Greetings
मैंने trackon courier से 28/7/2018 को एक courier (Track no [protected]) pune (महाराष्ट्र)भेजा था, ambala cantt haryana से (120/- charges)
अभी तक party को वो receive नहीं हुआ। न ही site पे कोई update हुआ, सब से बड़ी बात एक भी टेलीफोन no. ऐसा नहीं जो working जो, जहाँ से कोई जानकारी मिल पाए, आज 10 दिन होगये है, कोई पता नहीं मेरा courier कहाँ है।please help me to track my courier.

I have been following your team for past 20days and i don’t know for what the hell you are having customer service number and office. No one responding here properly.. I don’t want your service anymore. But if you are truly a corporate company please help to collect the parcel on the same office (Karol bagh) i no need your parcel service anymore. And please acknowledge me that my parcel is there or not. I think your courier stealing every parcel of the customers and sell it to another party. I need my parcel immediately do this favour. My courier id [protected] sent from jaipur to bangalore on 27th july, 2018. But today 2-8-2018, courier does not received at destination. I talk jaipur centre, branch office and bangalore office, but they could not known about my item and don't satisfied reply. Please provide me actual details, date and time to deliver my courier at destination on my email and mobile no.

I sent my products in ahmedabad through trackon courier service from jamnagar it's been 5 days gone no response from courier department my customer didn't receive my products when we call no pick up very bad service if you guys don't able to provide good service then you should shut your business nobody giving perfect answer about my products when my customer will get parcel nobody knows and not giving any response

My employee has book some urgent material from chandigarh to ludhiana on 28th july and today is 1st august 4 dayz since material is not recieved ... Slip numbr is [protected]...how bad service u r providing ... Chandigarh to ludhiana is only 70 km since 70 km u took 5 dayz how u delivr parcel to 3000 km it will took aprx 30 dayz ...

It is sent by air then why it has still not deliver to client in Ahmedabad
courier person told it has sent by air then I don't know it has sent by air or surface, please confirm urgently, now courier person has not picked the phone, I m feed up with this situation.

I Delhi we have good experience to work with trackon but now it is too disgusting, we recently start own business and think to hire for our courier service trackon vendor but after this situation how can I trust trackon guys.

Please take urgent action on this.

My company has booked some material from Ahmadabad to Indore & Ahmadabad to Jabalpur by 23/07/2018 & 19/07/2018 which details are 1) AHM TO INDR - [protected] & [protected] & 2) AHM TO JBP - [protected] but till date this material is not delivered to us and when we try to call to respective location office it's always not contactable which contact details mentioned in mail.

This courier started on 27th from Surat. It reached in Vaishali & nobody is picking call. Customer stays in Kaushambi which is nearby. Plz deliver this as soon as possible. As its very nearby y customer is not able to receive courier???

Whenever i call in customer care i always get wrong repaonse or nobody picks call. Is this a kind of a service???

Plz have a look on this & deliver tye courier asap as address is perfect.

They are not receiving call ND hardly they pick and not providing any information... 1 week hogaya hai or courier doesn't reached at my home and while tracking shows attempt at secondary address... We are at home no1 Has come to give parcel... What d hell... I want reply asap...

My courier was dispached on 23-7-18
Reached my city on 24-7-18
After that they did not deliver my order . When i am calling them, they are saying this order will be deliver by other area, and other area branch courier service saying thi will be deliver by other. I am being haraased from last 6-7 days, this is all between zirakpur - baltana branch,
It cost me around 20000 per day.

If it not deliver in time then i have face very big problem.

Trackon Courier is very worst courier in this world specially in india . my parcel reached bhopal Madhya Pradesh 24/07/2018 . they send parcel with seeing proper address or pincode . my address is was near panchvati market and they send parcel at panchvati colony 20-25 km far from my house. when i gone to head office of trackon they said your parcel had gone to city side . i told them to bring my parcel back after that next day i went to courier office they said now your parcel is not came come in evening after that i went in evening i was their from 2 hours after that they said that your parcel is lost we are searching for it will tell you in 27 july 11:00 am but till now they don't response anything till now they saying you can register your complain but how can they do this parcel is very important for me

During my 1st conversation with them i asked them 1000 times giving them my address and pincode whether it will delivered to my home doorstep or not, otherwise i will go with some other packers and movers. That time they assured me that it will be delivered to doorstep surely. And then i decided to give them my shifting luggage. Accordingly they took around rs.12000 to shift those luggage from bangalore to domjur (Howrah) (Pin-711405). Now after my luggage reached howrah hub they are asking me to take it from there to home by myself. Either i want them to deliver those to my doorstep or i want my money back. I am going to take this case very seriously. This is not the first time with them. Previously one of my friend also had to suffer for the same. I am requesting you to take strict action against these fake people immediately. The person's (Who told us that luggage will be delivered to doorstep and took money) number is [protected]. His trackon office is near to ms ramaiah college gate, bangalore. My consignment numbers are [protected] and [protected].

My self mohan singh pundir working at acme generics llp, manpura, nalagarh, hp (Pin:174101).
This is to inform you that i have ordered some life saving medicine from faridabad. Which were shipped on dated 17.07.2018 through trackon courier docket no.[protected], and reached at your nalagarh branch office on dated 18.07.2018 as per status available on your site.
When we contacted your branch office (Friends colony, nalagarh), your representative told that courier is available with him, but refused to deliiver on my address. He asked me to collect from your office. I also get agree to collect it from your branch office, and to show/ submitt my aadhar card as a proof of identity, but they refused to give me my courier and asking me to submitt a letter with company stamp as a proof of identity.
As it is my personnel courier, company also refused to provide me declaration letter for identity for courier receiving purpose.
I am suffering a lot without these medicines, and your branch office is harrassing me. Request you to pl. Help.
