      The website of Trackon shows that the consignment is delivered but I have not received any consignment. Tried calling constomer care but no response. Such an irresponsible company. Pathetic service, almost none of the contact details mentioned on website are working.
      This company falsely claim to deliver the sensitive documents like pan card, such companies should be sued in consumer forum. Please deliver my parcel ASAP. And NSDL should seriously change its courier partner.

        How irresponsible this service is, person who taken the parcel promised me to delivered it with in 5 days. I have given the parcel on 6th Sept. in Jodhpur and very next day it reached to Delhi. Now I really dont understand why you guys are just HOLDING the parcel in Delhi for 4 days.

        Its just a pathetic service, I made a huge mistake for sure I will never ever use this again and I will not recommend to any of my family or friends.

        Trying to approach this person as in status it was showing Parcel in Delhi and he is the contact person.

            My company booked a parcel from Kolhapur to Bhopal on 4/9/2021against the courier rect number [protected].In tracking system it was showing that parcel reached at Bhopal bt till today (9/9/2021) it is not delivered. I am trying to get in touch with Bhopal office, bt the land line number is coming busy continuesly from yesterday. I am trying on customer care number bt there also not getting response. So I want solution of my complaint in 1 hr.

              My Pan card was dispatched on 17th August, but on 7th September status as changed as delivered but I have not received my Pan card, with out delivering card status has been changed.
              When i tried to file a complaint, the trackon courier site was not reachable and the other way which was to reach the customer care support was also unresponsive.

                The trackon courier partner here in Rasra, Ballia isn't delivering my PAN card . They called me to say that i'll have to receive my PAN card on my own from there office or they will not deliver it and return it to the post office if not collected till evening. I want my PAN card to be delivered asap or i'll be left with no other choice then complaining about this abrubt behaviour of Trackon Couriers in consumer FORUM.

                  I received a sms through my mobile -[protected] on date:04.09.2021, nsdl team replied "Your PAN card has been dispatched on by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected], at the address for communication*indicated by you in the application.

                  The PAN card will be delivered in due time. As per the status shown in the site .

                  when i checked shipment status AWB Number[protected] on website:
                  https://trackon.in/Tracking/t1/SingleTracking

                  its Error! Request Failed due to reason, Not a Trackon AWB No / Invalid Reference No/. Old Shipment. (Screen shot attached).

                      This Couriers company is un-professor. Do not deliver on time.

                      To delivery pan-card expects money

                      We need to call the Delivery representation and give the address and wait for them. But never comes on time.

                      Try to bulling to house with permission from Customers.

                      Give to third party vendors to delivery the Courier. Not professional at all.

                        Delivery boy phoned addressee and asked to come to "Rainbow School" bus stop which 1km away from addressee's home. This is very unfair and needs to be addressed by concerned. I have mentioned about this in Receiver's signature column.

                          Hello,
                          my gurpreet singh, living at ballabgarh faridabad haryana 121004. I wanted to deliver a courier which was one of the emergencey couriers. Trustfully, i selected prime trackon and gave to your an employee on 02/09/21. As, i checked on website it reached at jirkpur on 3/9/21 morning at around 10 am and ready to dispacte. But, it does not reach at destination . I called several times to your employees, even i shared that this an emergency and has my personal documents. Its a request to you please help me.                             We got sms from nsdl that PAN card is dispatched
                            Below is sms we got on 21th Aug 2021
                            Card sent by TRACKON AWB[protected] will be delivered in due time. Visit https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pantan/- NSDLeGov

                            But i have not received yet. They aren't even receiving calls.

                                  My books were parcled from madhubani ( Bihar) 20 days ago, but still they were not delivered by your local vendor in having office near CBI phatak jagatpura (jaipur). upon calling him, he says that his guys went to deliver many time and i was not available at the address, so it was not delivered, which is purely a lie. upon calling him HE SAYS I'M HEAD(PRADHAN) OF SOME LOCAL ORGANISATION, IT'S YOU WHO HAVE TO COME TO COLLECT IF YOU WANT THEM.
                                  your services are the worst i have ever seen, in future i will not use your services and even not suugest to others to use your services, unless my issue is resolved immediately.

                                    I am from Raigard, Maharashtra. I am expecting to receive a parcel from Nashik and often tracked my order, recently noticed that the parcel reached Mumbai, but instead of delivering to Raigard it went back to Nashik for some reason.
