My PAN card reached the HUB on 25th Feb. I was contacted by a representative from the hub stating the courier cannot be delivered to the address as they do not have door step delivery. Courier address is my home address and the hub is 13 kms away from the address.
I lodged a complaint on their website on 28th Feb, until today there is no update/response on this.
I am calling every day since 1st march, to their customer care, every time they say will call back with a resolution, but no response/action taken.
I also dropped a mail to their customer care email if on 1st march, same result - no response.
Such a pathetic customer support. I had stated clearly that I am not available at the address and my aged parents cannot travel 26kms(to and fro) to collect the courier. I ham not sure what will happen to my PAN card

    I am not able to track my courier since 2 days, and it shows details not found even though i am typing the right awb number. I am getting very anxious plz help

      My pan card was dispatched by NSDL on 7 Feb 22 but it was not delivered yet more than 23 days from dispatch.
      Acknowledgment Number:[protected], [protected]

      My pan card is urgent.
      Please resolve this issue.
      I tried to contact Trackon Couriers but then don't pick call and also contact Aaykar Sampark Kendra ([protected] ) but no use.

      NSDL Please change Trackon Couriers, lot's of complaints against them.

      My address is very simple, only plot no. (which is 12) and area required and there response "UNDELIVERED DUE TO ADDRESS NOT FOUND / IN-COMPLETE / REQUIRE CONTACT", Amzon, Flipkart and Post office everyone delivered parcel without any problem but Trackon Couriers unable to find my address. @NSDL, @Trackon Couriers Please take this issue seriously.

        Trackon Couriers Pvt.Ltd.
        My pan card was dispatched on 26.02.22 through Trackon Couriers Pvt.Ltd., but it has not been delivered yet. When i tried to track my delivery status, the trackon courier website showed invalid tracking number and details not found error. When i tried to file a complaint, they are saying the AWB number is not correct AWB is[protected]

          My PAN card is dispatched by NSDL through this trackon courier, it shows out for delivery for past 20 days, and i not able to contact them also, I have raised compliant in their portal also And the Trackon Complaint No.C2080071 is given by them, and no update from them

              Pan card was dispatched by NSDL on 23rd Feb from Mumbai! Its been more than a week and i still haven’t received the pan card despite the delivery location being mumbai itself!!

                  I had ordered an electronic equipment through courier service Trackon prime track express product vide consignment no.16960098 on 24 feb, 2022 from Agra to Lucknow.
                  It was urgent on next day but they deliver it on 28 feb, 2022 at 1600hrs.

                          I applied for PAN CARD on NSDL's site and they informed me that they sent my PAN CARD via TRACKON. But whenever I'm trying to track my PAN CARD on TRACKON wed site it shows that AWB number is invalid. So I want to know where is my PAN CARD and I will get delivery.                             I am sending courier for urgent and they told they will deliver on next day prime service even after 2 days they didn't deliver and saying excuse and deliver boy saying you can complain any where I will delivery when I will come on your location side.
                            Note courier reach destination hub on next day but they are not giving delivery.

                            Worst experience.

                              My pan card dispatch on 15 feb and reached at my nearest city about 8 kilometres, i got call from e-mitra shop to collect my my pan card from them because they not delivering on my address which is mentioned on pan card. So i call trackon courier office for file a complaint even they also say you can collect from them or tell them to return and you will get by post.

                              So why pan not come by post at first, if government choose some private company to do their job why they not do it properly.

                                PAN card - not delivered

                                PAN card not received though status of AWB[protected] is showing that packet has been delivered. This Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd seems to be a fraud company as I can read similar complaint and even their contact but the are not reply, email id doesn't exist.

                                My PAN card was dispatched on 10th Feb 2022 was delivered to some Rupali Salunke, ph no... on 16th Feb 2020. it clearly shows that courier in SWARGET HUB after i have follow up every day but hi/she answer me same i will check and contact you .

                                  Please take the complaint very seriously against TrackOn Couriers.

                                  My PAN Card was despatched on 18th Feb from Mumbai for Ahmedabad, but their website shows no update after despatch from Mumbai.

                                  Their online website doesnt take complaint after 5.30pm (yes, even website doesnt take complaint) and customer executives on phone are sayin they are trying to resolve..

                                  Mumbai to Ahmedabad via Road is also 8hrs, via flight is 1hr. Since 5 days they dont have any update and any contact no given to us for Ahmedabad is non responsive.

                                  Under digital india initiative, if we fail to get PAN Card also due to courier company delays, its a very sorry state of affair for citizens and government should consider taking appropriate actions. PAN was alloted and despatched within 5days, but delivery is taking longer and there is no update also on the same!

                                      My PAN Card has been not been delivered and tracking status shows out for delivery since 12/2/2022. When tried to reach customer service no response on any of their numbers. Tried reaching Customer Care, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Delhi Hub contact number but no response from anyone.
                                      Don't know why does NSDL selects such a poor service partner to deliver important documents of the citizens. Why doesn't they go with India Post Speed post service which has always been reliable. Also, PAN Card service is not free service where NSDL doesn't have the liability for the citizen. Citizens are paying for the service and NSDL should ensure that PAN Card reaches to the destination address without any delay.

                                      After submitting the complaint, they called up and notified it will be delivered next day. First call from Trackon after Complaint was submitted came from this number +917032312417 (Karthick - Hyderabad). It was delivered next day. When I asked the reason for delay they said it being held by the delivery person since 10Days nobody is following up from them. It really a pathetic service provider. Not sure if NSDL eGov is aware of all these logistics issues in delivering the PAN. This is really serious concern as PAN can be misused if it gets lost by delivery agent.

                                      After submitting the complaint, they called up and notified it will be delivered next day. It was delivered next day.                                         I booked my parcel ([protected]) from trackon on 19 Jan-2022 from Trackon Kharar. Mrs. Simran[protected] booked my parcel and gave me a slip and told me the parcel would be reached within 4 days. The parcel contained the legal documents. On 14 Feb-2022 I learned that Parcel did not reach the destination. After I tried to contact the trackon customer care, and Chandigarh but none of them were/ are working. After that, I registered the complaint trackon from their website. On 21 I collected my parcel with an explanation "Address not found"
                                        I told them if the address was not found you should return me immediately. Who is responsible for this delay. They don't have the answer. Now my question is who will pay for this negligence. Due to their negligence, I suffered a lot.
