Hello, We had sent a business parcel of a clothing, chocolate, book, designer paper bag all worth Rs.1500, not delivered and responded.
We followed the tracking Id, shows still in transit but not at all reaching the client. Most of the customer care numbers in your website don't work, if one or two calls attended they don't give proper status of the parcel.
Iam afraid the parcel is been opened or misplaced. Pls get back to us or send the proper status of parcel, so that I could update my client. Our reputation is lost just because of TRACKON's negligence.

Pls take action, give us the information where it went wrong and the delay.
