My friend couriered a gift for me from pune on 12/11/14 via Trackon Couriers Air Service with confirmation delivery on 14/11/14 in Greater Noida. Courier delivered on 17/11/14 and the packet was opened. The gift packing was removed. Shirt was destroyed and the wallet was missing. The courier company enquired for 3 days then didn't responded properly. SHAME ON YOU TRACKON THAT YOU STEAL EVEN MATERIAL COSTING Rs. 500. Whats the use of having courier services if we dont get our material.

My parcel was collected from Prathmesh residency by my friend in Andheri west with 3 pants and one wrist watch. A guy name Ravi collected the parcel. I was to be couriered from Mumbai Andheri west to Basti 272001 . I received the parcel in good condition . On openong the parcel i could not find wrsit watch coating around 7000 Rs. from last one and half months i am following up by mails and phone. Intially i received repmys from Ms. SWATI and Mr. Yash sharma from Delhi and Mumbai. But now they do not reply to my messagds from last one month. A guy name Yogesh [protected] knows the parcel as it was collected from my frirnds residence. My friend always used Trackon to parcel the courier for few months. Mr. YOGESH [protected] first told that he wil give my wrist watch back as it was npt parcelled. Now he does not responds to my call. Infact for last few days he is not reachable.

Dear Trackon Logistic's Team, I have dispatched an order through trackon logistic's on 8th November my Consignment id is[protected], which is booked from katihar to varanasi.. today i want to track my consignment but there are no any status shown about my consignment detail for this purpose when we contacted at [protected] trackon people they doesn't know about my shipment and talking in bad manner i just want the status of my consignment kindly revert ASAP.. Booked parcel from chandigarh on 15th october for destination 29a, friends colony west, nd-65 and yet to receive it. (Tracking id[protected] When i contacted them at their community center office ([protected]) i was informed that they have delivered it at new freinds colony instead of friends colony west to some person named mohan with no identity or mobile no and untraceable (Where as my name is rajiv hooda). And promised to retrieve it back and deliver it to correct address. But to my surprise after following up for next seven days they simply refused to listen to me and said we have already delivered it. They gave me phone no of the delivery person which was fake. The address where they claim to have delivered refuse to have received any such parcel.

My Parcel was dispatched from Patna on 21st Oct and reached Pune on 22nd October. However, the same has not been handed over to me despite me getting calls regarding the shipment delivery. The delivery boy has been calling me to Bavdhan, Aundh and again Bavdhan, but stops receiving calls after a while. This is really frustrating as the parcel has some urgent document.Managers name is Aslam.

Hi sir/madam, This is regarding complaint about TRACKON COURIERS. One item was sent to delhi from jaipur on 20 oct from TRACKON couriers and it is not delivered till yet also no status is displayed for the same on their website, this is the second time same thing is happening with me. Courier no[protected] Before this 3 months ago same thing happens with me by the same courier company at that time I myself collected the courier by going to there delhi office and at that time employee misbehaved with me.

Dear Sir, Kindly note that the parcel booked under AWB No.[protected] on 16/09/2014 (scanned copy of Receipt is attached) from Mumbai to Kolkata has not been delivered till date. Also there has been no update on your tracking website about the parcel having the mentioned AWB No.(Snapshot Attached) I have contacted your Mumbai and Kolkata RO several times over the phone and also sent a complaint to both by email on 26/09/2014 but there has been no improvement on the situation. Today I called up Mumbai R.O. first who gave me the number [protected] of a personnel at Kolkata R.O., who informed us that the parcel has not reached Kolkata yet. Then, on calling Mumbai RO again, they asked me to contact the franchise where the courier was booked. On contacting the franchise they said that the parcel is probably misplaced and they cannot help us regarding this. Please note that the parcel contained a wrist band of approximate value of Rs. 5000. I request you to either Deliver the parcel to the destination intended or return the parcel to the consignor or compensate the material value within the next 48 hours. We have courier a materail form kanpur to chennai thru docet no.[protected] & 796 on dtd. 10.10.2014. But still courier not delivered. When i checked on online the status is not updated showing. Kindly look into this matter & try to understand how the important this matter.

