I got the AWB number[protected] from nsdl. But i am not able to track this in the website. Called customer team many times but no one picks up. Neither they reply on mail. It was dispatched almost 1 week before but no update from Trackon. Please expedite.

    I have a very important Thing out there in parcel with conssignment number of[protected] which was suppose to deliver on 9th november to Sivasagar from New Delhi and only the guy ensured me that it will reach only in that case i have choose these line instead Speed post but i am still waiting for it to get deliver and i tried to connect to the guy he told me its a vey=ry small city so its getting delayed i said what nonsence then why dont you inform me before you only insist and ensured me that it will reach and the great thing is i have sent another courier on the same day from post office to the same place which deliverd today even before track on also they cahrged only 660 for 6.5kg while track on charged me 1000 for 4, 5 kg, You people are there to making money by fooling people like this. I need my refund if its not deliverd by tomorrow max.

      My pan card was couriered via trackon couriers on 26th Oct 2021.
      AWB No :[protected]
      I have not received my Pan card yet.
      Online tracking shows last status of 29th Oct 2021, saying UNDELIVERED DUE TO NO SERVICE.
      I am not sure how to proceed in this case.
      This pan card is legal property and it should be delivered on time.

        My pan card was dispatched through Trackon courier on 19/10/2021 and it was reached at destination on 21/10/2021. Since it's 20 days above now it has not been delivered to my address yet. As it is an important thing how can someone be so irresponsible. I tried contacting the courier office, the person is not picking up the phone and when picked up he is talking in very abusive manner.

              I had placed an order for an original copy of my PAN card from NSDL on September. I had even paid 50 rupees for the same. But it has been 2 months since I received my stuff. I had called NSDL to enquire about the status of my card to which they said that my card has already been dispatched and if I had any delivery issues please contact the courier company. I tired to contact the TRACKON Courier company through multiple ways but all their numbers are either unavailable or not picking up. Please do help me with this issue. My PAN application

              I finally received my PAN card a few days back. I couldn't post regarding that cuz of a busy schedule. Consumercomplaints.in I can't thank you enough for your help. Thank you so much. It's a crime you don't have a larger audience, many people need to know about your service and your site.

                The NDSL pan card company dispatched my pan card via tracked courier.
                The delivery guy keeps canceling the delivery for fake reasons. Once he called on 4th Nov saying that there are a lot of PAN cards that they need to deliver so I need to come to a location to collect the card. I mentioned that I cannot come and asked him to deliver to my address for which I have paid and what he is supposed to do. He mentioned that he cannot and will return the card to Fatima Nagar and I have to then collect it from there.
                I received a call again today 9th Nov saying that because I am out of town, I need to collect the card from Fatima Nagar as he would be returning the card there. I asked him that who told him that I was out of town and he mentioned that the delivery guy called me and I told them. I did not receive any call prior to that and thus, I did not say that. He then said that I am lying because the delivery guy mentioned he called and he said that I told him. He then mentioned that they attempted delivery 6 times and could not deliver. He failed to mention that why he could not deliver when asked. Kept saying that the delivery guy called me and there was no one at the house and I told him so. My house has never been empty and we have been receiving multiple deliveries every day and not a single time any PAN Card delivery was attempted. I have not received any call except these 2 that I mentioned.
                I mentioned that OK I am at the house now. You can deliver it now. They said no we cannot. They are saying that I am a liar. Why would I lie about not being at home or not receiving a call when I am eagerly waiting for my pan card to arrive.

                They are making excuses for not delivering the card and asking me to collect it from the Fatima Nagar office.
                The tracking id for the courier is[protected].

                This is such a fradulent behavior and especially with such important documents like PAN card, it is unacceptable.

                  The PAN card had been delivered to my city's(Madurai) Trackon Courier Hub
                  on 17/10/21 and they have not yet delivered to me til this day 8/11/21.

                    Have applied for PAN card. When checked the status of PAN Card, it says delivered. But it was never delivered and the courier office never tried to deliver it. When I went to Courier office and asked, no response was received.

                      Hi Sir,
                      I book the urgent docket from Raebareli on 30th october to Gurgaon which reached at Gurgaon Hub on 1/11/2021 at 10:37 am with transaction number OGGNH211101 . We are regularly chasing to trackon company guy but till now not delivered the Package to consignee. Its sample for order which need to deliver to customer but due to delay i lost my order bearing the loss by only trackon courier services .

                            I have a courier from Dhanbadh to Kerala booked on 26/10/2021 via Prime Track, its a apple laptop the whole package weights around 2.9 kg they have charged rupees 1450 as courier charges including insurance, unfortunately the courier when I received is damaged its unusable laptop display need to replaced contacted the trackon customer care they given another number for prime track I forward all the details and images to that number via wattsapp but till today no response that number ([protected]) is switched off now, how can I resolve my problem

                                Hi, I am P.D. Jaiswal. My PAN Card Shipment was Booked on[protected]. On[protected] I call to Trackon Courier Service Customer Care Nagpur Branch Number but their Both Numbers is Out of Coverage then I call their Delhi Branch Customer Number & I register a Complaint then I have received a Complaint number by SMS (as shown in below picture). Today[protected] I call them again to know the Status of my Complaint and they are saying due to Festival reasons my complaint is still under processing.
                                I want @NSDLeGovernance please look into the matter and please do not use Trackon Courier in Future.
                                Please send my PAN Card as soon as possible.🙏🙏🙏

                                  My PAN Card is not delivered. It says out for delivery from 30/10/2021 but till now no delivery received.

                                    My PAN card has been dispatched on 14-Oct-2021 by NSDL via Trackon Couriers with bill no.[protected], but has not been delivered yet. When tried contacting them, my call was not picked up and the tracking status is also not updated after 18-Oct-2021. Kindly arrange for the earliest delivery of my PAN card.

                                      My pan card was dispatched on 6th October now it is 1st Nov but I haven't received it yet. NSDL customer care isn't giving a proper reply, trackon couriers numbers are invalid not able to contact them. MY tracking no. is[protected] When I tried to track my delivery status, the trackon courier website showed an invalid tracking number and details not found error. When I tried to file a complaint, the trackon courier site was not reachable and the other way which was to reach the customer care support was also unresponsive.
