My pancard is arrived at destination on 8/10/2021 but isn't delivered to my address. yesterday I called the telephone nobody pick up my call. please quickly send my pan to my address.

My important packet reached from Delhi to Lucknow on 9th October 2021. Packet not delivered till 11th October. On tracking site showing that out of deliver.
When I contacted to company, got reply that delivery boy is on leave. This is actuat responsibility of a courier company. Trackon is not brother about your important. Packet not delivered in same city in three days.

I’ve been allotted my pan card and it has been shipped through trackon couriers. The AWB is[protected], i received the sms on September 20th but i still haven’t received the consignment. When i track the consignment through the portal, it says undelivered because the receiver rescheduled, though i’ve not been contacted by anyone and i’ve done no rescheduling. I’ve raised a complaint through trackon’s website, no responses still. Nobody’s picking up their customer care calls.

My pan card was dispatched on sep 30, 2020 but it has not been delivered yet. When i tried to track my delivery status, the trackon courier website showed invalid tracking number and details not found error. When i tried to file a complaint, the trackon courier site was not reachable and the other way which was to reach the customer care support was also unresponsive.

I got tracking id of my physical pan card which is dispatched by nsdl on 28/09/2021 but the tracking number which was given to me showing invalid on Trackon tracking website. Pan card is such a important document how will i know the product came to my state or my nearest delivery office.Trackon is very careless they even didnt respond. My Tracking number of pan card is[protected] and my Acknowledge no is - [protected] what should i do? Please respond as soon as possible.

It became usual that PAN card dispatched through Trackon is not getting delivered on doorstep and also being charged some amount as delivery fess. Its my second instance. This time its for my mon-in-law PAN card. After reacing the final delivery station, they are just holding the card for some days, after repeated follow up asking to come and collect in person at the HUB and asking Rs.50-100 as delivery fee. If questioned, they just update the staus to delivered and not hading over card. which is kind of criminal offense of stealing persons govt ID Proof.

Worst company...I had never experienced which they did...After 10 days when I contact customer care then they provide me Vasant kunj no. That time am clearly told her my location and consignment no...after 3 4 hours I got noida hub no. Then they told me your consignment is return to vendor...
Our company not deliver where you live that is noida.. if you no complete your service so why you booked??? And not confirm to vendor..

I am highly dissatisfied with Trackon courier service. I had sent a courier for to my relatives in Khekra Baghpat on 10th of September. But the parcel has not been delivered as yet. The number is Z67058150. DTDC promises delivery on the next business day. It seems to be a highly unreliable courier service. helpline line numbers are not working. Its tracking link was also not operational. The poor customer is left with no information & they are ignoring my calls

franchisees name is Mukesh kumar A-20 devli Road Khanpur New Delhi 110062. This guy is not providing any information about the delivery and he does not pick my phone call both on mobile and landline. PH No: [protected]

The Courier is worth INR 1000. I want a redressal to my complaint ASAP.

I would like to share my Experiences with you about pathetic Service support and Rude Behavior as below.
1) Unupdated Contact details available on Google.
2) Six Days completed for dispatching the courier from Class A city, Pune to Nagpur but courier not received Yet. POD- [protected].
3) Taken Nagpur Trackon Chanel partner mobile number from Pune office, Taken Follow ups on [protected], The Lady who is taking care she is behavior is rudely, She is having objection on my question which is my Right. She Given me one Mobile number of courier boy that is [protected], This number Incoming facility is not available as per Telephone Company, When I have ask the same question to the lady Representative she rudely behaving and she told that I have no rights to ask question about the mobile number given by her. Request to remove such non supporting Chanel partner or Employee from your company. Or Give Medical support to her to Repair ...
4) Pathetic Service Support in terms on Time line and Customer handling.
