Send a courier through trackon on[protected][protected]) but till today[protected]not received . No reply from customer care and at last i got a reply that delivery boy is not there to deliver your product....

My pan card has been dispatched on 7th august 2021 by trackon courier service but has not been received as of now. Also the AWB number provided is not working. I am not able to track my pan card.
Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and provide me with the information regarding my package....

They delivered the highy sensitive courier to an unauthorized person without even checking valid ID Proof...

Pan card is such a important document how will i know the product came to my state or my nearest delivery office. Trackon is very careless they don't even respond.

So product delivered with signature but not received, what a irony it is naaa. So my pancard that i was about to receive on 4th Of August with AWS[protected] is actually showing delivered on website with signature but the irony is that I haven't received it yet so the question is whom they delivered and who was the person who signed on behalf of me and what kind document let you guys prove that the person you're delivering is me...

Yesterday on 07/08 I received tracking no from NSDL for my physical pan card and unfortunately my package handled to Trackon courier service. The tracking no given to me is showing invalid in trackon tracking, I don't know what to do. PAN card is very important for me do anyone had same issue and can explain me what to do in such situation please..!!!...

Sir I was sent a courier to Gilbarco Veeder Root, Near SBI bank, Raipur Kalan, Chandigarh, PIN 160102 through Jalandhar hub on 19th march 2021 but sir till now my courier is not reached on destination. The NSDL tracking result shows that my "PAN CARD" has been dispatched on 31-Jul-2021 by "Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd" vide Airway Bill no.[protected],

But, it is quite unfortunate, I was unable to track the AWB reference on the website of "Trackon Courier Pvt. Ltd". - The tracking result keeps on showing as, " Error ! Invalid Trackon No. / Detail Not found..."

Please let me know the present status of the said...

But I could not track the same AWB reference on the websites of Trackon Courier Pvt. Ltd.

Please let me know the present status of said document and take necessary action to reach it to me at the earliest....

Mene 28 July ko delhi se dharamshala ke liye apna parcel bheja, wahan baithe inke bande ne bola jaldi hai to aap express karao tab jaldi mil jaayega humne kaha thik hai, 120 ka parcel humne 480 me karaya par aaj yaani 3 August Tak parcel nhi mila ye hai inka express.maha ghatiya service....

I was tracking my courier.and status was showing your courier has been deliver with signature of customer on 2 august 2021 . But my courier didn't get then i call to trackon agent for enquiry then he told me come to office. Then i went to office today then he give me my courier on 03 august 2021.

I got my courier on 03august and they did show delivered status on 02august 2021.

They are Frauding with customer...
