My parcel has not been delivered to the address sent niether it has been returned to me.. I've sent it on the 18th of june and it's been 2 months i haven't got any update from the service. The mobile number mentioned is switched off all the time so it's unable to contact that courier person. The online tracking shows that the parcel is back to kanpur and it was back on 26th june but no one cared to inform or return it back to the customer. What shifty service is been provided by trackon.
Kindly see to the issue and return my order back to me because the service is hopeless..

The service in hyderabad is pathetic. All the staff are rude to talk. They are lazy to deliver from miyapur to lingampally which takes 20to 25 mins. After several times making and trying to call they say we do not deliver to lingampally. You can talk to head office or secunderabad office. Head office is yet to send me the complaint number. They said in 5mins i will get complain number. It is more than 2 hrs. The parcel is in miyapur branch since 3days. Most of the time the lines are busy or not reachable.

This parcel has been dispatched since 16th july from delhi to noida, however have not been received till 23rd july.

I have made multiple calls to the company after waiting for several days, and didnt had a great feedback. They promised 2 deliver the same day but nothing happened despite of telling that its a legal document and needs to be delivered on priority.
Infact there was a very rude response by the guys that they dont care about complaint and i should go ahead and complaint wherever required.

This delay has caused me a loss of 10 lakh rupees.

Need quick action as 10 lac is big amount.

Courier no [protected]... Date..13/7/2018.. Muktsar to jalandhar... Weight 21kg... Material ladies suits and lehghas... Mob number...[protected].. Muktsar to bathinda update is there but from bathinda to rajpura there is no up date... We wait for 5, 6 days. After that i asked from our courier shop.. He told me that courier is missplaced..... My courier cost is about 120000... Plz help me..

Parcel tracking id [protected] is not delivered till date although the package has reached Kolkata hub on 11th of July 2018 as per the tracking report. We called on [protected] enquiring the delivery but the guy who picked the phone was extremely rude and told he can't give any information

If this is not taken seriously by Trackon Couriers'.. we will be bound to put it up on consumer court.

Consignment no. [protected] dispatched dated 9 July 2018 and [protected] dispatched dated 26 June 2018 had not been delivered yet. When called at customer care either no one received the call or they receive and disconnect. Even when called again the line was busy for almost an hour. And previously also when I called, attendant way of talking was very rude and before listening to query they cut the call.

I have called them so many times.. what they cd say is wait. How irresponsible they are. If the last destination is pathankot they must check there.

Also I have been tracking the courier from so long. I tried calling them so many times and they dont pick up the call.

Atleast they could get a hold of people in pathankot and ask them.. resolve my issue else return my payment for the same.

This complaint is regarding a parcel sent via Trackon Couriers. (ID - [protected])
Parcel was dispatched from Gurgaon on 11/07/2018 and reached Mumbai Hub on 14/07/2018. Till date it has not been delivered and is stuck at VASAI.

We have been continuously calling on [protected] / [protected] and no one picks the call. The parcel was very urgent and we been waiting and waiting from last 5 days.

Please get this resolved at the earliest .

Parcel delivered to some other place. Consignment number [protected].the person to whom I sent didn't receive the product. How come courier person didn't call the number nd blindly deliver to someone. The sign and number was fake. I need the parcel to be delivered to concern person right away, Plz do need full. I need a solution as soon as possible coz it's been 1month I sent this parcel

He is such a rude, lazy fellow, ill-literate with no good behaviour. He said he come come chalera imside gali. But i haven't asked him to my home. I asked him to come outside the gali near atm that is what the address is.!! If he dont wanted to come then y did he picked up the package. I requested him to come chalera atleast. But he refused saying if you want the courier come to the office or i m gonna return the same. Misbehavioured. Doesn't know how to speak to a lady.. This is how you train you delivery boy?!! If so than such a shame. People want money for just doing. Kindly take action on it or i m gonna call headoffice for such behaviour. I want reply from you guys..

I send courier through Trackon on 07/July/2018 from Jaipur to Gurgaon and many followup with trackon team and complaint on 12/07/2018 complaint number is T100445.

today is 14/07/2018 but still courier not received.

I have not received my courier as expecting it to arrive two days before. When I call ur ofc he said come nd take it form our ofc which is far form 12 km. When I pay u shipping charges how can u said dis nonsense.take necessary action to the center .Please escalate this and look into this issue urgently.

Pathetic courier service my courier booked on 5 July not delivered till date and when we call on your number customer care no body respond and if we call delivery office no body tell anything

Product reached mirzapur at 9 july2018 but not dispatched to address and when I contact to courier misbehaving with me I m a government employee and product is very important to reach 10 July but not received on date . please.take necessary action to the center .orther wise me take a legal action to your staff .

I have a Consignment with the details as shown in the attached image booked on 28 June from GHAZIABAD for the Pune Address.

On the tracking status section of the Trackon website it is showing that it has arrived on Pune on 30 June.

But It is not yet delivered on the address.

I have contacted the phone number given on the website but the Person who is picking the phone is not being helpful and even after following for 3-4 days he is not giving us any status and keep on saying that it will be delivered today.

Now, on 12-July he is saying that it is already delivered, but I have not received the package.

Please investigate, additionally all the helpline numbers of Trackon keep disconnecting the calls.

I have sent a package with some imp documents from shahdara to pritampura delhi the tracking number is [protected] its been 6 days they are giving me a runaround and said that the documents have been delivered by them while asking whom they have delivered they don't have any answer for that.

03 jul 18 as per ur records.Since jul 07 i personally visit to sector 68 kumbra ur office bit it was closed.Manny time conctracted office staff mob no.[protected] and [protected].And [protected].Till now only assurance is given not letter.If co.Is not capable to deliver the letter.Than kindly close such offices.Office is .5 km away from my address.Responsible person may politely be intimated for necessary delivery.The letter is marked as highly important. Thanks a lot

It is very bed experience. I am Aashish And my consignment number is 8589950 I was send it on 2 July 2018. And has been delivered at 7 July 2018. But something was lost in product who I was sent for Rampur Bushahar Himachal Pradesh.
My phone was lost in the way someone has stolen it. It was oppo a37fw cost of rate - 90000
Where I hv sent it for delivery, there they have not found it.
It is very very bed experience for me. And I corrier first time to Trackon. I will never trust on Trackon and Trackon service.
It is very bad service. And in the future I will never send anything by Trackon, because it is not trustable.

I have sent the courier on 4th July'2018 from Delhi to Fatehpur on below address through Trackon couriers tracking no. [protected] :

In this courier, I have sent three packets of medicines.

The courier was delivered to the consignee on 7th July'2018 afternoon. When the consignee opened the courier, the 2 packets of medicines were found missing in that packet.

Only one packet of medicine was available in that courier and from that packet also someone has taken some medicines and that packet was also open.

The two packets of medicines which were stolen from my courier cost Rs.4000.

Request you to please look over this matter and compensate the amount Rs.4000.
