My courier is lying at Amritsar office for the past 6 days or so and is not getting delivered in service area of track on . Guy is asking to get it collected from office and I don't have a conveyance to go uptill there. I am asking the guy to deliver it in chehartta region of Amritsar which falls within the service areas and he is refusing. Will go ahead with legal compliant if not delivered today.     Hello Team,

    As per tracking info on Trackon Courier website, PAN reached Bangalore on 13th March 2021 and not delivered yet. PAN is not delivered since 13 days.
    When I contacted Trackon Courier in Bangalore I was given 3 contact number and none know about my PAN.

    Person from Trackon Couriers contacted me and he is still does not know where the PAN card currently is. Kindly advice.
    Also need to know why NSDL opted for Trackon Couriers which has got worst and irresponsible service!!!

      My parcel has not been received to me but it sent me a message that we have delivered your parcel with sign on the receipt but I didn't received any parcel from the courier service

        I was very disappointed with your service and behave with the customer.
        my pan card is delivered in Palwal bus stand trackon courier and they call me to pick up your pan card I just told them to please delivered it my address which is very near my house but they denied to delivered it and told me that you have to come and take it. that time I was out of the station I will come in few days but when I reached today they all are saying that is your flat why you do not come when we call you and also start shouting on me. I want to inform you if your staff is doing the same thing with customer one day you don't have any customer my ack.no is [protected] Dharmesh kumar.

          Bill number[protected]. Courier sent on 20th. March to Uttrakhand from Shalimar Garden Ghaziabad. The product was well packed surrounded with flexible material, instructions were also written on box to Handel with care. Still the product reached broken. I'm regular customer of Trackon, please refund my money. Thank you

            Courier name trackon ovt ltd is not delivering the courier at my location, since it has a courier office near my area.
            tranck on has failed to deliver may pancard couriers in my area.

              Books not received but the status say books have been already delivered but it is with delivery boy itself.
              Tracker I'd says courier has been delivered at 16 March itself but still today 20 March I haven't received my courier

                My parcel AWB [protected] send from Gupta Brothers Chandigarh sector 15D to Lourembam Boris Meitei of Wangkhei Lourembam leirak Imphal East Manipur, seems to be missing as it was not delivered and also no updates for more than 8days. Please find a solution and try to deliver it as it contains medicines which is urgently required.

                  My consignment no.[protected] send from Chandigarh on 5th March 2012 to Imphal is still pending (i.e. undelivered) It contains life saving medicines for kidney transplant patient which is urgently needed. No status update from 10th March. Please try to resolve it as soon as possible because I need the medicine urgently.

                    On 06 Mar 21 I received a message from Trackon Courier Thanjavur that your PAN Card received, come and collect. Replied back to deliver it to my address. On 14 Mar 21 sent a reminder. No response. On 16 Mar 21 sent a reminder and spoke to the Staff. One Gentleman replied that it will be delivered as per our convenience, since we are receiving about 3000 cards per day and I have no time to talk to you as I have to attend to those who are visiting the office for collection. I informed him that I will raise a complaint about your behaviour and way of talking. Subsequently I checked NSDL site and found out that your Branch at Thanjavur has sent a wrong delivery report vide way bill[protected] that the PAN card has been delivered on 02 Feb 21 whereas the PAN card has not been delivered to me till date (16 Mar 21) even after 45 days. From the way bill of 02 Feb 21 it appears that the card has been received by your branch well before 02 Feb 21. Kindly resolve the issue. I am a senior citizen aged 72 yrs and I expect your staff to behave and respect the customers and not to insult them and misbehave. Lastly, why a wrong delivery report was sent by your Branch !!!?? When the PAN card will be delivered?????

                      Status says that my Pan card was delivered on the 25th Feb with signature but my Pancard is still with TrackOn courier guy. Inspite of registering a complaint with TrackOn (Complaint no. C1596664) and making numerous calls with the Head Office who keeps telling me that the pancard with me delivered today or the next day from over 15 days I still havent received it. Pan card contract should be withdrawn from TrackOn couriers as I see so many complaints regarding the same issue. Person incharge who has my Pancard is Manjunath.

                        This agency have no delivery boy, they always told to customers that they pick their parcel from office.
                        They are unable to deliver parcel at doorstep.
                        It is humble request to trackon courier kindly appoint such agents who deliver parcel at doorstep.

                          My Pancard arrived on 25th of feb and Its 9th of March today . Trackon courier asked me to call three to four persons to know about my pan card delivery status . and now they are saying that PAN card is not delivered to Residential address, you need to collect it from the office itself . When I told them about the rle "PAN card will be despatched only to the communication address provided in your PAN application", they are saying delivery boy is not available. If you dont have enpugh of delivery persons available then do not start such courier services! Request a delivery at Doorstep for everyone, now and forward !

I contact him in whtsup, & asked him his address that I will cm to collect, but he didn't response. Document s laying at hazra br, Kolkata, from14 Feb. I m sending u my document detail.

                              My PAN was sent by NSDL through Trackon Courier on02Jan-21. Consignment number:[protected]. after months calling them back there was no response hence raised complaint and finally someone from the team called however they told the Consignment will be delivered within 3 days but i didn't get any and also got notified though SMS that it is delivered however physically that was not delivered . i was not able to even raise complaint though there website and the customer service number never work. Their service is pathetic and they take no ownership. They do not care about customer satisfaction. Request you to help in getting my PAN delivered.

                                My name is sathvik Bhat and I am a CA student. I placed order for my books on 23rd February. My books reached bangalore on 28th February and on the same day I got an update that delivery manifest prepared for udupi (400 km away from Bangalore). Today it's 3rd March and It's been 3 days I have not recieved any update from your side. I have mailed and called Trackon couriers several time but I didn't recieve any reply. I request you to deliver my books immediately and also give me an update regarding current location of the books and expected date of delivery.

                                  My joining letter of 1 march 2021 Courier did not delivered at my address he called me and said that collet your courier from office (Gurukul road, Near Railway crossing, Sarai, Faridabad-121003). And when i said that you will have to come my address for delivery they came on 2 march owner and delivery boy with rude and misbehavior.

                                      I had booking of consignment [protected] on 6 feb 2021 through nearest trackon agent from jaipur, rajasthan to gurdaspur, punjab.
                                      It reached at destination on 10 feb 2021 and I got updated that my parcel is returning to chandigarh hub due to no service in that area.
                                      I waited for 3 -4 days to get my parcel back then I registered a complaint regarding this on www.trackon.in
                                      Next day I got a message that it is delivered to the address of gurdaspur, punjab...and they closed my complaint.
                                      I asked and confirmed to gurdaspur, punjab (receiver) party if they got the parcel or not...they told me they havnt received that.
                                      I called chandigarh hub and a lady received my call ..I shared the details and my complaint.. She said that the parcel was delivered to punjab ..but is was not delivered!
                                      I told her that they gave not received it and even it was not returned back to me. Please reopen my complaint and send the parcel back to me.
                                      I checked the status of complaint that it was reopens from 18 feb till now...
                                      I haven't received that parcel yet!
                                      Customer care are not cooperative at all...they are not considering my complaint ...rather than they ask me to call on different area hub or my agent or they cut my calls in between..it's been a month and they have no idea where my parcel is.
                                      They are not able to track my parcel... They misplaced it and now not accepting it.
                                      Please send my parcel back or compensate me for this loss .I had a worst experience with trackon couriers.

                                        My pan card is sent vie TranckOn couriers service but delivery person ask me to come at his office. I asked him to deliverd it at one medical shop if its not possible to you. He disconnect my call.
