My consignment (ref. No. [protected]) was about to come from their delhi office through their courier service, I was tracking my courier through their site. I noticed they updated the status "delivered with signature" but I didn't recieve even a call from the delivery boy, I tried contacting customer care number but they didn't recieve it also I filled a complaint in their complaint section and also email them my complaint but they are not responding.I am still waiting for my consignment and their response.please help me find my consignment.

I am the receiver for a parcel which was booked through Trackon Couriers in Mumbai to be delivered in Mumbai itself with AWB number : [protected]

Parcel was booked on 11th and its lying at Ghatkopar Hub for past 2 days and its still not deliverd or moved anywhere from there

Trying to call some 5 people, Customer service (Gave me wrong number to call) Kurla East (Person denied to help passed on to Ghatkopar) Calling 2 numbers and person, NOT RESPONSIVE...

Those are some urgent documents which needs to be submitted today

PLEASE if someone can read this and reach out to help me I will be grateful...

My important packet reached from Delhi to Lucknow on 9th October 2021. Packet not delivered till 11th October. On tracking site showing that out of deliver.
When I contacted to company, got reply that delivery boy is on leave. This is actuat responsibility of a courier company. Trackon is not brother about your important. Packet not delivered in same city in three days.

I’ve been allotted my pan card and it has been shipped through trackon couriers. The AWB is[protected], i received the sms on September 20th but i still haven’t received the consignment. When i track the consignment through the portal, it says undelivered because the receiver rescheduled, though i’ve not been contacted by anyone and i’ve done no rescheduling. I’ve raised a complaint through trackon’s website, no responses still. Nobody’s picking up their customer care calls.

My pan card was dispatched on sep 30, 2020 but it has not been delivered yet. When i tried to track my delivery status, the trackon courier website showed invalid tracking number and details not found error. When i tried to file a complaint, the trackon courier site was not reachable and the other way which was to reach the customer care support was also unresponsive.

I got tracking id of my physical pan card which is dispatched by nsdl on 28/09/2021 but the tracking number which was given to me showing invalid on Trackon tracking website. Pan card is such a important document how will i know the product came to my state or my nearest delivery office.Trackon is very careless they even didnt respond. It became usual that PAN card dispatched through Trackon is not getting delivered on doorstep and also being charged some amount as delivery fess. Its my second instance. This time its for my mon-in-law PAN card. After reacing the final delivery station, they are just holding the card for some days, after repeated follow up asking to come and collect in person at the HUB and asking Rs.50-100 as delivery fee. If questioned, they just update the staus to delivered and not hading over card. which is kind of criminal offense of stealing persons govt ID Proof.

Worst company...I had never experienced which they did...After 10 days when I contact customer care then they provide me Vasant kunj no. That time am clearly told her my location and consignment no...after 3 4 hours I got noida hub no. Then they told me your consignment is return to vendor...
Our company not deliver where you live that is noida.. if you no complete your service so why you booked??? And not confirm to vendor..
