It's been one week that my pan card has dispatched and I am unable to track my item. It's showing item not found. I have my reasons and I need my pan as soon as possible. Consider this and deliver it quickly. AWB[protected]

Issue has been resolved. NSDL has changed the courier service to indiapost. If you have the same problem then tweet NSDL on Twitter or mail them through [email protected], [email protected]. NSDL will resolve your queries soon enough. And don't try to mail or call the Trackon services because they don't care about your concern and neither they reply on anything. Thats the WORST courier company I have seen. And I will update when my pan is delivered.

    Have ordered books from Delhi to Guwahati. It has been a week since the package has arrived at the Guwahati Trackon Centre but has not been delivered yet as shown by Trackon Courier Tracking. The package is very urgent. It's taking way too long. Pls look into the matter immediately. It's irritating

          Courier was booked on 26 Nov 21 from Delhi to Rohtak city area. Surprisingly after 8 days we have no whereabouts of doc and on website it shows out for delivery on 3 Nov 21. It contains very imp documents to be submitted at bank for continue pension. Please help and get them penalized for such services

                My pan card applied through nsdl was to be delivered by trackon couriers. The delivery status of which is now showing delivered with signature while I have not received it yet. Even after filing a complaint and various number of calls their is no response. The only response provided by them it was delivered to you on this date. I have not received it that's why I have called you why would I call if it is with me.
                Such irresponsibility with pan card. When I looked into it many people had the same complaint regarding trackon it is something to be checked on

                      I have 2 consignments one has reached nearest hub(booked on 25th nov). But the 2nd consignment(booked on 26th nov) has yet to reach(awb number :[protected].

                        I was supposed to receive my PAN card from NSDL which was dispatched with the help of Track on courier. Now, two days back I checked the status on Track on courier website, and it shows that the recipient was not available at their home whereas I was at my home for the last week. Now, I am not able to contact their helpline number, and NSDL says we have handed over the PAN card to the courier service for further support.

                          My pan card was dispatched on November 29, 2021 but it has not been delivered yet. When I tried to track my delivery status, the Trackon Courier website showed invalid tracking number and details not found error. When I tried to file a complaint, the trackon courier site was not reachable and the other way which was to reach the customer care support was also unresponsive.

                            This is very disappointed that the Trackon Courier services are not up to the mark. I have received the message from NSDL that my PAN card has been dispatched through TrackOn courier but the AWB no. provided to me is not traceable and its saying Invalid tracking Id and order details not found.

                            I would like to say that please be more responsible on delivering the Govt. official ID proofs and make it updated on website as well.

                            I would like the consumer complaints forum and Trackon courier to pay attention to my problem and get it resolved as soon as possible.

                              The courier was to Kakinada and person had to collect it from courier office. The courier person Prasanna Kumar said they can’t wait for the person and asked for additional delivery charges to be sent to Peddapuram. The payment was maid yesterday and the courier was to be send yesterday only but the courier person is not lifting my calls at all and not responding. He has given auto driver number but that is also coming switched off. Please look into it at the earliest.

                                My pan card consignment no. Was recently shared to me via nsdl after almost ten complaints, i tracked it and i see that it's stuck in trackon's Jsnakpuri hub since 12th OCTOBER!! It's 27th NOVEMBER today znd i still haven't received it on my address!!! Please send it asap. Im really mad at nsdl bad consumer support and trackon's worse delivery .

                                  This PAN CARD was dispatched from Mumbai one month back but is still now delivered at my residence, when we are checking the delivery status with the courier company, they confirmed that the documents returned back due to not identifying the delivery address, but last one month there is no calls from courier during their delivery & nobody came for delivery at our home .
                                  The courier company's explanation is completely baseless, they are making a false excuse.

                                    I had do a courier from Patna to Pune on 22.11.2021 in fast mode. But till date, Courier is not reached in given address:
                                    Shashwat Prateek, House - Cassim ID-19NS169, Talegaon Chakan Road, Induri Village Talegaon MIDC, Maharashtra-410507.
                                    Courier charges has paid Rs. 350/-.
                                    Consignment No.[protected] is written in courier racid. But, I have talk to courier shop man he has given real consignment number 16227251.

                                    In view of above, kindly take necessary action.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      As per the SMS I received from NSDL for PAN card delivery, the consignment with tracking number[protected] on TRACKON's courier site shows that it was dispatched to their "TNQWAG-WAGLE HUB, MAHARASHTRA" on 16/11/2021, however when I did not receive the consignment even after 7 to 8 days, I called TRACKON's Mumbai office (contact no. [protected] and [protected]) where Ms. Chanda responded kindly and helped me with further local delivery partners number[protected] SHIVAM ENTERPRISES, Thane). On enquiring with SHIVAM ENTERPRISES, a madam responded saying I'll get the courier next day (i.e. 24/11/2021 ) evening by 8:30 PM and I still did not receive the consignment. On calling back to SHIVAM ENTERPRISES, the madam said they will deliver it next day by 4 PM. Today on 25/11/2021, I got the call from SHIVAM ENTERPRISES's delivery guy in the morning at about 11 AM and he is saying cant come to my house to deliver the consignment and wants me to a near by shop to collect it to which I requested him to deliver it to my address mentioned . So he threatened me saying that if I want the courier I'll have to come to nearby shop or he will put it in the POST BOX and I'll get it after few more days. SO I called Trackon and requested to to look into it. Later in the day, the same delivery guy from SHIVAM ENTERPRISES called me and asked me to come down at the building gate to collect it from my buildings watchmen, giving me the reason saying "my building does not have lift" and he wont clink 4 floors..
                                      So I, again connected to TRACKON's office and asked them to look into it to which I still dont have any response. I've also raised a complain with TRACKON to look into the delivery issue.
                                      Please note that my building does not have any restrictions on any kind of delivery. The delivery guy was feeding Trackon's office with lies about my buildings security not allowing him to enter the premise.

                                      Also, please note that I've have been charged with courier service when applying for PAN card, so I expect the courier service to deliver the consignment at my house.

                                      MOST IMPORTANTLY, document like PAN CARD, AADHAR CARD, PASSPORT should not be handed over to building security or even neighbors for that matter and such documents should be handled with high responsibility by courier services.

                                      Hope your office can look into it asap.

                                      @NSDL team, according to the statistics of this website ( www.consumercomplaints.in), there about 2810+ complaints registered against Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd and only 365 are resolved, I sincerely do not understand why a govt. organization like NSDL should be using Trackon Couriers service.

                                        Trackon courier delivery hub refuses to deliver the govt document - pan card at door step and threatened that if i don't collect it from the courier office, they will return the document saying "recipient is unavailable"
                                        When i asked why cant they deliver at door step, the agents reply was - its not a part of their service. Then gave me the excuse saying they will deliver if the address in a max of 3km. When i explained that my address is in 3 km range they said they cant come to my area for just one document.

                                        Tried the trackon courier customer service, one number is not functioning and another number gets connected very rarely. I was lucky to get it connected twice and when i explained them the issue, they said they will make sure that the document will get delivered to me but refused to give me an acknowledgement no and kept me on hold for so long that finally i had hang up the phone after being on hold for 20-30 min. If they cant take complaint and provide a proper service - whats the use of their customer service?