t was a parcel shipped from delhi to hyderabad. the delhi office responds well and gave the number of the hyderabad office. Been trying to call the hyderabad office number if it the fone rings no one answers it and after which it continuously says it is busy as if the phone is kept aside. the online tracking website has not been updated. i have no idea where my shipment is or when i will receive it.The phone numbers given to me are [protected] have always been busy.. they seem to have taken off the receiver from the base. [protected] does not exist [protected] does not exist [protected]- does not exist i do not understand the audacity of your customer care to give me wrong and invalid numbers. even the company website holds a number for tirupati reddy when i checked my pin. Even that is a wrong number.

My Tracker No.[protected]. I was couriers from Supaul (Bihar) to Sawroop Nager (Delhi) dated on 31st Sept.-14, but not deliver till time. I contacted call centre & Azadpur hub centre given contact person mobile No. but not given positive response .i have called many time at office no.& Mobile No. Track on couriers is providing the worst courier service, Even the normal post is faster than this courier service. I believe even a bullock...

Shipment no.[protected] in tirunelveli was supplied wrongly to the competitor, because of this I loss 1 lac orders monthly. Remove these types of franchies for ur development, my company is in baroda i only recommend this courier for my area,

Delivery details are not being updated on regular interval, consinments of the places where even no service of your's availbale are been taken. I ROHIT BAJAJ RESIDENT OF JAIPUR HAD COURIERED SOME IMPORTANT AND URGENT BOOKS TO MY FRIEND CHANDAN PATNI WHO IS A CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT AND NEEDED THE BOOKS IMMEDIATELY. I HAD COURIERED IT THROUGH TRACKON COURIERS PRIVATE LIMITED WITH TRACKING NO.[protected] ON 22 SEPT 2014 AND PAID THE PERSON 280 RS WHICH WAS VERY HIGH AS COMPARED TO THE MARKET BUT I HAD PAID HIM BECAUSE I WANTED URGENT DELIVERY.TILL DATE THAT IS TILL 30 SEPTEMBER 2014 THERE IS NO UPDATE ABOUT THE PARCEL AND IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED.THE PARCEL HAD EXPENSIVE BOOKS.AND ON CALLING ON 25TH SEPT 2014 ON THIS NO.[protected] WHICH HAS BEEN ON THEIR WEBSITE AS GUWAHATI OFFICE SOME LADY HAD PICKED UP THE CALL AND ON REQUESTING SHE SAID IL DELIVER THE COURIER TODAY ITSELF.BUT NO ONE DID.THEN I AND MY FRIEND KEPT CALLING GUWAHATI OFFICE AGAIN AND AGAIN AS THEY HAD REVIVED THE PARCEL ON 24TH ITSELF AS THEY TOLD US.ON REPEATED CALLING THEY ARE MAKING DIFFERENT EXCUSES FOR DIFFERENT DAYS.MOREOVER THEIR SITE DOES NOT GET UPDATED IN MONTHS.FROM PAST 5 DAYS THEY HAVE NOT UPDATED THE STATUS OF THE COURIER.I COULD HAVE SENT IT THROUGH BOOK MAIL BY THE POST OFFICE AS WELL WHICH WOULDNT HAVE COSTED ME MORE THAN 50 RS AND THAT TOO WOULD HAD BEEN DELIVERED IN 5 DAYS MAXIMUM.THESE PEOPLE ARE CHEATERS AND THEIR LICENSE SHALL BE CANCELLED. trackon courier varanasi But i did not received correct information of
my shipment yet, Please arrange delivery of my rto parcel on shipper
address Priority basis.yesterday i Contacted varanasi trackon courier
on number -[protected] they rudely ans me and disconnected my phone
Even the staff in the trackoncourier service is very arrogant.
Request to take action on the concerned people or else I am sure it
will affect the business of trackoncourier as people. I will not send
anything again and will surely stop others too. Please arrange
delivery of return parcel to shipper address on urgent basis, i am
not in mood to do more mails, reply me in a days. other wise we will
take legal action on this matter

i sent a courier to delhi on 25 th september 2014, though i was not aware of this courier services due to urgency i trusted on them and sent it.till date i have no information on my courier and the tracking showsa weird information (it shows it went from pune to delhi and then to mumbai and back to pune).i had some important documents and no one even picks up the call at the given numbers.this is a fake company who fool people.

