    This is Syed, I had been waiting for my courier(MBA Certificates) from Trackon Couriers, even I had given a request many times to the head office on this number [protected]. she had taken my request 10days ago and told me you will get complete details today itself and you will get a call from you dispatch location as well, but till now I don't get any call from my courier dispatch location from Uppal branch. today I got angry on them and said daily 2times I am calling you for my certificates and 10days completed daily saying we will do that till now you have not sent then she said.. that is not our service area, actually from my place 7km their location, because of high volume of my work in my office I couldn't be able to take. So plz take immediate action on them. worst service and response.

      I sent the courier, Id:[protected]. It is taking so long to deliver a courier in NCR. I am wondering how much time will it take to deliver a courier in remote area.
      I didn't expect such a lazy service.

          There was a courier with number[protected] the i tracked on the site I got number I called Sneha [protected] she gave a number of Mr. Rajesh [protected] I called him he asked me that he cannot deliver the courier when you don't have service there then why you booked that courier I am complaining this to PAN department also please resolve this as soon as possible .

            My courier was despatched from mohali on 23 dec 2020 . Till date it is not delivered to destination.it contained important documents and loosing it will result huge financial loss .I enquired about delivery from my courier agency /personnel but they didn’t replied properly.As per them the packet is misplaced by ludhiana track on office .kindly deliver the packet in desired destination or give it back to me or else I have to take legal actions and you have to compensate for it.the papers were very important.I have raised complaint through your site also but they are not giving proper response.please treat this most urgent.

            Updated by Shalini31513             Kindly resolve my complaint as soon as possible.who will trust courier services if things are misplaced like this .it is responsibility of your company to deliver packets to written adress .it is negligence on your part and you have to take responsibility of it now .

              Dear Trackon Administration Team,

              My pan card was sent to deliver through your courier service, when the parcel received to my nearest hub location but courier partner did not send to my address.
              I personally visited to the office and received my courier, after they handedover my parcel and demanding 20/ - for service charge. even those I had already paid whatever courier charges applied that paid to pan card services.
              Please take action on your copartner.
              there are many pan card couriers pending to delivered. those kept in your courier partner racks.

                Sir, I Applied A Pancard and they booked a courier in your company & My tracking NO.[protected]. I Checked in your website My courier is delivered on 30.01.21 With sign but no one delivered in my home & never got sign from my family members. I Asked in your s.s.colony branch they told me us sorry we are wrongly entered in our website and told their delivery to deliver that courier to my address but still now nobody delivered my pancard.

                    Hello, We had sent a business parcel of a clothing, chocolate, book, designer paper bag all worth Rs.1500, not delivered and responded.
                    We followed the tracking Id, shows still in transit but not at all reaching the client. Most of the customer care numbers in your website don't work, if one or two calls attended they don't give proper status of the parcel.

                    Iam afraid the parcel is been opened or misplaced. Pls get back to us or send the proper status of parcel, so that I could update my client. Our reputation is lost just because of TRACKON's negligence.

                    Pls note- parcel was well packed and mentioned with address n contact details.

                    Pls take action, give us the information where it went wrong and the delay.

                        My p.o.d number [protected]. It had reached 6.2.21 at Jalandhar city garha road, near bus stand.                                     I was courier 02 nos. of cartoon box via trackon courier prime from Navi Mumbai-400706 dated 27.01.2021 consignment no. is 14054453. but at the time of recieved the delivery we recived only 01 box out of 02 boxes dated 02.02.2021 at raman mandi (bhatinda-Punjab) so plz find out my missing 01 cartoon box as possipble as because my work is stop for that reason
