I received a sms through my mobile -[protected] on date:22/9/2021, nsdl team replied "Your PAN card has been dispatched on by Trackon Couriers . AWB [[protected]], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card will be delivered in due time.as per the status shown in the site .

when i checked shipment status AWB Number[protected] on website: https://trackon.in/Tracking/t1/Single Tracking

its Error! Request Failed due to reason, Not a Trackon AWB No / Invalid Reference No/. Old Shipment.

please resolved this issue quick as possible thank you very much.

    I sent a courier for my grandma that contains essential medicines for her but it's been 5 days that my courier is not getting delivered to her even after reaching Delhi it's destination city. This was my first and last experience with trackon I'm never trusting this company with my parcels again. Even the government postal service is far better than this clumsy, irresponsible company. I don't understand how it's even managing to stay in business with such poor service.

      I couriered a parcel from Agra toh Delhi on 17th of this month and it's been 3 days that I can see the courier is still in transit. It has reached Janakpyri but since then it didn't get delivered to it's intended destination 'Uttam Nagar'. Now the distance from Janakpuri to Uttam Nagar is hardly 5 minutes and I was expecting it to be delivered yesterday itself.

      This was my first experience with trackon and so far I'm honestly not happy with this kind of slow service and no response from your customer service team over the call.

        I was Gangadhar Narasaya Singu when
        I paid for correction as I lost my bet card but on 15th August 2021 came in Tracon Courier (Ganesh Charpalwar - [protected]) Shop No 5, Kailash Market, Station Road, Padampura, opp. Jay Tower, Aurangabad, Maharashtra 431005
        and on 20th August he showed dispatch and I did not get it. Then when I inquired, he said, "I have lost your card, but I will call you when I find out what to do. So, I have suffered mental problems and financial loss." However, it is my humble request that Hon'ble Sir give me justice.

            Tracking id is invalid given by nsdl showing invalid and not yet received my pan card

            I got tracking id of my physical pan card which is dispatched by nsdl on 16/09/2021 but the tracking number which was given to me showing invalid on Trackon tracking website. Pan card is such a important document how will i know the product came to my state or my nearest delivery office.Trackon is very careless they even didnt respond.             I have courier my mom's specs on 14th of September through Trockon courier Majitha road Amritsar The status is shown that the product is delivered with signature but we don't receive the product no delivery Boy came to deliver plz do action against this and deliver my product as soon as possible...(Tracking no of the product is [protected].

              Delivery run sheet want

              On dated 2 September 2021the docked has been dispached by trackon courier services this docket no[protected] but now am tracking my courier the online status is it has been delivered with signature but till my packed has not been received..
              How can possible the online status it has been delivered .
              Am too much frustrated because my packet has toouch urgent but it is not delivered not me even that my family member also not...

                Dear executive
                My consignment has got struck in kolkata and is not getting delivered to the destination . I have placed my complaint with your customer support also. After further investigation at the other end your team is telling that there is no service at my given address. So just tell me that when you people don't provide service to my address what was the need to book the consignment. You would have informed me before Booking my consignment. So the mistake is done on your side and so I request you to please deliver my parcel as soon as possible . My consignment number is [protected]

                  Its a week ago i didn't get my courier many time i call to trackon they said i dont know call customer care, its height this time how can i get my parcel third class service of trackon
                  They only said tommorow [protected] i talk to this number she also not answering properly.

                  Please help me what can i do for this.
