My pan card was dispatched on 16th jan 2021 but its still not received and today is 4t feb 2021. While tracking it shows delivered with signature but i have not received this. Confirmed with my family members also and no one has received it. The trackon helpline is just a rubbish, no picks up the call rather it get disconnected automatically. Trackon is fooling us, need to take action. My pan acknowledgement number is [protected]. Trackon AWB no.[protected].

Hi i ordered a dress in online where i provided the correct address street name Anandan street, but delivery person has Kumari ANandan street, which is half a km from my address. And if he is delivering the parcel to different person he should have called prior or after delivery .He didnot called me for my availbility and also didnot inform after delivering it has been delivered to different address.Now when i call them back for my item he is telling it is alrrady delivered to some other address.Very bad delivery faicility track on has.So now who will refund my ordered item amount, track on, delivery person or who else?

NSDL site is giving this message "Your PAN card has been dispatched on 21-Jan-2021 by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier". I tried to contact them but their numbers are not reachable. It is almost two weeks. They should deliver my courier. This address KOLKATA phone no of trackon
[protected] but no one is picking up the phone. When my pan will be delivered.

I had applied for PAN Card which was dispatched from Mumbai on 18th January 2021 via TrackOn courier the tracking number is[protected]. Today is 29th January 2021 and I have not yet received the courier. When i called call center i got information that the courier reached my area office on 23rd January but no one from courier had called me or had delivered the shipment. Complaint has been raised today but no one from courier company has contacted me. I need the PAN urgently for a legal proceeding.

My daughter s urgent courier of PAN CARD despatched from pune and as per tracking it was received at your roorkee office on 07.01.2021 .but till date it was not delivered . I have already spoken to your roorkee office, they just making the promises to deliver today every time but still not delivered .
Neither any intimation was given regarding the arrival of consignment .
it is just ammazing to know how the courier service is running in such unsystematic way

I need to receive consignment through trackon couriers. NSDL made courier on 12 Jan 2021 and now it is 28 Jan 2021. When I tracked status in trackon courier it is showing that consignment reached destination hub on 20 January 2021 but till now I haven't received my consignment. Airway Bill number:[protected]

I tried to reach trackon couriers multiple times, no one is picking calls and there is no response for complaint raised too.

I need PAN card that NSDL courierd through Trackon couriers. Kindly deliver consignment.

Income tax department send some pan card with trackon couriers. but till now not receded. i call trackon malda branch, but anyone no help me. but status saw is malda branch.

Respected sir, my order no[protected] books of chartered accountant from Icai Delhi, consignment number[protected]. I have not received my package whereas when I tracked my order it is showing that I didn't pick the call, I didn't receive any calls. I got a SMS on that my order has been dispatched on 15 January it has been a month I have not received my package. I request you to get my courier as soon as possible.

My consignment number is[protected] when i tried to track in website of trackon it is showing out for delivery on 8th January 2021 and today it is 23rd January still it hasnt arrived when i tried to contact the branch they are not at all responding. I request to deliver my courier as soon as possible

I was ordered books from ICAI through ICAI CDS on[protected]. I have paid Rs.630 for books and Rs.174 for courier charges. Order ID:[protected]. My courier reached to Vijayawada, Andhra pradesh as on[protected] and there after i lost the tracking details. I don't no where is my parcel, whether it is in transit or otherwise.So i have called Trackon Couriers Vijayawada where my parcel finally reached and they never respond to my calls. After that i have tried through trackon customer care and finally reached them and the trackon Vijayawada people gave a mobile number to contact and they also not responding for my calls.And thank GOD today they responded to my call and they said DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE TO YOUR SPECIFIED LOCATION and they are not even informed this matter when they got the parcel.They are simply kept my parcel in warehouse and doing their other jobs.
Q.1. If the delivery is not available to my location(Nidadavole-534301) why Trcakon courier accepted my courier and already took payment also.

Q.2. I have asked why u people not informed this and not even responding to my calls ?
Ans by Trackon: u r not the only customer i have . we have so many customers.
But i have contracted with u as one to one transaction and its u r responsibility to inform the matter.
And the track on people giving very harsh reply and treating that customer is nothing to them.

Deliveryman of trackon courier asked 50 rs for delivered pan card, when I refused to pay without any receipt he returned back without delivered the pan card. after one day branch official of trackon courier call me and said that my address is not found so I visit the office for getting pan card. Then I told him what happened he said he is unable to do anything for that and it is not a big issue for his branch.

Sir we have book a consignment from jamshedpur to maneswar (haryana).
On 08/01/21.this consignment reach there
On 15/01/21.but still that it was not delivery to party.this item is very urgent.its related to Tata motors .no body can support to us.kindly look at this matter seriously.

Delivery boy was very rude and was using fowl language. He has not deliver the courier and has taken it back.

I have booked courier from varanasi to sahibabad on 15th jan and agent told that it will reach till 18th . But today is 21st jan still courier not delivered. It's very late service
Your fare is high but service is very bad

Respected Sir/Mam,
This is to bring to your notice that I applied for the replacement Pan Card via NSDL website and received the abovementioned application number and email
Ever since receiving the email, I have been tracking NSDL website for getting the status of my physical pan card dispatch... two days before on 19th Jan 2021, after more than a week, it showed that it has been dispatched by Trackon Courier Services. When I visited the trackon website for further tracking, it shows that my parcel is at the Thane Main Hub and is sitting there since 12th Jan.
I would like to register the following complaints:
1. Why wasn't the status not informed before 19th on NSDL website or by Trackon?
2. Why did the courier service not contact me or attempt delivery till now?
3. I tried calling up the hub based on their website number but no one answers. I am a doctor on COVID duty in Pune since August and my elderly parents are alone at Thane. How the hell am I supposed to get the Pan Card?
4. Why is NSDL relying on such a irresponsible courier service.?

I am sending the details, I have already had a harrowing experience once ordering a physical pan card through an agent last time. The card was returned, destroyed and discarded because he entered the wrong PIN Code. This time I did the process my self and am getting this experience.

I am requesting you, I am a doctor working at COVID Centre in Pune. Have some consideration and instruct the Courier service firmly.

I booked my parcel in 05/01/2021 from rajastan to assam silchar city and today is the 17th day but it shows delivered to signature and which location shows here in map of silchar i already visited there but no one office is there of trackon. it's really frustrating moment for me and very bad experience of my life from this private courier facility.[protected] is my tracking number and [protected] is my contact number. So try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Complaint number A1514754 was my complaint but has been logged by courier company themselves without keeping me updated.
Worst customer service have lost my parcel+ new item purchased value INR 13000++. When I keep on following the agent says dont pinch me by calling again and again... His Boss doesnt want to speak or share number... Pathetic service.
Solution they say they are pleased to compensate with INR 2000/- how pathetic...
Will go legal if no solution by EOD...Patience lost...getting mentally harassed...Brought new items also worth INR 5000/-+ total loss of INR 13000++..This complaint should be registered with mobile number +91-[protected]

Its been 10days that the consignment is showing as out for delivery. But so far the consignment is not delivered to me. Trackon Couriers hyderabad support team is also not receiving the phone calls.

The package is consisting of my PAN Card. Not sure how government has choosen such a hopeless courier services to deliver such an important docs.

Kindly requesting to take necessary action on trackon couriers.

Sir our parcel was sent from meerut to palghar and it wasnt received by us but it was resent to delhi head office so its my humble request to resend the parcel on the appropriate adress mentioned on the parcel.
