My name is Vijay malviya.my residential address is D-89, sarvdharam colony, Kolar road, Bhopal,
I want to lodge a complaint against Trackon agent of Kolar road, bhopal.
This agency have no delivery boy, they always told to customers that they pick their parcel from office.
They are unable to deliver parcel at doorstep.
It is humble request to trackon courier kindly appoint such agents who deliver parcel at doorstep.

My Pancard arrived on 25th of feb and Its 9th of March today . Trackon courier asked me to call three to four persons to know about my pan card delivery status . and now they are saying that PAN card is not delivered to Residential address, you need to collect it from the office itself . When I told them about the rle "PAN card will be despatched only to the communication address provided in your PAN application", they are saying delivery boy is not available. If you dont have enpugh of delivery persons available then do not start such courier services! Request a delivery at Doorstep for everyone, now and forward !

Sir i hv call at track on executive, no s [protected].name subhas, he told me doucment will reached on Thursday, but i haven't received yet. I contact him in whtsup, & asked him his address that I will cm to collect, but he didn't response. Document s laying at hazra br, Kolkata, from14 Feb. I m sending u my document detail.

My PAN was sent by NSDL through Trackon Courier on02Jan-21. Consignment number:[protected]. after months calling them back there was no response hence raised complaint and finally someone from the team called however they told the Consignment will be delivered within 3 days but i didn't get any and also got notified though SMS that it is delivered however physically that was not delivered . i was not able to even raise complaint though there website and the customer service number never work. Their service is pathetic and they take no ownership. They do not care about customer satisfaction. Request you to help in getting my PAN delivered.

My name is sathvik Bhat and I am a CA student. I placed order for my books on 23rd February. My books reached bangalore on 28th February and on the same day I got an update that delivery manifest prepared for udupi (400 km away from Bangalore). Today it's 3rd March and It's been 3 days I have not recieved any update from your side. I have mailed and called Trackon couriers several time but I didn't recieve any reply. I request you to deliver my books immediately and also give me an update regarding current location of the books and expected date of delivery.

My joining letter of 1 march 2021 Courier did not delivered at my address he called me and said that collet your courier from office (Gurukul road, Near Railway crossing, Sarai, Faridabad-121003). And when i said that you will have to come my address for delivery they came on 2 march owner and delivery boy with rude and misbehavior.

I had booking of consignment [protected] on 6 feb 2021 through nearest trackon agent from jaipur, rajasthan to gurdaspur, punjab.
It reached at destination on 10 feb 2021 and I got updated that my parcel is returning to chandigarh hub due to no service in that area.
I waited for 3 -4 days to get my parcel back then I registered a complaint regarding this on www.trackon.in
Next day I got a message that it is delivered to the address of gurdaspur, punjab...and they closed my complaint.
I asked and confirmed to gurdaspur, punjab (receiver) party if they got the parcel or not...they told me they havnt received that.
I called chandigarh hub and a lady received my call ..I shared the details and my complaint.. She said that the parcel was delivered to punjab ..but is was not delivered!
I told her that they gave not received it and even it was not returned back to me. Please reopen my complaint and send the parcel back to me.
I checked the status of complaint that it was reopens from 18 feb till now...
I haven't received that parcel yet!
Customer care are not cooperative at all...they are not considering my complaint ...rather than they ask me to call on different area hub or my agent or they cut my calls in between..it's been a month and they have no idea where my parcel is.
They are not able to track my parcel... They misplaced it and now not accepting it.
Please send my parcel back or compensate me for this loss .I had a worst experience with trackon couriers.

My pan card is sent vie TranckOn couriers service but delivery person ask me to come at his office. I asked him to deliverd it at one medical shop if its not possible to you. He disconnect my call.

This is Tanya Maheshwar from Lucknow .I have recently got to know that I'm having my courier delivery from Trackon but I couldn't find my courier at my address so I thought of reaching out to a customer care number and then [protected] this number I made my contact .also a man on this no.asked me to pay 10 rupees for verification of my address and then asked me to sign a Google form and asked my account details and deducted 5, 900 rupees from it .please help me out to find my courier as well as take actions against this act .

Aapki ye branch ne khalapar 251002 pin code area me courier service ke liye koi bhi authorised person nahi rakha hua hai. aur ye log jab pan card leka field me jate hain to delivery ke name par 20/₹ per card mangte hain..isme uchit karyavahi kare..

Mara name mantu das. My pan card rung address sa delivery diya tha. My pan card not delivery in proper address.

Trackon AWB no is[protected] tracking status is showing out for delivery from selaqui (which is just 10-12 km from my house) from 2 days and this is not the first time m facing this problem. In past also I have to call them and they deny to deliver it at my door, I have to go and pick my parcels, in last 2 months I almost faced this problem 5-6 times . I[censored] can't deliver properly then u should not take orders, u have the worst services, m going to write reviews also, Ur staff don't know how to talk to customers...m I sitting here just to track orders and call 5-6 people and then go 7-8 km to pick my parcels everytime

A pathetic service...my courier was supposed to arrive from delhi within 3 or 4 days thru this Trackon courier.From 19 feb ..the courier arrived in jammu and on 23 feb after registering a complaint, i just got a msg out for delivery msg on the same day...n till 25 feb ...my courier pckg is still not delivered.The customer care no is good for nothing...bcz they dont consider our complaints genuinely or this company's franchise dont consider them seriously...dnt knw...

I have submitted the consignment to the trackon courier office Baramulla kashmir 193101 with the tracking no [protected] but im unable to track the consignment, please do the needful and when i contacted the concerned person he switched off his cell phone

Today i received my courier which was placed by navneet negi from new Delhi as on[protected]. Tracking id [protected].due to your bad service or lack of care i received damaged courier. I also told about this damage to your staff member who calld me for confirmation of parcel receive. But she didn't interested to listen and simply said that she will tell them. I want my damage loss.

I tried calling customer care for Trackon but no one is picking up. Line goes busy after automated message.
It is intentional that the customer will not be able to call customer care.
I tried registering a complaint, but for that also it says consignment id not valid. I can check status with the same id but for registering complaint it says not valid.

Very irresponsible behavior.

I m Vaishali from Tirupur.My consignment number is[protected].when I track this number in Trackon courier website it shows 'delivered with signature' but I did not received yet.

I send steel belt to print xpress guwahati through your courier.The belt was totally danage duering delivery, belt was good condition befor the
delivery so i send the picure befor and after delivery.
please give me demmurge of my item,
