I have received a parcel with consignment number[protected] which was dispatched from Punjab to Bangalore.
However, One box of almonds worth 500 rupees is missing from the parcel. The delivery persons never contacted me during delivery, they just delivered the parcel at the gate. no signature, nothing.
On checking, I confirmed that the whole bag was packed with brown tape. But from one end, someone has opened it and then taped it with white on.
A Box of almonds was kept in a closed box containing jaggery. When I opened the bag, the box inside was opened and one box of almonds was not there. Is this the way how you operate your company? By cheating your consumers? This is not acceptable at all.
I need a full refund for this mistake on your end. I want trackon courier service to refund me the full amount worth the item which was 500 rupees.