I hv sent a courier to my boss at rohtak on 15th July.till date he hvnt got the courier that courier had bills of 2000/- which were supposed to reach him before 20th July. bill no.[protected]. Please help me

Despite of calling so many times, local representatives are not serious & not delivered my paper doc till today. Single time they had entertained me thereafter they disconnecting my calls or switch off their mobile. Contacted so many times to their head office but they have attitude as their local ones. All are indulges in careless, pathetic approach.

Tried to contact varanasi, aligarh, agra, mathura delhi but no solution found. Mailing to their customer care delhi, first they don't pick the call & on mail they take to reply after 4to5 days. they reply on "WE WILL UPDATE YOU SOON". So many time they had replied this ony but no solution is being provided.

Therefore i am complaining here so that i can get justice.

On 28th September 2014, I received a call from a delivery boy (+91 ) saying that he is there at my residence to deliver the courier. However, when I told I was not home, he started throwing tantrums and said either ask a neighbour to collect it or come to the office to collect it as I don't have time. He used a rude and aggressive language. When I wanted to complain to his boss, the lady boss was much more ruder and irresponsible. She said I am returning the courier and do what you want to do. Hi I booked 2 Couriers from Trackon Couriers for Bangalore Location on 30th Aug 2014 . The receipt given to me had the Different Consignment Numbers . The one which was of Sharad[protected] and was delivered was in Name of Rajesh[protected] and the one which wasnt Delivered was in the Name of Sharad as per the receipt. On 9th aug also[protected] wasnt delivered The entire day went tracking but nothing happened as the receipt i got was wrong . and when i Went to the Agency of Trackon From where i Booked i.e Friends Shop, Shop No 46, Sector 21 D Huda Market, Faridabad. they Told us it was on hold As the courier company didnt have service to that particular location. They knew about it from day one but didnt bother to inform the receiver or the sender thats me nor did they bother to return it on time . Had they done so I would have even recieved the courier back n resent it through a other express courier who had thier services in that location . And when i complained they said they will deliver it only on Monday to the other location which i was telling them to so that my brother could have collected it . Till date i have not recieved the courier not have i recieved any apology for the same for the inconvinence caused instead the way they talk over phone is like that are obligating us and say there are thousands of rakhi i cant call every customer . 1. If they didnt have services to that particular location they should not have accepted it . 2.It had the name n address as well as phone number of both the sender as well as receiver they should have informed i would have made some arrangement to get it collected before rakhi from trackon's nearest office. 3 If they knew they didnt have services there they should have returned back my consignment the day they came to know that its not thier area and should have send it back to me within time as 11 -12 days were good enough for me too to send it back by other courier which had services there . 4.Even after making so many calls no one even bothered to call back . And they stopped recieving my calls .

I sent 4 Rakhi on 1/8/2014 on behalf of my 10 months old daughter (from Panchkula) to 4 years old son of my only brother (to Allahabad). Because its 1st rakhi of my daughter so I sent on silver Rakhi (worth 900) and 3 others but they so called deliver it on 7th, anyway thats not the issue Actually I was shocked when my brother told me that he got only 2 Rakhi when sent the pictures of them I got to know he received only cheap Rakhi the Rakhis worth (1000) were missing from the packet anyway worth was not the money but the sentiments attached to the thing. How could one do such crime. I want the culprit caught and fired immediately and want the Rakhis before 10th. Please take some action immediately.
