Please take the complaint very seriously against TrackOn Couriers.
My PAN Card was despatched on 18th Feb from Mumbai for Ahmedabad, but their website shows no update after despatch from Mumbai.
Their online website doesnt take complaint after 5.30pm (yes, even website doesnt take complaint) and customer executives on phone are sayin they are trying to resolve..
Mumbai to Ahmedabad via Road is also 8hrs, via flight is 1hr. Since 5 days they dont have any update and any contact no given to us for Ahmedabad is non responsive.
Under digital india initiative, if we fail to get PAN Card also due to courier company delays, its a very sorry state of affair for citizens and government should consider taking appropriate actions. PAN was alloted and despatched within 5days, but delivery is taking longer and there is no update also on the same!
Trackon Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

also when I try to call their customer care, nobody responds.. Its too sad and bad on their part..
