NSDL message-Your PAN card has been dispatched on 03-Jan-2022 by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card will be delivered in due time.

But while searching with AWB no getting below error in Trackon website while tracking.

Error ! Invalid Trackon No. / Detail Not found...!

My pan card was dispatched on Dec 28, 2021 but it has not been delivered yet. When i tried to track my delivery status, the trackon courier website showed invalid tracking number and details not found error. When i tried to file a complaint, the trackon courier site was not reachable and the other way which was to reach the customer care support was also unresponsive. They are just avoiding their by telling to contact NSDL coustomer care they help me.

that my pan card has been shipped through Trackon couriers on 25/12/2021. And a AWB number was provided for tracking. But when i tried to track my pan card, no record was found.

when we tried to call their number [[protected]] there was no response.

I have sent courier to Maharashtra nashik by air from delhi on 14th dec 2021 . It’s 22nd today still receiver didn’t get the parcel . I have been trying to call trackon courier at Maharashtra they are not picking up the call . From 16th courier is at same place, they are not delivering it to recipients address, despite of taking hefty amounts, and the mode of delivery is by air still my parcel didn’t get delivered. This is not the first time this has happened, trackon couriers services are not efficient, please address this issue
