care. Following are the consignment no.

Request to kindly take action against the Trackon courier service.

The subject doc [protected] addressed to ss paradise, flat 104, near maharaja furniture, munireddy layout, second main horamavu, bangalore 560043 has reached trackon hsr layout hub on 7th aug, subsequently it was told in a day or day it will be delivered by them [protected]. Where as till today it has not been delivered to me in the above mentioned address. No proper response again from there or from their delivery man samundar [protected]. It is unfortunate to complaint like this, that a courier which is in bangalore is not delivered even for a week days.

My tracking number is [protected]. My packet booked by Forever Living Products Naraina is yet to be delivered at my doorstep thought it has reached Bhubaneswar on 8th August 2018 as per online information. The local courier (Bhubaneswar) people does not respond and only give assurance that the parcel material will be delivered soon. I think it is high time to give instructions to your branch office at Bhubaneswar to give better service on delivery, it is only harassment for the customers.

Traking id-[protected].I didn't got my bonus recap certificate(forever living products) till not and your service is not responding I have to deposit it in bank it contains a cheque of money so please do something I think your illiterate service lost it or mis placed it. I want money and the cheque is dispatched through your courier and please be respondible you service should deliver documents by getting sign of the consumer. Okay

As per the tracking, it is obvious that my consignment has reached miyapur hub on 11.06.2018 and one delivery attempt has made on 15.06.2018 and another on 25.06.2018 but it was not delivered. Everytime when I call the Number provided on tracking, one person used to lift the call and gives a reason whatever comes to his mind like - "Delivery Boys Shortage", "I'm Sending the Courier now itself", "Delivery Boy left the Job", "Delivery Boy told it was already Delivered" etc.,

Hence, it is requested to clear the issue ASAP as it was already delayed more.

Hiii sir/madam i received courier from punjab tracking number [protected] in that my courier pack 2 dresses are missing. I complaint to local trackon office in hanamkonda, warangal his name is sridhar but he is not responding.. One of the waste service by trackon in hanamkonda warangal... Pls solve this issue as soon as possible or refund my amount...

This parcel was booked on 2nd august 2018 from ludhiana and reached sanpada hub on 6th. Same day it was showing out for delivery but till date it was not reached at destination. I tried to call all numbers which are available over websites but either not in service or not correct. Some of those are ringing but no response from either side.
Today i got another mobile no. Which was connected but person told me to call around 11am.
I think if trackon is not efficient to handle this, they should back out but you don't play with persons emotions.
In view of this, i feel trackon is the worst courier service and i will never use service by trackon.

Courior on the name of mr. Rajeev kumar pod no. [protected] which was dispatched from hdfc bank ltd solan branch himachal pradesh on 25th july 2018 and shown deleivered in system on 26th july 2018. But it was deleivered by courior boy mr gagan to a wrong address. Which he commits himself that he deleivered it to a wrong address. But after 15 days the trackon courior team not take any action to provide the courior back they are taking it very lightly. And in that courior major documents are there which costs in lacs.
So kindly take an immediate action to provide the courior back

Mene 31/7/2018 ko parcel book karwaya per abhi tak wo parcel received nahi hua lekin tracking status delivered bata raha hai delhi call karte hai hai to kehte hai jaha se book karwaya hai waha complian karo mumbai jaha se book karwaya mumbai ka lower parel ka no. Hi koi utha nahi raha hai koi jawab hi nahi dena chahte hai... Plzzz resolve my complain as soon as possible.

I (Prasenjit GARGVANSHI) am really disappointed with the kind of service Trackon has provided me.
A courier was consigned with tracking ID [protected] from pathankot to Lucknow on 1st Aug itself. It contained certain very critical document barring which I have suffered loss of Rs 24000.
My point is :
1. Why has it been returned with reason 'No such person found' when I live in this for last 25 hrs

2. And if I wasn't available, what stopped the co. Calling me to double confirm.

3. A packet which is received at local Trackon office on 3rd August is returned on 4th. I call upon the local guy upon looking the comments, he says we sent it back how wait till it reaches the sender again. Aweful.

4. I try to call on Delhi ofc on no. [protected] but it gets disconnected no sooner you press 1. I tried 8 times..

Plz have some empathy for customer..

Plz resolve and get my courier back fast if possible.. Although I have little hopes from the kind of service I have received till now.
