Hello this is manali . It's around more than a month that I haven't received my pan card . I m trying to call but the said If it comes it will delivered to you but the problem is when I track my pan card it will go to the main hub . I don't know more about you but I know it's a trustworthy site I want you to take an action towards my pan card as soon as possible. Thank you

My tracking ID is[protected] my mother's pan card has not been delivered till yet it's already been a month. When I track it's location it shows Gwalior and it has not moved since 20 days

I sent courier on 21st Oct 2021.. and it's last update was on 22nd Oct in delhi airport hub... after that there's noo update of my courier ... please send it till 28 October 🙏🙏🙏🙏😟😟 it's urgent !!!

My couriour send by The institute of chartered accountant of India (ICAI) -delhi.
But i not receive such couriur till now and i contacts to many branchers of rajkot some ask call other number, someone ask i don't know, etc.. so nobody reaponse me!!!
Now, whai i do and what can i do ?

A parcel was sent to me from Delhi to Jaipur. The parcel was not delivered and on the estimated date of delivery a person from the courier service called me from his personal number at 7 PM and asked me to go to the office and collect it because he was busy and it was late. I told him that I wasn’t at home and to deliver the package on the next day if he was running late. The package hasn’t been delivered even after 5 days and after filing a complaint the status shows on that it was delivered. However, the package is still not delivered and no one is picking up the call when I try to contact their customer service.

This has been my second experience with Trackon. Earlier they had delayed some important documents for more than 10 days and no one at the customer service responded.

Absolutely pathetic courier service.

I had sent by express service a packet by Trackon Couriers from their outlet at Vyapar Kendra Market, Gurgaon on 11/10/2021 to Thrissur, Kerala. The person at the shop Shankar (ph [protected]) not only said express service was costly buy quicker but then did not deliver. He lied at first that the parcel was delivered, then that it was delivered to the wrong address and t hen that it was damaged and then stopped taking my calls. I want a refund of my money and shame on them for not such poor service.

I sent a COURIER dated on 21Oct dockate number [protected] but no details available online and dockate number [protected] . I am really frustrating from his behaviour I really make a complaint against him and his service.

My pancard has reached the final destination gwalior(M.P.) on 18/10/2021 .awb no is[protected] and I am able to track down its status but they are not trying to deliver my package .
I even contacted them via mail and customer care number but still no response.
Kindly help

My courier which was supposed to be received today is showing Undeliverable this evening.
Please help me to receive my courier.

My pan card was sent through TrackOn courier on 04/10/2021. Current status is showing delivered but it is not delivered to me. Very bad service as no body is picking call at Bhopal contact number.

Courier not recd.yet, , tracking no.is [protected] it shows on tracking status is delivered on Dt.15.10.2021. The fact is not recd.any parcel on this date.

My pan card was arrived at destination on 16/10/2021but it is not delivered yet at my address.when I track my pan card through tracking I'd it shows it was delivered.plz.send my pan card.

I have applied duplicate pan card, It was supposed to deliver, but without delivered mentioned in tracking it was delivered with signature. Called customer care 7 times but no response, fought with them more than a month finally they delivered. Now same thing happening with another pan of my family. Funny is now customer care number no one answering.
Don't know how Important ID proof like Pan card is deliverries happening with this bloddy Track On courier.

4 days ago on 16th of October, I, Shivani, had ordered a courier to Hardoi to one of my friend and even till now it has not reached its destination. The order number for the same is [protected]. I hope you will reply to this complaint or get that courier delivered as soon as possible. It will be of much help to me and to the company's reputation.

My and my mother's pancards are arrived at destination on 8/10/2021 and 27/9/2021 respectively. But this two cards are not delivered to my address . I called the telephone to hazra hub, but nobody pick up my phone call. I also called the contact person(subhas mondal, mobile no.[protected]) . But he also did not pick up my call. But today I again check the tracking status and shocked to see the comment ' undelivered due to consignee not responding to phone call' and my mother's card(track no.[protected] return to Mumbai hub. How is it possible? I didn't get any call from him(the courier person). But he wrote that I did not respond the phone call. He did not call me. Because by his word one day I did not respond his call, but two or three days I did not respond his call, it is not possible.
Pan card is such a important document. Trackon is very careless towards their services. They don't even respond their services. I don't know why income tax department giving them their items for delivery.

Please send our pan cards to my address as early as possible. My phone no is [protected].

For your kind information my sister's pan card would be delivered in this same address through another courier service which is applied with the above said pan cards in same day, same time. So my address is correct. There is no problems.

I have ordered on 6th of October but hasn't received the product yet

I was expecting a parcel from Ludhian to Siliguri having consignment No. [protected] which is showing as arrived at destination i.e. Siliguri since 11.10.2021 but has not been delivered to me till now on 19.10.[protected] Hrs) which is almost 8 days since the consignment has arrived in Siliguri itself. I have already approached your customer care executives twice and now that no. is also unreachable since last 02 days. So this is my las request to you to please deliver my consignment by tomorrow at destination address as I am in acute need of it thats why I got it couriered through private courier company i.e your trackon courier which seems to be reputed but i dont think I am gonna have same image as it is already 15 days since my parcel being sent from ludhiana.
