    Hi Team,

    My PAN was sent by NSDL through Trackon Courier on 8-Apr-21. Consignment number:[[protected] ]. Since 20-Apr-21, the status is showing as ARRIVED AT DESTINATION. I called a given contact number on the online portal, He said there the not complete address is mentioned so I did the SMS also raised a complaint (C1640188 ) to share my complete address but no response received yet then I send the Email to Customercare mail ID there is also no response, Trackon service is pathetic after chasing from the user end they are unable to provide the updated status.

    Please share the reason for the delay after 13th Apr' and Request you to help in getting my PAN delivered ASAP

              My PAN was sent by NSDL through Trackon Courier on 6-April-21 by consignment No:[protected].
              It reached Bangalore as per Trackon Courier on 7-April-21 and since then status is showing as in transit and not delivered till date (15-April). Nobody attends to the contact number mentioned in their website.

                  Inspite of despatch of Pan card on 19/03/2021 by Mumbai income tax office, track on courier service hasn't delivered the pan card inspite of contacting the customer service many times and clearly specifying the address they have promised to deliver within two days but failed to deliver the pan card and now the status is showing it has been sent back to Mumbai office stating address not found, this courier company just fooling the customers and also I suspect they misusing the couriers for some grant.

                    Delivery boy was so arrogant and he refused to give parcel and threatened that “you won’t get this parcel again in life”.
                    He was supposed to deliver the parcel at bank of Baroda Malviya Nagar New Delhi. He was asked to give that parcel to help desk since corona pandemic is going . We need to sanitise all the parcels before accepting directly . But he was so arrogant and didn’t deliver even so many people requested him . He was using nasty words for us .. he was present in branch while he falsely returned the parcel stating “no such company present”

                      This is the worst courier company. The delivery boy is calling me to some unknown location to pick up my PAN Card courier instead of delivering at doorstep. The customer service of the company is unreachable. What sort of service are they providing. NSDL should not use such companies for sending out couriers as important as a PAN Card. Horrible experience.

                            Trackon courier was booked with a parcel from gurgaon to siliguri.
                            The track detail mentioned that parcel delivered on 7th april 14 20 hrs, where as no call made to receiver 9r parcel delivered.. After so many calls finally they handed over the parcel ny 10th april evening..

                                      I have applied for PAN Card earlier this month. I've got confirmation message from NSDL stating that PAN Card has been allocated for me and it will be dispatched. Later I received a message that PAN card is sent by Trackon and got the Consignment number to check the status.

                                      When I use the number to track my card online in the trackon website it shows delivered by 31st of March. But I have not yet received my PAN card as of now.
