Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

My pan card was dispatched on January 31, 2022 but it has not been delivered yet. When i tried to track my delivery status, the trackon courier website showed invalid tracking number and details not found error. When i tried to file a complaint, the trackon courier site was not reachable and the other way which was to reach the customer care support was also unresponsive.

My Pan card was dispatched through Track on courier. no one picks up the phone in customer care. My track on consignment number is[protected].

My pancard was dispatched by NSDL on 25th jan 22 but it was not delivered yet it's already 13-14 days from dispatch.
My pan card is urgent.
Please resolve this issue.
Or tell me how did I get my pan card.
As per tracking site it was in jajmau kanpur on 31st and today it is 06/02/22.
Team NSDL it's too irresponsible from your site.
As I saw there is too much complaints for trackon couriers why you were using this trackon courier services.
Please help me and provide me my pan card.

A parcel was delivered from panchkula haryana to Tuticorin Tamilnadu on 27 January, but not yet dispatched.
Customer care is highly unprofessional. No one is there to listen. Pls. Help

We have bought clothes for our relatives but size doesn't fit to them so to change they send it by trackon courier with urgent charges but trackon courier delayed too much and right now to the date of return is also close So I kindly request trackon courier to compassionate our loss.

My name is ankita my company Innovaccer sent me one parcel with the reciever name on it TEAM INNOVACCER, I do not have their tracking number. But person from trackon courier came to my society on 19th January 2022 at Ace city D-412 noida extension to deliver and went without delivering This is a fraud company. They do not deliver any courier. They do not pick up phone. They have made fake entries to boost their star rating. the parcel. Tried to call that person but his incoming services were closed. Now I am trying to connect again no response . After some days I received call from trackon service head office person asked me whether you received your parcel or not? I said no, he said ok I will get that deliver asap. After that no update neither i received my parcel nor any message or call.

I want trackon courier to solve this issue asap and deliver the parcel without any delay. As i saw many bad reviews about trackon courier on Google.So no i am worried. Kindly deliver this parcel .

Trackon courier not delivering Pan Card in Ahmednagar city. This is second time I am facing problem. If you are not willing to deliver then why you accept this service.

On the site of trackon courier it is showing pan card deliverd with signature but ihave not recived my pan card

[protected] ID shows delevered on trackon system, but not yet delevered to me. when call delivery boy he refused to give product and giving answers like product is not important and all. I think he put product with him for his own use and now giving wrong answers...

Dear team, my courier no[protected] yet not delivered. When I contact in nearest trackon office they have denied to me for the delivery & saying that pls contact to customer care. Customer care also suggest to me for contact to nearest branch. Online status is showing my parcel avbl in the my local branch. Pls suggest to me what to do right now ?

They lost my PAN card, or might have ?sold to scamers. Did not inform me either about lost card. Later on start putting blaim on customer for wrong address. Do not use track on courrier service . Fraud.

Dear sir we are from L.S INDUSTRIES REWARI ur pan card is dispatched by your trackon courier .but the delivery boy told that he could not deliver the the pan card on the official address they ssaid you pick from the trackon office .so u r requested to deliver the pan card at our office address

Received the following message on 25th January:
"Hi, Your Trackon AWB No[protected] has been Delivered on 22/01/2022 With Signature For Complaint or Query, pls Contact CustomerCare No.[protected]"
The courier never reached destination address of Ambajogai-431517. & Me the recipient never went to Latur to pick up the parcel. The consignment is being mishandles & been sitting at 50km away from destination for 15 consecutive days so there is massive delay in delivery. Also customer support wasn't very helpful in resolving my issue either.
I just want my courier.

I have called on this [protected] number of local Trackon courier Hoshiarpur office with POD [protected] regarding delivery of my courier the guy rahul told me product out for delivery when I say it too late he used offensive language with me and told me he is not answerable to till the time my consignment not delivered to me its 7 Pm

Dear team, I have applied for PAN from NSDL site & same has been dispatched through Trackon courier via token no.[protected] & same has been kept with franchies since 21.01.2020 . Neither they are delivering nor providing perosanally visited at site . Please look in & arrange for delivery at most priority otherwise i will initiate complain with NSDL site for such irresponsible services provided by you/your agents.

I sent a parcel in sept 2021 through trackon courier in Maharashtra pune but it delivered to lonawala
It was prepaid
I raised a complain but nothing done yet

The official of the trackon courier Guwahati said me that the books have been shipped from Delhi on 19th of January 2022 and will reach quality on 25th January 2022 but when I checked the tracking website then it showed that the package has already reached Guwahati on 22nd January 2022 and the trackon courier Guwahati is not responding to my call even after calling them 5 to 6 times at 10:30 a.m. I want my package as soon as possible to be delivered as I am in an urgent need of the books
